Truly can’t say enough good things about our experience working with the Glowing Moments team. From our initial call with Tempris, to working directly with Hanna the months leading up to the wedding and on the day of with her and Ariana, we were taken care of every step of the way! Everyone was professional and calm which eased our stress leading up to the day. We were able to enjoy our day from start to finish having Hanna as our coordinator! -

Glowing Moments was the best investment we made in our wedding. From the moment we booked, Tempris was incredibly communicative, organized, and resourceful. She came majorly prepared with lists and spreadsheets, which made the wedding planning so much less daunting. After we booked vendors, Tempris really took the wheel and made all of the coordinating seamless. She is the reason our wedding was so fun and effortless. We truly can’t say enough amazing things about Tempris and her team, they were absolute stars on our wedding day! From the very first planning session, Tempris was warm, professional, and incredibly open to all of our ideas. She was quick to respond to our (many!) questions, always attentive to our concerns, and made us feel completely heard throughout the entire process.
Her expertise was a total game-changer. She guided us with confidence and clarity, turning what could’ve been an overwhelming planning journey into something smooth, fun, and even exciting. Honestly, hiring Tempris was hands-down the best decision we made as an engaged couple!

Wow—Tempris and Hanna from Glowing Moments were truly everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we started working with them, it felt like we had friends by our side—friends who just happened to be incredibly professional, organized, and amazing at what they do. They jumped in with such care and confidence, immediately putting us at ease and making us feel supported every step of the way.
They completely understood the vibe we were going for and managed every detail with care and intention. Without ever taking over or shifting the vision, they filled in the gaps, anticipated needs before we even realized them, and ensured everything stayed on time and ran smoothly. Their coordination with our vendors was seamless—we never once had to worry about a thing.
Because of Tempris and Hanna, our day felt effortless and carefree. We could actually enjoy every moment knowing everything was in the best hands. We truly cannot imagine our wedding without them and are so grateful for the role they played in making it perfect.

Tempris and Hanna were an absolute dream to work with and made our wedding day (and the weeks before it) stress-free and enjoyable. We hired Glowing Moments as our day-of coordinator and there was no detail or to-do item that Tempris didn't think about ahead of time. She provided checklists, contact info sheets, created a detailed (and realistic!) wedding day schedule with us, handled vendor outreach the weeks before the day and confirmed when each vendor needed to arrive, and helped keep things moving smoothly on the day. We DIY'd a lot of things but a day-of coordinator knows what questions you should be asking your vendors that you don't even know you need to be asking, and will make sure you can actually experience your wedding day without having to organize things last minute.
Tempris was our main point of contact throughout the process, and she is diligent, organized, and experienced in all things wedding, but is also a kind and funny person who will make your wedding that much more fun and enjoyable--in other words, the perfect mix of professional who knows what to do/will make things happen and a bonus bridesmaid who will hype you up and tell you how beautiful you look! One of my favorite memories of the day is standing with my bridesmaids and Tempris right before the ceremony and all of us passing around my perfume and just taking in the moment; Tempris knows exactly when to be in wedding coordinator mode, and when to just be a friend.
Hanna helped out a ton on the day and was also a joy to work with. All in all, we had such an incredible wedding day and didn't have to worry about where we needed to be or last-minute details and there is no gift greater than that! I have a friend planning a wedding in the coming months and I already know who she will ask to be her day of coordinator! -

Tempris was amazing and treated us like her number-one couple even though we are sure that she had many other weddings to manage! She always went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we could have possibly needed and did a fantastic job with making sure that both ourselves and our vendors knew all of the details for the day.
Planning a wedding is difficult! Even when you break it down into little pieces. Tempris is incredibly organized. She sent us multiple spreadsheets several months before the wedding so we could stay organized and on track. We also chatted via zoom a few times to perfect the wedding day timeline.
Her work is top notch and she has a chill vibe which is very helpful during a chaotic time. We’re happy to call her not just our wedding coordinator, but a friend. Both she and her staff were timely, accommodating, and professional.
If you book her you will be thrilled with her services! Thank you for everything Tempris! You made our day smooth and so much more special.

Tempris was hired by our church to coordinate our wedding ceremony. She met with us a few weeks before the ceremony to get to know us and to discuss the details of the day. She was very professional and knowledgeable but also had an ease about her as if we were working with our friend. The day of the ceremony, we had a few unexpected hiccups and Tempris acted quickly to correct the situation and calm the bride's nerves. I felt like she was an extension of the bridal party, she was fun and easy to work with.Glowing Moments's reply:

My husband Josh and I were able to work with Tempris as a coordinator through St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church in Chicago, IL. Our day could not have gone more perfectly, and she was definitely one of the reasons why! Before our wedding rehearsal date, we met with Tempris once to provide her with all of our ceremony and wedding party information and Tempris took care of everything from there with the church. She paid attention to all the detail we provided and was great during the rehearsal in explaining how the processional/recessional would work and what was expected from everyone in the wedding party in terms of walking, seating and pictures. Everything at the rehearsal and the day of our wedding went so smoothly and my friends & family adored her as well. I got to work with Tempris at Kat and Garret’s wedding on June 12, 2021 and I was very impressed by the way she coordinated their wedding.
Her professionalism, organizational skills and charm are what set her apart from any other coordinator I’ve worked with in the wedding industry. She is a master of her craft and that is reflected on how smooth and effortlessly the wedding day went.
There is a lot of work involved to make it feel that way and she definitely puts in the work for her couples. It’s exactly what every couple wants and deserves on their wedding day.

I truly don't know what we would have done without Tempris! We reached out to My Glowing Moments for a day-of coordinator and got much more than that. Tempris met with us multiple times before our wedding, going through every detail with us including pieces we hadn't even thought of. She also sent us inspiration and suggestions for incredible personalized touches! The month before our wedding, Tempris took over and was the point of contact for all of our vendors. Because we had communicated so much before that point, she knew exactly what we were looking for and made sure all of the vendors were on the same page. This brings us to the wedding weekend - Tempris made everything seamless from the day we arrived to the day we left! She brought all of our decorations, made sure each vendor was where they were supposed to be, set up the venue, tore down the venue, and orchestrated the ceremony and reception flawlessly. When I was searching for a planner for my wedding, it seemed like all of my options were either full-service (fully planning your wedding) or day-of assistance (showing up just for the rehearsal & wedding to make sure things ran on schedule). Glowing Moments offered a happy middle-ground; I was able to select my own vendors, choose what options I wanted, and Glowing Moments stepped in a few weeks before the wedding (which happened to be my busiest time of year at work) to handle the coordination between vendors, the logistics with the venue, and delivery/pick up details. This option was unique compared with others I researched, and it was perfect for me. Tempris, the owner, was a gem to work with -- reassuring, thoughtful, funny, organized, and assertive with vendors when needed. She was available for questions throughout the process and smoothed out some frustrating hiccups with our venue just days before the event.
