I would like to start off by saying that without Ingrid, we would still be planning our wedding. Without her help, guidance, and her amazing planning and coordinating skills, we would not have had the dream wedding that we did!
From the first meeting with Ingrid, she helped ease the anxiety and stress we felt having to plan a wedding, let alone a wedding out of state. What set her a part from other wedding planners was her ability to help us plan a wedding from the ground up. We utilized her full service option and we worked with her for over a year. She helped us find a beautiful venue in the area we wanted, connect us with an amazing DJ, connected us with a great caterer that fit our cultural needs, an amazing florist, and our officiant as well. Ingrid was also very organized. We met with her monthly and during each meeting we went over what tasks of the wedding planning were done and what are the upcoming tasks that need to be accomplished. She essentially made sure every small detail of the wedding was booked and taken care of. Ingrid's expertise and experience was apparent from the beginning as she went with our vague ideas of what we wanted for a wedding and turned it into something beautiful that we and our families enjoyed.
Overall, I highly recommend Ingrid as a wedding planner. From day one to the day of the wedding, her attention to detail in coordinating every aspect of the wedding helped to take the stress off of us and allowed us to enjoy the moment. -

Ingrid and her team of people were so incredibly organized and fun to work with. I would highly recommend her for any of your event needs. No event is to big for her and her team. She and everyone on her team are so detail orientated. They also went above and beyond and completely repurposed a flower arrangment and made something to go on the mantle of venue behind the sweetheart table. They just took the initiative and took a boring single boquet and transformed it. -

One of the biggest and often most overlooked factors in hiring a planner is how well the work with other vendors. My company does photo/video/Dj, so working with the planner is one of the most important aspects for us and can really make or break the experience. Ingrid and her team are phenominal to work with, and internally very organized. When looking for a planner, try to see how well they collaborate with other vendors. Ingrid was a great planner to work with. As a filmmaker for weddings I have worked with many planners, but Ingrid really stood out. With her very well organized communication before the wedding and her care the day of for the couple. There is the concept of "staying on schedule" which is great. But I observed Ingrid do that but above that was "what does the couple want and prefer" and that stood out. That's how I operate as well and Ingrid really has care for her couples. AND she brings other members of her team who are also super helpful. Like little angels that help when you need it. Definitely recommend! -

We booked Ingrid and her team for the Final Month Planning / Day-Of Coordination for our wedding. Thank goodness we did! The process of working with Grand Entrance Affairs was excellent, at a reasonable price point, and it resulted in an absolutely perfect day. :)
From the time Ingrid started working with us, she took a load off of our shoulders and we felt well taken care of. We are the type who like to be in control and plan everything ourselves, but we're so grateful that Ingrid brought her years of experience to ask us all the right questions and help us plan out the day-of timeline because we would have definitely gotten it wrong on our own.
If there were any obstacles or things that went wrong on the wedding day, we were completely oblivious to it because her team handled it all without worrying us. They gave us just the right amount of attention to make us feel well taken care of while letting us enjoy each other's company and the company of our guests.
We got MANY compliments from our guests about how professional and helpful the Grand Entrance Affairs team was. We heard their team was kind, respectful, quick, and professional. While they were never in the way, their team was somehow always there when needed.
Their attention to detail, ability to work with so many vendors' personalities and communication styles, "I Can" attitude, and listening to us and working with us to bring our dream into fruition -- all of it was amazing. We had many unconventional ideas, and Ingrid was game for all of them.

Ingrid is one of the greatest planners we have had the pleasure of working with in this industry. One of her couples recently used our company, which provides faux floral rentals, to couples looking to save on flowers for their big day. Her responsiveness and impeccable attention to detail truly set her apart from most others in the wedding space, and she does so with such precision and empathy. Timeliness and thoughtfulness are extremely difficult to juggle when it comes to weddings that have so many moving parts, yet Ingrid’s unique capability to execute on both fronts makes her such an asset to work with. Her consistent, on-the-dot responsiveness completely took care of every single question leading up to the event date, and we never had to worry about getting an answer back on anything, which is so rare and deeply appreciated. We worked with Grand Entrance Affairs on a wedding happening on the Queen Mary, which is known to be a logistically more complex venue in terms of setup and weather conditions on the water. Ingrid ensured that all potential hiccups were accounted for long before the event, and has a unique gift for taking care of every single detail and deadline in a way that only someone with profound love and experience can pull off. She has the ability to juggle many different temperaments, extreme time constraints, and a million moving pieces and transforms them all into an unforgettable and beautiful event. If I get married again, I will be hiring Ingrid again
I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc
Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding.
Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again. -

