Hall of Springs was such an easy choice for a venue. We toured many in Saratoga as we knew we wanted to get married there, but the level of detail and organization from the team had me at ease and feeling very comfortable the day would be seamless. From signing the contract and up until the day of my wedding, Liz was so great to work with, answering any questions as we made our selections and having all the details come together. Austin was excellent to have with us for day of and by our side, making sure everything was running perfectly! We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible team.

Where to begin. There is not a more beautiful place inside and out compared to the Hall of Springs. From the arches outside near the reflecting pool, to the large marble pillars inside, the place is spectacular. The staff was fantastic. Food was absolutely unbelievable. Working with Jessica to plan every last detail of our day was what made the process so simple and easy (which planning a wedding is not). Austin made the day go by seamlessly without any issues. Highly recommend requesting Donna as your bridal assistant because she is one of the kindest people we have ever met, and does her job fantastically well. Could not recommend Hall of Springs more. Our day was perfect because of the Hall of Springs location and staff. BOOK NOW!

The Hall of Springs is an absolutely beautiful venue with incredible staff. We had our ceremony out on the portico--we loved being outside, while still being covered. One of the reasons we picked this venue was Mazzone catering, and they did not disappoint. We worked with Cassie and Austin and they were beyond accommodating and flexible, even as our guest numbers were changing the day before the ceremony. They helped make the day go so smoothly. Our guests are still saying how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was!

Such a beautiful venue, this was actually the only venue we toured because Hall of Springs was exactly what we wanted! We were able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony followed up by the perfect reception in the ballroom. Staff was very communicative and detail oriented, they were so easy to work with! The dinner was amazing, everything we had was just delicious.

Especially with the craziness of planning a wedding during COVID, I felt we were extremely well taken care of. The venue could not have looked more beautiful. We fell in love with the Hall of Springs over a Face Time tour and booked without even seeing it in person. It was everything we wanted. It was beautiful, historic, grand, and had gorgeous outdoor spaces. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and wonderful to work with. The food was amazing and our guests raved about the impressive cocktail hour displays. We were so thankful with how they worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted. We also did a private tasting which was amazing! Everything was perfect and I wish we could do it all over again.

Where to even begin?! The Hall of Springs exceeded every expectation we had for our dream wedding. The team we worked with was exceptionally helpful, responsive and professional. The location is stunning and they take care of every detail for you. Our day was nothing short of perfect all thanks to the HOS! Could not recommend more, we wish we could relive the day over and over!

I cannot write enough good things about our wedding at the Hall of Springs. Mazzone Hospitality is simply the best at what they do - their service is the best, the food is amazing, and the ambiance of the Hall is impeccable. They do an amazing job helping you prepare for the wedding, are always organized & take care of every last detail. A bridal attendant comes with your reservation, as well as a day of planner. I wouldn’t change a thing about our day!

The HOS was worth every penny! We never wanted for anything, they are exceptionally accommodating and our guests still talk about how fantastic the food was! Not to mention we had the hands down most amazing service, bridal attendant and event managers!

When I imagined what day would be like for my wedding day....The Hall of Spring and there team blew it out of the water. It was better then I could if ever imagined. They made my husband and I feel beyond special. They were part of the family and our day! Pam our attendant was incredible! The day was beyond everything I ever could imagine. The venue was breath taking, staff was beyond incredible and the experience was one I never will forget. If you want to have your dream wedding choose the Hall of Springs! You will not be disappointed.

