  Best Choice We Could of Made

  Glen Ellen Farm was the most perfect, beautiful venue and exactly what we envisioned for our October wedding. Months after our wedding, our guests are still talking about how beautiful and amazing the venue was. The different options you can have to make your day unique is such a huge plus. Debbie and the staff were also amazing and Debbie was so great to work with. We had a mishap before the wedding started: our seating chart was written on a tall floor mirror and a little wind knocked it over and shattered it before anyone got to see where their seats were. Debbie quickly helped with a solution by letting us use the tall floor mirror she had in manor house. One of the staff wrote all the names of our guests with their seats on the mirror before cocktail hour and without me, the bride, having to worry. It was so much appreciated. I would recommend Glen Ellen Farm to everyone looking for a unique, beautiful wedding.

  Stunning Venue!

  Glen Ellen is a breathtaking and unique wedding venue. It combines garden, barn, pond, tent, manor house, and beach all in one! Debbie and her team are communicative and very easy to work with. We received countless compliments about the beauty of the venue - it is unmatched!

  Absolutely STUNNING venue with amazing staff!!

  The first time we saw Glen Ellen in person, we knew this would be the place we would get married. Keep in mind this was in the dead of winter, and we were still blown away by its beautiful grounds, charm, and character, knowing that during our September wedding with everything green and in bloom it would be even more stunning. You can absolutely tell that Debbie, the owner, puts her heart and soul into this venue and making it the best it can be to make her clients' wedding dreams come true. Debbie and all of her staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout both the event and the planning process, offering helpful suggestions when we needed to figure out some logistics. Our guests would not stop telling us how beautiful this venue is and asking us how we found it. If you are looking for an outdoor, magical, garden party, lush trees and bushes, fairytale vibe, with far more personality and uniqueness than a boring ballroom, this is the place! I would pick Glen Ellen over again in a heartbeat!

  Stunning, meticulously well kept, seamless

  We picked Glen Ellen as our wedding venue because of its beauty. Debbie does an AMAZING job with the gardens and the grounds and thinks of every detail to make the property as beautiful as possible. Her home we used to get ready in looks like it came out of a magazine, and the photos we have are stunning. Debbie’s team was so professional and worked so well with our vendors. We recommend this venue to everyone!

  The most beautiful venue, for a beautiful day!

  Glen Ellen Farms is one of the most picturesque places I have ever gotten to go, and this time it was to host my own special day! Debbie and her staff have the whole thing down! Our entire event from set up to tare down was a smooth machine, in a beautiful pond side escape. We are so lucky to have been able to host our friends and family on the farm, and only wish we had more special events for cause to go again! We will never forget our beautiful day with Glen Ellen. Thank you so much for your astounding service and help, making our day a success! M&M

  Favorite venue!

  I am a wedding designer, planner, florist and coordinator. I do it all and absolutely love love love love when I get to do it at Glen Ellen. Love it all!! Debbie is the bestttt and I could just stop and stare at the scenery all day long there. The best.

  the wedding venue of my DREAMS

  This is such a hidden gem - although becoming less hidden by the second as more people realize just how amazing this place is. It is THE most gorgeous spot. Debbie, the owner, is so genuine and cares so much about this amazing property that she has poured her heart into, and it really shows. It truly can't be beat for natural beauty and elegance.

  Best Day of My Life!

  I had my wedding reception here in June this year. It was originally scheduled for June 2020, but we had to postpone due to Covid. Debbie was incredible, accommodating, and very comforting the entire time. She allowed us to take engagement photos there too. The venue is breathtaking and although outdoor, I was not worried about the chance of rain because the tent structure is so secure. Luckily, we ended up having perfect weather anyway. This venue can accommodate a very large guest list, which is what we originally needed. I love love love the different spaces: the little beach, the barn ruins, the sweet swing, etc. Debbie communicates really well and takes amazing care of the space. You do need to find all of your vendors, but that is actually something I wanted so that I could be as picky as I wanted with all of those details. I have no complaints at all about Glen Ellen Farm. My husband and I had the best day of our lives celebrating my marriage there! Thank you so much, Debbie!

