Wonderful Service

The stylists were excellent and helped me with so many things. I was very indecisive and they helped me narrow down my vision. They recommended a wonderful list of tailors as well. And they were very accommodating with my requests.

Amazing Experience

Galleria Gowns was the second bridal shop I went to for dress shopping, and the level of service I received was such a difference! I wasn't super sure on the style that I was looking for, however my consultant Jesseka was extremely helpful!! She helped show me styles that looked great on me and would fit the style of my wedding/venue. I highly recommend!!

Galleria Gowns made my dress dreams come true!

Clara and her team at Galleria Gowns knocked it out of the park. The service was impeccable and everyone was so sweet - I truly felt surrounded by family from the shopping experience through the alterations. They took the time to learn about my wedding vibes and vision to help me choose the right accessories, tailored the gown to perfection, and were prompt with each step of the process. Not to mention the selection of dresses has something for everyone too. I have already recommended several friends to visit Galleria Gowns and will continue to do so!

Amazing!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful! Even during a global pandemic they were always courteous and patient with me as we changed our date twice! They have affordable gowns that look more expensive than they are! I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Perfect Dress

This is the first place I went to look for dresses and I went with an open mind. I told my consultant what I liked and didn’t like and we pulled dresses in all styles to try. I ended up falling in love with the third dress and purchased it that day. My alterations were done to perfection and the dress looked like it was made for me. They even made me a lace mask to match my dress.

An amazing place

Gallaria gowns was by far the best dress shop I went to while looking for the perfect dress for my big day. The girls there are wonderful. Una helped me find my dress. I went back several times before I picked my dress and was never pushy. I even went back to get dresses for my step daughters for the wedding. They were all awesome from dress fittings to when I picked up my dress and helped carry my dress to the car.

Wedding Dress for Anti-Bride

I was not looking forward to the whole wedding planning process, and was especially dreading the wedding dress shopping part of it all. I didn’t want to spend thousands on a dress that I would wear for 1 day. That being said, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Galleria Gowns. Una helped me find a dress that was 100% me and UNDER my budget! She listened to exactly what I wanted, honestly shared her opinions, and found me a dress that I actually feel comfortable in. She made the experience SOOO incredibly easy also. I was in and out in about 2 hours AND got bridesmaids dresses! It was the only dress store I went to also. Great variety with a range of prices :)

Great Guest Relations

Una, the lovely lady who helped me find my dress was so pleasant, I will never forget her. Then when my dress came in with a little issue, they assured me their very talented seamstresses could fix it (and they did!). My experience with Galleria Gowns was awesome! Katherine helped me find the perfect dress and was so very patient! Once I found my dress, Dani, their seamstress, was amazing at making the dress mine. If I could give the staff at Galleria 1,000 stars, I absolutely would. From beginning to end, my experience working with them was an absolute dream. Pina helped me during my first (and only!) browsing appointment, and patiently allowed me to select my own dresses to try on. When none really caught my eye, she went out and selected a few--and her second pick ended up being THE DRESS. Ordering, fittings, and alterations were absolutely perfect; Clara and her staff made sure that my dress fit exactly as I wanted it to. We also ordered bridesmaids' dresses through Galleria, and they made it very simple for my three out-of-town bridesmaids to order, pay, and pick up. One bridesmaid did her alterations through Galleria, and of course, her dress turned out perfectly. And to round it all out, I brought my dress and veil back for cleaning and preservation--absolutely worth the final cost to keep my dress in perfect condition for storage.
The new store in Highland Heights is spacious, bright, and beautiful. I absolutely recommend Galleria for every step in your shopping and purchasing process; because of Pina, Clara, and all of the other ladies on the staff, dress shopping, ordering, and everything else were by far the least of my worries!