I don't usually write reviews because, ya know, life is busy! But I am indebted to the Hall of Springs for giving my husband and I the very best wedding day. I cannot adequately put to words what our wedding experience was like at the Hall of Springs, but I will try! From our very first meeting with Sarah Dorrer, our wedding planner, we were met with kindness, professionalism, joy, and flexibility. And patience! She had lots of patience for all of our questions and details we had to revisit and special requests and change of plans! And it was never an issue, she always took care of us. Sarah possessed those qualities the entire planning process. She is also extremely detail-oriented, any time we had a meeting to go over what seemed like an impossible to-do list, she handled it with great ease and confidence, always with a genuine smile. I never worried that things wouldn't be taken care of, or that our need would not be met. There was one other meeting that Sarah couldn't attend, so another staff member at the Hall took it for her, and she was amazing as well! Also interacting and working with Mark, the head of catering, was absolutely delightful. My husband and I can't speak highly enough about him; because of different family situations, we had many special requests as far as the menu goes and that man went above and beyond for us, he is a really great guy! Overall, I was just blown away by the staff's hospitality and eagerness to make our day better than we could hope for, and they absolutely did. The actual wedding day was beyond better than I could've ever dreamed, I mean that sincerely. The venue is the best around and the grounds of the state park are just as stunning. The guests are still raving about how gorgeous the venue was, how the food was "the best they ever had," and how incredible the wait staff was. I had many, many people comment on these things to me. It was all-around perfect. Last comment, the wedding attendant, Pam, was absolutely amazing. I was told that I would have someone on that day to help me with whatever I needed and would ensure I was staying on task for things (speeches, cake cutting, first dances, etc.), but I had no idea I would have someone to attend to my every need, and with a great sense of humor. I really, truly have zero complaints about my experience at the Hall of Springs, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the wedding of their dreams!

Hall of Springs was the first venue that we looked at and none other compared. We had our absolute fairy tale wedding here and would choose Hall of Springs with Mazzone Catering a million times over!

When we first walked into the HOS I knew this was where I wanted my wedding. We just finished another venue tour that did not go well, but luckily the HOS presentation won us over. Our actual wedding day was amazing. Our guests complimented us on such a beautiful venue. All the food was delicious and the service was great. They really took care of us and we felt like a true bride and groom!

We chose the Hall of Springs predominately based on their reputation. From the original introductions right through to the last moments they delivered. Meg, Pam, Sarah, the Wait staff, the Bar staff and right down to the nice ladies that knew I needed to be told to relax and enjoy the day as I waited for my daughter to arrive.
It is a big decision and there are a lot of options, I am glad we made the right one.

The best food and staff you could ever hope for in a wedding venue! From start to finish nothing was overlooked for my daughters July wedding

Our wedding was nothing short of PERFECT. Of course everyone says that about their wedding, but even a month after, my wife and I are still glowing about ours. The team of vendors we hired were amazing and everything, every plan, every friend, family, and loved ones came together harmoniously at the Hall of Springs. The setting and the building are astonishing and there is no review that can do it justice. Without the Mazzone reps (Angelica, Meg, Alicia, Pam, Cathy, and the service staff), however, it's just a pretty building. Every step from booking to after the wedding, the staff has been supportive, informative, flexible, kind, exciting, and decisive. We felt like the only couple in the world for a year and a half as we planned our wedding and we were royalty on the day of. Every step went off without a hitch, every vendor organized, every little detail was tended to, and every want and need we had - we got. 5.0/5.0 in every category. Special shout out to Meg for stepping in as our event planner and being incredibly accommodating. We felt like we knew her for a decade. Also huge shouts to Alicia, our wedding day coordinator, who made everything flow so perfectly on our day of. And finally, big thanks to our girl - Party Pam, the bridal attendant who made my wife feel like the queen she is and making sure we both were never thirsty, hungry, unhappy, uncomfortable, or dirty - she literally brought flip flops in my wife's size without even meeting her so when her feet hurt, she was able to change. Incredible.

Being from out of state Hall of Springs event planners were always open and flexible with meeting with us! The whole event was amazing! The communication and thoroughness of the venue and all of the planners was flawless! And the actual event was incredible, not one detail was overlooked and everything went perfect! Speechless is a great word to describe how our wedding was there!

