There truly are not enough words to express how much Olivia meant to us throughout our wedding journey. From our very first conversation, she took the time to genuinely get to know us, not just our vision for the day, but who we are as a couple, what mattered most to us, and the dynamics within our families.
She listened so thoughtfully to our wants, concerns, and even the family drama that can come with planning a wedding, and handled everything with grace, discretion, and empathy. We always felt heard, supported, and advocated for. Nothing was ever brushed aside, and she had an incredible ability to make even stressful situations feel manageable and calm.
Over time, our relationship grew into something much more than planner and clients. She became someone we truly trusted and leaned on who always had our best interests at heart. Her organization, communication, and attention to detail were unmatched, but what truly set her apart was how much she cared.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. Any potential stress was completely taken off our shoulders, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We never once worried because we knew she had everything under control.

Hiring Olivia from Frond & Feathers was truly the BEST decision we made in selecting a wedding planner. My only regrets are are 1. Not hiring her sooner to help with the venue selection and contracting, and 2. Not selecting the full planning package. You can absolutely 100% trust Olivia with every single detail of your wedding, and if i were to do it again, I would have paid for top package. She will listen to what you want, and make it happen. Her attention to detail, her taste, and even more so her execution on the day of the wedding went beyond our wildest dreams. Not only was the planning process and day of PERFECT, she nailed the rehearsal where we had a huge wedding party and complicated seating arrangement for the ceremony, and she does it in a way that is efficient, and not annoying and screaming at you - she can command a room in a nice and calm way. Everyone in my wedding party was so impressed. She will put you and your husband first, and help you navigate tricky dynamics. Lastly, we had rain on our wedding day, and the back up spot in our resort was not preferred by the venue because it had never been used before, and I was afraid they were going to put us in a conference room which was my worst nightmare for a ceremony, and Olivia made the preferred spot happen. I could not recommend Olivia and her team enough. If you are someone who needs a planner who is organized, will keep you on track, with attention to detail and who can make shit happen, Olivia is for you! 100/10 truly. She will make your vision come to life! -

If you’re wondering whether you should hire Olivia to plan your wedding —100000% DO IT. We don’t live locally and were given a list of approved vendors and as soon as we got off the call with Olivia we knew we’d pick her. She kept us on track through the wedding process with video calls and emails and was very responsive with any questions we had. She always went above and beyond, going to the resort to measure exact timing to walk from one location to the next to ensure we coordinated perfectly with sunset ect. Our wedding day felt so easy because of her meticulous coordination and she also connected us with the best photographer so we will be able to relive the day forever! I have a friend who would always say she wouldn’t do her wedding day again and again if she could, and I thought she was crazy— I imagined it would be stressful and I hate being so I thought I would never have that feeling— but I was wrong. I would do that day again if I could and I would definitely hire Olivia again! -

Working with Olivia Hammon of Frond + Feather Events was nothing short of extraordinary! Olivia and her team gave our daughter and her now-husband the most picture-perfect wedding imaginable. We chose the wedding package that allowed her to be involved throughout the entire process, including recommending and negotiating with all the vendors, and it made all the difference. She handled every detail directly with the kids so that we, as parents, truly had nothing to do other than approve the bills. Olivia ensured every decision reflected exactly what they envisioned, and then brought it all to life even more beautifully than we could have imagined. She truly turned their dream into reality.
The wedding took place in the Florida Keys at the beautiful Cheeca Lodge, and Olivia’s vision, organization, and leadership made every detail seamless. Our friends constantly asked if we were stressed during the planning, and my answer was always the same: not really - we hired Olivia. After working with her, we can honestly say that hiring her as our wedding planner was not only the best decision we made - but the best money we spent on the entire wedding. The wedding truly would not have been the same without her!
As parents of the bride, all we wanted was to show up and enjoy the day as “guests,” and Olivia made that happen flawlessly. We were able to soak in every moment without a single worry.
Beyond her professionalism and exceptional talent, our whole family developed a genuine friendship with her, one we know will continue long after the wedding.

10/10/25 Wedding
Beth and the Frond and Feather team made our wedding day as seamless as possible with the unpredictability of the Florida Keys weather! Not only did we have to go from plan A for our outdoor ceremony to plan C the day of… but Beth and the team were able to pull off a miracle and still allow us to have our dream day despite the rain! Our guests never knew the hiccups that occurred behind the scenes. The communication from the initial booking call, to the month before, and the day of was always purposeful, so helping, and always calming! She always knew what to do and truly allowed us to be present in the moment and focus on what mattered!! You can tell they care about their work and their people. We can’t thank Beth and the F&F team enough! Highly recommend! -