  Glen Ellen was the one and only venue we toured- it is beautiful in photos and even more beautiful in person. We had already decided on a summer wedding and the blooming flowers all over the property solidified that decision. Debbie is quick to respond and was accommodating to everything we hoped to do, including bringing our dog for photos, having a cigar bar, and doing a sparkler exit. The day of was absolutely beautiful and it was easy for guests to move from the ceremony site to the cocktail hour site in the barn ruins and then the reception tent. The tent, lights, chandeliers, and chairs/tables are included in the price and are all BEAUTIFUL. The manor house is gorgeous as well- the only downfall is the house is locked before the ceremony so you can't return to the house after which took some planning. I highly recommend this venue, Debbie was wonderful to work with!!!

  Perfect in every way!

  Glen Ellen Farm is absolutely the most beautiful venue in the area. As soon as we visited the grounds, we knew this was the perfect place for my daughters wedding. The staff was extremely professional and helpful in running every detail needed for the day . We were so pleased and highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

  A Dream Venue

  Debbie, the owner, was extremely cooperative, always pleasant & easy to work with & was onsite for both rehearsal, ceremony & reception. When we needed something, she responded quickly. A dream to work with in an absolutely beautiful setting. Highly recommend this venue!

  Glen Ellen Farm is the most beautiful venue in Frederick. The moment I stepped onto the property to tour it, I knew that was where my fiancé and I were going to get married. The farm house is the perfect backdrop for your pictures, inside and out. The tent, with its concrete floors and beautiful tables and chairs, allows for whatever decorations you want to personalize it to be your dream wedding. The amazingly landscaped pond and grounds made our wedding pictures look like they were in front of a backdrop - they were that perfect. The sweeping hills and flower meadow allow for gorgeous sunset pictures that will blow you away. The owner, Debbie, is so responsive with emails and will answer every question you can think of. She was present during our entire wedding working tirelessly behind the scenes to make our day perfect. I tell all my friends to get married at Glen Ellen Farm because I want to go back there!

  Glen Ellen was an incredible experience that helped to make my daughters wedding memorable. As the brides Dad I receive so many compliments about all aspects of the wedding ( 129 guests) that is made me feel great that we selected Glen Ellen. The staff was excellent to work with and really focused on the details of our event. Debra knows her venue and what works and does not. This advantage and her expert advice based on best in class weddings was beyond valuable. If your are seeking a great site for an outdoor wedding Glen Ellen is your best option. We looked at many venues and this one stood out far above all others in the Frederick MD area.

  Breathtaking venue!

  Glen Ellen Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding last month. The grounds of the farm are breathtaking. Everywhere you look is beautiful and provides the perfect backdrop for ceremony, reception, and of course photos. Debbie was an absolute joy to work with.   Glen Ellen Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding last month. The grounds of the farm are breathtaking. Everywhere you look is beautiful and provides the perfect backdrop for ceremony, reception, and of course photos. Debbie was an absolute joy to work with. She makes each bride feel so welcome at the farm and is always available to help in any way possible. I would highly recommend Glen Ellen Farm to any couple looking for an outdoor venue!

  Gorgeous Wedding!!

  I attended my nephews wedding in October 2019 at this amazing venue. It is clear that the owners take pride in making sure everything not only looks beautiful but runs smoothly. The grounds are well maintained and the views are stunning. Having a "water feature" as the backdrop for the exchange of vows was so peaceful and sweet. The barn ruins create the perfect space for enjoying a drink and a bite to eat during cocktail hour. And, the tent for the reception is just the perfect spot for eating and dancing!

  Perfect Place for Our Fall Wedding

  We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at Glen Ellen Farm! The scenery is gorgeous and there are so many places for the guests to hang out and soak up the night. From the barn ruins (our favorite part!), to the lake to the manor house - so much GORGEOUS in one place.

  Loved Glen Ellen and all they had to offer. Debbie was a joy to work with and was always very accommodating to my many trips out there. Debbie has taken a great amount of time to address every detail imaginable at this venue. All of our guests raved at how beautiful this location was...and it really shows in all of our pictures!
