  Wonderful, comfortable experience

  Greta was such a great investment in our wedding! Like many people, my husband and I had never had professional photography done, and we wanted to feel comfortable throughout our wedding day. From the first phone call Greta was so understanding and willing to approach our day exactly how we wanted, documenting genuine emotions and gently guiding us and our families through the process. We received our photos quickly and could not have been happier! If you’re looking for true-to-life color, thoughtful direction, and to capture all the laughing candids and little moments, Greta is your gal! She and her assistant Sofia were everywhere at once without being obtrusive, and they were so kind and generous with our guests. I’m thrilled to have Greta’s talent behind these memories, and can’t wait to get tons of our photos printed!

  Greta is so talented! I couldn't be happier with our decision to book her as our photographer. Her photographs are stunning and captured our day perfectly! Her work speaks for itself; she is a true artist. She did an amazing job of putting us at ease, and directed our photos in a way that let our personalities and the beauty of our venue shine.

  Greta is absolutely amazing. She photographed my surprise proposal in Portland by the lighthouse. My fiancee worked closely with her and she helped him so much leading up to the big day. She even went as far as to set up the flowers arrangements at her home and then set up the flowers and candles at the place he chose to propose! This took a great deal of pressure off during the planning process for him. She and her assistant were so kind and made us feel so comfortable after the proposal as they shot additional pictures by the water and lighthouse. The pictures are absolutely stunning and we will forever cherish them. I can not thank Greta enough for helping make my engagement so special and for taking such incredible photos. Look no further- she is the best of the best!!

  Greta did a fantastic job at our wedding last September (yes this review is far overdue, sorry!) and we couldn't thank her enough for capturing our day with photographs that we'll cherish for a lifetime. We actually met Greta when she photographed a close friend's wedding in Maine two years before our own wedding. When it came time to pick our own photographer she came to mind because she'd been so warm and friendly and we had absolutely loved their pictures.
  
  Greta was so lovely to work with ahead of our wedding, meeting with us over FaceTime to discuss timeline, plan our "must-have" pics, and share suggestions. When she came over on our wedding day I felt as if I'd known her a long time even though we'd only met once! Despite not having worked with our venue before (we got married in NYC) Greta effortlessly identified some great spots for our first look and group pictures. Throughout the night she took pictures of all our special moments and those of our guests. Did I mention she was about 8 months pregnant as well? She's pretty much superwoman. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
  
  PS: After getting ready Greta and our wedding coordinator rode with me to the venue. I'll never forget Greta asking me questions to try to keep me calm in the car on the way to the venue. We were running late and stuck in NYC traffic and I was FREAKING OUT inside, but she kept me talking and engaged which definitely helped me avoid a potential meltdown! :)

  Greta photographed our destination wedding in Kennebunkport ME. What makes Greta special is her amazing ability to capture all the emotions of the day. While the smiling portraits she took are very nice my favorite pictures are the ones I didn't ask for-the spontaneous moments and interactions between me and my groom. The way she captured how we felt in those moments is amazing. She is also very talented at capturing children's personalities. I would highly recommend Greta if you want to be able to relive your wedding day with the most amazing photographs.

  Words can’t describe how much we loved having Greta as our photographer. She is a true professional, capturing moments with such creativity and ease for photos that are simply gorgeous. Greta immediately made my bridesmaids and I feel so relaxed with her calm, reassuring demeanor and genuine kindness -- exactly what was needed on such a busy day! She was also incredibly flexible, working on the fly with us to finesse our rain plan for the afternoon. Greta placed our comfort as the top priority on our wedding day, making sure we were feeling great about the shots and locations.
  Upon meeting Greta, she understood our vision right away and was so excited to work with us to make the day perfect. Greta’s second shooter was an absolute delight, capturing the groom and details with such enthusiasm. Together, they made an incredible pair whom we now have the pleasure of calling friends.   It's hard to call Greta a vendor. My husband and I, as well as our wedding party, thought of her more as a friend. An amazingly talented friend! What she added to our weekend goes beyond anything we could have imagined and goes far beyond simple photography. Meeting Greta was one of the most fortunate things to have happened during our wedding planning process.
  Greta and her team have a sense of professionalism that goes beyond photography. During the planning process she was attentive and enthusiastic. I couldn't help but smile every time we chatted because I knew she would add such an amazing perspective to my vision. During the wedding weekend, when something popped up that needed attention, no matter how small, Greta and her team were on it, helping beyond what could ever be expected!
  We were fortunate enough to have Greta at our rehearsal dinner lobster bake as well. Not only did we get to see some amazing photos by the wedding morning, but Greta could be seen helping out throughout the night!   We are a week out from our wedding and have seen (and swooned over) our preview photographs. We can't wait to see the entire collection and know that they will be a magical part of our wedding memories!

  Greta is amazing! I contacted her based on a blog post of a past elopement she did in 2015. She ended up going above and beyond and helped us find the location and officiant. We were so lucky to have found her. Pictures were turned around very quickly and look amazing!

  Greta is amazing! She is an incredible photographer and captured our intimate wedding in such a loving and beautiful way. In addition to being a crack photographer she is also a kind and considerate person - she has the remarkable ability to put you at ease even when the stress related to the event is starting to rise.
  
  Since our guest list was limited to 19 people so many of our friends and family could not be included in our celebration. Recently we have shared Greta's pictures around and the comment we hear again and again is: "these photos are so wonderful that they make me feel like I was there." How awesome is that?

  Greta was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was flexible, easy going, and most importantly for me, she was nice and friendly.
  Our package included engagement photos which I was skeptical about but she urged us to keep. We had the greatest day with her. She took the time to really get
  to know us and our engagement photos came out stunning. She even let us include our dog! It allowed us to really get comfortable with her.
  She was perfect at our wedding- got all the shots she wanted, some we didn't know we wanted; she was fast so we didn't feel like we were spending our entire reception taking pictures, and all anyone said after was "Your wedding photographer was awesome, we barely knew she was there!".
  She had suggested doing a first look before the ceremony, so my husband and I could have our photos together privately before the wedding started, and it was amazing. I'm so glad that we had that down time together before the mayhem. She even went to our wedding venue before the event to scope it out so she had a great lay of the land and amazing ideas on how and where she wanted to proceed. She went above and beyond for us and we could not be more happy with the results.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Greta, she captured our elopement ceremony exactly how I had envisioned, better! All that has viewed our wedding images have commented on how talented our photographer is, beautiful work and we were lucky to find her!   Greta did an amazing job with our rehearsal dinner and wedding pictures! She is flexible and willing to try new things. She not only captured beautiful photos, but her photography tells a story from your big day. I would highly recommend her for any occasion!

  Photography for our wedding was extremely important to me and my husband so we spent a lot of time researching and talking to people until our wedding planner recommended Greta. She has a romantic style of photography that fit so well with our venue on a flower farm, and she was a delight to work with! We opted for an engagement shoot with her as well the fall before to get to know her style and there were so many photos we loved from that session that it was tough to choose one for our Save the Dates!

  I could not have been happier with the service that Greta provided. She is sweet, professional, creative and talented. Her style is versatile and my wedding photographs came out so much better than I had envisioned. She was able to capture so much emotion through the photos. I have already referred her to several close friends and family members, and she will be photographing my best friend's wedding this July!
