Best officiant ever!
Katherine was everything I could hope for in an officiant, and more. Her knowledge and experience in Disney weddings made it that she was telling us how everything would work, rather than the other way around. As we we are Canadians, she took the time to take care of all the marriage paperwork and even went to the courthouse to file it for us.
I highly recommend securing her for a ceremony rehearsal as she was on top of things and showed all of us what we would be doing and when.
The ceremony itself was pure perfection.
We received so many compliments from our guests and people still talk about it almost a year later. She was so flexible with her script and tailored everything to us specifically. The pixie dust made for such pretty photos!
Not only is she incredibly professional, she is just one of the sweetest people you will ever meet in your life.
Take my advice, book the pro of Disney weddings and have one less thing to think about in your planning stages, Katherine will be the most reassuring vendor you have.

We originally booked Katherine as our wedding officiant for May 2020. Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented events that caused the world to come to a standstill, our Disney wedding had to be cancelled. During what was an incredibly uncertain and emotional time, Katherine remained a constant source of support, kindness, and understanding. She stayed in touch with us throughout the years (Facebook friends) and showed genuine care for our marriage and our two children, which meant more to us than we can adequately express.
When we were finally able to re-book for our vow renewal in October 2025, it felt less like hiring an officiant and more like welcoming back a dear friend. Katherine conducted our ceremony with warmth, professionalism, and humour. Her British accent instantly made us feel at home and added a sense of familiarity and comfort, and from the very beginning she felt like part of our family.
The hand-fasting ceremony was a truly beautiful and meaningful addition, particularly given our Celtic background. Katherine took great care to honour our heritage and story, creating a ceremony that was heartfelt, personal, and deeply memorable.
We are endlessly grateful for Katherine’s dedication, compassion, and attention to detail. She exceeded all expectations, and we couldn’t have imagined a better person to stand with us for such an important moment in our lives. Hogwarts Bride
When my now husband and I envisioned exchanging vows at Hogwarts Castle, we never imagined that Professor McGonagle would be the one uniting us in matrimony. Selecting her to officiate our wedding was truly one of the most inspired decisions we made for our special day. She was consistently available to address every query, and what truly made our experience exceptional was her assistance in submitting our documents, which spared us the hassle of lengthy court hours. Katherine went above and beyond! When we had our first meeting she wanted to get to know us and a feel of what we were looking for the ceremony! She took her time. We did the hand fasting ribbons and we picked our lucky charms for our ribbons that best represents us. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful! I felt so lucky that I contacted with Katherine, she is a sweet and nice, enthusiastic lady fist time we saw each other in person! It was me and my husband's first marriage experience and I know nothing about the ceremony in the USA 🤣 but Katherine covered all the details in the whole process, we were both stiff for formal scenarios like this and Katherine told us when we needed to go, hold hands, exchange rings, vows... everything!! Unforgettable and very personal
Katherine married myself and now husband on the 25th of July this year. What an experience. She made our whole day very personal to us and kept us at ease throughout the whole process. It was a day filled with lots of laughs and tears, she truly made our day an unforgettable experience.
As an international couple getting married in the States, Katherine made everything so easy for us and guided us through the legality of getting married.

LOVED Working with Katherine!
Working with Katherine was amazing from start to finish.
With us being from New York and our wedding being in Florida obtaining a marriage license seemed daunting to us, until we discovered that not only does Katherine offer officiating services, but she also offers marriage license services as well. When we had questions she answered her emails very quickly and made the process a breeze. Her ensuring she had the license as well worked out great because it was one less thing we had to worry about forgetting at home.
About a month prior to the ceremony we had a video chat with Katherine and she made us feel like we had been old friends for years. She learned things about us and incorporated that into our ceremony script. We loved that she including our dogs that were obviously unable to come to the wedding and when she found out that we were blending our families with my kids, she asked us if we wanted to do her signature "Pinky Promise" and let me just tell you- it made my teenage children feel SO included and signified how we are really bonding as a family in this marriage. And it brought so many of our guests to tears.
If we could give Kathering 100 stars- we would! -

I had the wonderful Katherine Imundi for my 4.30.2023 wedding at Disney's Wedding Pavilion. From the moment we started talking in our first meeting, I could tell Katherine was a true professional who would not only take stress off of me, but make my experience that much more enjoyable. Each of our pre-wedding meetings were fun and informative, and we felt like we were very involved in the process.
When it came time for our rehearsal I was ready to break down (wedding stress plus severe weather that was altering plans), but Katherine handled everything with ease and provided such a bright light to a stressful day. Even though it was just the rehearsal, it actually was one of my favorite events of the weekend. The actual wedding day ceremony went off without a hitch, and we received so many compliments on her services. If you have an upcoming wedding, especially at Disney, hire Katherine! -