My wife and I got married at the Hall of Springs on 11/11/17 and it was magical. From start to finish everything about the wedding exceeded our expectations--beginning with the thoughtful event planner who accommodated our request for a gluten-free wedding to the beyond delicious food to the spectacular venue and incredible staff at the wedding. We were blown away and our guests were blown away. We can not say enough good things about the entire experience. We wish we could do it all over again; it was that special.

I got married at this venue last summer (2017), and it was the smoothest, most well-run wedding I've ever seen! As a performer, I have been to dozens of weddings before, and I've never seen a flawless wedding until this one. All of our guests had a great time, and now, 5 months later, there is still buzz about the event.

The staff at the Hall of Springs is incredible. Each one went above and beyond to help us with planning, preparation, and decision-making. On the big day, they exceeded our wildest expectations and were there for us with amazing precision and professionalism. Our guests adored the service, the food, and the spectacle of it all. The entire event was flawlessly coordinated.

My husband and I had a wonderful February wedding at the Hall of Springs! Mazzone hospitality provided absolutely delicious food for cocktail hour, main entrees and the wedding cake. The bridal attendant and operations manager also did everything to make the event run smoothly. All the guests had nothing but great things to say about every part of the wedding! It is a beautiful place!

Not only is this venue absolutely beautiful (that part speaks for itself), but the staff are AMAZING. Angelica, Alicia and Pam made my wedding flawless. I even said at one point in the night, "It feels like things are going TOO perfectly." The staff were extremely professional, organized and experienced. Pam was the MVP- anticipating every potential snag before they happened and preventing them all. She even stood outside in the freezing cold with myself and my bridal party during our first look and photos. Everything came together beyond my expectations. The food (as always with Mazzone) was awesome. So many people told me it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to.

Our wedding night was perfect in every way imaginable. Alicia (event manager) was a busy bee all over the place, she was constantly checking on us and keeping the event in order and on time. Alicia did an amazing job setting up our candy bar it was truly beautiful. She was just so knowledgable and made sure our night was perfect.

Pam (the bridal attendant) was beyond amazing. Upon walking in I was just memorized at the hall. She told me to slow down and to take it all in. That was the best advice I received all night. She took Jon and I around the hall and showed us everything. It was so nice to have this advice because taking the time to absorb everything is a huge memory from our night. Pam made sure to check in with us all evening and truly was a very important part of our day.

We had so many compliments from guests complimenting Mazzone. Many guests made the comments that they have been to weddings before and this was the best wedding they've ever been to. As far as the food, the cake, the service, and ambiance.

I honestly have not heard any negatives from anyone from the evening. We truly are so happy we went with Mazzone and the Hall of Springs.

I had the most amazing wedding ever at the Hall of Springs on 10-7-16. The staff is absolutely outstanding. If anything went wrong during the course of the night, myself or my groom had no idea. The food was spectacular, the venue is breathtaking, and the staff is so attentive to taking care of the tiniest details. They are true professionals. I would highly recommend this venue and the Mazzone staff to take care of any event, or wedding needs. They are truly top notch professionals and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. I had no worries that everything would be perfect and it was beyond anything that I could have imagined. The venue is absolutely beautiful and truly makes you feel like you are living in your fairtale wedding. The staff was amazing and made it a point to ensure we were 100% happy. They had done some minor remodeling from when we originally booked the venue and the date of our wedding. when we did the walk through we loved the changes minus the tree's that were in the middle of the round bars...they went from having lights strung throughout to a large spotlight on the bottom shooting up into the ceiling. The staff realized we had our heart set on the other trees and went and found them and had them put in place for our wedding. They MADE THINGS HAPPEN FOR US....not for the ease of their jobs. That is what sets them apart from other venues.....

The banquet hall is absolutely stunning with its chandeliers, columns and massive coffered ceiling. The staff was exceptional, making sure everything went flawlessly and the food was to die for! If only there were more hours in the day to soak it all up (and enjoy even more food)! It was the princess wedding of every little girls dream, I couldn't have asked for more!

