My wife and I, like many couples,who are getting married, were looking for the perfect venue for the big day. We had viewed a couple places and although they were nice, they did not have the special feel we wanted. However, when we drove to Glen Ellen Farm, and before we even exited the car, our jaws were on the ground and knew it was the place for us to be wed.
The owner, Debbi, was very accommodating, professional, but very friendly welcoming snd warm. She made the meeting, contact process snd tour an enjoyable one. The price for the venue was a steal too. Debbi is not trying to rip snyone off, but she couls charge more if she wanted. She was so friendly we felt an instant bond.
The Manor house is gorgeous and the property and landscaping is very breathtaking. I can see why Glen Ellen Farm, which is newer in the event game, is already so popular.
Restored barn ruins, a fire pit where the old silo stood, a lake with cat tails, and beach with Adirondack chairs. The slab and tent are a great place to make your reception your own. The property is do beautiful lots of other decorations and flowers would take away from it.
I could married 100 times over to my wife, but we would both want to have each time at Glen Ellen Farm.

This is such a hidden gem - although becoming less hidden by the second as more people realize just how amazing this place is. It is THE most gorgeous spot. Debbie, the owner, is so genuine and cares so much about this amazing property that she has poured her heart into, and it really shows. It truly can't be beat for natural beauty and elegance.

Debbie made sure we had the wedding of our dreams. She puts such a thoughtful and heartfelt touch into every aspect of this property that any couple is lucky to have the chance to be married here. We got married October 15 and it was just the perfect day.

She was responsive quickly through emails and very personable. We never felt like it was a business transaction, which is the vibe we got from other venues.

Your photographer will also thank you for choosing this venue. The editing is easy with the beautiful mountains in the background and the fields of flowers and the pond next to barn ruins, which she turned into the perfect spot for a cocktail hour. We absolutely loved this place and recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Simply stunning. We chose to have our wedding at Glen Ellen knowing it would be the perfect place to execute our romantic garden inspired vision, and we were right! Our guests raved about our venue all evening and it was truly magical. We can't thank Debbie enough for all her hard work and working so seamlessly with our vendors to make us happy. We picked Glen Ellen as our wedding venue because of its beauty. Debbie does an AMAZING job with the gardens and the grounds and thinks of every detail to make the property as beautiful as possible. Her home we used to get ready in looks like it came out of a magazine, and the photos we have are stunning. Debbie’s team was so professional and worked so well with our vendors. We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at Glen Ellen Farm! The scenery is gorgeous and there are so many places for the guests to hang out and soak up the night. From the barn ruins (our favorite part!), to the lake to the manor house - so much GORGEOUS in one place.

Glen Ellen Farm is the most beautiful venue in Frederick. The moment I stepped onto the property to tour it, I knew that was where my fiancé and I were going to get married. The farm house is the perfect backdrop for your pictures, inside and out. The tent, with its concrete floors and beautiful tables and chairs, allows for whatever decorations you want to personalize it to be your dream wedding. The amazingly landscaped pond and grounds made our wedding pictures look like they were in front of a backdrop - they were that perfect. The sweeping hills and flower meadow allow for gorgeous sunset pictures that will blow you away. The owner, Debbie, is so responsive with emails and will answer every question you can think of. She was present during our entire wedding working tirelessly behind the scenes to make our day perfect. I tell all my friends to get married at Glen Ellen Farm because I want to go back there!

Glen Ellen Farm is a charming, beautiful spot and perfect for any special occasion. We celebrated our Mother's 80th birthday there. She and all of the guests were thrilled with this lovely setting. The stunning gardens, gentle green rolling hills, historic, elegant home, and beautiful pond made for a wonderful afternoon and evening. The location was very convenient from Frederick and for guests flying in from out of state or traveling from the Washington and Baltimore area. The owner of Glen Ellen Farm was very welcoming, helpful and gracious. I would highly recommend this amazing place. I love Glen Ellen Farm and hope to return there soon.

Having my wedding at Glen Ellen Farm was a dream come true! The Venue is absolutely breathtaking and Debbie (the owner) was so helpful through the whole process! Let me first start with the Venue... every guest came up to me throughout the night going on and on about how beautiful every aspect of the wedding had been... from the ceremony looking over the pond to the cocktail hour in the rustic barn ruins to when the beautiful sunset just next to the reception tent and then to the fire pit later in the evening that people could cozy up next to if they were not hitting the dance floor! We felt like we were in our own private world the entire wedding day at Glen Ellen Farm which made us feel even more special! Debbie was especially wonderful throughout the whole planning process offering for us to stop by many times so we can brainstorm and create our vision for our wedding! I would also like to add that Debbie continues to pour into Glen Ellen Farm and make wonderful changes that upgrade the venue every time we visit it! It amazed me that she made it possible to still have beautiful flowers in bloom for our October Wedding! We loved every aspect of our Wedding at Glen Ellen Farm and would highly suggest it to anyone looking at this venue!

