Best bridal shop
If I could leave more than a five star review I would! When I tell you, this is the best bridal shop I mean it! To start the staff is absolutely amazing and they all are so sweet. They were so helpful every time I went from the moment, I started shopping for my dress to The last time I went to the store to pick up pieces of my outfit. The styles of the dress are also so inclusive! As a bigger girl, it is always hard for me to find clothes that fit me right so I was terrified to go dress shopping. Gowns of Grace’s Selection of bigger size dresses immediately calmed all of my nerves with how big it was. The first dress I saw and tried on ended up being the dress I wore on my wedding day and it was absolutely perfect. I am so glad I decided to go here!Gowns of Grace's reply:

The sales rep made me feel at ease from the beginning. She asked me for inspiration or any pictures that I had saved, asked for specific details that I was looking for. I then went to look at several dresses and chose some to try on. After, she said "I'll be back" and guess what! She found something that was everything I wanted and more AND under my budget. My mum and I went in for my scheduled wedding gown appointment and had a wonderful time with Ms. Sevilla. I went in looking for a particular dress which the owner, Ms. Nancy, was very responsive about before my appointment. Despite being the last appointment of the day, Ms. Sevilla took her time and made sure I LOVED the dress I ended up with (which of course was not the one I had originally gone in for). She was well versed in the perfect size I needed - when it came in it fit like absolute perfection! I was also moving to another state before my dress would arrive and Ms. Nancy helped every step of the way to get my dress to me in time and states away. I wouldn't trade my experience for the world and am so blessed to have gone to a place as accommodating and stress-free as Gowns of Grace.Gowns of Grace's reply:

This was the second store I visited when searching for a dress and wow! They were fantastic! I was running late due to an accident on the DNT and they were very patient with our group and still allowed me to come in for my appt. As a plus sized bride, I felt that all my concerns were understood and taken into account by my stylist Sevilla (she's great!). I had gone in when they were having a sale and the deal I got was no where short of impressive. I love my dress and experience from Gowns of Grace!Gowns of Grace's reply:

I can't recommend this place enough. Natalie was amazing! She was incredibly patient and strived to understand what I wanted, rather than impose her own views on what I should like. She must have sensed some tension between my mom and me as we disagreed over my final choice and gave us space to chat privately, then kindly checked back in. She has perfect "bedside manner," skill in selecting the types of dresses that her customers are looking for, and she is so kind. Everyone I encountered at the store was great.
Later on, when my dress was a little delayed, I called Nancy and she was on it immediately, reaching out to the vendor and back to me. The dress was ready for pickup just a couple of days after I called about it.
I loved this place! -

Wedding dress shopping can be stressful, not at Gowns of Grace. A small intimate dress shop with enough dresses as a big corporate dress store. I did not feel like "just another bride", I felt welcome and genuinely cared for . I can’t thank gowns of grace enough for helping me find my perfect dress for my wedding and my overall experience. They gave me the perfect appointment that I always dreamed of. Nancy was an amazing consultant and was so helpful with the dresses she pulled, matching my veil and really paying attention to what I wanted. They were very communicative, professional and timely. I actually had a dress appointment at a different salon, where we left because we were not satisfied with the selection and service, and gowns of grace was able to fit me and my party in that day. They were so accommodating and their selection of dresses are beautiful! This place is such a hidden gem and I would recommend them to anyone. I couldn’t be happier with my dress and experience I received!! -

Wedding Dress Shopping
I had the most amazing experience with Gowns of Grace from start to finish. The shopping experience was so much fun and something I will cherish forever! The rooms are spacious, the music was personalized and fun, and the champagne was icing on the cake. Great experience. They were very flexible when I had to reschedule my appointment. They were also very helping and were never upset about me having so many questions or asking for different veils/sleeve options to try on. I wanted to make sure I saw all the different options I could do with my dress. The only sad things is they no longer make the alterations in store but they do give a list of recommended places to make the alterations. -

