We loved working with them!!!!! My very first call with Loann I felt like I was in good hands. She understood my vision, recommend the exact flowers I wanted, and was extremely accommodating with any changes that we needed to make. On the day of I was so impressed because it exceeded my expectations. They were exactly in my price range, responded quickly, they were on time when dropping off the flowers, overall such a great experience. Thank you so much for making my dreams come true!

Beautiful flowers for any budget

We used Furst Florist for our centerpieces and they were oh so lovely. Prices were reasonable and the flowers were exactly what I wanted. The flowers still looked fresh 5 days later too!

Amazing designs and beautiful flowers!

I cannot rave enough about Furst's flowers!! They exceeded our high expectations! Our wedding felt like a fairytale-- we had flower arches, a flower wall, flowers on our cake, flowers hanging from the ceiling, and flowers were even in the bathrooms! It was AMAZING. I've never seen that many flowers, and I will never forget that smell!

It was a pleasure working with Jeanna Furst! She was really the mastermind of it all and helped us out with so many ideas and questions. They were able to pull in so many varieties of flowers and greenery to pull off our look! Their time, effort, and dedication meant so much to me, as I'm sure it would mean to any bride. She helped me look through samples of different types of flowers, centerpieces, bouquets, and so much more.

Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without Furst!! I highly recommend working with them for any event!

Gorgeous flowers

These flowers were amazing. I only had colors of what we wanted and some flowers. They turned out wonderful and I was pleased with the end product.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We met with Loann and shared the color palette for the wedding. She creatively put together table scapes and bouquets that were stunning. While the flowers were magnificent, they truly made the bride more stunning! The table arrangements were perfect. Perfect height to enhance the room but not in the line of sight of any of the guests. Would I recommend them...without question.

Beautiful design!

Furst Florists did a beautiful job at designing, creating and decorating the venue with such breathtaking florals! Truly, their work was artistic and incorporated all of the flowers and colors I’d requested. There is no reason for anyone to go to the “do it yourself” florists, when such talent like that at Furst, can make your vision a beautiful reality for the same money or even less. They exceeded my expectations!

Furst Florist cost significantly less than another company we got a quote from, and for much more beautiful flowers. They were so fun to meet with and very professional and helpful (for someone like me who knows nothing about flowers haha). They delivered flowers and corsages on time and set up the swags on the arch for us.
I LOVED all the flowers. My bouquet was beautiful and affordable and looked beautiful all day.
If you're looking for flowers in the Dayton area, make sure to get a quote from these guys!

Picking out a florist was one of the most stressful aspects of planning my wedding. I picked Furst because I could tell that Loann knows more about flowers than I'll ever know. When I looked at the past projects Furst completed I knew that they would do outstanding work. And guess what?! They did an even better job than what I could have imagined. I was seriously shocked at how perfect my flowers were. Furst took my vision of colors and textures, the flowers I loved, the flowers I don't like as much, and created something spectacular. I told my husband that in a few years I would love it if he would get my bouquet remade (maybe not as big) as an anniversary gift. I just loved it that much!

Furst did an amazing job at my daughter's wedding. Loann is incredibly talented and her vision was spot on. We loved the look she created and our friends and family are still commenting on how gorgeous the flowers were! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Furst the Florist was in creating all of the floral elements for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding. We met two years in advance (!) with the initial ideas and fined tuned it down to the tiniest details just days before the wedding without any issues what so ever. They were always available for a quick conversation and even created mock-up designs of our center pieces. They showed up on time and set up everything. We didn't have to lift a finger. I would say that our expectations were not only met with Furst the Florist...they were blown out of the water!

We were very pleased with Furst. There was a lot of flexibility in the arrangements and the amount of flowers desired. During my consultation, I was able to show pictures of what I was looking for (bouquets with wildflowers and ferns), and then the consultant left and returned with a sample bouquet based on what I was suggesting. She was really dedicated to giving me exactly what I wanted. The flowers all arrived exactly when they were supposed to. For price reference, we received one large bouquet and four small ones, two corsages, and seven boutonnieres.

