The best photography experience!

All I can say is you definitely have to go with Gabriel if you are getting married in the Tahoe area. Gabriel was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was so ON IT! He showed up early and stayed until he got all the pictures we had requested. He even helped placed some photogenic accents around to fill up some empty space on our tables. He is so easy to work with and was so accommodating. We had a few things fall off schedule and Gabriel was amazing with his flexibility and ability to switch directions flawlessly. My husband and I both are NOT naturals in front of the camera, but Gabriel made us feel comfortable and effortlessly photogenic! His artistic eye and pictures are phenomenal. He got us all of our pictures so fast after our wedding. Our hardest decision is choosing which we want to put on our wall since we fell in love with so many of them. Would work with Gabriel time and time again, I cannot say enough good things about his photography skills, people skills, and product. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special and capturing so many perfect moments!

Incredible photographer!

Highly, HIGHLY recommend Gabriel as your photographer! My wedding pictures turned out so gorgeous and I am beyond thrilled with the pictures and the experience Gabriel provided. He was flexible and patient and knew all the best go-to spots to capture incredible pictures. Gabriel was such a pleasure to work with and so friendly! I cannot recommend him enough!

Excellent!!

Gabriel really pays attention to detail. He seems to get every perfect moment that comes up. He truly has a gift and always is there when you want him. He also gets the pictures back to you quickly. He is definitely the photographer you need for your wedding!

Gabriel way exceeded our expectations!

Gabriel was extremely nice, polite, accommodating and creative with his pictures. My husband is a photographer but mostly does TV film work but used to do still photography. I was worried that he would not be happy with any photographer’s pictures but he was very happy. We highly recommend him!

Would highly recommend!

Gabriel was amazing to work with from start to finish! He was efficient and made sure that we had so many incredible shots in various locations. He even worked his magic though it was a bit smoky on our wedding day, and assured us it would be perfect. I would highly recommend Gabriel to others in the Tahoe area!

Gabriel is AMAZING! So professional and incredible to work with. His photography is wonderful!

All I can say is WOW! Gabriel is absolutely AMAZING! He photographed my wedding (August 28,2022) and made it the most memorable day! He was directive, knew exactly what he was doing, took care of everything photo related, and helped out a ton. He truly went above and beyond to make the day special and all about us. He worked with us so we were able to enjoy the day, and the photos he produced are incredible! He put in an almost 10 hour day to make sure that he captured every part of our day, so looking back we can relive every moment. I will be hiring him again and again for all of my photography needs and so should you!

Photos were perfect!

Gabriel was PERFECT!!! professional polite and always in the right spot to capture the moment. People even commented how amazing he was during and after the wedding. Then when the pictures showed up they were beautiful. Knows how to capture the light. Pays attention to details. And the price for unlimited pictures is in point.

Stunning Photos/Amazing Service

Amazing photos. It was so windy and cold but my photos look like it was just a nice sunny day outside! Was able to capture the beautiful scenery and my husband and I for our wedding shoot! Super easy to work with, fairly priced and accommodates any requests you have. Return time was only 2 weeks. Would use anytime I come to the Tahoe/CA area! Thank you so much Gabriel!

Incredible photographer!

Wow- where to begin with Gabriel's photography.. He was seriously nothing short of incredible from the first time we met him. We got to do our engagement photos with him wayyy back in 2019 and then of course COVID hit in 2020 and our wedding got postponed until June 2021. Throughout the entire postponing process, Gabriel was awesome! He was always super responsive and willing to make ANYTHING work to make sure that he would be there for our big day. When our big day came, he showed up bright and early and caught EVERY single moment, I seriously don't think he missed a single second of our day! He got every photo that we could have ever imagined and made it all feel so natural, we honestly just had so much fun with him capturing it all! He had an assistant with him at the ceremony and reception who was also capturing tons of photos. He sent us a sneak peak only a day or two after the wedding, like what?! His return time for the remaining photos (there are literally thousands, I wasn't kidding when I said he captured every moment- every bride/groom's dream!) was seriously less than 2 weeks from our big day, it was AMAZING! These photos will be cherished for a lifetime, we honestly didn't know that someone could make the ever so picture perfect Lake Tahoe look EVEN more incredible but Gabriel hit the nail on the head! Gabriel was more than money well spent, he is an overall incredible person, very caring and super at what he does! Would highly recommend him for anyone considering a photographer for their engagement/wedding!