If I could give the Hall of Springs more than 5 stars I would! Everyone who works there is incredible, and made sure our wedding day was the best ever! We heard from so many of our guests, even ones that work in the industry that this was the BEST wedding they have ever been to! Our wedding was on the first night of a 3-day Phish concert, but I never realized that there was a concert going on or that there were Phish fans EVERYWHERE outside. Emily, Alicia and Molly and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing and had everything handled the whole way through. Alicia & Molly made sure that not only were my husband & I taken care of, they made sure our families were too! It wound up POURING right before our ceremony, and I was supposed to walk outside, but Alicia & Molly made sure I was not seen, and found a way for me to get to the ceremony area without any guests seeing me! The whole night was beyond perfect. From the unbelieveable cocktail hour in the jazz bar & the patio, to the food everything was simply amazing. People couldn't get over the delicious food, that seemed never ending!
The reception it self was PERFECT. Before telling the band what was coming next, Alicia would come talk to my husband and I and make sure we were all on the same page. Alicia & Molly, continuously checked on us, to make sure we were nothing but satisfied.
They set up EVERYTHING how I wanted it, and were so helpful throughout the whole process! We had a hand made photobooth and I had my brother in law go over early to set it up, however, Hall of Springs staff already did it - and it looked perfect! The whole room, as set up beautifully, and all of our guests kept saying how magnificent the whole place was. Emily was amazing to work with and made the planning process so simple and easy to understand, and was there for me through the very end. I would recommend Hall of Springs to ANYONE looking for a venue in Saratoga! Best place ever!

WOW - we cannot say enough about the Hall of Springs. It was the first venue that we looked at and simply stated, every other venue we saw just could not compare. What I found most spectacular about the Hall was the fact that I knew how beautiful it was before the wedding, but when everything came together on the day of (the decorations, the lighting, etc.), my mouth just hung open. It is more than I anything I could have asked for our wedding.

When you book the Hall of Springs, you will be set up with Mazzone Hospitality as well (which is one of the many other things I loved about the Hall). The Mazzone food is delicious and something your guests will talk about for years to come. Mazzone provides a cake, which was also amazing, and even made a small gluten-free cake for me and my GF guests. Also when you book with HOS, you will get a bridal attendant and event coordinator. The bridal attendant is like your own little personal assistant (which the word "wonderful" doesn't even begin to cover), and the event coordinator ensures that everything is running smoothly during the reception.

Another note - our wedding was in January, in which there is the option for a little more budget-friendly "Winter White" package. While some guests were unsure about attending a wedding in the winter in New York, I believe they left satisfied (some stating it was "magical") and ultimately, we had a gorgeous winter-themed wedding. There is not a more stunning venue to have your wedding in Saratoga Springs than at the Hall of Springs.

We knew having our wedding at the Hall of Springs would be beautiful, and we knew everything would be professional and polished. Imagine our surprise when we realized that the level of quality from the staff exceeded even what we expected. Alissa and Lindsey handled everything flawlessly, from the first meeting to our exit on the big day. We never felt rushed, they took the time to answer every question we had and make our day so perfect. Can I just say though, the most amazing part of our wedding was Pam! She helped us from the moment we stepped out of the limo, and we never even had a chance to need anything because she was always there with a smile and whatever we needed, before we even knew we needed it! So many of our guests said it was by far the best wedding they have ever been to. I can't imagine a more perfect wedding day, and I encourage you to just go and see the venue if you're considering it. You will know the moment you walking that magical room that it's perfect. I can't say enough good things about the Hall of Springs. My husband and I made this our first stop when looking for wedding venues and we didn't even step foot in another venue. The moment we walked in we fell in love, it is the most amazing and beautiful venue in all of Saratoga. Mazzone Catering has the best food, I have a gluten allergy and a few of my guests had food allergies as well and they accommodated everyone!

