I had the pleasure of having my beautiful wedding here in November 2023 and just wow!

The moment I stepped into the villa, I was captivated by the exquisite Koa furnishings and tasteful decor. Every corner was thoughtfully designed, creating a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.

The ambience created by the outdoor lighting for the wedding ceremony was simply breathtaking. From twinkling fairy lights to beautiful lanterns, the romantic atmosphere set the perfect backdrop for the joyful occasion.

Our wedding at the Oahu Wedding Villas and Venues was just truly enchanting! The beautiful surroundings, careful attention to detail, lovely Koa furnishings, cozy accommodations, and amazing views all made our celebration of love truly unforgettable. If you're searching for a dream wedding location that blends elegance with the genuine aloha spirit, I wholeheartedly suggest this venue.

I loved it!!! The staff was amazing, every detail was flawless. The venue's location made it so easy to access the VERY nearby beaches and hiking trails, it was a perfect balance between adventure and relaxation ❤️🤙🏼

Of all the places we considered for our destination wedding, Oahu Wedding Villas & Venues stood out from the rest. From the moment I found the venue online and talked to their team, to when I arrived at the estate, it was amazing! We were warmly welcomed by the staff and blown away by the beauty and size of the property. The private mansion on the estate is amazing, aesthetic decor & so much indoor/outdoor fun, especially the pool! AND, this place is soo close to the beach!

As the bride, I loved the accommodations. One of THE BEST THINGS about this venue is that our bridal party and family were able to stay on the estate with us!! This made the entire experience soo special. We felt like we were in our own little world, surrounded by the beauty of Hawaii. The mansion was a perfect place for us to get ready, so much room to have all my girls with me, and perfect lighting for hair & makeup. When it was time for the ceremony, we stepped outside into the beautiful garden area that was exactly what I wanted! It was the perfect backdrop for us to exchange our vows and celebrate.

The staff at Oahu Wedding Villas & Venues was so friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process, they always made sure that we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better setting for our special day. Preparing for the wedding in the mansion and then walking straight into the ceremony was an experience I will never forget. The mansion provided an intimate and beautiful space for us to get ready, and the seamless transition from inside to outside made it even more special.

One of the best parts about this venue is that our friends and family were able to stay with us at the estate. This made our wedding weekend truly unforgettable, and the accommodations were out of this world. We felt like royalty during our stay.

Hale Koa provided a first class and amazing experience! The grounds are lush and tropical, the pool is a hidden gem, the main house is gorgeous, and the guest house with the wrap around deck provides tons of space for any number of guests to enjoy each other or their own getaway within a getaway ;-)

You won't find any place like it! It's so calming and peaceful and yet still colorful and bold as any tropical paradise. The instant energy when you step into the forums is beyond words. The gardens and surrounding decks and pool are a show stopper! We had the experience of a lifetime and it is all due to the communication and friendly response of everyone that helped us plan our stay. You can't find better aloha hospitality. This place is a gem! The main suite is a unique experience with a shower as big as my bedroom and a lava rock hot tub. So many games and movies for everyone in the family. And a sound system and dance floor that did wonders for the space! Stay here if you can! Memory of a lifetime!

Both my (now) husband and I’s parents stayed at the Hale Koa Estates and had our wedding ceremony/reception there (4days/3nights)! This venue alleviated a lot of wedding stressors and was so amazing to work with. From their quick responses to the set up / tear down and everything in between, we could not have asked for a better time! In addition, they recommended a wedding coordinator that knew the ins and out and made it so stress free. Thank you a millllion :)

Can’t give more than 5 stars to Hale Koa versatile gorgeous estate! Everything you need for a party, family reunion, Birthday, wedding is there. Everything literally you name it. Estate beauty, versatility, hosts hospitality and accommodations exceeded our expectations on our birthday party.

I will be honest, this was not my dream to hold my wedding here but as soon as I stepped foot onto the property it quickly became my dream. From the start the owner was fantastic! Very responsive and attentive. My husband and I chose this property not only for it's beauty but all the amenities and the fact we could have our closest friends and family stay there and hold our wedding/reception all in one place. The staff showed up first thing in the morning and began setting up the tables and linens. The night before they were already setting up guests chairs at the wedding arch. The home is clean and equipped with tons of entertainment. Wether you want to relax and watch a movie, play air hockey/pool, or take a dip in the amazing pool or hot tub. The property has something for everyone and that was perfect. The kitchen & dining area was incredible for all of our family to gather and enjoy meals together. My personal favorite was the master bedroom where myself & the bridesmaids got ready on wedding day. The lava rock tub was incredibly relaxing and I felt like a total princess in that room. I can't thank this team enough for such a great experience and a beautiful wedding day. I am so grateful that everything went perfectly and that this property is the place where one of my most precious memories took place. Thank you Hale Koa Estate! It was magic everything was perfect

The owner and property manager took care of us from day one. Planned our stay a year and a half before our wedding, and they always had a gracious open line of communication despite the pandemic causing a lot of concerns. The fact we planned everything where we live in California, everyone involved were great to work with. The property is as beautiful as the pictures you see in the reviews but a million times more amazing when you physically set foot there. Upkeep was on top of their game, and the event/property staff were super friendly. We will always remember this place, as they will forever be in our hearts. Can’t say enough how perfect Hale Koa estate is. Dream location to spend with your family and friends.