From the moment I sat down, the thoughts that Ihad visioned became someone's else masterpiece. The design was on point. Holy WOW! When I walked in to my church I shed tears because the flowers were so beautiful. My flower girl's floral headpiece and their pomander balls were absolutely precious. The reception site was stunning, and I was in complete awe...it was a true fairy tale! I would not have changed one thing. My guests were so impressed, I've received countless compliments. Loann was flexible in any changes I had along the way, and responsive. To say she understood my vision was an understatement. My winter wedding colors were ivory, white and shades of gray and silver. A few days before the wedding I got a call that my peonies had arrived and that they had a hint of blush pink in them, Loann consulted me and we were able to choose new flowers to execute my dream bouquet. I would highly recommend Furst Florist to any bride looking for wow-factor florals, and first-class customer service.

I used Furst Florist for my wedding and can say that they made my day so wonderful! From the first meeting with Jeanna to the BIG day, everything was easy and stress free. The flowers were so perfect! My vision in my head was put to life but so much better! Our flowers were great. They were great about communicating with us about what we wanted and they delivered them perfectly. I made the centerpiece containers...dropped them off and they filled them up. When they delivered them I wanted to cry they were so beautiful.

Working with Furst was a great experience. They were extremely helpful keeping the price down for us, which was a priority, as we did not have a very large flower budget. The flowers were beautiful and ready when scheduled.

Furst florist was a wonderful vendor and even worked with us to match the weekly church flowers to our wedding! The guided us wonderfully and we are extremely grateful for their amazing services. My flowers were everything I wanted and more. I wanted all shades of purples, pinks, and ivory.I also had 12 girls, 6 guys, and numerous others as well as ceremony flowers and other miscellaneous flowers that I needed. I told loann I really didn't want to spend over a 1000 but still want it to look amazing. She helped me come up with a look that was exactly what I was looking for. I couldnt have asked for more. Thank you loann :) I also have to compliment her on her timeliness on answering questions. You will find many of the vendors do not do this. I did not have this issue with furst. Thanks again. I loved my bouquet so much I have it at freeze frame now so I can keep it as a souvenir :)

The flowers were perfect. We picked Cala Lillies and Furst provided gorgeous flowers! The price was great and the wedding department was great and so easy to work with. My mother is actually a florist herself, but decided that she wanted to hire Furst to do the wedding so it was less stress for her and she was VERY impressed with them. We would highly recommend using Furst the Florist!

I could not have asked for a better vendor for our flowers. Since we had a fall wedding, I was a little concerned about using fresh flowers for everything but Lo-Ann worked with us in finding the perfect fit for our wedding. The sunset calla lilies that we used were the perfect color and the pop of craspedia that she suggested added the perfect amount whimsy and charm to the bouquets. We didn't want to use flowers in the centerpieces or decoration, but they were then extremely attentive to our bouquets and boutonnieres. The touches of burlap that Lo-Ann suggested were perfect for our rustic chic theme and after only one meeting I was confident that everything would turn out perfectly. I was certainly not disappointed on the wedding day when my gorgeous flowers showed up. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any of my other floral needs!

Furst did a wonderful job on our wedding flowers! They were quite flexible and accomodating with us, helping us create beautiful centerpieces from an idea that we had using antique vanity trays. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will recommend them to my friends when they marry :)

I am writing this review as the mother of the bride. Our daughter wanted to have an outdoor wedding at our home. Our caterer recommended Furst Florist and we were so lucky to connect with Loann Burke. She patiently listened to my daughters vision and assured us that it would all come together beautifully. And it did right down to the daisies framing the ceremony isle. We had the ceremony with 150 guests in our side yard. Loann stopped by our home to offer ideas. She was honest and told us that there was no need to spend extra money on a backdrop because we already had enough natural greenery to make the site beautiful. We so appreciated her honesty and she was right. She came the day of the wedding and placed the daisies down the isle and put beautiful flowers with a hint of burlap ribbon on the isle chairs. It made my daughter and her now husband so happy. It was just what they wanted their ceremony site to be. For the reception, we had a large tent in our backyard with 20 guest tables and the head table. My daughter wanted each tables centerpiece vase to be a different vintage pot. Loann incorporated the colors of yellow, red, and teal (the color of my daughters bridesmaid dresses). We received so many compliments on the flowers. they were stunning! The special touches that Loann placed in the bouquets, the boutonniere, and the wrist flowers were so much appreciated. We have an inground pool in our backyard that we wanted to adorn some way. She suggested two flower rings floating in the pool and they were perfect! Working with Loann was such a pleasure. She was professional, flexible and went out of her way to please my daughter. The cost of the flowers was very reasonable. We were considering going to the place where you order the flowers and they supervise you as you put them together yourself. I am so happy that we put it in the hands of the professionals. There was so much to do the week before the wedding, and knowing that we could trust Loann to take care of the flowers was a blessing. I would recommend Furst Florists, especially Loann, and will definately use their services again in the future.