Reassured me when I was stressed about the timeline, and key dates to follow and hit. Also, communication was 10/10. Answering texts during nights and on the weekends. Olivia is a superhero! On our wedding day, I was blissfully unaware of any issues or problems Olivia and her team had to work through. Which was key for me! I had always heard that hiring a wedding planner was the single best gift you can get yourself as a bride, so that you can actually enjoy your day. As a project manager by trade, I seriously wondered if I was capable of just handling everything myself, but I figured I should trust the professionals. Let me tell you, having a planner like Frond & Feather is worth more than its weight in gold. I don't know where I would be without this team!
Every real wedding in the Keys I was coming across in my early research and inspo gathering phase, Frond & Feather was a common thread across all of the aesthetics and overall vibes I was drawn towards. I finally decided to reach out, and from my first conversation with Olivia, I knew my decision was made. Even in that initial discussion, Olivia shared so much helpful insight, wisdom, and professional guidance. She helped me feel more comfortable and confident with the process and vendor selection. Talking with her felt like I was talking with a friend. And then, I was paired with Lisa as my planner, and she was incredible! In every conversation with Lisa, she had a way of recentering me. She not only had such a calm presence and valuable insight, but she was so down to earth and helped me stay true to that part of myself as well, reminding me not to get lost down the rabbit holes of Pinterest and Instagram (because trust me, it's easy to get overwhelmed). I truly appreciate that about her. Her guidance, coordination, and skills brought our wedding day to life in a way that felt so "us" and was more beautiful & magical than I could've even imagined.
Lisa kept me sane throughout the wedding planning process, and as we got into wedding week, I couldn't imagine not having her. My wedding was a smaller, more intimate gathering, as I wanted to be budget-conscious and focus on being able to spend time with each person who attended, soak in every moment with my husband, and celebrate alongside everyone. Because of Lisa and her assistant Kim, I didn't worry about a single thing on my wedding day and achieved my goal of being present in each moment. It even rained on and off throughout the day AND evening of my wedding. Did I even realize it? Nope. Lisa shielded me from any stress or worry of it and it was just handled. And executed perfectly by the F+F team. I'll also add as someone who was anti-tent in the initial planning, listen to your planners when they make recommendations. Thank goodness I did get the tent!
Apologies for the long read of my review, but I hoped to share elements of my story that may speak to other brides to be. I have ZERO regrets on selecting Frond & Feather as my planning team, and now I can't imagine having gotten through my wedding without them. I already miss Lisa! With their help and guidance, I also have zero regrets of any other vendors I chose. What an incredible team all around that worked so well together! Even my dad and husband (who both wondered if the cost was really worth it) could not stop singing praises about how amazing Lisa & Kim were on the wedding day. They saw how valuable they are to ensuring everything flows seamlessly. Every single guest also commented that it was all around the BEST wedding they've attended.

Lisa and Olivia are hands down the reason our wedding day was absolutely flawless. I'm still not even sure if anything went wrong, and I don't even care. If you are looking for rockstar planners who will ease all of your worries, make all of your wedding day dreams come true but also be real with you on what works and what probably doesn't - you want to hire F+F immediately!!!
From my initial call with Olivia, I knew Frond and Feather was the perfect match for us. My husband and I got married at Baker's Cay Resort in Key Largo and Olivia and Lisa had done numerous weddings there so they knew the resort like the back of their hands. Lisa was our month of planner and went above and beyond for us. There were many details where we knew exactly what we wanted and Lisa helped bring those to life. There were other details that we didn't really care much about and Lisa helped guide us to making a decision. Not only was Lisa insanely talented at her job, she also is someone who cares about you as humans and not just clients.
All of our vendors were also recommendations from F+F and they were absolutely the best team we could have asked for! There isn't one vendor we would have changed - not a single one!!
When the wedding day came, Lisa was present every step of the way. I knew she had everything under control and my only job was to enjoy every moment of the day. Olivia even popped by to say hello and give us a hug, which mean the world to my husband and I! You can tell Olivia, Lisa and the entire team at Frond and Feather cares about their jobs and are the best around. Look no further if you need a wedding planner who will take a very detailed fiance and turn her into a worry free bride in no time :) -

It's not usual for the mother of the groom to plan the wedding, but I took my job very seriously. The BEST decision I made was to go with my gut and hire Olivia and Beth from Frond and Feather Events. The name was what first made me gravitate to them, as I have an affinity to feathers. (lol)
From our very first meeting, Olivia and Beth exuded the confidence, professionalism, creativity and an attention for detail that I was looking for in a wedding planner. Our wedding was basically a destination wedding in the Florida Keys. We live in Miami, and were looking for a team that was knowledgeable of everything Florida Keys.
Even though they had never assisted a wedding in the Ocean Reef Club, they had the ability to handle every challenge and hurdle with grace and a smile. They had the capacity to calm my nerves whether is was a decision of which photographer to hire, who would execute the decor to meet the specific look and desires of our children, reviewing the menu and organizing the team of vendors we had hired. Their presence at the wedding, and the incredible and thought out timeline they designed, truly allowed me specifically to be fully present and enjoy every moment of my children's wedding.
I highly recommend their services for anyone who is looking for an impressive, highly qualified and caring event planner. They both, along with their team. were truly our guardian angels dropping feathers in front of our every move. They will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Thank you. -