From the moment we started the process the Hall of Springs was amazing to us. Emily and Cathy got back to us right away whenever we had questions, they would remind us when we had meetings and were available for anything we needed. Our day of coordinator Marianne was wonderful. She really brought our vision to life, she kept the day running smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything. Our bridal attendant the day of, Pam, was such a blessing! She was awesome with our ring bearer who was only 3 and had lots of energy, she bustled my dress, made sure our suite was always full of food, whatever we needed she was there for us.

The Hall of Springs Staff went above and beyond and made our day more than we could have ever dreamed. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with staff that cares about you and your day, go with the Hall of Springs! They will make your day so stress free and enjoyable!

My husband and I had a fabulous experience at the Hall of Springs with the Mazzone team for our recent wedding! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food is amazing quality (especially for a wedding) - we had so many comments from guests on how beautiful the space is and the quality of the food, from the cocktail hour to the main course. We primarily worked with Alissa and Lindsay at Mazzone and both ladies were so nice and were accommodating to our requests. We are so happy that we went with the Hall of Springs for our wedding venue!

As soon as my now-husband and I walked into the Hall of Springs, we knew it was going to be the perfect place for our wedding reception. The whole process of planning was almost too easy. The staff was quick to respond, always upbeat and positive, and willing to work with any idea we had. Every single one of our guests were blown away with the ambiance, service and food and many said it was the best experience they've had at a wedding. Not a thing went wrong that day, and we know it was because of the amazing staff, especially Lindsey, Pam and Alyssa, at the Hall of Springs. We would pick this venue again in a heartbeat! Our wedding day was entirely perfect and I credit much of that feeling to the Hall of Springs. The staff was professional, thorough, attentive - just lovely!

The space was great. Plenty of room and flexible with design so you don't feel like the room is empty with a smaller guest list. The only thing I didn't love was the acoustics, but this is a historic building and I'd imagine there's little changing that. We had the NY Players as our band and since they had played there many times, they knew exactly what to do.

I really can't say enough about how perfect this venue is. A total dream come true for our big day.

There are not enough good things we can say about this venue! From the meetings leading up to the wedding, to the service, to the amazing food, everything was unbeatable.

Everyone we worked with leading up to the day of was so incredibly helpful, kind and patient as we worked through our dream 'vision' and were available to answer any questions. They went out of their way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted, down to the cookies and milk station and special bar requests!

The day of service was out of this world... Pam & Sarah did an outstanding job of being there any time we had a question, needed a new drink and even put my dancing shoes under the head table so I could change them right after the first dance! The attention to detail will be unforgettable and surely unmatched. Our family even could not say enough good things about how attentive the staff was during the entire evening.

The food was also amazing... from the passed hors d'ors to the perfectly cooked filet, every plate we saw was empty! We also got many compliments on the wedding cake and how delicious that was.

We could go on forever about our outstanding experience dealing with the HOS. We would recommend them to any family member or friend, near or far, because they make the entire wedding planning process and day of such a remarkable experience. I can't say enough good things about the Hall of Springs. I was quite the crazy bride with 1,000 concerns and questions and someone ALWAYS responded to my e-mails within hours, sometimes minutes. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and made our wedding day PERFECT. We got married in a church and as soon as we arrived at the Hall, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Sara, the wedding coordinator, met us as we were walking off of the trolley and immediately collected any bags we didn't want to hold or carry and asked what each of us would like to drink and eat (there were 9 bridesmaids+8 groomsmen). While we were taking pictures outside we had an immense amount of food and drinks to keep us happy, hydrated, and full. Everything was taken care of including setting up any additions we had (guest book, seating cards, memory table, etc.), taking our flowers and using them to decorate tables, lining us up and getting us ready for formal introductions, coordinated with the band for toasts, dances, blessing, etc, and ALWAYS made sure my husband and I, along with our parents and bridal party, were HAPPY, had a drink, and had our food. We were attended to ALL night long, but not in an annoying way. The food was to die for. Every single person I have talked to said that the food was out of this world. The appetizers, main entrees (eggplant, chicken, beef), and desserts (cake made on premise/italian pastries) were EXCELLENT. We even got some food in to-go containers to eat later! There wasn't one glitch.....if there was, the Hall of Springs took care of it before I even knew! The grounds are beautiful for pictures and if it's a nice day, cocktail hour can be held on the portico (outside area). The inside is beautiful so no decorations are necessary and it is big enough to fit a lot of people without feeling cramped. This is a wonderful venue for a wedding!