High Quality

Working with Gabriel Photography was a dream! He was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. On the day of my wedding, he was punctual and got right to it! He had a good, friendly command when organizing various people for photos, he moved quick, and helped keep the event moving. He communicated well with the other vendors to ensure that he knew the timeline and made sure time was provided for sunset photos. We could not have asked for a better photographer to capture our day!

Fun, Energetic and talented Photographer!

Planning a wedding from a distance can be stressful, but from the second I reached out to Gabriel I knew the photography would be perfect! He was responsive from my first email and was willing to do more than I thought we could do on our smaller budget. He arrived promptly on time the day of our wedding and went right to work! He is such a joy to have around on the best day of your life. He was fun, interactive, and made sure we had all the photos we wanted, plus used his artistic eye to lead us to where the best shots would be. He got us a few sneak peak photos the next day! It was such a nice thing to have while waiting for the remaining photos to be done. AMAZING Wedding Photographer!

Gabriel was amazing to work with! He immediately made us feel completely comfortable to be ourselves around him. The day we got married, the weather was absolutely FREEZING! High Recommend Gabriel Radu Photography

Gabriel did our engagement photos. He was extremely calm, easy-going, and most of all a fun photographer to capture our amazing moments together as a newly engaged couple. Amazing photographer for your special day!

Gabriel was amazing and professional through the entire process, from the engagement photos all the way through to the day of the wedding. His communication (mostly via email) was extremely detailed and prompt, and we never felt "out of the loop" or confused at any point. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and having a photographer who was able to take care of everything photo-related was great! His attention to detail is second to none, and he will make sure that he is able to pull off the perfect wedding and engagement photos that you will be happy with for the reset of your lives! Highly recommended!

Gabriel was great! We found him online and were very impressed by the photos on is website. We trusted Gabriel would capture our Tahoe wedding with creativity and professionalism, and he delivered! We came in from out of town, and made most pre-arrangements via email in the weeks leading up. Gabriel was always promptly responsive to our questions and very accommodating. He met us for a pre-wedding planning session the evening we got in town. Everything went flawlessly the day of. Gabriel arrived with plenty of time to capture all the pre-wedding preparations, captured our afternoon ceremony on the beach, and stayed with us through the after-wedding dinner and past until sunset. He took us to some great locations along the Tahoe shoreline to get some great evening after-wedding photos. I think we got back well over 1000 photos, and all excellent quality! Our family and guests were very impressed as well! We opted to get one of the hard bound wedding albums, which Gabriel laid out beautifully. Gabriel Radu is highly recommended, and anyone getting married in the Reno/Tahoe area should definitely check out his website and see his work. You will be impressed and find his work worth every penny!

Gabriel is incredibly talented, professional , prompt, and patient - he definitely has an eye for what backgrounds and lighting (and poses) will turn out great for your photos. He offered to do our engagement photos in addition to our wedding, patiently guiding us through them as we'd never been photographed before, and we had a great time. He takes his time to get the right photos, and we felt completely comfortable around him during a task that can be awkward for some- we never felt that way. We loved working with you Gabriel!

Gabriel is the best wedding photographer you can find in the Reno/Tahoe area.

After my husband and I had been in several bridal parties and seeing a number of photographers, I knew how important the photographer is on your wedding day. Gabriel was the perfect choice. From the very first meeting, I knew that Gabriel is artistically talented and a good businessman. He is very responsive during the planning stage. He did a walk-through with us at our venue about a month before the wedding so he could check the lighting and see the best spots nearby for pictures. Our wedding was in Reno on 10/7/2017 and we had the most incredible fall photos. Gabriel was with us throughout the entire day, from getting ready to dancing late into the night. He never pushed us; he simply captured us interacting with our friends and family. He captured every important moment throughout the day. After the wedding, we got our entire online gallery so quickly and several photos I didn't even realize Gabriel was there for that certain moment. I am beyond happy/elated/stoked for the photos we have. He did such an incredible job capturing our day for all of the years to come.

Gabriel also photographed a boudoir shoot as a surprise wedding present to my husband. It was a fun and confidence-boosting day for me, who has never done anything of the sort. Gabriel was very professional, and my girlfriends and I had a blast. He made me look my best and knows the most flattering angles. I would recommend him for a boudoir shoot too!