Everything Olivia touches turns to gold.
From our very first introduction call, I told my husband "I love her and want to keep her forever". I knew immediately that entrusting Olivia with my vision was the right thing to do and she surpassed everything I could have imagined.
She always provides her opinion and expertise without being pushy and seamlessly assembled the most PERFECT vendor team based off our needs and personality.
Even when an unpredicted rain shower during cocktail hour forced us to move our dinner inside, Olivia and Beth showed insane professionalism and industry knowledge to get everyone inside with food and booze EFFORTLESSLY. My guests were blown away at how quickly we adapted to the change of plans. But that's Olivia - she's always 3 steps ahead - even on Mother Nature.
Our wedding was PERFECT, even with a few audibles along the way and it's all thanks to Olivia. From the very first call, to a friend for life - we're so lucky we found her! Snatch her up as soon you can! -

I first found Frond and Feather events on Instagram very very early into planning and quickly knew Olivia knew how to put on a BEAUTIFUL wedding and a great party, and this just doesn’t even scratch the surface. With my super busy residency schedule I knew I would need some help (understatement of the century), so I set up a call with Olivia. On my consultation call with Olivia we immediately connected! She was so easy to talk to and right off the bat mentioned a good 20 things that may or may not be common knowledge when planning a wedding, and I quickly realized how clueless I was. I got off that call and immediately called my mom saying “ We NEED her!.”
Olivia did a phenomenal job every step of the way navigating different opinions, visions, and ideas. Together with her awesome recommendations, we put together a dream list of vendors. It was also SUPER helpful that she lives right in the keys! She works with these vendors and venues ALL the time which was truly just invaluable especially as the wedding got closer and when we wanted keys specific touches. When we requested a local keys artist for our cocktail hour, without missing a beat she set us up with Micah who absolutely killed it. Matt and I also had a tough time finding an officiant on our own who would really help us bring the heart, spirituality, and personal touches we really wanted in our ceremony and she brought us Pastor Tony! Truly the best and the sweetest human being, who gave us the most beautiful ceremony that exceeded all expectations! At this point Matt and I were like “Great! We’re done, we’re set.” Wrong again….
For months, Olivia was behind the scenes in constant communication with all vendors making sure every detail and contingency plan was in place so that everything ran seamlessly on the big day. Not a single detail was overlooked. Once all the “fun” decisions were made I quickly realized I had no business talking about stage size/height, sound and light setup and engineering, draping walls/dance floors/stages, the right rain back-up, rentals etc. I was convinced we didn’t need all the lights and production etc. I was wrong again… Event Factor killed it and so glad I just trusted Olivia and we went all in. She knew exactly what was needed to create the right party vibe in our space. Every time we felt lost, Olivia had an answer or a back-up plan AND she was always so so patient and kind when I had moments I really had to step back or get creative with times to set up calls due to my crazy work schedule. Not only did she plan our wedding, she also kept up with my call schedule this past year lol.
If you aren’t convinced yet, just wait till the wedding weekend quickly approaches. There are so many moving parts, coordination, and a million and one details that need to come together. When the time comes, you want to be just soaking everything in with your family, friends, and your partner. It’s not the time to DIY. On the day of, Olivia and Beth (also amazing!!) took care of it all. We also had a unique request of catering a bunch of Arby’s to our after party and setting up a little cigar bar. She went all in and we even recruited her husband Michael when we needed an extra set of hands for pick up and set-up. It was amazing!! And what a smooth transition from ballroom -> beach house -> pool. A dream, truly.
Everyone was so impressed when meeting Olivia at the rehearsal and even more impressed when they watched her and her team seamlessly run the day. Sooo many guests came up to me and were just like WOW she’s good.
On a personal level, I was just so happy to have Olivia there on our big day. I was so confident that she had everything under control and she was such a source of calm and comfort to me the whole time. She has become a great friend to us and after this whole journey I couldn’t have imagined going through this process without her. I’m going to miss our regular check in calls, texts, and memes and can’t wait to grab drinks in the keys in the years to come! We love you Olivia and we couldn’t have planned our dream wedding without you -

There are truly not enough words in the world to describe how phenomenal Olivia is! Everyone talks about how stressful wedding planning and the wedding day can be, but since we used Olivia as our planner, I truly wasn’t stressed for even a second. She not only executed our exact vision for our ceremony and reception but exceeded it in ways I could have never imagined. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives and that is due to all of the amazing work Olivia did for us!!! Working with Olivia was the single most important and best decision we made in planning our Florida Keys wedding. I initially reached out to Olivia for more information about her planning services because we live in Wisconsin and planning from afar was quickly becoming overwhelming. Olivia exceeded my expectations from the start. In our first conversation, she spent an hour on the phone with me discussing our vision and providing helpful venue advice before we even officially hired her. Wow!!! It was a no brainer to continue to work with her and her team.
Olivia made the entire planning process a breeze. Her close relationships with vendors and local knowledge and insights were invaluable in curating our perfect wedding experience. She was exceptional at helping us figure out what we wanted with every detail, even when we weren't sure ourselves and was always super responsive to every text, email or question we had along the way. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and truly felt like a reflection of us thanks to Olivia's meticulous planning and advice. I was admittedly getting a bit nervous during our rehearsal and Olivia gave an excellent pep talk that helped me to let go of any and all anxiety that I had. We were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day knowing Olivia and her team were in charge. We truly felt taken care of as Olivia and her team made sure we always had a drink in our hand without having to leave our guests company and made sure we got to try all of our food. Despite us having only 17 guests, our reception was an absolute party and everyone was on the dance floor for the entire extended reception thanks to Olivia's expertise in party planning! Multiple friends and family told us our wedding was one of the best they've been to and that we did an amazing job but Olivia truly deserves that credit. Thank you so much Olivia and the whole Frond and Feather team for giving us our dream wedding! -

