    Hannah is the best!

    Hannah was recommended to me from one of my bridesmaids who also hired Hannah as her day-of coordinator and she did not disappoint! Because we were getting married offsite and reception at a smaller venue, I was nervous about logistics in 2 locations. After telling Hannah our concerns, she provided us a customized proposal to be our day-of go-to within our budget, and she was amazing! As we chatted more leading up to our wedding, she let us know she also offered design services for florals and centerpieces. I personally wanted very simply florals and centerpieces for our wedding and Hannah designed the venue exactly as we envisioned! Any small odds and end details that came up day-of, Hannah handled without issue. We're so happy we had Hannah's support the day of and truly made our day seamless.

    Side note: we got married in January 2024 and there was a huge snowstorm the day before (rehearsal day!), and Hannah still made everything work without us worrying one bit! Truly amazing!!

    The true MVP!

    I hired Hannah as my day-of-coordinator and all I can say is she is the true MVP! It came down to the wire the day of our wedding to get ice for the bar and Hannah had no issues hoping in her car and driving to the store to buy over 300-lbs of ice for us. She was my eyes and ears in making sure all the vendors knew where they were supposed to be and made sure their set up ran smoothly. When I say Hannah goes above and beyond I mean it. She was such a pivotal person that made our wedding day so wonderful and a day we will never forget, and for that I am forever thankful!

    Hire Hannah and Your Day Will Be Better!

    Hannah was basically a "peace valve" for all things on our wedding day and in the planning process-everything she was part of was less stressful. If there was a moving piece, she was on top of it. If we said something once, she had it down, and she made it happen on our big day. On the day of the wedding, ANYTHING we needed, we knew we just needed to find Hannah (she was always right there waiting for us!) and she would make it happen. Cannot recommend her enough!

    Hannah is the best!

    Hannah was the BEST investment we made for our wedding day. The piece of mind that she provided was exactly what we needed leading up to our big day. She reassured us that our day would be EXACTLY what we wanted and she far exceeded our expectations. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and left no loose end untied. She was available for phones calls or texts whenever we needed and made us feel like her #1 priority. You will not regret having Hannah there on your wedding day!

    Would recommend

    Hannah was my day-of coordinator for my wedding last month and she did an amazing job! I purchased all my own decorations and Hannah set everything up. She did everything on her own and needed little direction to create an absolutely beautiful ceremony and reception space. Everything turned out better than I even expected. Hannah was helpful, capable, and has a great eye (much better than my own!). She made my wedding beautiful!

    Stress-relief

    Hannah and her team were extremely professional and helpful for our wedding. She was able to take care of our last minute changes and requests with ease. She is very calm and collected, which added another level of comfort during the stressors. Highly recommend!

    Hannah is the best.

    Hiring Hannah to do our flowers, decorations and wedding weekend coordination was the best decision we made for our wedding. She was recommended to us by friends and we feel compelled to pass along the advice to anyone who is going through the immensely stressful planning process--hire Hannah to help! She is so good at what she does and we cannot recommend her enough. She is easy to work with and listened to exactly what we wanted. She took our vague ideas and put everything together for us in a way that far exceeded any vision we had for the day. Her help with coordinating took so much stress off of us for the weekend. She is the best!

    Coordinating with ease

    Hannah helped coordinate my special day at The Farm Bakery and Events in Quakertown, PA. She was such a huge help the day of with setting up all of my DIY decorations and keeping track of time. She even quickly thought of a spot (an antique window shutter) to display my placecards at the last minute. And I especially loved how she checked in frequently throughout the day :). She definitely put my mind at ease - I didn’t have one worry as I knew my vision for everything was put in good hands with Hannah!