Our wedding flowers were outstanding! Furst Florist copied our pictures and mirrored our wishes to perfection. The peonies, hydrangeas and roses were so beautiful that our guests thought they must be silk. I cannot give enough praise to Loann and the staff at Furst Florist!

Furst Florist was a perfect vendor to choose for our floral arrangements. They were very helpful from the fist visit where I had no idea what I even wanted. They helped me pick the colors and the type of flowers that would be best for the time of year our wedding was and they gave me a good idea of what my flowers would actually look like when I left the meeting. They were ok with last minute changes as we had to add and subtract tables and center pieces and change the vase that they would sit in. They made it all happen and for a very affordable price. I had received many comments about how beautiful my flowers were and I can't say enough how pleased I was with them. They were fresh and stayed fresh and were absolutely perfect.

At the intial consultation, I immediately felt at ease with Michael. I told him my colors but also stated I didn't exactly have specific flowers in mind. He went off to pick some samples for us to envision (thankfully since my mother cannot visualize or conceptualize on her own). We discussed a TON of different options and he was able to make solid suggestions for flower choices. He was also able to immediately tell (by some reason or another) that I was not a traditional roses girl....and he didn't try to push them on me. Our quote was slightly higher than I would have liked. When I told Michael this, he suggested I look at other vendors and then go back to him to see what we can come up with to work better with my budget. At the follow-up appointment, we were able to work together to find arrangements within our budget. It was easy working with Michael.

Michael did a fantastic job the day of the wedding. He was patient with my mother who was very particular and had her vision for the wedding. My flowers were beautiful! The Bridesmaids LOVED their flowers. I was just so happy with the way everything looked! :-)

I met with many florists before choosing Furst. They were very helpful and knowledgable. I just told them the colors and which flowers i wanted and left the rest up to them. They did a beautiful job. The guy's flowers might have been the biggest roses i have ever seen!! The product for the cost was great.

LoAnn did an awesome job. Everyone was really easy to work with and open to ideas. Everything looked great the day of and they were all set up early. I loved everything!

Furst has been nothing but helpful for our wedding. We had met with another shop prior to coming here and that shop was very scatter brained, delayed in response and overall just very expensive so we decided to try Furst since we have always had a good experience there. Loann was wonderful, she had tons of ideas to achieve the look that I wanted. She was always very quick to respond and accommodating to any changes that I had made. Not to mention that their prices were far less that the previous shop we had visited. The two shops cannot even compare! I would definitely recommend Furst Florist.

The wedding consultant was fabulous. She helped us make the bride's vision a beautiful reality. It was a woodsy theme, with no flowers at all, but it was gorgeous. They provided plants and birch and tulle and lights and it was enchanting. They delivered on time, and picked up exactly as promised. They were a pleasure to work with.

Our wedding isn't scheduled until 9/18/2016. But at the intial meeting the consultant had suggested a desing for the reception table centerpieces. We asked if we could come back and see an example. She said that was no problem. So a week later we went back to view the sample and it was absolutely gorgeous. Then they turned around and gave it to us for free.
We could have not been more pleased with the service in the planning and the quality of the flowers.
I had purchased flowers for other occassions from this vendor before. That is why I went back to them for my wedding.
Highly recommend.

I loved my flowers from Furst Florist. Loann was very easy to work with. She called me right away after my first inquiry, even though she was on an out-of-town trip. Flowers were beautiful and seemed reasonable compared to the one other quote I got. Also, it was very helpful that she tested the light up branches two days before the wedding. When the bargain batteries we had purchased appeared to melt, she offered to procure better batteries for us.