Olivia and the Frond + Feather Team are who you need to make your reality better than your dreams. Before I even hired Olivia, she spent almost 2 hours with me on the phone explaining the different wedding venues and options to consider for a destination wedding in the Keys. There are so many elements she mentioned that were very helpful even before I had given her a cent. (I hired Olivia and her team in Jan 2024 and my wedding was December 7, 2024 at Cheeca Lodge. We had to move fast on decisions with holiday party season!)
I had no clue what I was doing at first - I am not the type of girl that was planning my wedding far in advance of even getting engaged and I'm horrible at making decisions/second guessing but Olivia helped me get everything together and point me in the right directions, showed me examples of many past events, and was patient but also firm when it came time for me to make all my vendor selections, etc! The vendors she has relationships with are truly incredible too and also made our day so easy and enjoyable. (My entire bridal party was also in awe of her ability to get our wedding party organized, as we're a rowdy bunch! They kept saying it was the best experience they had being a part of a wedding party) I'm also someone who asks many, many questions and she was always willing to hop on the phone and spend as much time as needed to make me feel comfortable with my decisions or suggest another direction- she was always ready with solutions! I always hear people say "get ready for something to go wrong on your wedding day and just roll with it" but honestly, I don't think anything happened (to my knowledge haha) because the entire day was so smooth and seamless from start to finish. Lisa also oversaw our welcome party the night before, she was delightful! Beth helped out on wedding night - also an incredible woman! Olivia and Beth were waiting for my husband and I at the end of the aisle with cocktails immediately as the ceremony ended - are you kidding?! It was amazing. I can't say enough good things about Olivia, her husband Michael, LIsa and Beth. They made us feel like family and I already miss talking with her everyday! I would choose this team 1 million times again over and over.
Don't hesitate if you're stuck on a planner - just hire F+F and everything will fall into place! I promise! My entire family, husband, and his family were all thoroughly impressed too- and this is coming from some individuals who are very OCD and particular (LOL) -

Working with Olivia was absolutely incredible! Your wedding planner is one of the most important decisions you can make for your wedding and working with Olivia and her team was hands down the best decision we made!! Our conversations with Olivia started when we were deciding on which wedding venue to have our wedding at and she was so helpful and talked through both venues with us. She made us feel so at ease during the wedding planning process. I truly felt like I was able to enjoy wedding planning because I could rely on her. She made choosing vendors very easy, and I loved that she had great relationships with all of them. She was always very quick to respond to all of my questions (there were lots of them) and ideas. Our wedding felt very true to who my husband and I are. Our wedding weekend was the most incredible weekends. I had multiple family members and friends tell us that our wedding was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been to, and that was only possible with Olivias help and guidance. The absolute, best decision we made in our wedding planning process was hiring Olivia and Frond + Feather. Until that point, we were procrastinating the planning process and feeling lost on how to get started. In our first conversations with Olivia, we felt assured that she was the right person to guide us through planning our wedding. In hiring her, there was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. She made the process of choosing our vendors seamless and supported us wholeheartedly in creating the wedding that we dreamed of having. Finding Olivia was nothing short of a miracle. We're based in New York and had our hearts set on having a Florida wedding. However, after initially hiring a different wedding planner, who completely failed to deliver, we were beginning to question whether a wedding in Florida would even be possible.... then we fortunately found Olivia! From our first introductory conversation, she hit the ground running, offering helpful advice and guiding us even before we had officially hired her. Olivia maintained this proactive and enthusiastic approach throughout the entire process.
Olivia's attention to detail is truly exceptional. She meticulously planned every aspect of our wedding, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. She asked insightful questions and made sure no stone was left unturned throughout the planning process. She anticipated our needs and managed to answer our questions before we even got the chance to ask! Planning a wedding can be incredibly challenging, especially from afar, and we can't imagine how we could have done it without Olivia. Her expertise and local knowledge were invaluable, especially for a destination wedding in the Keys. She managed to wholly capture the vision we had for our wedding day and knew exactly the right vendors to enlist, bringing our dream wedding to life with perfection. However, what sets Olivia apart is her dedication to excellence and the way she really cares for and goes above and beyond for her clients. She not only kept us organized and on track but also adeptly navigated various challenging dynamics, was a source of encouragement and support and ultimately ensured that we were happy and stress-free on our wedding day. She even gave me an incredibly thoughtful gift and wrote us a beautiful note on our wedding day, which meant so much to us and shows how much she truly cares about her clients. Throughout the process, she really took the time to get to know us and understand our needs and her personalized approach made all the difference in creating a wedding that was perfect for us down to the last detail.
Our wedding day was nothing short of epic, and we owe it all to Olivia. It’s taken me some time to gather my thoughts on how to phrase this review. I’m sure you, like I was, are reading through these reviews like gospel. Trying to decide what direction you want your wedding to go in. And let me say… STOP RIGHT THERE.
The single most important and valuable decision you will make is on your planner. This will take your day from great to AMAZING. This will take your stress level from high to non existent. This will give you a build in bestie for the next year, two and forever, someone who will take your thoughts and execute it into the most magical day.
Just like others have probably written, people will say.. why aren’t you stressed? And your response will be… “what do I have to be stressed about? I have Olivia.”
When I tell you that working with Olivia was the single most important decision, it’s not an exaggeration. For any bride reading this debating whether or not to work with Frond & Feather, book now and ask for Lisa Giles before another very lucky bride does! My husband (!!) and I live in California and worked with Lisa planning our "destination" wedding in the Keys. She and the F&F team came strongly recommended by every single venue we looked at so we knew we had to book them.
Lisa was simply amazing. So many people told us how stressful wedding planning is and I really cannot explain the level of calm I felt throughout the entire process. Lisa was organized, responsive, and had unbelievable relationships with all of our vendors and she even helped us bring to life our idea of having oyster shuckers at the cocktail hour! Being across the country and as details really started to ramp up, she was so good at keeping us focused and telling us "these are the top 3 things I need from you this week." Everything about the process was absolutely seamless and she put so much love and heart into our wedding weekend.
I said in my vows that Jared was the best thing to happen to me, but Lisa I think was the best thing to happen to us! We are so unbelievably grateful for her professionalism and care giving us the best wedding weekend we could have ever imagined. THANK YOU! -

