Hiring Angela was the best decision I made in planning our wedding. We envisioned an 80-100 person ceremony in a serene outdoor setting, both grand and remote. I started planning 10 months out, and at first it seemed easy to hire vendors and follow checklists through WeddingWire. In the months that followed, Covid happened and we decided to postpone a few months. Angela helped me in rescheduling everyone to a new date. THEN, 6 days before our outdoor wedding, a major forest fire began burning miles from the venue, and our area was under evacuation alerts. Angela could not have set my mind at ease more than the moment she let me know she’d been calling around and had backup venues ready in case we had to move the ceremony with less than 48 hours notice. She kept my stress to a minimum by handling all the vendor communication and letting me focus on the day.
On our actual day, she was amazing. She was calm and had a soothing presence. She was flawless in keeping everything moving right in schedule in an unobtrusive way. And she clearly cared. We got to know her. We had a lovely time hanging out with her after the day was over, just debriefing.
I can not recommend her highly enough. Despite enormous challenges, she made our day just what we had dreamed of. We are still smiling.Fuse Events's reply:

Angela was an absolute pleasure to work with and truly helped make our wedding day special. From day one she brought calm, clarity, and direction to what can easily be an overwhelming process. She connected us with amazing vendors she’s partnered with many times before, and it showed — everyone was coordinated, professional, and the entire event ran smoothly because of those relationships.
Her planning process was organized, transparent, and easy to follow. We loved using the shared Google Sheets, and she met with us both in person and over video to keep every detail on track. She was also incredibly responsive via text whenever questions or concerns came up, which gave us so much peace of mind.
On the wedding day, she handled every detail flawlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy the day without stress or scrambling because she had everything under control. When my wife broke a nail the night before, Angela even went out to grab supplies to help fix it — a perfect example of how she consistently goes above and beyond. Our vendors enjoyed working with her, and our families kept commenting on how seamless the day felt thanks to her.
If you want a planner who’s organized, warm, proactive, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, Angela is the one. We couldn’t recommend her more. -

It was so important to me that I was able to enjoy our day without worrying about the small things—and this was exactly the outcome we got because of Angela. She communicated clearly and frequently leading up to our wedding, effectively set expectations, and followed through on everything she said she would do.
She showed up on time and immediately got to work—she was a huge help with setup and takedown. I was able to enjoy my day worry-free knowing that we had Angela there to answer questions from the venue and vendors and solve problems as they arose. I highly recommend hiring Angela for wedding planning services. -

Angela is absolutely amazing!! She is professional and tells you everything she does, even though she goes above and beyond, come the day of. I was so relaxed the day of the wedding because I knew she would take care of everything. Even if you don't feel like you need a coordinator, you should reconsider and hire Angela! -

Where to start about Angela?! She was a dream. Her personality and presence was so calming and collected; she is a true pro. Weddings can have some chaotic elements, but Angela handled them so well. We had some unexpected weather and she had solutions ready and consulted with me, very gently! We didn't end up needed to move anything due to the rain, but she was totally prepared. I really appreciated her attention to detail involving the timeline of the day, it went so smoothly and if anything didn't go as planned, you wouldn't have even known it! We really loved having Angela there. My only regret was not hiring her for more than just the day-of; she is worth it 100%! Angela is a very professional wedding coordinator. I hired her for day-of services and my wedding went by so smoothly, my anxiety was slim to none on the day of and I felt so comfortable putting responsibility in her hands, she is very thorough and I loved her template she created for the timeline and vendor list. It really helped me get organized on my own with little help. She is so sweet and wants the best for you! Do yourself a favor and hire her! -

We hired Angela for our Day of Coordinator on our wedding day. We are so happy we did! She took care of everything we needed on the day of wedding. From the rehearsal walk through to the end of the wedding evening, Angela handled everything and made us feel confident everything would be perfect (which is was!) We also didn’t want to spend a fortune on hiring a DJ and lucky for us she used to be a DJ and rented out her equipment to us and had someone DJ our reception. She was very professional and efficient but most importantly friendly! -
