As a wedding planner, I have the opportunity to work with many entertainment companies, and this company continues to be my number one recommendation for couples. Their team offers so much more than just exceptional DJs—they are truly a one-stop shop for entertainment and event enhancements, including live musicians, specialty lighting, dance floors, photo booths, and so much more.
Over the years, I have worked alongside many of their DJs, and every single one has absolutely blown me away. No matter who is assigned to the event, they consistently bring incredible energy, professionalism, and talent. They know how to read a crowd, keep the dance floor packed, and create an unforgettable experience for guests.
What I appreciate most is their commitment to excellence and their ability to seamlessly work with the entire vendor team to ensure every event runs smoothly. Their communication is outstanding, their setup is always polished and professional, and they genuinely care about creating memorable moments for their clients.

Erik was a great DJ that kept our party vibe going. We also used the photobooth/guest book option, and it was a big hit. Would def recommend it to other couples besides the standard "sign the guest book." Tonya did a great job the booth and went out of her way many times. -

DJ Dylan was phenomenal! He had our guests on the dance floor the whole night. He was professional and understood our wishes perfectly. The music was upbeat and switched often enough that it kept the dance floor alive. We also used Graingertainment for the photobooth which was a hit! We cannot recommend Graingertainment and specifically Dylan more!

DJ Eric was a hit!
DJ Eric was incredible and kept the dance floor full all night long! He knew exactly how to read the crowd and keep the energy going. We also had a violinist for our ceremony who was amazing, and the saxophone player during the reception was such a fun and unique surprise for our guests. DJ Dylan was absolutely incredible and truly exceeded our expectations for our wedding. From start to finish, he created the perfect atmosphere and kept the energy high all night long. One of the things we appreciated most was how seamlessly he balanced both Latin and English music, making sure all of our guests felt included and excited to be on the dance floor. It was packed the entire night.
He did an amazing job incorporating the songs we had preselected while also adding his own choices that fit our vibe perfectly. Everything flowed so naturally, and we never had to worry about a thing.
On top of that, he was extremely accommodating and flexible. We added uplighting last minute, and he handled it with ease. He also made sure that we and our officiant were properly mic’d for the ceremony, which made such a difference.
His team brought everything to the next level by offering incredible add-ons, including a live violinist for the ceremony, an insanely talented sax player for our dinner/reception, and a photo booth with an attendant. Every detail felt elevated and thoughtfully executed.
Overall, DJ Dylan and his team were professional, organized, and truly a pleasure to work with. They made our wedding feel so personalized and perfectly aligned with our music taste!Graingertainment's reply:

From the start, the Graingertainment team has been extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful - their online portal is so helpful to make sure all of our needs and wants were met. DJ Gary was the absolute BEST on our wedding day and we could not be more grateful that we had him! All of our family and friends were complimenting him afterwards, saying it was the best wedding reception they have been to. We hired Graingertainment for our wedding in Lake Wales, FL and could not have made a better choice! We selected DJ Antonio and this was one best decisions for our whole wedding. He matched our vibe 100%, did a great job on our ceremony and cocktail hour and kept the party going for the reception. Antonio has a great way of getting people to get up and dance, and we had so many guests tell us that they have not danced this much at any other wedding. Graingertainment is very easy to work with, very responsive to all of my emails and questions, and makes the process of selecting music very simple. We had a great experience with Graingertainment for our wedding! We worked with Carrie throughout the year leading up to the big day, and she was always incredibly responsive and quick to help with any questions we had. She made the planning process easy and ensured we always had everything we needed.
We chose DJ Dwayne based on the great reviews and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. He was amazing—very professional and incredible at reading the crowd. He somehow made a wedding with 60 guests feel like 200, and the dance floor was packed all night.

