Best customer service around!

My husband and I randomly found Glenn Peter’s Jewelry when we were in Colonie Center when looking at engagement rings. We worked with Ruth who spent an hour plus with my husband and I to find the exact perfect ring for us to the point where we even custom made the ring to make it that perfect. The business then moved to Clifton Park and we followed them there to purchase our wedding bands. We worked with both Ruth and Dawn and again, an amazing experience. They worked with us both to get us exactly what we wanted and ensure we were both beyond satisfied. We would recommend them to anyone and they now have lifelong customers for any further fine jewelry needs that we may have!

Paula and Jason did an amazing job on our jewelry. They were nice to work with and very accommodating. They also gave us a coupon on the wedding bands which helped with our tight budget. They made me one of a kind earrings, they re did a wedding band I was in love with to match my engagement ring. They took my moms engagement ring and turned it into a gorgeous necklace.

My fiancé loved working with Dawn in the Colonie location. He had my ring custom designed and he said they listened to everything he wanted. He worked with her for about 3 months and he said she was great and was always getting back to him. I have since gone in to meet her and she is a sweetheart! We are looking forward to custom designing my wedding band here in the near future with her. They said I can go in any time to have the ring cleaned and she explained the warranty process to me and all seem wonderful!

This is a fabulous jeweler! My fiancé was so impressed when picking out my ring. I am constantly going in to get it cleaned and they are so friendly!! I can't wait to go find our wedding bands! Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about Glennpeter. My husband and I worked with Jon Keller and had multiple great experiences. We were never pressured to spend a lot of money which made the buying experience of our wedding bands very comfortable. The warranty and cleaning services at Glennpeter are also awesome. They gained a loyal customer in my husband and I!

My husband and I bought my wedding band here, We didn't want anything unique or "with character" we just wanted simple gold bands. We did not get my husband's band here only because of how big his finger is, the pricing of the ring was too much for us. If we could of afforded it we would of gotten his ring too.

Glennpeter was just wonderful with the whole process. Jordan, who helped us, even told us we were the most easiest couple he's had to work with, only because we were looking for traditional and not modern. We were in there for about half an hour.

The engraving came out beautiful but with my small finger (4.5) it would be hard for anyone to read but it is on there and you can read it lol

It doesn't matter if you make 6 digits or you're working class, they will treat you the same either way when you walk through their doors. I was very impressed with the store and will be going here again if we need anything.

There is only one thing and it was resolved easily. When I got my husband's band I inquired pricing for the engraving, via the contact email on their website. I was told one thing and when I went to their Colonie Center mall store I was quoted more than double what was told in the email. I brought the email in and they honored the quote that I was given in the email. I did email the manager and let them know that this was just weird and they said it was going to be taken care of.

Note: We went to the store on Central Ave to get my ring. The engraving for my husband's ring was at Colonie Center's store.

In the end I would use them over and over again =)

I always shop at Glennpeter's for all of my jewelry. I am absolutely in love with my rings. I've been dreaming of a Hearts on fire diamond since they came about 10 years ago. Such a great staff, so helpful!

One word: Wonderful! They made finding wedding bands for my husband and I easy. The bands were affordable and were in with more than enough time before the wedding. They also didn't give me a problem with re-dipping my engagement ring (which was purchased else where). They were a pleasure to work with and I will be going back their shortly to get my rings soldered together!

We love Glenn Peter's diamond center! Wendy is our favorite , she is so nice and attentive and knows her stuff! My husband bought my engagement ring there and she made it an easy process for him, also I had my wedding bands custom made there which was so unique and a super easy process! We will be doing lots of business with them over the years to come!

They custom made my jewelry from the engagement ring to the wedding ring to fit it. It came out beautifully. They also did all of my jewelry for the wedding. I would recomment them to anyone!

Mike at Glenn Peter Jewelers on Central Ave in Colonie was amazing. We both appreciated that he really took his time to get to know us, and helped us pick out our wedding bands and bridal jewelery. I wouldn't think to go to another jeweler after him! Not to mention he gave us a really great deal!

We were lucky enough to have the help of the staff at Kay's in Clifton Park, Queensbury, and Clifton Park. All three locations were extremely helpful, from picking out the engagement ring, our wedding bands, and to making sure our rings were sized properly and cleaned up right before our actual wedding day.

At the time we shopped for the wedding rings, they had a sale buy one get one free. They did a great job resizing my wedding ring and my engagement ring which was purchased through another company. My husband also bought my wedding gift there. It was a white diamond pendant on a chain.

I loved the experience we had here. They have a bar serving complimentary drinks. We both felt as though this was a special event rather than a buying process which is what it should be when you're buying your wedding bands. We were able to take advantage of the BOGOF as well. Excellent value here.

Glennpeter is the only place my husband and I will ever buy jewelry. The salesman John is absolutely wonderful. His personality and way of selling make purchasing expensive yet important pieces of jewelry much easier. He listens and does not try to sell you pieces that are not affordable. Plus, if you buy your engagement ring there the wedding bands are buy one get one free!!!

We got the "buy one get one free" deal and the total cost for both of our rings was extremely reasonable and they had a band that fit around the engagement ring almost perfectly when the original vendor of the engagement ring did not even carry one that fit around it

Look for the Buy one Get One Free Wedding Band Sale (I think they may have it every Year in March) If not, they will have what you are looking for. The Quality and Service are unbeatable.