I could not have been happier! Gabriel did an amazing job; earning each and every one the 5 Star ratings I gave him. From the very first email, to the day of the wedding, to the final product, I could not have asked for, or received a more skilled photographer. He literally sent me a few teasers pics the very next day. Not only was he an absolute professional, but he had patience of a saint, and went well beyond my expectations...not to mention the value of provided services. He is more than reasonable! I paid triple for my daughters wedding photographer, and received nothing even close in comparison. You could not go wrong with Gabriel!

I can't say enough about how incredible it was to work with Gabriel. I was nervous initially choosing our photographer for obvious reasons. I went with my gut and hired Gabriel. He over delivered in many ways. He was patient, flexible and payed attention to the small but very important details. Gabriel was super personable and a delight to work with.That's all just about him, now his talent is exceptional. He captured all the important moments and has quite an eye for what will look best.
He blew me away when he texted me the next day with 13 gorgeous shots he took. The day after that he presented me with all prints of those 13 shots. Like I said he over delivered. You can't go wrong hiring Gabriel Radu!

Gabriel did a phenomenal job with our wedding photos! He was punctual on the day of our wedding and very responsive to emails and inquiries from the beginning. He gave us great suggestions for photo locations and made sure that everyone was photographed throughout the night making for some very memorable photos. When we were "shopping" for a photographer for our daughter's wedding, I came across Gabriel's website! What impressed me the most was his ability to capture the moment. There are several pictures on his website that gave me chill bumps and made me feel as if I was experiencing that moment in person! Very happy with Gabriel agreeing to photograph our daughter's wedding. He was very accommodating, he was always on time and beyond a pleasure to work with! A hired photographer that felt more like a family member during and after our event! His pictures were ready way before expected and, of course, did not disappoint! What a blessing!!! Gabriel did my husband's and I's wedding at Tannenbaum and he did a great job! He was very patient with us and our big crazy family! We were looking for a photographer for our wedding, but we couldn't spend thousands and thousands of dollars. He was willing to come to take pictures of our wedding for 2hrs for $500 dollars! We can't thank him enough. I would highly recommend him to anyone! We just love our wedding photos! Best decision we made!

My partner and I got married at plumpjack in March during all the snow and our pictures blew us away, they are amazing! If your looking for a photographer then Gabriel Radu is perfect. My partner and I do not like posing for photographs and he made the whole experience very easy, relaxed and fun. The ideas he had for photos in the snow worked so well! He captured all the family pictures we wanted and casuals one of people talking and enjoying themselves. Exactly what we asked for and more, we forgot to say we wanted pictures of the food, tables and reception room before everyone arrived but he had already done it! He thought of everything. Nothing was too much trouble even when we asked for extra ones to be taken. He was so professional and friendly to everyone involved in the wedding. Could not recommend Gabriel highly enough he was awesome!

Gabriel has such an amazing talent for capturing moments which is exactly what we wanted for our wedding. By looking at the photos, we are able to completely relive that whole day from beginning to end. Although breathtaking, it's not the formal photos that remind you how great your day was, it's the fun & natural candid ones that bring back the memories. He was very professional, fun, and the quality of service is unparalleled. Gabriel's energy and passion shows in every photo! We did engagement photos with him as well and that is a day we will never forget. We had a blast. Gabriel is an incredibly talented artist, a fact that is easily noticeable from his work. Most importantly, however, he is a personable and efficient professional who produces high-quality photography in a reasonable amount of time. We had some very productive photo sessions during our wedding, which resulted in more time that we had available to spend with our guests. In addition, Gabriel is very kind and thoughtful, as he drove us from the Hyatt Water Gardens, our wedding venue, down to the lake for our sunset pictures. In preparation for my wedding, I contacted several photographers in the Lake Tahoe area. Gabriel was the only one that made me feel special and that I felt comfortable hiring. He is very accommodating and flexible.
Leading up to the wedding, he checked in to make sure that everything was still in order and eased my anxiety. The day of the wedding he was punctual and brought his "'A' Game." We hired Gabriel to be our photographer for our wedding on a yacht on Lake Tahoe on June 11, 2016 and we absolutely loved working with him!! The quality of his photos is amazing. There are quite a few, especially during the sunset, that are beautiful art. He captured the happiness and emotion of us and our guests as well as alI the little details I cared about (pics of my dog, my dress/shoes/jewelry, our cake, the roses, signing our marriage license, etc.), and he captured the environment of our wedding so well. As the bride, I was swept away in the moment and didn't always have the time to look at the scenery during our cruise. I am so grateful Gabriel was there to capture the beauty of Lake Tahoe because I have looked back at those pictures and I have been stunned that I was able to get married at such a beautiful place.