Originally my husband and I wanted to get married in Key West, FL, but my parents talked us into having it at the Hall of Springs. Firstly, the architecture and natural ambiance of the building far exceeded what I'd ever dreamt it would be. From start to finish Mazzone Catering was there to answer EVERY questions we had. They were able to work with our budget and tight time frame, <5 months, with ease. We worked with Alissa up until the week of the wedding. For the final coordinating, and day of, the event was directed by Sarah. She was able to seamlessly guide us from our ceremony to reception. I would definitely recommend Mazzone Catering to any, in not all, of my friends and family. We feel so lucky to have had the wedding of our dreams, which ended up being far better than what if would have been in Key West.

We had our wedding reception at Hall of Springs with Mazzone Hospitality and were absolutely blown away with the production. Sarah Dorrer was our wedding coordinator and she was simply amazing. Planning your reception is a huge process, but Sarah put us at ease every time we talked to her. There were so many details that we never even considered and she took care of everything. The Hall of Springs looked unreal. We were both in shock when we walked in and saw just how much work they put into making sure it was stunning on our day. Leah, our bridal attendant, was with us from start to finish and made sure we had everything we needed. Mazzone's catering put on an amazing dinner, our guests are still talking about it a month later. The appetizers, dinner, cake, not only did the food turn out excellent, but their presentation was spectacular. This might be one of your most important decisions, and we would choose Hall of Springs-Mazzone Hospitality one-hundred times over. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work!

This venue for my daughter's wedding was spectacular! Everything was elegant! The staff were easy to work with. Servers were polite and friendly and extremely competent and they anticipated our every need. I was amazed at how all things ( lighting, table setting, chairs, etc.) all came together to make this a memorable experience.

The Hall of Springs was a fabulous venue. Kevin and Cathy with Mazzone hospitality made the entire wedding planning process a breeze, their knowledge and expertise was evident from our first meeting. We heard from countless guests that the wedding venue and food was the best they had ever experienced. The staff, sarah in particular the day of was remarkable.

We loved the venue from the start! We loved the high ceilings and the columns inside- perfect for uplighting. They have a GOBO machine which is your monogram and wedding date that gets projected onto the ceiling wall (you have to provide the gobo but they are not expensive).
We had the amazing Pam as our bridal attendant and she made sure we had anything and everything we needed at the wedding! She was always right there to make sure everyone was okay- smooth sailing with her help!
I will say check your date and see if the reflecting pond will be filled or empty.(although for pictures it doesn’t look so bad being empty).
Everything was so beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for anything we needed to change ahead of time or last minute. Just a wonderful venue!

We had a wedding reception of around 195 people and the Hall of Springs was a perfect venue! Mazzone made sure that down to the very last detail, everything was just how my husband and I wanted it! All of the staff were very accommodating and even though the night flew by, it was everything we hoped it would be.

Mazzone Catering, the caterer for the Hall of Springs, is a quality operation. My daughter's wedding was last Saturday and in addition to ordering perfect weather?? , they were wonderful. The food, the room set up, the people who represented them were all top notch. Pam & Alicia were exceptional. Many of the guests raved about them and the entire group. Hall of Spings is a beautiful venue and it wasa magical setting, transformed with the Mazzone crew.