Graingertainment was one of the best decision we made for our wedding. From the initial inquiry, Carrie was super helpful and always responsive to our emails. They were patient with us as we decided on what services we wanted and they were flexible in making us a unique package. Once we had our violinist and DJ booked, it was smooth sailing from there. We were able to communicate all of our music choices and preferences via the client portal which made the process super easy. We had a phone call with our DJ about week out from our wedding and it was extremely thorough and intentional to ensure our day went as smooth as possible.
On the day of our wedding, the violinist was amazing - he played the songs requested for our ceremony and really added a special touch to the day. He showed up on time and there were no issues - without even meeting with him prior!! We booked DJ Dylan and couldn't be happier with our decision. He did a phenomenal job - integrated all the music we talked about on our call and used the dance floor to gauge his music selection! He did a fantastic job as the MC of the entire night, guiding our guests throughout the night from cocktail hour to reception space, speeches, dinner, and cake cutting. He kept everyone on the dance floor all night and had SO many guests say how amazing our music and DJ were. Dylan even went above and beyond to be the auctioneer when asked by a guest to auction off a special item (he was a great sport and got the crowd going)! DJ Gary was amazing! We connected with him the week before the wedding to review all the details, and he was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the process. Our guests absolutely loved him, he truly kept the party going all night. We shared a fairly extensive playlist for inspiration, and he nailed it. He honored our song choices while adding his own flair with fun transitions and subtle beat changes that made everything flow seamlessly. SO FUN! I got to say, this review is not only coming from my wife and I, but from our family and friends that attended as well. The whole Graingertainment experience from start to finish has been top notch. I wanted to start off with Carrie, who was our initial point of contact when we were researching DJ's. She was quick to respond, and made sure all our questions were answered so that we knew everything we needed to do every step of the way. We opted for the package where they choose the DJ for us 30 days out, and we also added on their photobooth package (with prints) as well. This brings us to the next 2 people we wanted to shout out: DJ Gary and Tonya.
First up - Tonya. She help with the photobooth operation. She was engaging with all our guests, friendly, and hilarious. When myself and my wife finally had a chance to take a break from all our wedding duties, we had a chance to go to the photobooth to take some shot with our guests, and Tonya was engaged with us the whole time, even sharing some laughs with us with how goofy we were being with our bridal party. We all loved the positive energy that Tonya brought to our wedding!
Lastly - DJ Gary. Even to this day, we are still listening to the setlist he prepared for us cause it was that good. Granted, we don't have his EXACT setlist cause a lot if it were his own mixes on his DJ software, but we at least have the songs that were played so we could create our own wedding playlist. The portal that Graingertainment sends us to curate and customize our wedding day was super simple to use. DJ Gary also set up a phone call meeting so that he can fine-tune the little details and to get a better feel for my wife and I as a couple, as well as our guests. Long story short, we asked for your typical wedding vibe for the first part of the reception since our guests were a good mix of millennials (30's to early 40's) and older gen guests (55yrs +). The last hour or two was straight energy with EDM/Hip-Hop vibes making it feel like a mini EDC festival. DJ Gary knocked it out of the park, and we even had some family and friends who got married in the past year or two come up to us and tell us that he was way better than the DJ's they all got for their weddings.
To sum it up, Graingertainment was out of this world. Thank you to Carrie, Tonya, and DJ Gary for making our wedding day a time we will never forget!Graingertainment's reply:

We loved working with Graingertainment for our wedding! We booked them through a concierge package with our venue, Haus 820, almost 1.5 years out from the wedding, and our experience with them was amazing from start to finish!
One of my favorite parts was having access to Graingertainment’s planning portal, which allowed us to slowly build out our timeline and song preferences throughout the entire planning process. Their timeline was incredibly detailed and helped us think through every step of the day from an MC and music-perspective, which made planning feel much more manageable.
A few weeks before the wedding, our DJ, Antonio, reached out to connect with us. From our very first phone call, it was clear that he was a true professional. On the wedding day, he exceeded our expectations in every way. He honored all of our requests while also intuitively reading the room and adjusting to the energy of the crowd. Everything felt seamless.
We had countless guests come up to us saying how much they loved the music and that they had never had so much fun at a wedding before. We truly credit so much of that to Antonio and Graingertainment for keeping the vibe going all night long.
We would 1000% recommend Graingertainment, and especially Antonio, to anyone looking for a smooth, fun, and unforgettable wedding night.

When we signed with our venue, they recommended Graingertainment. I could tell pretty quickly from their website their level of professionalism and expertise. We knew we needed a bilingual DJ and one that could really bring the Latin beat. I saw Eric and knew immediately he was a good fit. Much later on in the planning process, after having my eye on Eric for months, we booked a call. We really liked Eric's flexible style, and he had done weddings with very similar audiences. I really appreciated Eric's support, especially since I had some pretty specific requirements with regards to our music. He was super responsive and always available to hear us, bounce ideas, and make suggestions. When it came to the wedding, he executed so well!! We had a beautiful ceremony and a super fun reception.
We walked away from our wedding with beautiful memories and photos, but something else we take away are key songs that were part of our wedding that I keep listening to over and over. They reproduce those memories and probably will for years to come. This is the power of music. Thank you Eric for being part of our day, we greatly appreciate you!! -

I truly don’t even know where to begin. The entire Graingertainment team is absolutely incredible. From the first email the communication was perfect and I immediately felt at ease. DJ Gary is one in a million. Hire him. Seriously we went back and forth with him on calls and really wanted out DJ to understand our vibe and play what we wanted to hear and he did that and more. We had numerous requests and he didn’t bat an eye at any of them and overdelivered!!! From the ceremony to late night reception he kept the vibes going and did not miss a beat. Our night was truly made by Gary!! Not to mention how fun he is!! The rest of the Graingertainment team we cannot speak enough about either. We had Joe the pianist and Christine the violinist for our ceremony and they were so beautiful. They played to the beat of the music so perfectly, it was exactly what we dreamed of. They were a pleasure to work with and just elevated our ceremony to the next level. We also got our photobooth through Graingertainment and it was everything and MORE! Tonya managed it the whole night and was an absolute JOY to work with!! From figuring out our film strip design to just being the most bright presence behind the camera on the day! She even saved us a copy of everyone’s pictures that we can look back on which was just an extra touch and so appreciated!! The Graingertainment team is incredible, 10/10 recommend. They will make your wedding day extraordinary!! -

We are so grateful we had Gary as our wedding DJ. He’s super laid-back and easy to work with, we trusted him from the start and glad we did. O the wedding day he was on fire and the dance floor was full all night
We also had a live saxophonist, and Gary played amazingly alongside him… it was so cool. People bring him up every time we talk about our wedding, and we’ve gotten so many compliments on the mixes he put together.