Katherine is amazing!
We got married by Katherine at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion on March 14, 2023. Working with Katherine was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Originally we were going to have a friend officiate, and although I’m sure what would have been nice, it never would have compared to what Katherine did. Katherine does this everyday, she knows how to write and structure a ceremony. And she does some really unique things I’ve never seen before. Most weddings the ceremony is the boring part everyone just has to watch to her to the party. With Katherine the ceremony was the thing people are still talking about. It was so beautiful and unique. We also used her Rose unity ceremony which Katherine hand made and was truly gorgeous. Katherine told us when we first met that she would be our fairy godmother, and she really was. When we saw her the day of our wedding it was as if we’d known her for years. If you’re unsure I urge you to work with Katherine - I guarantee you won’t regret it! -

Wedding in a Hurricane
Katherine was amazing with our ceremony. She took the time to really get to know us I put together a really beautiful speech and helped us organize our vows.
For our wedding we actually had to postpone due to hurricane Ian happening at the time. When it happened, we weren’t sure what was going to happen with our day but Katherine helped make sure everything would go smoothly when we rescheduled.

A Wonderful Renewal Experience
Katherine was amazing! We renewed our wedding vows with her throwing her a few curveballs in the process 😊. We went from 2 to 20 guest, changed venues twice, added champagne toast, and last but not least changed my mind on the flowers she’s so graciously provided. Throughout everything, she was good-natured, resilient, and as steady as a rock. Not only was she sensitive to our needs as this was a renewal, but went above and beyond! The vow she crafted were absolutely perfect, her responses to my questions were immediate and on point, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would love to recommend Officiant Katherine T Imundi for your Disney wedding! Her communication is wonderful! She got back to me so quickly after every single question I had. She truly cared about what my partner and I wanted for our ceremony. We were able to Zoom together, chat on the phone, and Facebook message back and forth for quick questions. I had zero worry leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day when it came to our ceremony. She is so professional and kind and witty and charming.
What sealed the deal for my partner and I was the family pinky promise that she does for blended families. This part of our ceremony meant EVERYTHING to us and meant the world to us. My children loved being involved and loved making promises together as a family. In these photos I see my sensitive and big hearted daughter who loves her momma more than anything and we grew up together. I see my son being so proud of the family he now has and so happy.
100/10 highly recommend Katherine and we will forever hold these memories close because of her. -

Katherine is truly a lovely person and I'm beyond happy we chose her to be our officiant. I learned about Katherine through the Disbride page during the pandemic when she was reading Harry Potter to her followers and I loved it. We had a Facetime chat with her and she was so kind and easy to talk to. Leading up to the wedding Katherine took the time to learn about our journey as a couple and made sure to add personal details about us in our ceremony script. I love how she included the story of our proposal and how my husband was thoughtful to give me the perfect Disney proposal. Our ceremony was filled of Disney quotes and I absolutely loved it for our Disney wedding. Our ceremony was a dream come true and it was all because of Katherine's attention to detail and making each ceremony unique for the couple.
On another note, the day before the wedding I had a mini meltdown and reached out to Katherine immediately. There was a good chance that my parents were going to miss our wedding due to their flights being cancelled and Katherine did her absolute best to calm me down and assure me everything would be okay. She provided a lot of suggestions on how to help my parents get to my wedding and I truly appreciated her being there for me. (They did make it to the wedding and we were all happy).
Overall, if I could I would give Katherine more than 5 stars. She was amazing to work with and made our Disney wedding perfect. Thank you so much Katherine! -

Katherine was absolutely AMAZING! She’s the sweetest lady ever and made everyone laugh and feel comfortable. I had sooo many compliments about our ceremony after the wedding and how our officiant was the best that they have ever seen. She is very open to any type of fandom and helped to embrace my love for Disney and Harry Potter. She even went through the trouble to dress as a witch on the hottest day in March for our wedding. We had our video chat with Katherine back in early 2020 for our supposed to be November 2020 wedding and the second we started talking to her, it felt like we had known her forever. My husband loved her accent and thought she was hilarious, so after the video chat, we were both SO excited for her to officiate our wedding. When we postponed from 2020 to 2021, I reached out to her to let her know and she moved our date with no questions asked or any pushback (which isn't always the case with some vendors). About a month before our wedding, we received our ceremony script. She personalized the ceremony just for us and told our story beautifully. At our rehearsal, she went over the whole ceremony so we knew what to expect and it definitely eased some nerves. Before the ceremony, she was cracking jokes and had my husband laughing SO hard, which definitely eased his nerves. My husband wanted to walk down the aisle to "Hooked On a Feeling." She was such a good sport and walked down the aisle to it with the biggest smile! Our ceremony was so lovely. She even had us do a pinky promise during our ceremony, which everyone thought was adorable! She was genuinely so happy for us. She does move out of the way for your first kiss picture, which is so thoughtful! My family wanted us to have a family member get certified and officiate our wedding for us, but I insisted that we choose someone who officiates weddings regularly (especially Disney weddings, since they can sometimes get complicated) and I'm so glad we did! To this day, my family still talks about how amazing of a job she did and that it felt like she had known us forever! Overall, Katherine is the sweetest and kindest person you will ever meet. You will not regret having her officiate your big day! -