    The minute I met Hannah it felt like we were old friends. I told her my vision of the flowers and set up and atmosphere and it was like we clicked instantly! Hannah provided prompt responses, helpful suggestions and was a huge support during the entire planning processes. Planning with Hannah was perfect - she was a huge help and thank you is not enough. The big day arrived and she brought in the boutonnieres, bouquets, arch decor and centerpieces and I was overwhelmed with pure joy. She created exactly what I wanted - every piece was truly breathtaking. Hannah set up the arch with the greenery we planned and the gold antlers and I almost cried when it was finished. The detail of the drapery with the green and antlers just screamed "Lisa and Landon". She hit it out of the park. Next, I peeked in on the set up in the reception and then I DID cry. Hannah took the vision that was in my head, my dream day decor and details and brought it to life. The greenery, the gold, the lanterns, the candles - I can't say it enough - it was perfect. Even with a slight hiccup of the candle situation (lol) - Hannah was informative and helpful and everything worked out. She was so great in lining everyone up to walk down the aisle for the ceremony and so helpful with ensuring my train was perfect. :) The ceremony went without a hitch and we thank you Hannah for that. We thank you for everything! Xoxo!

    Hannah was awesome! My daughters wedding was perfect because of her! What ever I wanted she did when I was stressed she reassured me everything was going to be beautiful when I walked into the venue and saw what she did I was amazed from beginning to end she was there for me no matter what time of day! Thank you hannah you did an amazing job!!!!!

    My husband and I hired Hannah as our day of coordinator for our wedding. We met with her several times to go over details for the day and we were very impressed with her service. She took care of everything that we needed and made our wedding day less stressful. She helped us with the set-up, take-down, and even handled our trash removal! She worked with all of our vendors and handled the coordination of our wedding day very well. We were originally unsure if we would need a day of coordinator, but we are so glad that we hired her! She exceeded our expectations and was worth every penny that we spent! We highly recommend her to coordinate any event that you may need! Thank you Hannah!

    Hannah and her assistant Danielle did an amazing job making sure our wedding day ran smoothly. They are very responsive and both have great personalities! I would definitely recommend them for your wedding day needs if you are looking for a coordinator. :)

    My now wife and I hired Hannah to coordinate our wedding on the day of. She went above and beyond, helping us out far more than we thought she would, even on some details before the wedding. She kept things on track on the wedding day, and kept all of our numerous vendors organized (and we had like 6 vendors, let alone how many total people, so that was no small task).

    We would HIGHLY recommend Hannah for your wedding, especially if you are doing a DIY wedding and just need someone to put your plans into action on the day of. We could not have been happier with her services!

    From the moment I first spoke to Hannah I felt like I was in the greatest hands. Over the course of 9 months, a million emails containing countless pictures of things I wanted, she was able to pull everything together for my wedding on September 9. She created a pinterest board for me including the colors we chose, decorative items, and flowers. Hannah started setting up the day before my wedding, and continued to decorate on the day off. Not only did she make my centerpieces, but also my bouquets, decorated my cocktail hour location, reception and chuppah, hung geo's on the ceiling of my reception tent, and made me a flower crown. She has a great inventory of modern items, always responded right away, was accessible all the time, and made me feel like I did not have to worry about anything regarding the décor. If you are looking for an event designer, decorator, and florist all in one, you have found the one. Thank you, Hannah!

    Hannah B was the perfect calm we needed on our wedding day. We hired Hannah to be our wedding day of coordinator (so we didn’t have to think about anything on that day) and also to set up and break down our brunch the next day. She was excellent, understood our vision, and was available whenever we needed. The day went exactly as planned and all the touches we hoped for Hannah got just right. She has a wealth of experience working in this industry from catering to coordinating and everything in-between. You can be confident that whatever your day of or full wedding planning needs are, she will have experience in and provide advice about. Hannah was extremely professional and personable with all our family and staff of the venue to make everything go right.     You NEED Hannah. You don't know it yet, but you really do need her! We hired Hannah as our day-of wedding coordinator. We orchestrated the details of our wedding ourselves, but found that we were in need of someone to be there to help bring all of those details together. I was so impressed that Hannah was sharing in my vision from the time of our first meeting! She was easy to contact throughout the weeks leading up to our wedding. She offered her insight or opinion when needed, she was there the day before our event, and was even helping us set up our lighting!!!! She was hearing me talk to her and to my family about things that needed to be done and she took those tasks upon herself and unloaded burdens from our hands one by one. Her schedule was flexible and she seemed just as invested in the success of the wedding as we were! It felt like we had a good friend there to see that our day went off without a hitch. She is confident in what she knows about weddings and came across so organized, which was very calming on the day of our wedding. I don't know what we would have done without her. HANNAH REES is who you need to help you coordinate your event!! Look no further.