As for his character, he is incredibly professional and down to earth. He gave us a wonderful first impression. He is sweet and energetic about his craft. He showed up to our venue extremely early and was able to get wonderful photos of us all getting ready for the wedding and great shots of the pier/lake before the cruise. He was also VERY patient with all of our requests. My dad asked him to fit almost everyone in the family in a few of the photos and Gabriel was kind and great about obliging us!! Gabriel worked non-stop and took over 1,000 photos for us!!

The way he edited our photos made all the colors POP. He also included a number in black and white that are classic and gorgeous. True to his word, he provided all of our pictures within 2 weeks of our wedding via his website. He also sent us a USB flash drive of the photos. They have been a JOY to look at again and again! I am so happy that we hired him! He is worth every penny! Thank you, Gabriel!!

First off, I planned my entire wedding out of state. The most important vendor to me was the photographer and trust me, I did my research, pages of it. I looked on every wedding website, through pages of reviews and stumbled upon Gabriel Photography. He didn't have many testimonials but his website displayed some beautiful shots that aligned with the talent I was looking for - picturesque, romantic and dreamy. I was a little suspicious because he was so affordable (wedding photography typically runs upwards of $2k and Gabriel was well below the average cost). I called him up and we hit it off immediately. He was happy to listen to everything I was looking for and interested in knowing more about my fiance and myself to get a better overview of what we desired. Upon request, he allowed me to view additional galleries of weddings he had shot recently. He was also more than happy to meet me (45 minute drive for him) when I booked a trip back to California to tie up the loose ends before the wedding just so we could meet in person and talk! Gabriel is so friendly and willing to make any and all of your photography needs a reality! He really has that eye for beautiful shots that cannot be taught. My wedding ceremony was unplugged (only Gabriel was allowed to take pictures) and he did a fantastic job capturing every single moment! Not only that, he goes above and beyond what is contracted! Not only did he take the EXTRA time (we were contracted for 6 hours) to make sure every shot was captured, he even helped taxi some of the bridesmaids to the venue last minute! The cost of his service includes ALL of the high resolution edited images he takes and an online gallery. We ended up with over 1400 amazing pictures!! The online gallery of images was ready almost immediately after our wedding and the flash drive was in our hands less than a month!
The photos speak for themselves but I am a true advocate for Gabriel Photography!

There is only one word to describe Gabriel Photography....EXCELLENT!!! We had him do our engagement and wedding photography. He was fun, professional, and gave us great pictures. His lighting techniques, decisions on black and white, etc were great. On our wedding day he showed up almost as we were waking up in the morning and didn't stop taking pictures until our reception was over late at night. Not only did we love having him around to capture the memories, but our family couldn't stop talking about how great he was! The value we received in our photography package was so affordable and extraordinary! Gabriel Photography provided us with flash drives of ALL our engagement and wedding photos, a large wedding album for ourselves, two smaller albums for our mothers, and surprised us with a wall calendar of wedding photos. We would have expected to pay double or triple what we did for everything we took away.

We can't say enough good things about Gabriel Photography, and are recommending him to all our friends in the area. If you want top of the line pictures and professionalism at a great price, then you want Gabriel Photography for all your wedding needs!

Gabriel is an excellent photographer. His pictures are crystal clear and he is very responsive and willing to go the extra mile for whatever pictures you want to take. Gabriel was great to work with before during and after our wedding. He is professional and timely with all aspects of planning, execution and follow up. He arrived to our wedding sites early and was ready to go with plenty of ideas for different shots and variety of poses and photos which all turned out great. He is extremely passionate, artistic and flexible when it comes to the photos and I don't think there was a bad shot out of the whole bunch he took. We received a few photos the day after the wedding and within 5 days we had access to all of the digital photos on his website!! We would recommend Gabriel for any and all of your photography needs! Gabriel, took our wedding pictures two weekends ago and We were truly blown away with his work. Pictures came out amazing!!!! His work is incomparable. By far one of the best photographers in the area. He spent the whole day capturing memories. He's fun,patient & most important professional.

Garbiel was very professional and easy to contact before the event. He was got started right away and knew exactly what he wanted everyone to do. His photos were incredible! If anything was totally worth having for my wedding day, it was Gabriel for sure!! Just amazing!