My Wedding band got a crack in it, and I brought it in, asked how much it would cost to repair, and they said there would be no charge. I just can't imagine going anywhere else when making such a large purchase.

My husband got my engagement ring at Glennpeter in Wilton Mall. We went back for our wedding bands during a sale; we got my husband's wedding ring for free. While I was there I saw a necklace I really liked and casually mentioned it, and the salesperson was able to remember it and show my husband when he went in to get my "something new".

We went to Glenn Peter for our wedding bands and my husband got my engagement ring there as well. We went to the location in the Wilton Mall when we first were getting ideas for cuts and bands. Mike was incredibly helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. We are the type to analzye and research before we purchase and they helped us with just that. My husband origionally purchased a hearts on fire engagement ring but before proposing thought that it wasn't big enough. They called around and looked all over and found my husband another diamond that was over a quarter carot larger that had the hearts and arrows that was identical quality for half the price. It is truly stunning. Next we got our wedding bands as they recommended under their March sale. We went when they had all of the vendors to show the new rings for the year and decided on beautiful Camelot rings. We had to get our rings resized and it was done quickly in an afternoon and no problem. We constantly, a year later are always commenting on how much we love our rings. We still pop in from time to time to say hi and chat with the wonderful staff and occassionally I'll get my ring cleaned as well. I would definitely reccommend Glenn Peter's.

My husband bought my engagement ring at the Colonie Center location and the owner spent more than 2 hours with him to help find the perfect diamond for me! We of course went back for our wedding bands and were advised by an employee to wait till their big two-for-one sale...they were actually trying to help us SAVE money! Their selection of palladium bands is the best in the area and we are so pleased with our choices. The staff was great to work with, always friendly and very helpful.

Jason created a beautiful custom made engagement and wedding band for me. He worked with us to create the exact ring we were looking for. We loved going there- everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I even brought one of my grandmothers rings in to get repaired and was bummed when I was told that it was beyond repair. Jason suggested turning it into a pendent. I loved the idea and he did a great job turning the ring into a pendent and attaching it to a pearl necklace for the wedding. I loved that they worked with us to make all of our wedding jewelry unique to us.

At Glennpeter Jewelers you can fine reasonable prices and high quality. Just like most things you just have to look around. A WONDERFUL promotion they have going on every year is a buy one get one for wedding bands. They do this around April or some time early spring...call around the end of Feb to see when exactly they will be having it. This way you can both get the more expensive ring but only be paying for one.

Their quality is great too, they realize their reputation is on the line and make sure all their prodcuts are only the best. Also, if you spend the little extra on the life time insurance you will be glad you did. Every six months you go into to have your ring cleaned and inspected...if there is ANYTHING wrong with your ring they will fix it free of charge (unless you lose the diamond then you are going to have to pay for that).

Great jeweler and even better staffing!!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to work with, I went to get my ring resized and they had it done in 2 hours. While you’re waiting they have a complimentary bar including beer on tap and wine!

Wedding Bands

My husband purchased my engagement ring here and had a wonderful experience. We came back for our wedding bands and worked with a women (who no longer works there). She didn't order the bands in time. We were supposed to receive the rings within 2 weeks and it took close to 2 months. I am glad that we went early to look or else we wouldn't of had rings for the wedding! Every time we chatted with the salesperson she couldn't remember the wedding date or the exact rings we picked out (thought she would have wrote them down). Lucky she no longer works there, but our experience for our bands wasn't the best.

I do really like the people and customer service we had at this vendor, including the deals. The only issue I had was that a diamond fell out of my ring even when I previously notified them that I thought there was a crack in my ring, I was told it was a "birthmark" in the stone, then that piece fell out. Luckily they easily replaced it and quickly. Thankfully I got insurance.

Con Artists

Their prices may be fair but their customer service is not. We were sold an engagement ring from a former employee Lynn, who duped us into buying a ring that she claimed was “the last one left” and that “it could be resized to fit me.” Once the ring was purchased, my fiancé proposed BUT the ring never got resized . When we went back in to ask why it had not been resized, we were met with “it can’t be resized” when I shot back with “you told us it could be resized,” Lynn measured my finger and tried convincing me that my finger had “grown” and the only solution was to not give our money back, but to sell us another ring. I left embarrassed and heated. Fast forward, we went back to purchase wedding bands and were told Lynn had been fired and now we’re dealing with Mary. Mary claims they still make my ring and that it can be ordered in my size. This was in July of 2025. It is now December of 2025 and Mary never responds. When we speak with managers, they see the ring has been ordered but supposedly have no way of knowing when the ring will be in. We will be taking them to small claims court for a full refund

We purchased insurance for my Wives ring at the Wilton mall store. They sold the store, but the new owners said that they had an agreement to honor the insurance. We went to the store in Wilton and was told we had to go to Colonie Center because the agreement done. We were never told about, and now Glenpeter wants us to buy a new policy. I will be notifying the Atty Generals office in Albany. What a ripoff.

Horrible. We had my wedding band custom made and they did a terrible job. I have been back 5 times and it still is not right. They are very very sloppy and very unorganized. They act like they care but they really don't. Will never go back there.
