  Chef Maria is outstanding

  All of our guests loved the food Chef Maria and her staff served at our wedding. The display was beautiful and better than I could even imagine. Her staff were friendly, discreet, and very attentive. The food was wonderful and fairly priced! Chef Maria goes above and beyond for her clients and it shows! She accommodated me during a time that was rough and never ceases to be professional. I will recommend her to any friend hosting an event or wedding!

  Absolutely Amazing! You can’t go wrong

  Chef Maria exceeded our expectations! We went with the Italian dinner for our wedding reception, and it was the best wedding food I’ve ever had by far. All the guests raved about the quality of the food. Everything was delicious and you can tell she put her heart and soul into that food. Everything was flavorful and juicy. Would definitely recommend to others 10/10

  Absolutely Fantastic

  I was impressed initially with the level of detail on Gypsy Soul Catering's website, which clearly outlined the packages available. Then we went in for a tasting and saw the level of professionalism and detail Chef Maria displays, and we got to taste the amazing food. We knew instantly that we would be using Gypsy Soul for our wedding. I don't have a very easy time giving up control or trusting that everything will go smoothly, but I never had any of those uneasy feelings when working with Chef Maria. I always knew that she was on top of every request and detail I wanted for our special day. She asked about the theme of our wedding, and she set up a beautiful dessert table that fit in with our theme perfectly. I was able to send her pinterest boards, and she completely captured the essence of what I was going for. (I was initially nervous about this - I wanted to purchase all my own stands to display desserts, but I turned it over to the team at Gypsy Soul instead and it was perfect.) On our wedding day, the food was FANTASTIC. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I am so so so happy with how our food turned out, how professional the staff was, and how our needs were provided for. I recommend Gypsy Soul Catering to anyone looking to have amazing food, with perfect presentation and professionalism, on their wedding day or for any event. Best catering experience I could have asked for.

  Great food and great service

  Gypsy Soul Catering did a great job for my wedding. We fell in love with Maria's cooking at our tasting and knew that her food was a must have for our wedding. We went with the Italian dinner. Maria is so accommodating and was so easy to work with when we had to adjust our menu. Her staff was also very helpful and respectful.
  
  I highly recommend the desert bar. All of our guests raved about it!! The spinach artichoke dip is also phenomenal and was a big hit with our guests. Maria was so kind to leave us with a ton of leftovers after the wedding too.

  Chef Maria's process has been amazing. From our first conversation about all that she can offer; to her table decorations; to the taste testing, everything was stress free and delicious! We even made last minute changes and didn't run into any issues. 100% of our guests loved the food, she even made sure our 2 vegan cousins had a meal option. Can't say enough great things about Chef Maria and her team at Gypsy Soul!

  Chef Maria catered my daughter's wedding reception and I don't have enough superlatives to express what a triumph her food and service were! She is the consummate professional and her food and her presentation display the care and love with which she creates and serves her food. From the tasting, to the booking, to the on-site visit, the service and clean up, Chef Maria and her marvelous staff exemplified gold star customer service. She is simply a fabulous chef and an equally marvelous person.

  Will not disappoint! Great food and service

  Gypsy Soul Catering did a wonderful job. We used them for a small surprise bridal celebration. We went with the brunch option since it was late morning. You will not be disappointed – from their communication skills to the taste of the food to the arrangement on the table. I would use them again and highly recommend them so an event.

  Wedding Catering

  Maria and her team were so sweet and helpful and the food was delicious! We had a taco bar and it was a very reasonable price and of course everyone loved TACOS! I threw a couple of curve balls for their set up and her and her team adapted and were very resourceful and happy to make me and my fiancé happy! Would highly recommend! Support local and support small business!

  Maria was lovely to work with! Due to Covid cancellations this year we found ourselves without a caterer only a few weeks before our wedding. She responded to my quote request quickly, gave me a few options that would fit the budget we was aiming for, and met with me via Zoom a few weeks before the wedding so that we could chat face-to-face and make sure we were on the same page. She took the time to look at pictures of my decorations and inspiration to make sure that the buffet tables fit into the style and feel, and even had copper serving pieces that fit beautifully with the rose gold accents in our wedding decor. We served the taco bar and fruit appetizers and it was a hit with all of our guests. Highly recommend!