I decided to check out Galleria Gowns because they carry David Tutera dresses and I was interested in some of his gowns that come in light blue. I admit I am not a big clothes shopper, and buying my wedding gown was the part of the whole wedding-planning process that I was most nervous about. However, everyone at Galleria Gowns made the process absolutely stress-free and even fun! Clara helped me pick my dream (blue!) dress, and Dani made sure it fit perfectly. I definitely recommend Galleria Gowns for a friendly, stress-free wedding gown shopping experience. They really do make you feel like family!

I LOVED my dress. I tried on dresses at a few other places, and had the best experience at Galleria. They let me try on as many dresses as I needed, even though I kept coming back to one of the first ones I tried on. Una helped me pull different styles to compare what would be most flattering, and ultimately told me which dress I was going to pick before I had even decided lol. But no one was pushy or trying to upsell at all. I told them my budget and they respected it. I was even able to get a custom color on my Allure gown to make it exactly what I wanted! And the selection is pretty impressive for a small store. It had more dresses I actually wanted to try on than any other place.

Galleria Gowns was AMAZING. They were so patient with me ( an indecisive bride) and helped me find my perfect dress (Octavia by Sophia Tulle). Stacy was so knowledgeable and friendly. I have a bad back so she helped me get in and out of the dresses. Danni did my alterations and she treated me like one of her closet friends. She would hug me when I came in and would remember different details I had told her. I loved the feeling of family in this shop and I am going to miss all the women there now that the wedding is over. Stacy also did the steaming of my dress and did an awesome job. I was beyond impressed.

I loved Galleria gowns. My dress was Allure bridal and beautiful. I think you could find this dress anywhere; however, the people are Galleria Gowns make it worth it. The shop is amazing with a large variety of dresses. I did not feel rushed at all when I tried on dresses the first time.
I found an almost perfect dress - that they assured me they could alter it to become the perfect dress- and they totally delivered. Dani is amazing as are all the seamstresses. The fit was amazing and they were able to reshape the lace neckline to match the look I wanted!

I called in last minute and scheduled a same day appointment. Galleria as the fourth shop I went to looking for dresses and I was beginning to become disheartened. I walked in and the lady immediately greeted me and guided me to the bridal side. She pointed out to me where dresses in my budget were located. I picked a few and she got me started trying on dresses and after we had talked about what I was looking for and what i loved in the first few dresses she brought me more. She never brought me a dress over my budget (which was a problem elsewhere) and the service was individualized. The tailor was on hand and was able to give us a quote for alterations at the same time. I found THE dress and I am in LOVE!

When I was ready to start looking for a wedding dress, I went to Galleria Gowns first after it came highly recommended. Though their store isn't huge, they have the best selection of both modern and classic gowns. I had a good idea of what I wanted, but really great idea of what I didn't want, and Dani was very attentive to that. I ended up picking the first dress I tried on, which was a discontinued sample off the rack, but it needed a ton of alterations. Four appointments, five pounds of cut out fabric, and hours upon hours of work later, my dress looked totally different than how it originally looked, and EXACTLY how I wanted it, to a T. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I decided to go to Galleria Gowns, and how good I felt leaving my dress in their more than capable hands. I would recommend them 100 times over!

I had my wedding gown moment here! I went with my mom and I remember turning to her with the biggest smile on my face and saying "this is the one!" We came here because as I was looking for dresses I kept picking gowns from Maggie Sottero and when I looked up where to buy her gowns there were only 3 places in Ohio. What a way to make a bride feel special, right? The Galleria was close to home so I made an appointment.

When I walked in the store looked cozy. There were dresses everywhere! Kim greeted us and was very kind. She listened to everything I wanted and did not want on my dress and she helped me find the dresses I had found online. She was so helpful in finding aspects of the dresses that complimented me and listened to my worries about others. From that she went out into the store and came back with even more for me to try on! She was very professional and so helpful!

I then found THE GOWN! I didn't cry but I felt beautiful in the dress and could imagine myself walking down the aisle in it. We tried on veils next. I chose the 'fun veil'. That's what everyone called it. And it was all a great price! My dad and I had been watching Say Yes to the Dress episodes so that the price wouldn't shock him. But he said it was within my budget and looked beautiful on me.