We had a great experience with Furst Florist! We used them for our wedding party bouquets as well as corsages for the groom's mother and grandmother. (We did not have flowers for our centerpieces, and we had peacock feather boutineers for the groomsmen which I ordered from Etsy). The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I worked with Loann, and she took my vision and offered up some suggestions which made the bouquets even more gorgeous than I could have imagined. In addition to being more affordable than some of the other vendors I looked at, I was especially impressed by Loann at our first meeting. After showing her some ideas I had for the bouquets, she went downstairs and brought back the components I had mentioned along with other flowers that would compliment them nicely. She was the only vendor to bring actual flowers out during the first meeting so I could see how I felt about the different potential options. She also paid close attention to the details that were really important to me. In addition, I made one last minute change to the order (about two weeks out or so), and it wasn't a problem at all. I received several compliments on the flowers and I was extremely pleased with them. They were absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend Furst Florist to other brides/grooms!

Furst was very easy to work with for all of our flowers. They were familiar with my Church as well. The flowers turned out beautifully. Furst was very helpful in thinking through all the necessary items. They helped with many decisions.

LoAnn did an amazing job. She really put the thoughts I had in my head out in the arrangements. We had a few last minute changes a few days before the wedding and she did an awesome job fixing it. Everything was gorgeous and matched exactly what i wanted it to look like.

I was so pleased with the quality of the flowers for my wedding. Not only did they look great the people who made them worked step by step with me and made sure I had the final okay on everything. I was very specific with what I wanted and they matched perfectly.

I shopped around a little before choosing Furst. When I met with Loann Burke, I knew she was the right choice. She knows EVERYTHING about flowers and weddings. I was questioned by other vendors when I told them I had chose green and orange as my wedding colors. Loann assured me the colors and types of flowers I chose would be gorgeous; and she was right.
She took the picture of what I wanted and made my bouquet even more amazing than I thought it could be. The cymbidium orchids, roses, tulips, and hydrangea were all so brilliant together. I do not mean to complain but I will say that my bouquet was SUPER heavy. I am sure the amount of flowers and the contained water source were the biggest contributing factors. Also, I had provided buttons to attach to my bouquet stem and they began to fall off as soon as I handled my bouquet. The hot glue did not attach to the satin ribbon at all. My bridesmaids came to my rescue and quickly sewed on the buttons for me.
My bridesmaid bouquets were amazing. Basically, I asked her to make them a smaller version of mine, minus white. She took out the white tulips and added green button mums: it worked beautifully. The girls were so excited when they saw their beautiful flowers.
Our centerpieces were stunning! I collected green glass vases and supplied them to Furst. I also had my dad cut wood slices and make wooden cake stands. The orange and green flowers with the wood provided an elegant yet rustic look. I delivered the vases and wood to Furst a week in advance and they were great about storing all of it.
I could not be happier with the way everything turned out! Furst did seem a little more expensive than some, but for me the extra expense was worth putting my mind at ease and knowing that it would all work out with Loann.

Regardless of getting my bouquets wrong in specific color shades ( I wanted all light pink, and they came out light pink, medium, and even some fuchsia & magenta shades, plus some flowers i'd never seen before, when they were supposed to be the majority of peonies) they DID turn out GORGEOUS! I had MANY MANY compliments on them. Most people said they were the prettiest flowers they'd ever seen! The center pieces were fantastic, i came up with my own idea and they created it perfectly for me. Loann is amazing, that;s who i worked with. She's been doing this for 30+ years now and if so great! Check them out!

During my consultation with Loann, I felt really great about going with LoAnn. She made me feel comfortable, was very knowledgable and helped answer my questions. A couple months before the wedding, I contacted her and asked if we could change the flowers in some way to decrease the budget. I didn't really want to change the look but wasn't sure what to do so I needed an opinion on what to do. She told me she'd look into it and let me know. I wrote her several e-mails asking about this and never really got an answer. When it was time to pay the bill, she told me I had asked too late (I thought a couple months was reasonable) and the flowers were already ordered. I was disappointed that she wasn't really willing to work with me.

On my wedding day, my flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I would recommended Furst but it makes me iffy because they were not entirely flexible and slightly rude with me when asked.
