She has years of experience in the wedding industry and she truly cares for her couples. We felt so taken care of and like we could just enjoy our day. Lisa was an absolute dream to work with. Right off the bat she worked with us in our consultation to make sure we would be a good fit to work together. Her packages included everything we would need for our day and more. Throughout the planning she set up multiple phone calls with me so that we could communicate throughout the entire process. I also appreciated that during these calls of planning she would never push her ideas onto me or pressure me in anyway. Anything I had planned or picked out she supported rather than critiqued. There was never a time where I felt left out to dry without a reply back from her. She is very quick to respond and if I needed anything at any time I was able to text her as well. The timeline she created for us captured details that I had not even thought of. She also communicated very well with my other vendors as we got closer and closer to the day to make sure everyone was on the same page. As for the day of our wedding she made sure everything I wanted was perfectly in place. There was not a single thing missed. She also was our biggest advocate on the day of. I specifically remember her making sure we were eating and when we eventually hadn’t eaten enough by the time dinner was over she made sure to pack us a to go bag of our dinner to take back to our hotel at the end of the night. She also had a really nice emergency supply kit in our bridal suite with everything you could think of in case we needed. All around it was so great working with Lisa and would highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding.

I can't say enough good things about Lisa (owner) and Madison (day-of coordinator) from Hand 2 Heart! I needed a coordinator to set up my reception while my ceremony was happening on the day of the wedding, and can't imagine trying to make that happen if I didn't have them. Lisa worked with me to meet my needs within budget. Leading up to the wedding Lisa and Madison helped make sure all details were thought through and communicated to vendors perfectly. They came to meetings and worked with my venue as well which was a feat in and of itself--the venue was a pain to manage. Through it all they were calm, professional, and encouraging when things were stressful. The wedding day went off without a hitch, and Madison was onsite to assist with everything as promised. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! I am so so glad we found them, and only wish we had hired them sooner! -

Lisa did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch last year. She went above and beyond what we ever imagined we'd experience working with a month-of-coordinator. She was so delightful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of wedding planning and works diligently to solve any problems that may arise. She is a great intermediary between couples and vendors and really cares about the couples vision for their big day. We had multiple vendors tell us what a spectacular job she did with our day of timeline. It flowed smoothly without feeling rushed or forced! She is an excellent communicator and we couldn’t have done our wedding without her! We HIGHLY recommend her! -

Lisa is absolutely incredible! As the review title says, she is more than "just a wedding coordinator". Lisa went above and beyond to answer my questions, help make decisions, and give advice all throughout our wedding planning process. She also was more like a dear friend to both my husband and I throughout, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, she did EVERYTHING to make sure the day ran smoothly and every detail was just as we had imagined it. I am so happy that we had Lisa by our sides. We could not have pulled off our wedding without her! -

We found Lisa through a facebook group when looking for someone to help us with set up for our reception at a restaurant that offered only limited set-up time right before the event. Lisa was incredibly flexible throughout the process and applied her experience so well to get the job done perfectly! Everything was set up perfectly at the reception and I was so happy when I walked in. Highly recommend. -

After feeling stuck not knowing how to begin to plan own wedding, I created a wedding wire account, and found Lisa! She was quick to respond, friendly, professional, and most importantly AMAZING! I am so soo SO glad I found Lisa. She not only found me affordable vendors, but amazing ones too! I had the best wedding and it was all because of Lisa. She helped me stay on budget, and provided reminders for payments due. We had many zoom meetings to ensure I was on budget, happy and comfortable. The food, music, tables/ chairs everything was my dream wedding come true. The Wedding day was everything that the Bride and Groom dreamed of!
We are so happy that we chose Hand 2 Heart and Lisa as our Wedding Coordinator. From our first conversation with her, to the end of the Wedding Day, we were impressed with her organization, communication and flexibility. She has a great balance of listening to the Bride and Groom’s wishes while communicating her experience so that the day went just as planned. Even when things changed at the last minute, she handled it with patience and great leadership. Her response time and the warmth she showed was impressive and we highly recommend Lisa and Hand 2 Heart!! -

I would give 10 stars if I could. Hiring Lisa was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. She was immensely helpful, kind, professional. I texted her all the time (maybe too much) when I was overthinking and anxious and she answered all my many questions so helpfully and calmed me down every time. The day of she took care of absolutely EVERTHING and I have no idea if there were any issues because she solved it all! There were some last minute changes and she really adapted and went with the flow, but also took charge when necessary.
Seriously, HIRE HER. Dont ask questions. 1000% worth it. I am so grateful to her! -