We also bought the bridesmaid dresses from there. Kim, my mom, and I all picked out seven dresses that complimented my dress and we made an appointment for my bridesmaids to come in and try them on. When the girls came in they liked the feel of the store and they had given us a few rooms for the girls. It was fun having them run in and out of rooms trying on the different dresses and then showing them off in the mirrors. The only downside was that they only had a limited size of dresses so some of my girls were unable to try them on. But they looked great on the day. All the dresses came in plenty of time for alterations.

They have a nice selection of dresses - I was worried because I am not exactly a size 2 and had some specific ideas that I was looking for. Nothing bad to say. They were amazing. I walked in thinking it was too overwhelming with dressed stuffed all over the place, but they listened and helped me find the perfect dress! THIS IS THE BEST BRIDAL STORE EVER!! I can't count on two hands how many bridal stores I went to before finding this one! They were EXTREMELY helpful and did an EXCELLENT job altering my dress and pressing it and they even steamed my flower girl dress for me that I had custom made by a friend! This store has every PERFECT dress in stock and I had a hard time choosing which one was my favorite because they were all my favorite!!

Thus bridal salon was so friendly and helpful when helping me choose my gown. They pulled as many dresses as I wanted and stayed within my budget. Alterations came out perfect. Helped me with my bridesmaid issue and gave me advice that I needed. Be prepared: all their dresses are gorgeous!!!!

I absolutely love this place and the people. I found my dress three months before my wedding. The staff are so nice and they work very quickly. They made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. Their selection of dresses are beautiful and they have so many. The seamstress works so fast, and made my dress fit my body perfectly. (My price includes alterations.)

I saw a dress I liked at a larger shop and they were trying to convince me to buy the dress in a size 4 sizes bigger than I needed! I called Galleria Gowns with my 'guess' of a size and they had the dress!!

From the moment I walked in, until the moment I walked down the aisle, their customer service was top notch. I had the pleasure of working with Dani for my fittings and she made my dress fit perfectly. The number one compliment I got on my wedding day was that the dress fit me so well! It was slimming, comfortable and I never worried about any malfunctions!!

Dani was so amazing and responsive to all my needs! I forgot that I wanted a heart from my dad's old work shirt sewn into my dress and with just days to go, Dani was able to accommodate and have it sewn in my dress in time! And she placed it so perfectly.

I could not have been more happy with the purchase and alteration of my dress (less than half of what bigger retailers quote!) and the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

Wonderful experience! This is a family owned business and it shows. You will not get the same level of care at a large bridal store. There are a ton of wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses to pick from. There are dresses for every price range which is also a great feature. I received so many compliments on my dress. It fit perfect. Galleria Gowns will go above and beyond to make you feel beautiful on your wedding day.

The service I got at galleria gowns while picking out my wedding dress was top notch! I told my consultant the vision for my wedding and what I was looking for in a dress, and the she picked the PERFECT dress for me so easily! Best of all she she did not make me feel pressured to buy and was not pushy, which was my experience at other stores where employees were on commission. When I bought my dress I was a size 22 and that's the size I ordered. By the time of the wedding I was a size 14. Danny at Galleria Gowns was AMAZING!! She made my dress fit perfectly! All the girls there were amazing and so friendly and helpful. They know you by name when you come in and by the time I was picking up my dress for the wedding they were giving me hugs. My bridesmaids dresses were ordered through Galleria too and all my girls loved them to the point my sister in law decided to have her wedding dress altered there too! I just can't say enough great things about them!

They have the sweetest staff there. They dont work on commission so they aren't pushy and genuinely want to help you find the right dress. It is a smaller shop but they have a bazillion gorgeous dresses. I am super picky and had been dresses shopping at least a half a dozen other times when I finally found my dress at this shop 3 hours away. It was well worth the trip!