Glen Ellen Farm came as a blessing in disguise for my husband and I when our original venue shut down. We are so fortunate that our circumstances led us to this remarkable venue! The owner, Debbie, was very accommodating and eager to help us when we met with her about holding our wedding at her venue. The natural beauty of Glen Ellen Farm and all of the artistic touches truly prove Debbie’s dedication to her venue, and all of the effort that she has put into making Glen Ellen Farm the perfect wedding venue. In the months leading up to our wedding, and especially on the day-of, Debbie was very invested in us as a couple, and in our happiness. Her support was invaluable on our special day, and all of our wedding details would not have come together so perfectly if it were not for her help! Our entire family is forever grateful to Debbie for her kind heart and for all of her hard work; she was an absolute joy to work with, and was especially kind to our guests. The second I saw pictures of this venue I knew it was where I was going to celebrate the most special day in my life. Our first meeting with Debbie was fantastic & we were sold. The day of our wedding the weather didn't work out at the start so I was super bummed that I wasn't able to hold my cocktail hour in the barn ruins (the site that sold me on the venue) but the staff improvised & moved everyone in the tent. Thankfully the weather cleared up at dinner time & the guests were able to walk the property & enjoy the sites. Debbie has a BEAUTIFUL place - you will get the BEST pictures at this venue. I highly encourage you to go see it in person as you will fall in love with it . What Debbie has done to transform this place is simply amazing...and she continues to do improvements. HIGHLY recommend - its a hidden gem in Frederick County, Maryland.

We simply could not have imagined our wedding being any more beautiful or perfect than it was by having it at Glen Ellen Farm. From the very beginning Debbie was so welcoming and kind, and when she described her vision to us, we knew we would't want to have our wedding anywhere else! The property is truly breath taking, and Debbie has made it the top wedding venue in Frederick County (in my opinion)! We are so so so glad that we went with this venue, and would highly recommend it to any couple that is looking for a picturesque spot!

If you are a bride (or groom) that wants to customize your wedding however you want, Glen Ellen is your place. This place is gorgeous and non-exclusive. You can spend as little or as much as you want on your other vendors which can save you a lot of money. Debbie, the owner, is so accommodating. Be sure do reserve your spot quickly or you'll be sorry you missed the opportunity. Our guest still cannot stop telling us how beautiful everything was--all thanks to Debbie!

Glen Ellen Farm is absolutely the most beautiful venue in the area. As soon as we visited the grounds, we knew this was the perfect place for my daughters wedding. The staff was extremely professional and helpful in running every detail needed for the day . We were so pleased and highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Working with Debbie at Glen Ellen was a real treat. She put our wedding first and was very accommodating to make sure we had enough time to set up before the ceremony. She also went above and beyond by setting up and taking down the ceremony chairs for us. Not to mention she was a life saver when she let us book the venue just months before our wedding date, after our original venue closed its doors with little notice. The venue is absolutely beautiful and has several great spots for great photos. Our guests talked a lot about the venue's beauty. I definitely recommend this venue!!

Glen Ellen Farms is one of the most picturesque places I have ever gotten to go, and this time it was to host my own special day! Debbie and her staff have the whole thing down! Our entire event from set up to tare down was a smooth machine, in a beautiful pond side escape. We are so lucky to have been able to host our friends and family on the farm, and only wish we had more special events for cause to go again! We will never forget our beautiful day with Glen Ellen. We chose Glen Ellen for our mother's 80th birthday party. The celebration was end of April, and Glen Ellen was just stunning, with the flowers blooming and everything so beautifully manicured. I especially loved the views of Sugarloaf Mountain. Inside the home, Debbie had arranged everything, so we had a vibrant and lively party atmosphere for our beloved mother. The food was beautifully displayed. We served drinks on the lovely southwest facing patio, so had gorgeous sunset views. We felt so lucky to have such a special place to celebrate our mother, and she was thrilled. Thank You!

Glen Ellen is a breathtaking and unique wedding venue. It combines garden, barn, pond, tent, manor house, and beach all in one! Debbie and her team are communicative and very easy to work with. We received countless compliments about the beauty of the venue - it is unmatched!
