    Rachel and her team are absolutely amazing! This review is late but we hired her for our November 2016 wedding at the Wild Horse and could not have asked for anything better. We had the full wedding package since we were from out of state and had no idea how to get everything we needed. Rachel helped us through every aspect and made everything so simple for us. The food was amazing, the photography was perfect, the DJ, cupcakes and decorations were beyond our expectations! I had zero stress the day of our wedding and I owe it all to her and her team! My husband and I could not be happier with how our day turned out. Absolutely the best!! We would recommend Rachel and the wedding package to everyone, especially those from out of state and those who don’t want to stress on their wedding day!

    What can I say about Rachel and her staff other than she was my lifeline during this process! Rachel was completely cool and calm, even in the face of inclement weather! She was at our house from 10am to 10pm and they worked their butts off! My wedding was everything I could have hoped for and more and it was all due to this lady, her staff and her recommendations!

    I used Glam & Lace as my same day coordinator. Hiring them for my wedding was the best thing I did. Rachel and her team truly made me feel like a carefree bride. I was able to enjoy every second of my day knowing that anything and everything that came up would be handled. Not only are Rachel and her team personable, they are wedding savvy and truly care about your wedding day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would absolutely use them again when planning another event.

    Thanks to Rachel my wedding was perfect! Having a day of event coordinator is an absolute necessity for all brides/grooms to be. She actually took over most of the wedding planning/coordination about 2 weeks prior which was super helpful when you have family/friends arriving from all over the world. I met Rachel at the Outer Banks Wedding Expo and booked her service about 9 months prior to my wedding. She was available and responsive to any questions via e-mail I had throughout the 9 month period leading up to my wedding. About 3 weeks prior to the wedding, we talked through my wedding day and then about a week prior she delivered a timeline to me and all the vendors. My wedding day could not have gone any SMOOTHER. There are so many details on the wedding day that without a coordinator present the wedding would not have gone smoothly and it would have been stressful for the bride/groom or family members. In my opinion, you must have a day of event coordinator and I recommend Glam & Lace. Rachel also includes a rehearsal time the day prior to the wedding. The morning of the wedding she set up my tables and helped with the decor while the rest of the bridal party and family were getting ready or relaxing. My wedding tables looked beautiful thanks to her attention to detail. Looking back, I am not sure how I would have got though my wedding day without Rachel. Our guests had all positive comments to say about Rachel and enjoyed having her at the wedding. She was at the wedding until the music ended and then also cleaned up the tables and linens. THANK YOU so MUCH!

    As many brides to be I was super excited to get my planning process started. I interviewed Rachel with Glam & Lace along with many other event planners. On our first meeting I knew she was the planner for me! It took a year and a half to plan my dream wedding and I couldn't have done it without her and her skilled team!! There was NOTHING they couldn't handle & every request was taken care. Big or small! My special day went so smoothly and I owe that all to Rachle and her team at Glam & Lace.

    Rachel and her team at Glam and Lace did a fabulous job with our daughter's wedding in Kitty Hawk, NC. Glam and Lace insured that we worked with top rated vendors. They were professional and flexible through all stages of our wedding planning. Rachel and her team were higly responsive to all our needs. We really appreciate their attention to all the small details that led to a perfect wedding day!

    Rachel was very professional and extremely helpful in the planning of our Wedding. We could not have done it without her. We wanted a beach wedding in the Outer Banks and we live in Virginia so we were worried that the planning and travel would be cumbersome. With the coordinating of Rachel and her team and her suggestions of catering, venue, cake/bakery, flowers, hair/makeup, violinist, officiant and photographer (not to mention the usage of "Stella" the OBX Trolley) everything went off without a hitch. We got everything we wanted and then some. I cannot say enough good things about Rachel Moser and all the wonderful vendors that we worked with.

    I'm the groom and I tend to do extensive research before making a big financial commitment (e.g. wedding planning!). That being said, we are extremely satisfied to have picked Rachel and her team to handle the big day. Everyone was amazing to work with, everything was on point, every detail was accounted for and she did a great job at keeping us informed from start to finish.

    We live several hours away from the beach and we made an initial appointment with Rachel to discuss her services during our first planning visit. That initial contact put my mind at ease and was enough to realize we were dealing with a true professional.

    Rachel contracts with several vendors that she has good working relationships with, we were very satisfied with all the services we received and to this day we still hear from our guests about how they enjoyed the food and the overall atmosphere of the wedding. This is what we got with our package:

    - Planning including rehearsal
    - An unbelievable sea themed wedding cake
    - Beach ceremony
    - Violin during the ceremony
    - Officiant
    - DJ
    - Venue
    - Photography
    - Catering
    - Trolley (guests loved this)

    I may be forgetting other things but the bottom line is that all of the above were top notch. The whole experience was as stress free as it could be which minimized the bridezilla moments I had to deal with, she was happy, guests were happy, I'm happy. Thanks Rachel!

    Words cannot describe just how thankful I am to have had Glam & Lace as our event planner for our Vow Renewal at the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island. Rachel Moser and her team were absolutely fantastic, and they assisted me every step of the way. From deciding on vendors to making sure payments were completed on time, Glam & Lace kept me on track and organized for our big day. Based on my experience with Rachel and Glam & Lace, it was obvious that they have had plenty of experience in planning weddings, and therefore had so many unique and fun ideas for how to make our ceremony and reception a success. If I had to do it all over again (and I wish that I could), I would DEFINITELY pick Glam & Lace as my event planner again!