Ingrid was so great, and I don't know how our wedding would have gone so smoothly without her and her team! We got married in a beautiful yet challenging outside AirBnB venue on a ranch where everything from restrooms and generators to catering had to be brought in. We didn't even have cell phone service and wifi, so everything had to be planned to a 'T' beforehand. We opted for the 1 month coordination package, and Ingrid got on board before that to meet with us and understand our vision. The month before, she was able to connect with all the vendors and ensure that everyone would get there when they said they would. While wedding planning is stressful, on the day of, I had the best time ever because I knew that Ingrid and her team would be capable of rolling with whatever unexpected challenges presented that day. They were able to keep the flow moving without us feeling stressed or pushed. Such great people, led by the amazing Ingrid! -

My wife and I hired Ingrid as our "day-of coordinator" for our wedding, and to sum up this review in one sentence ... it was the best wedding decision we ever made!
Ingrid and the Grand Entrance team stepped in about a month before the actual wedding and were very enjoyable to work with. Ingrid scheduled almost weekly meetings with us to ask us about our vision for the wedding and to keep us updated with everything. She handled the coordination of all the vendors, both of our venues, as well as our entire bridal party without breaking a sweat. My wife had done the majority of the planning but she was so relieved when Ingrid stepped in to take over, as she was handling things we hadn't even thought about! When the reception venue vendor was unresponsive and had my wife and I worried, Ingrid tracked him down and worked out all the details for us.
On the day of our wedding, everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Ingrid was there to tell us where to go, what to do, and to manage the entire bridal party. When one of our guests came to me with an issue, I just referred him to Ingrid and she took care of it like a champ!
5/5 stars, professional, responsive, friendly, and excellent service.
Please read this review and do yourself a favor... hire Ingrid and the Grand Entrance Affairs team to coordinate your next event and I promise you won't regret it!

Highly recommend
I cannot say enough good things about Ingrid and her crew. We had hired her as our day of event coordinator, and let me say it was the BEST investment. My husband and I decided to get married at our parents' barn. So the ceremony and reception were at the same place, which required a lot of organizing. She did all the communicating with the DJ, Photo Booth, violinist, photographer, videographer, food cater, cake delivery, after party food, flower delivery, car transportation, bartenders/waiters as well as the bridal party and family. She made sure everyone knew when and where they were supposed to be. She had made a timeline and made sure everyone stayed on track. She was easy to communicate with, super sweet and organized. And things would not have gone as smoothly as they did if it was not for her and her crew.
I had a lot of decorations, candles and lighting that needed to be taken care of and she took care of it all. I will never forget when I had a headache during the reception and one of her girls went out of her way to get me some medicine. During my photo shoot there was always someone with me to make sure my hair, makeup and dress were on point. It was the little things that stuck with me the most.
We highly recommend her and her crew!! Five stars for sure, you won't regret it.

Ingrid is amazing to work with. We had her come in as our month of coordinator, and she was on top of everything from day one. She had some wonderful suggestions and ideas for things we were unsure about, and helped us figure out how to fit in any nontraditional/unique aspects of our wedding into the timeline. On the day of the wedding, Ingrid and Emily were super helpful! They made sure to keep us on track with timing but even when we ran half an hour late on our first look Ingrid had baked in enough downtime and kept us on track the rest of the day that we even got to dancing early! The decor was set up flawlessly as well. So so grateful to Grand Entrance Affairs for helping to give us the most beautiful perfect wedding we could have asked for. -

Amazing Day-of Coordinator
Ingrid was the day/month-of coordinator for our engagement party and she did an incredible job! She jumped right in, got in touch with all of our vendors, and helped us identify any gaps while finalizing lots of small details leading up to the event. She is fantastically organized and an amazing communicator - she followed up with reminders to vendors and handled any questions they had.
On the day of the event, Ingrid was on top of everything and so attentive! I was able to be fully-present and truly enjoy the day knowing she would be able to make sure everything went smoothly. There were things that happened that I didn't even hear about until the next day, which is just a testament to her work ethic, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills. She handled everything flawlessly like the true professional she is.
I am so grateful for all of her hard work and the love and passion she puts into her events. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone for their event planning needs. -

I have recommended Ingrid to several of my close friend's for their weddings and events, and have always gotten feedback that Ingrid exceeded their expectations and made their events that much more special. Hiring Ingrid for your wedding or event is the best money you could spend. She is truly an expert in the wedding and events world, she's no nonsense, and will have you right on track for your big day while keeping you right at ease.

Covid wedding madness
We hired Ingrid and her crew for our wedding in 2020. Little did we know the COVID pandemic would hit and we would also be expecting a child during all of this chaos. Despite all the challenges and never-ending pandemic restriction changes, they helped us navigate our wedding through it all and did it with such grace and ease. I'm so glad I hired them to help. The madness of a wedding alone was enough to have one wanting to pull their hair out already. Not to mention adding the stress of being pregnant and dealing with all the COVID dilemma. 10/10 would recommend Ingrid and her team. -