The DJ, Dwayne, was very kind and respectful of our needs. Our guests had a great time and the music choices got a lot of people dancing. Our "do not play" list was followed and there weren't any odd music choices that did not fit in with our requests. You found them. ✨I first need to shout out the wonderful office manager, Carrie Rodgers, who was on top of all things communication and was extremely helpful during the process!! Now, DJ Dylan - we didn’t speak until very close to our wedding BUT it was an AWESOME call and he nailed every point that I needed/wanted to go over. As Bride & Groom you are constantly being pulled from one place to another, but my family/friends said DJ Dylan was EXCELLENT! When we were finally able to join the party, Dylan saved my favorite part of the night for our return, my little “90/00s Pop/PunkRock dance mix set”.. and he NAILED IT!!! IT’s definitely hard to get a good mix in a short amount of time lol but I was impressed and we were ALL up on the dance floor having an awesome time. ✨Dylan - thank you again for making that come to life! Graingertainment was recommended to us by one of our coworkers who had used them for their wedding. It was one of the best decisions we could have made! They did a great job in accommodating the different locations of events throughout the day, and all of the music we chose and requested played without a hitch. Our DJ, Lira, met with us the week of the wedding and was amazing throughout the day/night! She was so kind, fun, and the crowd loved her! She did a great job announcing everyone and transitioning us into what was next. Their set up was also very nice looking and went with our vibe, and the lights they had were great to keep the party going! We cannot say enough good things about this vendor and our decision to work with them! -

Music was a huge priority for my fiance and I, so much so that starting our Spotify playlists for different parts of the wedding was one of the first things we did to plan for our wedding! Graingertainment came highly recommended from our venue and wedding planner, and we sought out Gary specifically after looking through Graingertainment's social media and website. From the first phone call with Gary we felt like our tastes matched well, but more importantly Gary really listened to what we said we were looking for (including an emcee who wouldn't announce us like WWE wrestlers lol). We sent over our (very long) playlists as just an example of our tastes, including a do not play list, with the caveat that we really wanted his expertise to mix the music and add in any songs as he saw fit. On the day of, Gary absolutely crushed it - his announcements were smooth and unobtrusive like we had requested, and the flow of the music was flawless. Once we started dancing, nobody left the dance floor until after the last song, and we've gotten tons of compliments on the music after the fact. We were nervous about how to choose a DJ since it's hard to really know how things will go day-of, but with DJ Gary and Graingertainment you are truly in the best hands. Gary, thank you for making our wedding day SO MUCH FUN!! -

Dj Dylan was truly amazing. I was so worried about the reception and making sure everyone was on the dance floor and let me tell you, he delivered like he promised. Graingertainment is the best! Chris was our wedding DJ - not only was the music exactly the vibe we wanted, but we also had cold sparks and uplights! He could read the room very well, he took requests, he played the songs on the playlist, and he added his own that I forgot existed but LOVED! He picked up on that very quickly and transitioned to a new song. Phew! He has a great voice that encourages you have a good time and YOU DO! If I ever need DJ services again, I will book with Chris. DJ Dylan was the perfect DJ for us and kept the party alive all night! Graingertainment is a wonderful company to hire your Dj from and they have so many add ons as well, like dancing on a cloud ect., to make your wedding truly magical. Their online portal made the panning process so easy being able to pick out your favorite songs and having requests and do not plays all on there for your DJ to see. You can also make your own spotify playlists that they can play before the ceremony or during cocktail hour. For dinner I requested love songs (heavy on the Taylor Swift) and DJ Dylan did exactly that. I also had an MP3 of our shortened first dance song as well as another song I edited and Dj Dylan was able to play those as well! Overall Graingertainment was a dream to work with and DJ Dylan understood our vibe and played the perfect songs to bring our dream dance party to life! -

Excellent DJ service
DJ Dylan was excellent. Very responsive to texts messages and phone calls. He did an excellent job of keeping up with the timeline on my daughter’s wedding and everything ran smoothly!! The music he played got everyone on the dance floor from the young to the old.

We absolutely loved Dylan and Graingertainment, and definitely would recommend them to others. Starting with the back office, Carrie & team at Graingertainment were responsive and answered all of our questions. DJ Dylan came highly recommended and we soon learned why. We felt like we were on the same page from day one, where he truly understood our vibe, our music tastes, and what we were looking for. He gave us great advice on how we should tweak a few things in our original plan, and it all turned out great. During the wedding, we got numerous compliments - multiple people came up to me to tell me the cocktail hour music was amazing and they thought we may have picked every song (where truth was, we trusted Dylan to do his thing!). Then on the dance floor he kept everyone dancing (and jumping) all night long! People were texting us after the wedding that the music may have been the most fun for a wedding they've ever attended. Also, Dylan seamlessly facilitated the night along with introductions and announcements. All in all, we had a great experience!
