    Laurie is the best!

    Laurie is such a wonderful wedding planner! She was so kind, punctual, organized and responsive. We are so grateful that she helped us create such a fantastic experience on our wedding day in June. She gave me great ideas for vendors and was able to track down the perfect venue and vendors even though we had a shorter timeline than average weddings. She not only coordinated all logistics and track down/manage vendors, but helped piece together our vision.

    Amazing— thank you Tahnee

    Tahnee was our main coordinator from Grace & co. First of all, she was last minute assigned to us so we had a lot of catch up to do and Tahnee took it in stride. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process of planning, and day of. It was such a relief knowing we were in good hands on our day.

    Sophie is the best

    When booking with Villa Parker, we got Sophie as our day of coordinator through Grace and Co. She was so extremely helpful with setting up our wedding timeline, going over details, and helping everyone when at rehearsal. Day of, she made sure everything was how I wanted it to be and was quick to offer solutions to any situations that arose. I can’t recommend her enough for helping make our day so special!

    We were married at Villa Parker and so Jen Cobb with Marilee & Grace was assigned to work with us. I cannot sing Jen's praises highly enough. I have met very few people who are as good at their job as Jen is at hers.

    Jen is such a friendly and welcoming person who was consistently patient and helpful whenever we met with her. She always listened to our ideas and offered her own ideas and creative vision whenever we weren't sure what to do. She was a quick and thorough communicator with both our vendors and with me and she always strove to make my husband and me happy. At one point, I think she did about 5 different table arrangement maps for us!

    On the day of the wedding Jen and her assistant worked so hard, but never let you see them sweat. From getting on ladders and hanging things, to making sure my husband and I were fed appetizers during cocktail hour, to keeping the event running on time, to even making sure a broken toilet was fixed, they truly did everything and they did it with a smile on their faces. At the end of the night, our guests were complimenting us on how fun, helpful, and awesome "wedding planner Jen" was.

    I don't think we could have planned our wedding without Jen. She was an irreplaceable part of our day and we were so lucky to have worked with her. I think it is rare for a bride on her wedding day to have downtime and calmly think, "Well, what should I do with myself now?" but I did, because I knew that everything was in Jen's capable hands. She is truly gifted at her profession, someone you can count on, and therefore a joy to work with.

    When booking with Villa Parker, we were set up with Jen Cobb from Marilee & Grace to be our day-of coordinator. I am so thankful that Jen worked with me to plan my wedding as she helped to make it absolutely perfect. Jen is amazing! She was always willing to communicate via phone or email for all of my many questions. She put my ideas into action on the wedding day and created such a stress-free environment for me so I could actually enjoy the day. Jen is so good at her job and she is so friendly and personal. She fit in immediately and felt like another one of our family/friends on the wedding day. I can't thank Jen enough for all of the help she provided through the entire wedding process and especially on wedding day. She was able to be flexible with all my changes and with the unpredictable Colorado weather. I wouldn't have been able to pull off my dream wedding without Jen's help and hard work. She is amazing and I am so thankful for everything she did for my husband and I to allow us to have our perfect dream wedding! I would highly recommend her services to any bride that wants to have a perfect wedding day!

    Laurie made our day so beautiful and go so smoothly. It would not have been as magical without her! There were some plumbing issues during the wedding and she took care of it quickly and discreetly. HIGHLY recommended!

    Taylor Chamberlain coordinated our wedding at Villa Parker. She did an amazing job and the entire event went absolutely perfectly. We had a fusion Hindu/Catholic wedding. It seemed pretty daunting for us to plan a wedding with two ceremonies, especially considering the logistics and being able to tie in both Mexican culture and Indian culture. Taylor sat down with us and really listened to what we imagined, even if it did not yet make sense to us. Taylor had actually never seen a Hindu wedding before, but was really open to the idea and was so flexible to all of our needs and requests; which included a live horse and a fire. Taylor helped us lay out the event and made suggestions about the logistics and flow of the day without being over bearing or controlling in any way. The day of our wedding it was expected to rain and Taylor and her team quickly moved second ceremony inside. As I was changing into my wedding gown in the Bridal suite, Taylor and her team noticed the weather change and quickly moved the ceremony back outside. I was so surprised as I walked out for the ceremony!! Taylor knew it was the ideal situation to have the ceremony outside and even though it took so much work for her and her team to move everything back last minute, she did it for us. She was so calm throughout the whole night and never made us feel anxious or rushed. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the night and Taylor was a huge part of the success.

    Erika was such an amazing wedding planner. She answered all of our questions and made the whole process so unbelievably easy. The vendors we worked with were so amazing and Erika's communication was above and beyond. Our day went so smoothly and perfectly. I honestly couldn't have imagined anything better. It felt like a dream. Cannot say thank you enough!!

    We chose Marilee & Grace wedding planning services based on a recommendation from a co-worker and we was not disappointed. Laurie was there for us through every little piece of our wedding, to help keep us on top of things when vendors fell through as well as helping us with constant check-ins and information that helped our wedding be the best day of our lives. We chose the partial planning package, allowing Laurie to come to 3 vendor meetings with us, but she went far above and beyond that. We loved the service we received!