I was a second time bride and had no idea what type of dress might be available. I had been to two other bridal salons prior to Galleria Gowns. Clada's assistance made my wedding dream come true. She pulled about 10 gowns for me and told me which ones could be ordered in my preferred color range.

The ladies in the salon were gracious, helpful, honest and patient. The gown that I ordered arrived earlier than expected and Galleria Gowns performed the necessary minor alteration (hemming the bottom). I absolutely loved my gown and it was perfect for my wedding. I received so many compliments and I told each person that I had purchased it at Galleria Gowns. If I am ever in need of a special dress or gown in the future, I will skip the first two shops and go directly to Galleria Gowns.

I love all the ladies at Galleria Gowns!!! I've been there a few times while on the hunt for my perfect dress (I'm unbelievably picky), and they were so sweet and willing to talk to the manufacturer to modify a gown for me. I have several friends who have bought gowns there and they all rave about the service from start to finish. There are some horrible shops out there, so don't waste your time and just make an appointment at Galleria instead! I will definitely be bringing my bridesmaids there!

I purchased my dress online and used Galleria for my alterations. The alterations were pretty elaborate and they did an excellent job. They did so well, I took my reception dress and my mom's dress to them to alter, as well. All of the dresses were ready on time and the alterations were perfect. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this vendor.

LOVED Galleria Gowns! I used them for my junior bridesmaid dresses, as they actually had samples in stock that my girls could try on. My only regret with Galleria is that I didn't go to them first, so that I could have gotten my wedding dress and regular bridesmaid dresses there. They were even helpful when I wanted to order my bridesmaids wraps, and they called the manufacturer of the jr. bridesmaid dresses to see if they made them (even though it wasn't listed in their catalogs) just to match and tie the whole party together. Galleria gives a personal touch of service to all of their customers, and never once made me like I was a bother even if I would pop in without an appointment. They had excellent follow-through, were very helpful, and I know that my girls loved working with them. My advice is this- girls, make this your first stop, whether it's for yourself, your bridal party, MOB, anything- you won't be disappointed!

My wedding dress came from Galleria Gowns. It was for a second wedding and I had a very difficult time finding just the right dress. I wanted a tea length dress that had detailed, gorgeous beading. I scoured every small boutique and large department store in our area to no avail. I finally stopped at Galleria Gowns and found the perfect dress. It started out as a long gown but they shortened it to tea length and tailored the rest of it to fit like a glove. This small shop has a huge selection with very reasonable prices. The best part of all though, is the service. The entire staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful! They also have a great selection of purses, shoes, and jewelry. They even dyed my shoes and purse to match my champagne colored dress. Galleria Gowns made this entire process completely stress free. I couldn't have been happier with my dress and I'm so happy that I purchased it from them!

My wedding dress was perfect and they were very accommodating for fittings because I live out of town. They actually gave me an appointment on a Friday, because the Saturday did not work for me. We also got our Bridesmaid dresses there as well. We had a problem with the MOH Dress and they did everything they could to make it right. All and all they are a great shop, lots of selection and reasonably priced.

I absolutely loved Galleria Gowns. I went there for a trunk show after having a disappointing appointment at the large local bridal store. I had scheduled an hour appointment at Galleria Gowns. Chrissy was helping me. She was great. She pulled all the dresses I wanted to try on. She never told me that I shouldn't wear a certain style of dress so she wasn't going to pull the dress for me to try on (like my other appointment). However, she was honest about pros and cons about the dresses on my actual body. I found my dress that day. My hour long appointment was more like 2.5 hours and they never said a word to me. I had no idea that I had gone over by so much until I saw the clock in the car. Wonderful customer service.
My gown came in very quickly. Galleria Gowns was wonderful about contacting me and they stored my dress at no cost until I picked it up the week of the wedding. Clara did my alterations and was my point person after Chrissy went on maternity leave. The alterations were wonderful. I felt so beautiful in my dress and was very comfortable the whole day! I would highly recommend Galleria Gowns.