Our wedding with Frond + Feathers was perfection!
Where do I even start!? I have tears in my eyes just writing this. I cannot recommend Frond + Feathers enough. Olivia and her team went above and beyond in everything that they did. Everyone on the team was so kind and so professional. I loved getting to work with Olivia through the whole planning process and enjoyed every time we spoke. She made sure to listen and understand everything that I wanted for my wedding and she made it all happen. Our wedding day was iffy with the weather and when I say iffy, I mean there were tornado warnings, 20-30mph winds and road closures. I had no idea any of this was happening thanks to this team. The weather ended up clearing and we got to have our outdoor wedding because Olivia had about 7 back up options and was prepared to make a last minute call and I am so grateful for that. We had zero stress throughout the whole planning process and even on our wedding day because we had Olivia. She is kind, professional, a boss at what she does, and just so much fun to work with. I could write an entire book full of things that I loved about Frond + Feather, specifically Beth. We went with the month of wedding planning service and everything about it was absolutely perfect. Beth provided us a list of recommended vendors in the Florida Keys, which was super helpful since we were planning our wedding from Texas. Every single vendor we worked with from that list was amazing. We had multiple planning calls prior to the month of and during the last month, Beth took over all coordination and communication with the vendors and expertly made our wedding vision come to life. Beth took care of every detail of the wedding day, making everything so stress-free, even bringing me bobby pins to the dance floor when my hair kept blowing in my face. When our wedding day at our outdoor venue looked like it was going to be cold and windy, Beth secured us heathers last minute (literally 3 days before) that were a lifesaver. Beth was incredibly professional, kind, caring, communicative, and personable. She took care of us like we were close friends and guided us through our wedding planning process. The day of the wedding, she was such a calming presence and I knew she would ensure everything would go off without a hitch, even when some of our family went off script and the neighbor complained about the noise level. I genuinely can not say enough great things about Beth and Frond+Feather. If you are even remotely considering hiring a planner, do it. And go with Frond+Feather. First off, I will say, our wedding on the whole was incredible, and now, 3 months later, I am still tearing up that it’s over, because it was the best, BEST night and actually, best week. Olivia is an efficient and straight up planner. She made our vision come true but also used her expertise to advise and guide us. She knows the vendors in the area and her advice with several of the choices we made was key. Shout out to Sarz entertainment!
Leading up to the wedding, we worked together for a full year before the big day. She was patient when I got too busy to work on wedding stuff, but also kept us on point with making plans and decisions when we needed to. On the week of and day of, she not only managed vendors but also managed my emotions and I will never forget the pep talk she gave me the day before the wedding when I was feeling emotional. Olivia will tell it like it is!
On the day of the wedding, she was everywhere and nowhere all at once. In a good way. Sometimes a planner will somehow make themselves front and center during a wedding, bossing people around. And Olivia was the opposite. She moved through the shadows to make the night work, but did not impose in any way. Somehow the wedding itinerary clicked along perfectly and I had nothing to do with it and Olivia was always there, ready for cake, for bouquet toss, for dinner. She even helped my elderly family members get dinner plates because they use walkers and couldn’t use the buffet!
She’s super sweet and knowledgeable. And great at her job! She’s kind when she needs to be and down to business when she needs to be. Not to mention adorable. Definitely recommend her and would give a referral if you’re interviewing planners. I interviewed at least 5 planners and KNEW with Olivia, she was the one. And so glad we worked with her.