Fairytales Do Come True!
I followed Katherines' social media accounts For a few months before We had our first video call and I knew I loved her right away! She's just the sweetest! We were scheduled for June 2020 but unfortunately had to postpone due to the events of the world. We finally had our Fairytale Wedding this June 12th. From the moment we decided to have her officiate our wedding she was always so kind and thoughtful and really listened to our love story- she even video chat with me on my Birthday! She was quick to respond to all our queries and never made me feel like I was a bother. We requested a rehearsal with her with pretty short notice and she was still so accommodating. Have I mentioned her sense of humor?!?! She's hysterical and immediately makes you feel so comfortable. She's definitely forever a friend to our family! Her British Accent makes every word sound so lovely- the vows she wrote for Us were perfect, the hand binding that she crafted herself- added such a beautiful moment as we tied the knot...And the pinky promise, my heart almost exploded! Kathrine was so friendly from the moment we first talked to her. She set up an initial zoom call for us to get to know her and feel comfortable with her before even booking. We knew right away she was perfect for us. She regularly checked in, and when the pandemic hit she was super flexible with us and rescheduled without any issues. She even sent us letters in the mail during the tough times. She suggested extras for our ceremony that fit our personalities, such as a hand fasting ceremony since we are both Celtic, and she found special ways to include both our mothers and our daughter into the ceremony too. She even gifted us a small Aladdin lamp. At our wedding, we did an amazing job officiating and brought tears to everyones eyes. She presented us with beautiful certificates for our marriage and even gave our daughter a special certificate for being the best flower girl. Katherine really went above and beyond in every way and we are forever grateful for her love and friendship. -

We found Officiant Katherine Imundi during my sister-in-law's wedding and knew we HAD to have her part of our special day. We were all set to get married on 10.10.2020 but Covid-19 hit and our plans had to change. She was extremely understanding and flexible. Planning a wedding is not easy, even when you are getting married somewhere as seasoned as Walt Disney World. My husband and I did not know the first thing about putting together a ceremony, and we are so fortunate to have been blessed with our fairy godmother, Katherine.
The first time we met Katherine was over FaceTime. It was late after work one night and my husband and I sat on the couch and called her up. We clicked immediately, it was like we had known her a lifetime. She was able to get to know us and what type of ceremony we would be interested in (traditional, fairytale, etc) and seamlessly tied it all together. We wound up talking for hours about things we loved like Harry Potter and our sweet kitty cats. We left the call feeling amazing!
A few weeks later she had sent us the copy of our ceremony and it was perfect. It made me tear up being able to envision standing at the altar marrying my best friend. We were able to work in some changes and suggestions and Katherine assured us everything would be perfect.
Throughout the months leading up, she maintained communication with us and even checked the weather to make sure our big day would be beautiful!
I’ll never forget when our pre wedding shout-out was finally posted meaning our day was so close! Next thing I knew, I was standing in the bridal salon at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion when my mom said “look who’s here!” and I saw Katherine standing there waiting for my long awaited big hug!
Our ceremony was a perfect blend of the story of our love and fairytale. Our guests loved it, and still talk about the pixie dust and pinkie promise!
We highly recommend using Katherine as she will create the perfect ceremony for you and your partner, as well as be your fairy godmother leading up to your wedding day.

As the mother of the bride who was extraordinarily involved in the recent wedding of my daughter, I am delighted to give Katherine Imundi a FIVE STAR review. My daughter and her fiancee took the reigns on interviewing and hiring the officiant, and professed with absolute resolve that they were CONVINCED from the first Skype call with Katherine was the right fit. WOW, was she ever! Ceremonies that are canned or unoriginal can be awkward because it's painfully obvious that the officiant is filling I the blanks and doesn't really know the couple. Katherine took the time over the year of planning to REALLY get to know the couple, and was intent on making their ceremony uniquely "them". Every word and symbol resonated and she even managed to convey the essence of them as individual people -- and as a couple. She incorporated their stories and even their pets. I appreciated that she ran a tightly organized, professional and timely rehearsal, but managed to balance it with her fun, lighthearted style. The ceremony was simply beautiful and has been validated by the dozens of lovely, heartfelt comments from friends and family. I don't even know where to start. Picking Katherine to be our officiant was one of the best (and easiest) decisions we made during the wedding planning process. We had a lot of fears when choosing someone to officiate the wedding because, well, it truly is the most important part of the day. We were nervous someone would stand up and come off like they didn't know us, maybe even mispronounce our names, who knows... you never know what you're going to get with the internet.