I originally found my wedding dress at a boutique in Chicago but after moving to Cleveland, I called Clauda at Galleria and she was able to order the same dress at a much lower cost. Clauda is really sweet and a pleasure to work with. She also designed my veil, which I absolutely LOVED. I really recommend Galleria Gowns.

I was floored by the service and comfortableness I felt at Galleria Gowns. I never felt like I was just another sale being pushed through the door (and I did feel like that with another big named dress shop in the area). Everyone I worked with was outstanding. I have absolutely no complaints! Chrissy and the other girls at Galleria were extremely helpful and were always happy to see me come in. My now sister-in-law got married just a month before my husband and I, and we both got our dresses from Galleria Gowns. It was such an exciting time to share with her, and the folks at Galleria made it all the more special. I stumbled upon Galleria Gowns at a small bridal show, and I'm so happy that I did! They had a great selection of gowns, and after looking EVERYWHERE and trying on hundreds of dresses that were VERY expensive, I found the perfect dress just a few miles from my house! The best part is that I was able to purchase the dress off the rack and save a LOT of money! Plus, the staff at Galleria Gowns was SO unbelievably friendly and helpful, I was happy to spend my money there. They ensured that my dress (which was originally 5 sizes too big) fit me perfectly for my big day. They even found matching veils, tiaras, jewelry, etc for me to try on, but were not high-pressure to buy it. They kept my dress for me until the day before the wedding and made sure I was 100% happy with the dress before I picked it up. Alterations were much less than anywhere else I would have gone, and in the end, I spent less than $1,000 on a dress that would have otherwise cost over $3,000! I loved it!!!

I have been searching for a mother of the bride dress for months! I hate shopping, so ordered a few online with no success. I woke up one morning and decided to go to Galleria Gowns. UNA greeted me and made me feel so comfortable. We talked a bit, told her what I didn't like, what I was afraid of..and off we went. She made me step out of my comfort zone. We laughed, we connected, and after many dresses, we found THE DRESS!
So many choices, so many styles to choose from. UNA made the experience easy! She knew the designer that would fit me best. She loved a few of the dresses I tried on, but respected that I didnt. ZERO pressure, other than to be brave and try things on because you never know what will look great until you do. Other ladies also helped and gave their input. I can't say enough about this store. I was comfortable, unstressed, and left knowing that I ordered the perfect dress for our daughters wedding. Thank you!

The girl that helped me was friendly and seemed to have a lot of experience with picking out dresses for different people. Dani is so skilled at alterations! The women at Galleria Gowns were wonderful. We had made an appointment for our bridesmaids to try on and pick out their dresses. Even though the store is a bit small, the women who took care of us during our initial appointment were patient and very respectful of our group of 8 being in one area at the same time. The women helped us pick out a dress and find the right color to match our tuxedos.

We were pressed for time during the ordering process, and the women said that it would be a very close call, since the dresses would take about 2 to 3 months to arrive. The worst-case scenario would have been receiving our dresses literally the day before the wedding. The women put our order in right away, and luckily our bridesmaids’ dresses came in a full month before our wedding. We were very pleased with the fact that we did not have to worry about our bridesmaids’ dresses at the last minute.

The dresses themselves were beautiful. We found a dress that all of our bridesmaids’ agreed on, and the color was an absolute perfect match to the tuxedo color.

Highly recommended! I worked with Dani and she was amazing! One of the first 2 dresses she chose for me was the one I chose. She could see what dress would work with my body and listened to what details I was looking for without pressuring me. She found creative ways to alter my dress to accommodate my wants/needs. I cannot say enough good things about Galleria Gowns. I was struggling finding a wedding dress... I'm not someone who has been dreaming of her dress since she was young. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money like these crazy people on Say Yes to the Dress, but I was willing to pay enough to find something special that you couldn't find everywhere. I went to a few boutique places that pretty much laughed at me when I said I didn't want to go over $1500. And then I checked out David's Bridal, which were nice, but just not special enough. I was getting a little annoyed, and that's when I found Galleria Gowns!