Tens across the board for Beth and Olivia
I worked with Beth as a month-of planner for my May 27 wedding at Baker's Cay, and first discussed with Olivia. I am so, so, so, so glad to have worked with Frond and Feather and am so impressed by both Beth and Olivia.
First, some context: I am a corporate attorney living in CA and my job involves a lot of stress and project management - on top of that I am cursed with having strong opinions and a "vision" for *every detail you can imagine* - I tone that down for day-to-day, but for my wedding day? Forget it. This trait of mine made wedding planning more emotionally taxing than it needs to be, and I was nervous to work with a planner as often in life I've had to subscribe to the "if you want something done right..." mentality. My husband and I took a "rip the bandaid" approach with our engagement and gave ourselves seven months to plan the wedding, meaning a lot of key decisions had to feel rushed.
With this in mind, Beth gets my highest praise without any reservation, and though Baker's Cay requires a day-of planner, I would have been an absolute fool to forego planning services generally. Beth was proactive, mindful of all details, wise, and exceedingly calm throughout the process. "Call Beth!" was a refrain from my bridal party the day of my wedding, while we rest assured she'd have every answer. And she did. I have closed enough deals in my life to know how difficult her job was and how even more difficult it is to make it look easy.
It was a huge relief to be able to take off my project manager cap and just be present and enjoy the day of my wedding. I didn't need to obsess over remembering when our photographers would show up, because Beth had it covered. As someone who is detail obsessed, I could see Beth had thought of every minute detail as well, plus, she was able to see behind corners in ways I never could have. (This isn't to suggest that you shouldn't be on top if it in the months up to your wedding, but to know you can take your foot off the gas once Beth is plugged in and you've given her what she needs).
If I could redo the whole process over again, I would cough up more change up front to engage Frond and Feather at the very beginning of the process to be able to have conversations about expectations and the larger game plan before engaging vendors. Beth and Olivia both are a treasure trove of information when it comes to who is best to work with in the Keys.
I truly believe their wisdom can help save real $ and headaches. Every penny was worth it for my wedding for month-of services, and I'm sure it is for their higher packages, as well. Olivia and Beth both know the Keys like the back of their hand and that knowledge is worth its weight in gold.
One random word to the wise for future brides - I noticed in reviewing contracts for a few *other* planners/vendors that several based in Miami had an anti-disparagement clause in their contracts, saying that you could not leave *any* reviews of them without running it by that planner/vendor and that any public comment on their services was subject to their approval. As an attorney I was surprised at this practice because it's actually illegal per the FTC! This was enough to put me off from some other vendors I found on WW/TheKnot, and I am so grateful, as that led me to Olivia. I want to note that Frond and Feather *did not* have any such clause and I found their contract professional, detailed, and totally reasonable.
My wedding day was truly the most beautiful, and joyful, day of my life. I will forever think of Beth's presence on that day with such happiness and deep gratitude. She is a miracle worker - I absolutely love her. I am deeply thankful to Frond & Feather for being consummate professionals and will be for the rest of my life! I have no notes. HIRE THEM! -

