  Best wedding coordinator ever!

  Hiring Brittney at GLEP was one of the best wedding choices my husband and I made for our wedding day. I truly don't know what I would have done without Brittney. In addition to our usual monthly check in meetings, she was always available by text or email for anything I needed. I leaned on Brittney for everything - big concerns about the day of, and little concerns as small as where should I put my card box. She stood by my side through everything and I was SO much less stressed and was really put at ease having Brittney by my side. We had our wedding reception in a bank so we had to bring in everything from coat racks to tables and chairs to napkins. As you can imagine there were a LOT of people to hire, coordinate with, and plan for. Leading up to the wedding, Brittney made sure I was on track and not missing anything with my planning. She also created our entire wedding day timeline for us. Closer to the wedding, she confirmed all of my contracts for me and became the point person of contact. We held a special cultural ceremony during our reception and she even coordinated meeting up with our parents to pick up supplies and brought them with her the day of. The day of the wedding Brittney did SO MUCH! She made sure we stayed on track to our timeline, that all of the vendors were coordinated getting in/out of the bank in their certain timeslot, and that things ran smoothly. If something did go wrong on my wedding day, I don't even know about it because Brittney must have handled it! She was there with me from the beginning of the day to the end of the night. She truly became my friend during the wedding planning process and made it such an easy, stress free, fun time!! She even does these beautiful flower walls that I cannot wait to have for my next event. I CANNOT RECOMMEND BRITTNEY ENOUGH! HIRE HER IF YOU WANT A BEAUTIFULLY PLANNED WEDDING AND A FUN STRESS FREE WEDDING DAY!

  The most beautiful pampas backdrop for our wedding!

  We used the pampas wall as the backdrop for our photobooth and it was absolutely stunning. Brittney was SO responsive and so amazing to work with. If you are contemplating renting a backdrop for your wedding or event - DO IT! You won’t regret it and Brittney is the best! Thank you so much again!

  Couldn't do it without Brittney!

  Brittney was absolutely amazing as our day-of wedding coordinator! She was so on top of everything and we didn't need to worry about a thing on our wedding day. Many people tend to give their to-do list or tasks list to a family member or friend... why make your guests worry about getting things done at your wedding, instead your guests should be enjoying themselves! So give your to-do list to Brittney and she will have it done for you and will most definitely go above and beyond your expectations! Brittney was so organized and experienced with running a wedding, she helped with our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception! Also while we were in the planning stages, she was also a great help with her vendor connections.

  Lifesaver!

  Brittney was beyond a blessing for me on my wedding day. She stepped in one month before my wedding to help take over the wedding stress! Not only was she professional, but she was so friendly! We met in person a few times before the wedding and she was so organized and didn’t let me worry about a thing! I’m so happy that my sister in law found her for me! I highly recommend her. Thank you so much Brittney for making my wedding day perfect❤️❤️❤️

  Brittney Is The Best

  Brittney Buchler was my wedding planner for my wedding in September and she was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish she made everything go smooth and most importantly stress free. I would highly recommend Brittney.

  The Best Wedding Decision!

  I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator because we all know the wedding expenses add up. Brittney was worth every penny and more! Super communicative, fun to work with, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us figure out details we had never even thought of and made sure everything went perfect on the day of. Can’t stress enough how worth it is to hire a DOC and that Brittney is the best that you can ask for.

  Best Decision Ever Made

  Hiring Brittney was the best decision I have made. She helped me with everything from decor, ceremony planning, day of coordinating, and more. She quickly replied to all of my texts and questions no matter the time of day. My wedding was a dream come true all thanks to her. Not only is she incredibly professional, helpful, and hard working, but she's so fun to work with and be around. If i'm being honest, it was like having another bridesmaid/friend helping you plan your wedding. She deserves way more than 5 stars. Two of my bridesmaids have already decided they are going to Brittney for their weddings!

  Brittney/GLEP was amazing!

  Booking Brittney of Great Lakes Event Planning as our Day-Of Coordinator was one of the very best decisions we made for our wedding! She knows exactly what she’s doing and she was a huge part of why our wedding day ran so smoothly. During our planning meetings before the wedding, she was super helpful and had great advice about vendors in the Detroit area, and the day-of timeline she helped us create for the wedding was perfect. Through the whole planning process, Brittney was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond — so important for stressed-out brides (like I was!). Then, the day of, she was an angel — she got to our venue (our house/property in Dexter) early, helped SO much with setting up glasses/folding napkins/transporting flowers/giving checks to vendors/probably a million other things I didn’t even see because I was busy doing last-minute wedding prep. During the actual ceremony, she was the one who coordinated all the timing/entrances and kept everything running on track. She also brought us a beautiful backdrop for our sweetheart table at the reception and set it up for us — it looked amazing! — and a really cool dessert tray that we used to display some of our wedding desserts. Also, we had to take photos during our cocktail hour, and she tracked us down and brought my husband and me a little plate of food so we wouldn’t pass out from hunger/exhaustion! It was just so nice having her there during the day, knowing that if something came up, she would handle it, and she really goes the extra mile for her clients. Thank you so much, Brittney, for all you did to make our wedding perfect!

  I was able to enjoy my entire wedding day without any worry!

  Where do I begin?! Brittney HELD IT DOWN! My entire wedding day I was completely relaxed and stress free because of Brittney. For starters, she arrived with a bag of beauty things for emergency. Thankfully she brought a curling iron because she touched up my hair THREE times that day (once was even on the limo). She made sure our lunch was ready and waiting for us between church and reception, jumped in and assisted when we were struggling with the playlist on the limo, took rice out of my hair from the church and so much more. I couldn’t imagine the stress I could have felt on my wedding day if it was not for Brittney. She took all the worry away from me. She ensured all vendors were on schedule, the reception was set up, bridal party knew when/where to stand for Church and reception, and kept us and our bridal party on schedule the entire day. She did not leave until late in the evening when all the important things were done and the only remaining thing left was to dance! Any question I had even much prior to the wedding, Brittney had the answer or a suggestion for me. Thank you Brittney for ensuring our special day was nothing short of perfect!