They are the perfect mix of fancy and special and not blowing the budget on your dress. They have soooo many options in a ton of different sizes (including plus size... apparently I'm a size 14 in wedding dresses, and all boutique stores didn't go over 10-12...) Their selection of dress styles was current, yet classic and very unique. Clauda was so sweet and totally embraced all of my needs and gave me something so so special. My husband, who is notoriously difficult to please actually started tearing up when he saw me and thought the dress was stunning. Accessories were a little expensive, and they don't accept returns (I bought a sticky bra which I never wore, and wanted to return and they wouldn't accept it). But the tailoring is reasonable, and the dress price was great! Highly highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved Galleria Gowns!!!! I had fallen in love with a Casablanca dress online. I could only find two shops that carried Casablanca. I went to the other one first because it was closer to home. This other shop did not have the exact dress and were so pushy and rude, it ruined my first experience wedding dress shopping (they actually went out of business a few months later). Then I found Galleria Gowns and everything changed!! I didn't even mind that it was almost an hour from my house- it was worth it! Galleria Gowns had the dress I loved but I ultimately chose a different dress. I worked with Una and she was so nice and pulled a ton of gorgeous dresses. They have an amazing selection there and reasonably priced too. As I was trying them on, she could tell I kept going back to this one dress because I loved the silhouette and the lace, however I didn't like the flowers attached to the belt and felt the neckline was a little low cut. Una had one of the seamstresses, Dani, come over who ripped off the flowers, added a sparkly belt, pinned up the neckline, and my jaw about dropped to floor! It was a completely different dress and it was perfect! Unfortunately though, the dress was discontinued meaning I'd have to buy the sample I'd tried on. I decided to go for it and I'm so glad I did! I got a sizable discount since I was buying the floor sample, which I did have to basically put all of back into the alterations, but it was so worth it! Dani is absolutely incredible and so nice and funny too! She took my dress down about 4-5 sizes and even added a bow that I requested on the back. I loved working with her and Clada (sorry I most likely spelled that wrong!), one of the owners who was down there on the ground pinning my hem, during my appointments! My dress was absolutely gorgeous, fit perfectly, and I had a great time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great service. The staff were very nice and not pushy. They also price matched the wedding dress I chose because I had found it cheaper at another store. They are flexible with times to come in. The dress came in in a timely manner, just as they told me. The size was correct, although I still need alterations. (They order the size to fit your largest measurement and then take in the other parts) I am in the process of alterations now. They listened to exactly what I wanted and I am confident the dress will turn out great. I love my dress and the garment bag it came in is even very beautiful. They also steam your dress before your big day. Small store, but still many choices, and great staff! Highly recommend!

I said yes to the dress tio the 3rd dress I tried on here! From that moment, I worked with Chrissy who is AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!! She never missed a thing. she called me every time something came in or was done. I never once had to call her to follow up. That is hard to come by anywhere these days. She never had any attitude or showed frustration when working with me. I have seen some vendors become short fused working with brides. Chrissy loves what she does and is passionate about helping the brides and their families/friends finding what they love. On the day of my wedding I had lost weight and I needed the front taken in. I was freaking out. We drive from Aurora to Galleria where she had the steamer on and a room ready. she sewed me up in less than ten minures and steamed my dress. She worked like a true champion and that meant everything to me! They have a gorgeous variety of dresses, so if you find one ask for Chrissy! I promise you that she will be the best vendor you will work with when planning your wedding. She was perfect!

The only con to Galleria was they were not that flexible with the scheduling of aterations. They only reserve weekends for out of town family that caused a bit of a problem with some of my bridesmaids. I feel they should be more flexible with that. But, that has nothing to do with Chrissy and how incredible she was!

they were very nice helped out alot. the seamstress was the nicest lady! they only downsize is most of the dresses are smaller sizes so some woman could not fit in and see how they look. Other then that nice people! a little pricey too, we got my flower girl dress at burlington coat after easter for 20 dollars and it was close to one at galleria gowns for 60.