Oahu is known as the gathering place and the Oahu Wedding Villa in Laie fulfilled that promise. The Villa provided a luxurious, beautiful and relaxing place for our friends and family to gather and celebrate the wedding day as well as the days leading up to it and following.

The villa is both sophisticated and comfortable. It offers many spots to bring everyone together as well as quiet settings for quieter moments. The pool and the gardens that surround the villa are amazing.

The staff at the venue was friendly, polite and unobtrusive. They truly bring the Aloha spirit to their work.

We took advantage of the planning services that were available through the venue and couldn't have been more pleased. Barbara is true professional that understands all of the "moving parts" that must work together to organize a successful event.

The villa provided an extraordinary back drop to the wonderful memories we will hold of this very special day.

The owner of the Hale Koa Estate helped facilitate our memorable and beautiful small family reunion and wedding. Aside from the stunning estate itself and its numerous amenities, what made this experience top notch was easy communication and planning from the very get-go. We are so grateful for the owner and his team for ensuring we had an amazing time. Although we could only spend a night, we highly recommend staying multiple days to enjoy the estate. Hey we all had an awesome time. If you get a chance to go to Hale koa for any event I highly recommend it. The place is pretty amazing has really good vibes. I was lucky enough to go to a friend's wedding there... There is a nice layout and lots of space. The pool was like something out of a movie and the setting with all the plants feels exotic but authentic. All the staff was on point... I really can't think of anything that was worth complaining about. Great memories for sure.

Best venue for weddings, birthdays, and family vacations. You just need your clothes and groceries. Everything else is there for you to relax, swim, cook, and make memories.

I don’t even know where to start… First of all - everyone in Hawaii is so freaking nice and sweet. So why would you NOT want to get married there? When we decided to do a destination wedding and I came across this venue, I knew from the second I saw it I was GOING to get married there… photos and videos just don’t do it justice! The property was absolutely beautiful, and private, the property manager was soooo helpful! Every day we were there he helped with parking of all the cars, any questions or concerns I had he took care of almost immediately and was super quick to respond.

Second, we booked for three nights. Two nights before, which was nice for touring the property, seeing things through so you can talk with the team with how you in-vision your big day. HIGHLY recommend doing that. We used the second night there for a bachelor/bachelorette type party (we just mostly stayed in with our friends and family, since most things shut down due to covid days before the wedding. It was so chill and so nice. The pool was a perfect party site for the girls, and the BBQ/front garden was a good place for the guys to play games, drink and have fun.

Lastly when it comes to decoration… don’t spend an arm and a leg getting some!!!! The only thing I would ever recommend to anyone is table decor for the reception, and arch decor for the ceremony. the garden and property does the rest for you!
This place has PLENTY of room for guests… so perfect for a destination wedding!
I was so busy in awe I couldn’t even stop to take videos/photos… I regret it now! Lol! seriously couldn’t recommend Phineas and his crew more. Book this venue… just DO IT!

We decided to have our wedding here and it was the most amazing experience of our life. It was nice to be able to allow our guests to stay the night, and we were able to plan the most amazing wedding weekend, rather than just one day. The beach that is a block away is very private and a lot of our guests would walk there to sun bathe and swim. I think our guests had as much fun as us and we hope to use this place again to renew our vows in the future.

I just want to say our wedding was in every way perfect !! The villa is immaculate and so beautifully landscaped ! The owner was on spot with everything ! Anything we needed was promptly taken care of . The pool the grounds the master suite are so amazing !! I think everyone should have their wedding in this tropical paradise. Weddings are special and this whole experience was fantastic !

This venue was pure magic. Hale Koa estate was clean and beautifully curated. You could truly tell the amount of work that went in to creating such a beautiful space. It was magic to be there and we truly could not have chosen a better venue. The owner of the property was a delight as well and you can tell he truly loved the space and wanted us to enjoy it as well.

We had an amazing experience with Hawaii wedding villas! The staff was very supportive during these tough times with all the restrictions and lockdowns. It has been a very stressful time preparing for our event. Pitambar quickly answered all of our calls. Both he and his associates are very professional and good-faith people. My husband and I definitely recommend this venue, it’s the best place you can imagine with the best customer service you could expect.

Jaw dropping venue! This surpasses 5 star resorts in beauty, amenities and location. If you're serious about having your guests remember your event or wedding or whatever then stop what you're doing and check out this unbelievable space. For the word "paradise", they should just have photo's of Oahu Wedding Villa! Couldn't be happier we had our event here.

I called Hale Koa Estate and got so much information with personal attention in a short amount of time, I was immediately impressed. Narayan was so kind and helpful, and even after we got off the phone he was very responsive in text to my follow-up questions. Hale Koa Estate offers A LOT... things you would normally have to rent, they've got it! You want a coordinator? Narayan will do that. You need a place to stay for multiple people? They got you. You want a place that has minimal rules to abide by because its private? Hale Koa is it! In addition to all of this, it's beautiful! There's lots of greenery. there is a beautiful pool and its so close to the beach! I can't wait to get married here.