    Laurie with Marilee Grace is absolutely amazing!!! Her service is impeccable and she goes above and beyond to ensure that all details are in place. She is very professional and listened to my wants and needs. She made our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend working with Marilee Grace!

    Taylor did a fantastic job with our wedding! She was easy going, fun, and made our day a breeze! My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding because we were fully confident that she would do a fantastic job carrying out our vision, and she did! The decorations were wonderful and exactly what we'd envisioned! Everything flowed so smoothly, we just went along and had the best day of our lives!

    To put it simply, I could NOT have done it without Erika!! She was professional, knowledgeable, so kind and fun, and full of fantastic ideas! She was so calm and collected that I couldn't help but be calm too. Everyone asked why I was such a calm bride, and the answer is because I didn't have to worry about a thing. I knew Erika had it handled and she made sure everything was seamless and perfect! She is worth every penny and more! She was indispensable to me and I couldn't be more grateful!

    These woman are amazing! They made sure that the venue was set up perfectly and that our day went perfect! I can't express my gratitude to them for making sure my day was amazing! Taylor was consistently checking in with me prior to the wedding and during the day of! She did an amazing job the day of too! I didn't have to worry about a thing! My day was perfection and mostly due to them!!!

    We trusted Erika immediately as she presents a calm, professional no-nonsense, but sweet manner. From the get-go, Erika got us organized. She is very well connected and found us the best selection of vendors for our budget. She worked beautifully with the people we had already selected. Her services are worth so much more than she charges. But that isn't even the best of it! We were to be married outdoors at Planet Bluegrass on 9/15/2013. This venue was destroyed on 9/13/13 by the largest flooding event in Colorado in the past 500 years. Erika never gave us a reason to stress - she had alternatives for us before she even confirmed the loss of our original venue. She was calm, incredibly resourceful and got ALL of the moving parts reorganized and moving forward. Her presence and support to me was a godsend - especially since the B&B the wedding party and immediate family was staying at had to close when the watersupply was cut off and we all had to move to a different hotel, when the limo cancelled and when friends began calling to say that they weren't going to be able to make it. Because she took care of what she did, we were able to stay focused on what was important and that was appreciating the good and maintaining our perspective (we didn't lose our lives, our home or our business - as sooo many people had). The new venue had the same vibe we were going for and our loved ones were simply stunned at how beautiful it was. They said that if they hadn't known, they never would've guessed that it was not our first choice venue and that we'd had to shift gears in less than 48 hours!! I'd be remiss if I didn't say that her team was awesome, too - as they were able to execute the change in direction flawlessly - so super!

    I will sing her praises as loud and as frequently as I can - we love her and are forever grateful that she was on our side!

    I worked with Taylor to plan my wedding in Breckenridge, CO and she was AMAZING! We met a number of times over the course of 8 months to plan out details and make sure everything was on track. She had some great vendor recommendations and made a number of suggestions on how to schedule out the weekend so that things went smoothly.

    On the weekend of the wedding, we couldn't have done it without her!! Taylor made sure all the last minute details were checked off, she even picked up and drove our cake and some linens from Denver! I didn't see her take a break all weekend and even my family & bridal party commented on how amazing she was during the reception. I would absolutely recommend Taylor & Marilee & Grace to anyone :)

    I never thought my wedding day would be perfect - no one's is. But mine was...and aside from the freak luck with weather, I owe it all to Taylor. I had an incredibly specific vision for my wedding that quite frankly I wasn't sure anyone but myself would be able to carry out...but Taylor was spot-on in her execution and I never felt uneasy about leaving everything in her hands. She is delightfully fun yet professional, and her natural instinct is what makes her so successful at her job. I also cannot stress how much she went above and beyond her contracted duties. She was hired on as my day-of coordinator, but I felt more like she was my full-blown wedding planner. We met countless times throughout the year and a half I was planning my wedding and she never ceased to check in with me and send me ideas and tips to help me along the way. I can without hesitation recommend Taylor and Marilee & Grace - they will most certainly exceed your expectations!!

    We were provided with the services of M&G through Villa Parker. Although their services were included in our package they went above and beyond my wildest dreams. Our wedding coordinator was Taylor and she is the best, she literally took my dream wedding and made it a reality.

    Taylor is amazing. Every question I had was answered and every time she answered my question she would also make sure that I knew that if I had any concerns at all she would be there to help me.

    When we first met she told me that we would plan everything out so that on my wedding day I could just sit back and relax and be pampered. She was totally right, I was never once asked a question by a vendor or even by Taylor on where or when things were happening, I was just able to relax and enjoy my wedding while everything happened perfectly around me. And the reason that I was able to relax is that I knew Taylor had it covered, she spent the time to get to know my husband and I so that on that day she knew what we would want without asking!