While they were very crowded, I found the exact dress I'd been looking for. It takes for one to have patience at this store because it is small and gets really congested.

Everyone was so nice here! The only drawback is they only do fitting appointments during the week. When you work a full time job and live over an hour away this is hard to deal with.

Everyone at Galleria was very professional. I went in with a tight budget ($600 or less for my dress), so pretty much had to stick with the clearance racks for that price range. There were a lot of dresses, most of them still in great shape! I was told to just look through and pull what I liked. My aunt and I went through and pulled out about 10 dresses to try on, but the lady working there kind of left us on our own initially. There was no way I could dress myself without assistance, I was shocked she didn't stay with me, but she did come in to help once we asked. The other women were very helpful in offering advice on alterations/bustles etc. I ended up falling in love with an Allure dress that they even gave me for another $50 off the marked down price! I had minor alterations, and a family friend could complete them for me. But I was thrilled to have found the dress of my dream that day! Just be prepared to do some of the "work" yourself.

I purchased my dress from Galleria Gowns--I absolutely loved it. It was a great price and perfect for my day. When it came time to Alterations I knew I wanted to stay there so everything was done right--initially they cost $270. After the first round of alterations I noticed my dress was super wrinkly/crunched on the bodice ( I had a satin sweetheart neck ball gown) and that the wrinkles were not there when the dress had originally come in. I told her that I didn't like the way it looked and she said she could fix it by lowering the boning in the bodice. After she did that the top of the dress was still wrinkled--she then claimed that it was the material and that there wasn't anything she could do and that maybe steaming the dress would help. The entire time they talked about steaming the dress and that this was just something the shop did. The steaming did nothing for the top of the dress and my dress remained wrinkled at the top the whole day. When it came time to pick up my dress--they lady said I had a $440 bill to pay for alterations and Steaming! I told them that they only reason she had to do a second round alteration was because she made the dress wrinkled on the top from her first alterations--that it was her fault and I shouldn't have to pay. They didn't agree. Then they told me that it was $85 to steam the dress (my friends/family told me other places do this for free). I was so upset and told them that no one ever told me that it was an additional charge for that service--i had a steamer at home and would have done it myself. I argued with the lady for about 10 minutes and she said that if I didn't pay the entire bill I couldn't take my dress out of the shop. I would be cautious with this location--perhaps purchasing the dress here but not getting it altered or steamed here at all unless you want to pay $4-500 additional. I was so upset that my dress was not smooth and wrinkle free especially after paying $400 for alterations and steaming.

I would recommend buying a dress here but would not recommend having alterations done. This place is super disorganized and even if you have an appointment you will wait. I had them do my bustle and one of the strings came undone on the wedding day. My bridesmaid had to order her dress when she was pregnant and they completely butchered the dress during alterations and as a result was way too big up top and the day of the wedding and we has to safety pin it. Good place to buy a dress good selection but go elsewhere for alterations

I came to them because they had the dress I have been eyeing. I should have gone elsewhere. Kim was the person who I was stuck with for my appointment. She was NOT helpful whatsoever. We had to carry our own dresses to the room and my mom had to help zip me up. She was nowhere to be seen half the time. Whenever I call for a question, she was rude and abrupt. I asked for my measurements and she told that I didn't need it. Even if I didn't need it, I would like to know. I asked 3 times. She denied my request. Mind you, I am a paying customer! Who paid over $1,500 for my dress. Never told me when my dress was coming in. Didn't give me any updates. I would have to call and ask. The seamstress was nice and the young woman who was there was more helpful than Kim was and we only worked with her for 20 mins or so. If you decide to come here, ask for someone else NOT Kim.