In case you are someone who won’t read this very long and raving review, CHOOSE FROND AND FEATHER EVENTS FOR YOUR WEDDING! IT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE MADE, AND YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
I knew from my first phone call with Olivia over a year before our April 21, 2023 wedding that she was the planner for me. Not only was she immediately warm, friendly, and welcoming, but she spent probably an hour on the phone with me just discussing options, expectations, pros and cons of various venues, etc. all before even being hired. At that point, I had no idea just what an absolute expert of a planner and angel of a human being she was! Over the course of a year and a half of planning, she helped me find venues (including many phone calls, photos, video chats, etc. as I was a destination bride), be creative with where/how to utilize my budget to best capture my vision, and had such great networks for all of the most INCREDIBLE vendors who were both excellent at their jobs and some of the kindest people who immediately felt like our long-time friends. I cannot even begin to describe all of the lengthy e-mails, photos, and worries she helped walk me through, and with her team, our day was executed so seamlessly from start to finish. From what I have seen with many friends getting married, I have realized my experience was rare in that I got to: 1. Actually ENJOY the planning process, 2. Actually ENJOY the vendors I was working with, and 3. Actually be present and ENJOY our day without a worry! I am sure there were things that went awry on our wedding day that I will never know about because with her incredible timeline, communication, problem-solving skills, and calm attitude, I was able to spend time with my loved ones and have real one-on-one moments with my husband without feeling like there was a fire that needed to be put out somewhere. She, her team, and their recommended vendors truly took my vision and made it infinitely more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and did things outside of their “job description” such as fixing table runners that weren’t the right size, helping hang seating charts, and get me changed in to my second dress (Shout out to you Lisa! You were amazing!). With all the moving pieces and various vendors involved, it can be super difficult to trust that everyone is on the same page and understands how you envision each aspect of the day, but because of Olivia and team, I was fortunate enough to have full trust and confidence in each aspect—and still be totally blown out of the water! Aside from all of these AMAZING reasons to have Frond and Feather help plan your big day, it is incredibly special to feel like your planner and their team actually CARE about being a part of your special day. At all times, I felt like my wedding was just as special and important to them as it was to me, and that I wasn’t just another timeline to run through to cash in a paycheck. Not only that, but I felt so lucky in that regardless of if we had a 2,000 budget or a 200,000 budget, our wedding was treated with equal care, patience, and thoughtfulness. A large part of this is reflective of who Olivia is as person—someone who by the end of our time in Key Largo felt like a family member of ours, and who helped contribute to the most cherished memories, both on and outside of the wedding day. Her warm, generous, kind-spirited nature combined with her ability to be flexible, detail-oriented, and organized has allowed her to not only create the most amazing planning company and team, but given us the special gift of what feels like a lifelong friend. Dream FL Keys Wedding Ritornato Style
Olivia was a god send from the very first day we met with her. She actually gave us our tour at our venue waaaaay back 2 years ago. From the first moment she met us she was warm, inviting, and helpful. She told us that we need to come back and see that place at Sunset and welcome to Covid wedding season if you want something book it now. We did both those things and quickly realized that Olivia reeallllly knows her stuff.
We fully trusted her judgement and experience on every situation that came up and our wedding could not have been better because of that. Both of us working full time is a lot to do while also planning such a large event and the Frond and Feather team helped us make our decisions quickly and easily based on their guidance.
Their relationships and knowledge are unmatched! We live only 2 hours away and I truly cannot imagine planning our wedding without Olivia and Frond and Feather. We personally got through the entire planning process with only one headache and that was the seating chart. A large part of our peace of mind was Olivia and her team.
Then day of oh my goodness. I (the bride) have a little bit of control issues so being away entire day of to get ready was really painful but I got through and Olivia and my new husband set up and coordinated and I got to just walk in and enjoy the beauty of our dream. Olivia and Beth did such a good job that we didn’t have our phones the entire night and really just enjoyed our few hours with family and friends. I am from Pennsylvania and booked a destination wedding in Key Largo. I was very nervous to book something so far away and opted to use a wedding planner, even though I am very familiar with planning events. Olivia from Frond & Feather exceeded all of my expectations from the very first talk. She was open and honest when suggesting which package would work best for me and didn’t try to push the most expensive package off the bat. I was happy to spend a bit extra to get more from her. Olivia is one of a kind! I am so beyond happy that I had her on my team for my wedding. We started venue shopping in August of 2021 hoping to have our wedding in January of 2023. I loved the weddings I was seeing and then after all the rave reviews online and from our venue as well as an amazing intro call, I felt so at ease. Working with Olivia and her team was just extremely pleasant. We had started the planning process with over 1.5 years to go and even with having some "time" Olivia got to work and soon after booking her we had a list of amazing vendors. She kept us organized, on pace, and budget-smart. But more importantly to us, she understood our vision and added so much valuable ideas and recommendations. I would state an idea I had and through Olivia's experience and connections, she immediately would say "I know the perfect person or vendor." and I PROMISE you that she NEVER steered us in the wrong direction. Every single recommended vendor or performer, etc was exactly what we hoped for and more! It was easy to put our trust in her and I'm so grateful we did because that led to an amazing collaborative relationship and truly an (almost) stress-free experience. Planning a destination wedding for 150 guests with 3 different sites (ceremony, dinner, and dancing) to decorate is not an easy feat, but honestly it could not have gone smoother. We always just knew we were in good hands and it all proved true. On 1/21/23 we had our DREAM wedding and it was perfection. Olivia and her team were so encouraging, reliable, and organized. If there were issues, we saw none and got to enjoy an amazing night. A rare Organized and Creative Force at once
We’re so grateful to this terrific team of extraordinary event planners who delivered a day, nay, a weekend to remember! Olivia was wonderful, just the partner you’d want when planning the most important party of your life. She checked in regularly to keep us on schedule and was super organized. At the same time she has fantastic style that we quickly learned to lean on. Our family also noticed how great she was the wedding weekend keeping all of the trains on time and being flexible with our loud and sometimes late family. And to be clear - her whole team for the welcome dinner and wedding was fantastic. My original wedding venue was sadly ruined by Hurricane Ian and my fiancé and I found a new venue 2 months out! Islander Resort in Islamorada recommended Frond + Feather events. I had already had most of my vendors but we all had to switch over to a new venue, a day earlier, and quite a few changes. It was really important for us to have a planner who was familiar with the venue since myself and none of my vendors had ever been there before. I hired Olivia just about 2 months from my wedding and 1 month to the venue’s deadlines of final plan. Olivia and Beth started working for us right away and were so on it!! They are so professional, organized, they know what they’re doing and you can tell they love what they do! Throughout the whole process they were amazing!! They made everything so easy. They coordinated with my existing vendors, the venue, and found me some awesome new vendors! They gave me advice and their opinions and also listened to my wishes and vision. They were so attentive and responsive, if anything they were waiting on me to respond. On our wedding day I had sweet texts of Happy Wedding Day wishes and other than that they took care of it all while I got ready and trusted they had it taken care of. The whole day ran flawless, I had not one worry and was not bothered by any vendors or anybody not knowing what to do, when or where, it was all taken care of. When I saw the wedding all set up, it was even better than I had dreamed!! I loved how everything turned out!! I can’t thank Olivia and Beth enough for the amazing job they did on our wedding!! Olivia is a class act! She is the absolute best wedding planner- so good that our guests commented how organized and beautiful our entire wedding was! She takes the time to really get to know you and LISTENS to what you want on your special day. Hands down, Olivia and Frond + Feather Events was the BEST wedding decision I made. I highly recommend booking her, I only wish I had booked her sooner and a with more in depth package because Olivia was the best money spent and put me in touch with all of my vendors when some were hard to reach initially (all booking up + busy af from the post COIVD wedding rush). I felt secure with every wedding decision I made + most importantly with every vendor booked; knowing that Olivia worked with them previously. Olivia went above and beyond on our wedding day (and in pre planning) but especially the day of — we dealt with wind gusts that appeared out of thin air and had to pivot the beach ceremony and the reception when time was NOT on her side, she showed how responsive she is when dealing with pressure and her amazing flexibility; the wedding went on and we had a the party of our lives. Where do I even begin? Olivia and her team at Frond and Feather Events went above and beyond to make Asiel and I's wedding day as special as possible and was attentive throughout the entire process of wedding planning. We chose the month of planning package, which was right for us. During the year leading up to the wedding, Olivia was always available to answer questions (and always promptly), give me advice on vendors and on my overall planning ideas. She was incredible! Her team at Frond and Feather were also attentive, respectful, knowledgeable and very friendly.
We first met Olivia while viewing the venue Dream Bay Resort in early 2021. We knew during that first meeting that she was not only knowledgeable about the venue and the vendors in the keys, but that she was someone we could trust. My husband and I both work in the healthcare field and deal with a lot of stress in our everyday jobs so it was a requirement to us that our wedding day be stress free. We wanted to feel that no matter what happened on the day of the wedding, we would have confidence in our wedding planner to make the necessary decisions, etc. so that we wouldn't have to worry. Well, we chose correctly and Olivia and her team were amazing!
We got married at Dream Bay Resort on 1-29-22. It just so happened that we had record breaking cold and high winds on our wedding day. Olivia helped me quickly rent propane heaters for the day of during the week of the wedding to provide some comfort for my guests and on the day of she figured out a way to still make everything work. Due to the weather, a lot of small details that I had planned did not work, but Olivia and her team still made everything beautiful and made all of the necessary executive decisions so that I didn't have to worry about anything. At the end of the day, Asiel and I are SOOO incredibly happy and wouldn't change anything. We had the most incredible team and have a fun story to tell for the rest of our lives. Seriously, Olivia took care of everything! The timeline went smoothly and Olivia was communicative to all of the vendors. Beth, one of her assistants, was on site and was so sweet and helpful as well! Beth stayed til the end and helped my family clean up all of the wedding items and bring them in the main house as well. She really went above and beyond! My mother and sister in law told me after the day of the wedding how lovely Olivia and her team were on site that day and how hard they worked to set up everything that day when the weather wasn't cooperating.