During the first appointment, my stylist was SUPER helpful. She pulled dresses that really fit the aesthetic I was going for and she was SUCH a hype woman. I definitely found a dress I couldn’t walk away from. When I picked up my dress this week, they hyped me up even more, especially now that I had a fitted dress! They even helped recommend dress shops for my mom and my future mother-in-law!! I could NOT recommend this store more. I LOVED every appt at the boutique. I felt so special trying on dresses, and my fittings went perfectly. All of my concerns with fitting were addressed. The girls even vacuum sealed my dress and packed it in my carry-on luggage. My daughter had her dream experience trying on flower girl dresses too. A great dress shopping experience!
I had such a great experience at Gowns of Grace! The salon was such a calm experience after several previous visits to other salons that were so hectic with other brides and sales staff. I worked with Natalie to help me find my dress and veil during my visit. She was so nice and patient while I tried on my dress finalists several different times. She also had great suggestions on the best way to tackle alterations for my dress to get the best fit. When my dress arrived, alterations were a breeze working with Nancy. On my wedding day, my dress fit like a glove and I looked so beautiful! I would definitely recommend Gowns of Grace for an easy experience finding your wedding dress! -

More than I asked for!
I traveled three hours to this bridal salon for the initial search and each of my fittings. They were extremely flexible with my schedule and all the changes due to traffic I'd always hit. I also only had a four month engagement, so they really worked with me to schedule in fittings asap and offer rushed shipping to get exactly the look I was dreaming of. The environment was super comfortable and encouraging. I've never felt more beautiful than I do when I'm wearing my dress from Gowns of Grace. Everything was amazing from Gowns of Grace. The service from when we first walked in and through trying on all the dresses was amazing. Dani helped me find the perfect dress and made me feel very comfortable. She assured me that even though we were 3 months from my wedding that we could get my dress in on time and do fittings. Nancy and her team was amazing when it came to the fitting. Even after every visit having to adjust my dress due to my body constantly changing her team was top notch. Nancy's team at Gowns of Grace were a dream to work with. The space itself in comparison to my other stops was so much more inviting. You can easily sort through dresses by style and cut (vs digging through gigantic plastic covers). The staff has great instincts, pulling dresses based on what you did or didn't like about the previous ones. I ended up going with a dress I would have never found on my own and I'm in love with it.
Throughout the process the team was very communicative about where we were in the process of alterations. Scheduling was easy and they were very flexible with my work schedule. 10/10 would go back again except I only plan on doing this the one time. -

I had gone to two other bridal shops before my appointment at Gowns Of Grace. There were many selections and the prices were within my budget. The customer service was awesome, each staff member was attentive, courteous, and made sure to give the Bride anything she needed. Each time I went in for a fitting it was easy and stress free. But what really made them shine was I had missed the final fitting because I got the time wrong but they stayed open later that day to make sure I was able to come in. I am SO glad I went to Gowns of Grace for my wedding dress. My stylist was so savvy and immediately understood what I was looking for. I ended up going with a Watter's gown that is everything I could have ever dreamed of (and affordable to boot!). They do all their alterations in-house which was a huge plus as well! Shopping at Gowns of Grace for my wedding dress was an amazing experience. I went in to my appointment knowing exactly what type of dress that I wanted and they immediately pulled all my options. There was one dress in particular that I saw online that they didn't have in the store, and they were able to order a sample to the store for me to try on. That dress ended up being the dress I fell in love with and chose! Each of my fittings was a breeze, and I even ended up getting a reception dress from here too after browsing the sale rack at one of my fittings! Amazing service from start to finish. -