  There's a reason Chef Maria and her team consistantly get 5 stars. They are nothing short of miracle workers. Chef Maria is whole heartedly one of the best people you could ever meet and work with. Treats each detail as if its personal. The food was amazing, we had a black tie wedding event on New Years Eve and the biggest compliment we got was about how good the food was. We had the holiday dinner and you could just tell each dish was made with so much love. Her gravy for the Turkey and Mashed Potatoes belongs in its own food group it was sooo good. Like eyes roll back in your head good. From the Turkey and Ham to all the sides, to desserts and right down to the hot chocolate bar, everything was amazing! We're just looking now to make up reasons why we need her to cater another event :) Thanks for everything Chef!

  We had the pleasure to work with Chef Maria to cater our wedding this past weekend. Our experience with Gypsy Soul Mobile Café was nothing but the best. Not only was the food fantastic but the staff was also incredible. Everyone was so polite, personable and had such a great attitude.
  
  We wanted a soup bar during cocktail hour for our fall wedding and Gypsy Soul was one of the only caterers we could find that would accommodate this request. It was a hit and our guests loved it. The set up and display of all the food was so beautiful. Chef Maria also made our wedding cake and laid out an amazing spread of desserts. We received so many compliments on how delicious everything was.
  
  In addition, working with Chef Maria to cater a large event was so great. She made the whole process so easy and carefree. We still talk about how much we enjoyed the tasting we had with her earlier in the year.

She was very responsive to all my questions and meet with me several times to go over everything to make sure my needs were met. She definitely made the catering for my wedding stress free.   Chef Maria and her team at Gypsy Soul Catering are absolutely incredible! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my summer 2020 wedding plans had to change drastically in the span of about three months. I was in need to a caterer last minute and Gypsy Soul Catering delivered more than I could have hoped for! Chef Maria was so accommodating and helpful in making my wedding dreams come true even under a time crunch! The food was affordable, plentiful, and DELICIOUS! All the guests were raving about the wonderful and unique food prepared! I honestly can't thank her enough! I would definitely recommend Gypsy Soul Catering for your next event, and would absolutely use their services again in the future!

  maria and her team were great to work with. with had many vegatarian guests and we were able to come up with a menu for all of our guests. maria came out prior to the event to look over our property. everything was set up so beautifully. everyone enjoyed the hodurves, dinner, and dessert. even the infused water was delicious.

  Delicious Food and Great Service!

  Recently my company Broad View Events was hired for a small, at-home wedding. I found Gypsy Soul Catering online and saw they had great reviews, so reached out to Chef Maria. Response was very quick and thorough, with a sample menu and ballpark pricing that I could pass on to my clients. From there we went on to an initial meeting and followed up with a tasting, both of which made my clients feel very much at ease with the whole process. Fast forward to wedding day, and Chef Maria and her crew came in and very efficiently set up in the small home kitchen. The food was delicious and the service stellar. Chef Maria even made the wedding cake! I would highly recommend Gypsy Soul if you’re looking for a caterer or at home chef, and I look forward to working with Chef Maria and her team in the future!

  Recently my company Broad View Events was hired for a small, at-home wedding. I found Gypsy Soul Catering online and saw they had great reviews, so reached out to Chef Maria. Response was very quick and thorough, with a sample menu and ballpark pricing that I could pass on to my clients. From there we went on to an initial meeting and followed up with a tasting, both of which made my clients feel very much at ease with the whole process. Fast forward to wedding day, and Chef Maria and her crew came in and very efficiently set up in the small home kitchen. The food was delicious and the service stellar. Chef Maria even made the wedding cake! I would highly recommend Gypsy Soul if you’re looking for a caterer or at home chef, and I look forward to working with Chef Maria and her team in the future!

  Best part of my wedding! Besides the getting hitched part 😉

  My husband and I had the pleasure of hiring Maria and her business to cater our wedding. We actually went through some unexpected financial situations right before the big day. Maria gave us several other options for dinner that were still amazing and it was really reassuring to know she would work with us during a time of uncertainty. In the end it all worked out with our situation and we got to choose the food we really wanted, the Italian dinner. By far one of the best meals I have eaten. I ate it for days after our wedding as well. The display was beautiful and customized to our dinner. It speaks volumes when that’s the main part your guests talk to you about. Lol. Maria was always in communication and on time. There was some plates that were misplaced and she even ran to the store on her way to our wedding to grab more. She went out of her way in several areas and those “little” gestures will always follow when I think of her. I can’t wait to have another even so I can hire her again! Can you have a vowel renewal on a 2nd anniversary?? 🤣

  Maria and her team did an excellent job from beginning to end. Our event was held during our church's annual Daniel Fast, so I thought the menu may be a little tricky! She nailed it! The food was absolutely amazing! I would eat this food when I am not fasting. They are professional and amazing to work with. We will definitely be using Gypsy Soul Catering again.