    Glam & Lace is AMAZING. I would recommend their services to anyone. My wedding went perfectly smooth even with having to move my ceremony indoors and to a new location due to rain. They were worth every penny I spent and made my day as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

    I cannot say enough about our fabulous experience with Rachel Moser! Matt and I wanted to plan our wedding, but needed someone to oversee (take over) the rehearsal and the wedding day details. Ms. Moser was recommended to us by our photographer, Sarah D'Ambra and I contacted her via email. She immediately responded and answered all of my questions. I immediately loved her attention to detail, her professionalism, the way she listened and positively responded to our needs/wants and her excellent communication.

    She created a very detailed timeline and maintained contact with the other vendors to ensure everything was smooth the day of the wedding. Her assistant was fantastic and both women did an excellent job running the rehearsal and making everyone feel confident in their respective roles. The day of the wedding, they did a beautiful job setting up the ceremony and the reception. Every time either of us had a request or a question she never hesitated. The service she provided not only met, but exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend 11th Hour Events to any bride.

    I could not have been more thrilled with my choice in using 11th Hour Events to coordinate my wedding on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Rachel and her team were professional, organized, calm, and reassuring... everything was under control with Rachel at the helm! Many of my guests commented on how smoothly things went at the ceremony and reception, and I owe that entirely to 11th Hour Events. My wedding day was absolutely perfect and stress free!
    The packages are a tremendous value and take away the stress of shopping for vendors, especially if you are planning your destination wedding on the Outer Banks. I highly recommend Rachel Moser and 11th Hour Events to make your special day beautiful, easy and memorable.

    We used Rachel for her day of coordination services and couldn't have been more pleased! Our wedding went so smoothly and I know that we could not have done it without her! We had some little incidents during the wedding that were cleared up quickly and with class! I received many compliments about Rachel's interactions with my guests, bridal party and family. She helped calm me down in my "bridezilla" moments. Thank you so much Rachel!!

    Being a bride from Lynchburg VA made it hard to plan a wedding in the Outer Banks. Originally, I was not plannning on getting a wedding planner because my mom was very organized and acted as my own personal wedding planner. Although I was skeptical of having a wedding planner, I was impressed by Rachel Moser at the wedding expo. She was very professional and chipper. My family loved seeing her smiling face at all the events. By the end of the weekend, I booked Rachel. She was my first official booking. Rachel was there for my family throughout the whole planning process. Whatever I needed she was there to help. She always knew the best deals and hidden secrets in town. She helped me find the best DJ, DJ Bruce, and also Heather Rollins, who made the most wonderful invitations and booklets for the church. Without Rachel, all the details would have not fallen into place. She always kept me on the right track leading up to the final days. Ultimately, Rachel was the best decision for the day of the wedding. Instead of my mom or me worrying about the timeline of events, Rachel was there to help guide us throughout the day. She was flexible and assertive the day of the wedding. She even went to bat for me at the church when there was a disagreement at the church the day of the wedding. What can I say...... I would go with Rachel any day.

    We did one of the packages that Glam & Lace offers. It was a good idea for us because a wedding of our size (100 people) is way more expensive in DC where we live. The package is advertised as being an easier way to have a wedding and there is no doubt that it is! All of your vendors have been chosen for you because you do the package saving you time and stress. The vendors and staff were wonderful! Everyone was nice, friendly, all know one another, and work well together. All of our guests commented on how well everything went and it was due to all of them.

    The staff was not always responsive because of the nature of the workload (they have weddings- package or otherwise every weekend) so do not take offense if you don't get an immediate response. The one thing that would have made this experience easier would be for the staff to provide a wedding timeline so the couple could have some idea when you need to pursue your questioning; we had no idea so we thought we were constantly annoying them and asking questions because we didn't know when to expect things.

    Be prepared to pay for some extras (e.g., flowers, appetizers) but all in all this is a great deal and it certainty did not cheapen the wedding (we could not have picked better vendors ourselves)! We and our guests had a wonderful time! I would recommend this way of wedding planning to anyone.

    There were certain times that I got frustrated with the vendors that 11th hour contracts with, but over-all if you don't like planning, don't have time, or feel completely over whelmed then this is the company to go with. She was extremely flexible with substituting what I wanted for what was included. The food from the vendor she contracts with was wonderful. The only thing is unless you want a very minimal-simple wedding then the "upgrades" hurt financially. Also she does not include the taxes in the price so the extra $250 was a shock with the final bill.

    I used Glam and Lace for my Outer Banks wedding and everything turned out great. We went with a package for 75-100 people. Rachel and her team really know what they are doing. If you are a bride like me and want very little responsibility this is the way to go. Day of, Rachel and her team came to the house and set everything up and needed little from us. The wedding went off just the way we had hoped. Thanks Glam and Lace.

    I loved the way each team member listened and bent over backward to make me happy. All expenses and expectations were very clear and direct, which I appreciate. I used a 75 people package, it worked out great. I basically used the beach house I rented for the decor, with little else. Last minute unexpected changes occurred due to the weather and the team sprung into action and moved my event from outside to inside, it was awesome to return from taking pictures and everything was totally taken care of!