    Taylor was able to take my vision and make it a reality. I never thought I was able to articulate exactly what was in my head. All the questions she asked me were enough for her to figure out everything that was stuck in there though because everywhere I looked on my wedding day was exactly what I had dreamt it would be!

    The best part of M&G is that you feel like a part of their family when you work with them. I truly felt like Taylor would have been invited to my wedding had she not been there to make sure everything went according to plan!

    I was about half-way through planning and 4 months from the big day when I realized that I would need a day-of wedding coordinator. Though I wanted a not-too-big wedding, the details of managing vendors and curating a wedding design (across the country from the actual wedding) were too much for me to do alone.

    Taylor from Marilee & Grace was probably one of the best things about my wedding, aside from marrying my husband and seeing all my closest friends and family. Her responses to my initial request and all follow-up emails were prompt, the decoration rentals that she offered were just what I needed, and the execution was flawless. When I my florist flaked and I had to find a new one three months before the day, Taylor found an even better florist in less than a day. When I walked into the venue and saw how perfectly everything was set up without me having to lift a finger to do it was enough that I cried a tear of happiness.

    I had a lot of guests tell me it was the most beautiful wedding or the best wedding they had seen. I know the setting (Garden of the Gods Club) had a lot to do with that, but it was Taylor's day-of execution that really made the day perfect. Thank you!

    What can I say about Marilee & Grace except they were PERFECT, and I put them to the test! I drug Taylor all the way to Playa Del Carmen to assist in my event, and she killed it. Not only did she break the language barrier to give direction to the venue's onsite coordinator and staff all day in setup, but she also ensured that everything was EXACTLY as I envisioned, even though it was outside of the box for the resort (not an easy task). She attended meetings with me, and asked for things from the venue, DJ and florist that I was hesitant to (that once we asked, were delivered, no problem) because she knew I'd be disappointed later if I didn't, which was invaluable.

    Did I mention that she also brought 20+ Mason jars and votives all the way from CO for me (part of their DIY-lightful package) when I forgot my cocktail decor last minute, and assembled 12 tissue puffs the night before the wedding when I ran out of time? Well, she did. She was there every step of the way in meetings, coordination with the resort, etc. to ask questions that I would have never even thought of, and to make changes to the resort's standard procedures so that I got the wedding of my dreams. She was also instrumental in assisting with determining decor, playlists, photographer shot lists, schedules of events, etc. long before the big event. Working with Marilee & Grace took a huge weight off my shoulders, and was so affordable. I can't imagine doing an event now without at least a day-of coordinator, but I'd recommend using them for the whole enchilada. HIGHLY, HIGHLY reccommend.

    Villa Parker & Marilee and Grace Wedding planning was a dream come true for us. We wanted to get married in a Tuscan Villa in Italy but after realizing very few people would come, we decided to bring Tuscany here. And we found it at Villa Parker. It was warm, intimate and beautiful for our October wedding. The grounds are beautiful and the staff dedicated to perfection and detail. They helped to provide us with our "dream wedding."

    Marilee & Grace was an indispensable part of my wedding day. Taylor and the team made sure that everything went off without a hitch. The day was absolutely perfect and certainly wouldn't have been, had they not been there.

    They helped with everything from the initial concept of the event, assisting with brainstorming the unique and special details that made it extra special, to the clean up after the wedding, putting the very last signs and gifts into my parents' car after the wedding was over. They are true professionals and experts.

    I couldn't recommend them any higher!

    Erika was my day planner for my wedding! She had helped me greatly through out the process being that I was from out-of-state. She provided me with advice and suggestions. She was extremely timely in her responses and was detailed with her answers.

    She set everything up to my liking and had everything organized. She was my rock! She was stress free and diligent! She added a great happiness to my day and I cannot thank her enough for keeping all of my vendors organized and on top of the wedding day timeline! She has a great personality and works well with everyone! She handles all the little mishaps with great ease and is confident in her work!

    I'd highly recommend her to brides looking for that extra set of hands and creative mind! She can be there to plan for you from day 1 or she can help take the load off on your big day!

    Thanks to Erika, I got the wedding of my dreams!

    Erika gave my new husband and me the wedding of our dreams. She helped me plan color scemes, centerpices, ceremony decor, and the overall set up of our wedding. She ensured that WE focused on our wedding day and she took care of all the detials. She continuiously reminded us that it was our day, and we needed to be "the bride" and "the groom" and let her handle the day of issues. Thanks to her, we remember all of the important momnets of our wedding, and she went above and beyond to make our wedding special. Erika's professionalism, friendliness, easy going attitude, sense of humor. and overall understanding of how weddings should run made us comfortable and provided us with an unforgettable wedding.

    I can't say enough about how helpful Laurie was in executing the vision for our wedding! It was great to have someone who I trusted to make sure the event went as planned - great recommendations on vendors, a detailed timeline of our wedding day, coordinating all the moving parts and people so I didn't have to worry about it, and handling all the set-up and clean-up per the venues requirements. Laurie really went above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I both agree, the best money we spent on our wedding was for the services of Marilee & Grace.