My experience with Gowns of Grace was so great. From the initial search for the dress to the fittings and alterations, the were always sweet and accommodating. Nancy did all of my alteration appointments and she was very professional but personable. Alterations were quick and the timing was perfect for my wedding timeline. I am so happy I found Gowns of Grace! They carry a designer I love (which other stores in Dallas area carry also), but I just loved the small and friendly atmosphere. They allow you to look through all the dresses (shocking that some stores pick dresses for you) and try on however many you want. I love how the store is started by Nancy, and Natalie her daughter helps operate the store. They are always flexible with alteration appointments and will let you try on the dresses as many times as you need before you decide on the one. Gowns of Grace: the best hidden gem in the DFW area! I started my wedding gown search in November of 2020 for an August 2021 wedding. After going to EIGHT different appointments at different (highly recommended) salons all around DFW, to say I was defeated was an understatement. It had not been going well. I couldn't find anything I liked, I didn't mesh with some of the consultants, and I was even in tears at one appointment because a consultant told me I was too picky, what I wanted didn't exist, and I just needed to settle for something they had in shop.
After taking a couple of days to regroup, I found Gowns of Grace online. I went in for my appointment (still feeling somewhat defeated) and was greeted by Dani. I explained to her what I wanted, what I had tried, and what my struggles were. She picked out some dresses off the rack, and we began trying them on. With each one, I would give my feedback and explain why they did/didn't meet my dream dress. Instead of just randomly pulling dresses, Dani actually listened and got me closer to what I was looking for. Finally, we came across a dress that I really liked, but it was missing one key element - an open back. Instead of just dismissing that dress altogether, Dani let me know that essentially anything is possible in alterations, and she even proceeded to clip the dress so that I could visualize what it would look like with a revamp of the back. I still to this day do not understand why none of the other consultants/shops even presented this as an option for any of the dresses I had tried on previously. This just shows the level of care and service that GoG provides.
Additionally, I had been going back and forth between a column bottom and a flowy bottom. I loved the bottom of the dress I had on, but was still unsure if that's truly what I wanted. In a game-changing move, Dani recommended that I try a skirt overlay with the dress. Not only did I love how this changed the look of the dress, but it gave me the option to have BOTH looks that I loved. Instantly I felt SO much better about the dress shopping process, but after being so defeated at all of my previous appointments, I wanted to think about this one before pulling the trigger.
I couldn't stop thinking about that dress for the next couple of days, so I went back to purchase it. This time, I worked with Natalie, who was also amazing - super sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. She also confirmed that the altering of the back of the dress and addition of the skirt overlay was possible.
Fast forward to May 2021, when it was time to start the alterations of my gown. Nancy is the QUEEN of alterations. I think I ended up having eight or nine different appointments, due to completely changing the back as well as some other elements of the dress, as well as creating the skirt overlay. Each time, Nancy was so patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She always understood what I was asking for/wanted. Even small things that I didn't notice needed to be slightly changed (like small bunching or poofing), Nancy always called out and made sure that it was fixed. The alterations team is truly amazing, and can make anything come to life!
I highly recommend Gowns of Grace to any bride-to-be in the DFW (and surrounding) area. I am so incredibly happy with how my dress turned out, and I know without a doubt it wouldn't have been possible without the amazing team at Gowns of Grace! Thank you so much, Dani, Natalie, and Nancy! Without you ladies, the vision of my dress and seeing it through from start to finish wouldn't have been possible. -

Every step of the process was seamless and amazing! Natalie was incredible and after trying on 3-4 dresses that my mom & I picked out, she listening to what I liked/disliked about them and then she pulled a dress that ended up being THE ONE! It checked off literally every box I had for my dream dress and was perfect!! (and under-budget!)
When the dress came in I wanted to come back and put it on again to show the rest of bridal party. They were super accommodating and lovely and let me have such a special moment with my family. ! *this was pre-covid, but even still the shop is setup perfectly for safe/distanced shopping*
Nancy was also incredible through the alterations process! I bought my dress fairly early and as we got closer I forgot about getting alterations. So even at 4 weeks away I was able to have my dress altered/steamed with more than enough time before the wedding.
Overall a wonderful experience! -

Amazing Bridal Shop!
I had such a great experience at Gowns of Grace. I went in with a dress in mind, tried it on and ended up picking a totally different dress that the stylist picked for me! She knew exactly what I wanted and picked the perfect gown. The ladies were so flexible with fixing my dress so it would fit perfectly and be comfortable at my wedding. Even during Covid, everything felt very safe and sanitized! -