Olivia and her team were incredible from start to finish - when my husband and I started planning our wedding we met Olivia doing a site tour of our venue and instantly knew she would be a comfort throughout the process while keeping things in line and on schedule. She was understanding of our limited budget, provided excellent references for vendors, and helped us stay organized leading up to the wedding despite our extremely demanding/stressful schedules. Hiring Olivia to be our right hand woman was the best decision we made throughout the ENTIRE wedding process. I had the best experience with Olivia and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the Keys! Olivia hands down saved my wedding. I honestly don’t know what would have happened if we didn’t hire her as our planner. Olivia (and her team) did the month of planning for my wedding this past November. I am not local to the Florida Keys and even though Olivia was technically hired for a month of planning, she still answered my questions throughout the process without hesitation.
From the beginning, I spoke with Olivia over the phone for over an hour with my mom just as a consultation where she took the time to get to know us and discuss the wedding. This was 6 months out from the wedding and a week before I had a scheduled trip to the Keys. We made plans to meet with Olivia the next week while my mom and I were in town. Later that day I received a call from the venue I had booked months prior and they told me that they were selling their property and they would have to cancel my wedding. This was all thanks to Olivia. Olivia thought she heard something about my venue being sold and she called the owner and asked that they let me know. The owner was going to stretch it out as long as possible without telling me in case the deal fell through. Olivia then took charge and started helping me find a new venue and giving me advice. She even still met with me in the Keys that next week for over an hour and we still had yet to officially hire her. We honestly did not know if we were still going to be able to have a wedding down there anymore.
Fortunately, we found a venue available for the week before we originally planned and we were able to officially hire Olivia as our planner! She is incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable about wedding planning and large scale events. She gave us the best advice on things we never would have considered. I cannot recommend Frond + Feather Events enough. Thank you all for making my wedding day the best day of my life! -