I got married on July 23, 2022 at the Evergreen Lakehouse. I have procrastinated writing my reviews because I wanted to find the right words to describe my appreciation for everyone who helped on our big day. This is a long overdue 5 star review for Lisa and Hand2Heart coordination. Lisa was so patient with my husband and I in the months leading up to our wedding and on the day-of she handled everything beautifully. Lisa is a gem to work with, I highly recommend having her help you plan the wedding of your dreams! -

Lisa was absolutely amazing. She answered our million wedding questions in a timely manner. Lisa provided amazing vendor recommendations and met with us in person to tour the venue, meet with the florist, pick out rentals, and more! Lisa went above and beyond to show that she was there for us and without her we would not have been able to pull off our dream wedding. We worked with Lisa over 8 or so months to develop an in depth timeline that was detailed and organized. Lisa communicated with all of our vendors and helped them understand our dream and vision for the day! The meetings leading up to the wedding were productive and useful. We were confident that Lisa knew what we wanted and could make any necessary decisions come wedding day. Because we hired a coordinator we could trust we were able to have a stress free wedding day and enjoy every moment. Lisa decorated the venue beautifully and made our vision come to life. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding month/day of coordinator DO IT!!! Lisa saved our sanity and was an integral part of making our wedding day amazing. As a super type A person, it was so nice to have lisa take the reigns of all wedding decisions and enjoy the day. Lisa was amazing, professional, lovely to work with, and went above and beyond for us. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. -

Lisa is amazing! I appreciated her so much throughout the entire process. We knew we wanted to work with a coordinator, but I wanted to find one that I clicked with and let me have some fun in the planning. Lisa was perfect!
Leading up to the wedding, she checked in, answered questions, and provided helpful tips. At every meeting, she kept me organized on what was done and what needed to be done. I never felt an ounce of stress as she had such a calming and genuine nature.
During the rehearsal, she kept us all organized and everyone enjoyed meeting her.
On the day of the wedding, her timeline was so thorough, and everyone knew where to be and when. I didn’t have to worry about a thing – Lisa handled it all. I enjoyed the day and was able to soak it all in.
The only things I'm sad about is I didn't get a photo with her at the wedding and I'll miss our check in's!

Lisa withstood two COVID postponements with us to get to our big day! There were so many changes to manage, vendors to notify & reconnect with, and emotions to manage during that time. Lisa handled them all EFFORTLESSLY. She is an attentive listener, offers great suggestions, but ultimately, celebrates whatever choices you and your partner decide on for your wedding. Our wedding day went off without a hitch all thanks to Lisa who ran a smooth operation that day. If you value organization, timeliness, attention-to-detail, great energy, and a good listener - then look no further than Lisa! All of our other vendors raved about working with her, as well. By the end of it, Lisa felt more like family than our wedding planner. It was a JOY to work with her and I'd recommend her a million times over! -

Lisa from Hand2Heart was a phenomenal wedding planner! We hired her because she was immediately responsive to our initial inquiry. She was prompt with responding to any question, issue, or idea that we had. She has the client's best interest in mind and she is not shy to tell you her opinion if she does not like something that a vendor had commented or offered. She has a fantastic list of vendors! Lisa was so incredible as my coordinator. She took the time to understand what I wanted and point me in the right direction when I was unsure. She is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and reassuring. She not only provided recommendations of incredible vendors but also ensured that I stayed on task with upcoming plans and payments to our other vendors. I am a "type-A" kind of person. I stress about details and things being perfect. I knew that during this process I needed someone I could trust and rely on to be like me. Lisa wasn't like me, she was BETTER! I ran into a few issues with my venue and Lisa worked so diligently and professionally to help me get my problems solved while also building meaningful relationships. Do yourself a favor and hire Lisa as your wedding coordinator right now!!! Having her as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. She did SO MUCH for us (starting well before the day of the wedding) and reduced all of our stress complete. She is on top of every single detail, always so helpful and kind, and a true must-have to make your wedding day stress free. I can't recommend hiring her enough!! Lisa Saved Our Pandemic Wedding!
We started working with Lisa before the pandemic. She helped us to formulate what our day would actually look like. Then when the pandemic hit, she helped us immensely with contacting our vendors about rescheduling and getting new contracts in place. We ultimately canceled our original venue in favor of a backyard wedding and she helped with those details in the weeks leading up to the wedding (tent rental, etc). Our wedding day went off without a hitch. Seriously!
We would highly recommend Lisa because of her passion, detail-oriented mind and responsiveness. She went out of her way time and time again for us and we couldn't have done it without her! -

Above and Beyond
Lisa was absolutely phenomenal to work with, and went above and beyond our expectations. The planning stayed on schedule and on budget. Lisa was very punctual and had a solution to whatever worry or problem we had. I knew I could count on her expertise to let us know if something didn’t seem right. On the day of the wedding, I never once felt we were off schedule and any sort of issue was worked out behind the scenes. Lisa has a one of a kind personality that’s hard not to love.