I set up an appointment for My Maid of Honor, who is my sister and best friend. She is heavier set by large. We had terrible luck finding anything different than the same style dress, which did not flatter her body style. I explained her body style and that she had been ignored at a previous salon which made the shopping experience very stressful and unenjoyable. I was assured they would take good care of her. We arrived and were ignored nobody helped pull dresses, not to mention there was only the same dress. We were never checked on, so we left. My sister was heart broken again. Had we only walked in I may not be as upset, but since I did call and was reassured she would be taken care of and was not even acknowledged I am not at all pleased with their service. I chose this store because a year ago I looked at wedding gowns there and had a young girl wait on me, who was attentive and kind. I wanted that service for my sister, but did not have such luck.

Where do I start with this horrific bridal shop. I am very petite but busty so I had a hard time finding a dress, this shop had one that I loved and they were very helpful in ensure that I would fit into the dress. However, once they got my payment they no longer cared about me or my business. I had my dress turned into a high low, they convinced me it would be so cute. And in theory it is so cute, but the reality is that it is so far from the dress of my dreams. After paying $2,000 for the dress I expected behind perfect alterations. For the additional cost of $650 in alteration fees, this bridal shop ripped my dress, the edges are all jagged and uneven, and they did not fit it to me, I could fit 2 of me in a dress that’s supposed to be altered to fit me. My final dress fitting was a month prior to Covid-19, leaving more than enough time to alter the dress to fit me. Once Covid hit they needed to shut down. In doing this they did not care about me at all. My wedding is May 24th, I leave for the wedding May20th. The OWNER wanted to give me my dress not finished on May 19th. They said “best case scenario that is what will happen” or I had the option to “take it as is” my charges still stood firm. I picked up my dress to file I rip right in the front extremely noticeable. The edges were jagged, and it does not fit. I have reached out to them regarding this and am being ignored. Galleria Gowns does not care about you or your wedding. It is all fake just to make some money. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! I now need to find a new seamstress to try to undo the damage all 3 weeks before my wedding date.

They advertise that they make custom headbands. I had a forehead headband made that the girl assured me she would have no problem making. Well to start off, it was a month late by when it was done. I went to pick it up and realized that the little gems she added were twisting all over and not laying flat against my forehead. I left the headband again and she said she would fix it. When I went to pick it up AGAIN a week later, the worker said she added a special adhesive to the back to make the gems lay flat, well it was HOT GLUE all over the back of my headband. I was disappointed that an item that cost $150 was being held together with hot glue, but it looked ok so I paid and was on my way. Well a few weeks later, I took the headband out of the box and all the hot glue was peeling off and the gems were again twisting all over (this is now one week before my wedding). I called them and for some reason was not "allowed" to talk to the manager, but was told to bring it in to see if they could refund it. I go back and talk to the manager who says she cannot refund it and that there is nothing wrong with it. I state that the girl clearly could not make it correctly and that it was defective, as it was falling apart. The manager continues to be a complete b**** and states that it wasn't defective "just needed to be fixed". Well isn't that defective?! I did not have the time or patience to drive out there (over an hour drive for me) to pick up a $150 held together by hot glue. She also stated that due to quality she would not put something like it on her shelf, yet expected me to wear it on my wedding dayAfter arguing with her for 20 min she offered to give me $75. I accepted but assured her I was not happy, but refused to waste my time arguing. Moral of the story, their "custom" pieces look like something you can do at Saturday craft classes at Michaels. The lady (never introduced her self) that worked with me was very rude. She never asked for my budget and was not following what I was looking for in a dress. When my mom told her after a few dresses that I was done shopping she cornered me in the dressing room while I was putting my shoes on and asked me if I was concerned about my body image, should not bring in so many people even though my group was 4 people 3 of which did not say anything and the fourth (my mom) that stood up for me. She then told me not to shop with so many people which I responded I need my mom and support team which she laughed at. I would not recommend Galleria gowns to anyone. I left in almost tears and without a dress.
