cannot thank them enough for a gorgeous wedding!

Kevin and his team were fantastic to work with. He took so much stress off of our day, and the whole year leading up to it. With our busy schedules, it was essential to have someone to rely on to make sure everything went smoothly, and nothing was forgotten. Not to mention, everything was absolutely beautiful! All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the flowers were! I highly recommend Ford-Ellington!

Nobody is better to work with on wedding design than Kevin Ford!

I cannot recommend Kevin's services highly enough. Our event simply would not have been what it was without Kevin. Kevin is able to interact collaboratively with all stakeholders in the wedding planning process. He is able to provide flexible but firm guidance on the best path forward with respect to wedding design. His creativity in outstanding. Access to Kevin is never an issue. His desire to deliver a fabulous product for the client probably exceeds even the client's desire for a great outcome, he is that invested in what he does.

I believe that Kevin's wedding design services are unparalleled in our market, and probably far beyond.

I am quite certain that every family that chooses Kevin for wedding design will have their expectations exceeded. He is simply the best, and should be highly considered by all!

If there is one choice I would make over and over again for my wedding (besides my husband, obviously) it would be to use Ford-Ellington. When it came to picking a florist, Kevin was the only vendor who listened to what I was hoping for and made it a reality. He designed the most beautiful and elegant arrangements I have ever seen, including an amazing centerpiece for my ice cream table (in lieu of wedding cake). Kevin also handled our lighting, linen, and chair rentals. He truly crafted a masterpiece that extended beyond the flowers. Even the staff of our reception venue said, “Whoa!” when they saw the evening’s set up. That’s impressive considering how many weddings they must witness! Hire Ford-Ellington! You will not regret it!

Kevin and his team are truly the best in the business! Kevin is incredibly talented, passionate about his work, a very kind man and a joy to work with. Our daughters wedding was absolutely stunning. From the most beautiful and fragrant floral arrangements and bouquets to the table clothes and lighting the Reniassance was spectacular!! Kevin goes above and beyond to make sure everything is absolutely perfect.

This review is long overdue! Kevin was absolutely fabulous to work with. He has an infectious personality and is just a joy to be around. He is also so incredibly kind and talented. On our wedding day, we were very excited when we walked into our reception. The room was absolutely stunning. The flowers were unbelievable and elevated our wedding to the next level. Kevin was always very accessible whether it be for meeting in person or video chatting from afar. We also met him at our reception space a few months before the wedding to preview a sample centerpiece and sample linens. Kevin helped us pick out everything from the flowers, vases, linens, chairs, and the lighting. He has an incredible eye and really pulled the space together. I highly recommend Kevin - he will blow you away!

I was looking for a florist for both of my daughter’s wedding seven months apart. They are twins but are also individuals with different tastes. The immediate reaction of my one daughter was “ he listened to me”. The first daughter’s wedding was fabulous! When it came to the second wedding, my daughter said Kevin was the smartest/best vendor selection we made. The flowers were gorgeous but Kevin goes beyond just providing flowers - he designs the entire wedding experience from flowers to linens to lighting. At the final tie down meeting, my daughter’s point of view was “whatever Kevin wants”. We were not disappointed. He went above and beyond for the “ice cream” experience (no wedding cake). The churches at both weddings were gorgeous and some of the flowers were repurposed at the reception. Both girls were so pleased with the entire experience with Kevin. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a true outstanding experience.

My husband and I were married 9/3/17 at Cooper Creek in Cincinnati, OH. Kevin had been working with us since January 2017 to create the perfect floral look for our wedding. He has an excellent eye for color. He provided the flowers for my hair, the ceremony, chuppah and reception (this also included flower petals to be thrown at the end of our reception, bouquets, corsages, etc.). I was blown away at how beautiful everything looked. You can see photos at their Facebook page of our wedding as well as others. 5 STARS!!! The entire team at Ford-Ellington makes a stressful and important series of decisions simple and understandable in a way that no other event design team does! They have thousands of weddings and events in their portfolio! From the first moment you meet them everyone is laughing and it's obvious THIS IS WHAT THEY LOVE! As far as floral (and event) design... they have a solution for every need. It really allows you to relax and enjoy the process and your day! Don't let me start about the commitment level! Laura Schaber and Kevin are the kind of designers that make you stop and double take the arrangements, too! My favorite story is when they were unloading the table centerpieces. When the first one was taken out of the van my mother-in-law and her sisters marveled at what they were sure was my beautiful wife's bouquet. Kevin designed the fairytale wedding of our daughter and her lovely wife's dreams. We cannot praise him highly enough. His service was amazing, always responding to emails and calls very promptly and taking time to offer great advice at meetings along with a lot of fun. If you are lucky enough to be in Kevin's presence, you will be instantly happy from his friendly personality and contagious laugh. Even after seeing photographs of his work, what you see in person is so much greater, exceeding any and all expectations. I can't tell you how many guests talked about how they have never seen more beautiful flowers and design before. He is the consummate professional and incredibly talented, able to turn an empty space into a visually stunning event. Thank you Kevin for making our daughter's day the best one ever!

Wow! Where do I even begin. Kevin and his team made our wedding vision and dreams come true! I remember walking in with my husband to see the venue before the guests arrived and being absolutely speechless! Kevin made the flower and decor process so easy and fun. I loved meeting with him to discuss the plans. He is AMAZING at what he does. We were able to tell him what we were wanting and he was able to guide us and help us create our perfect design. To this day, people ask me who did our flowers and I am so proud to say Ford Ellington.

Kevin was the best and easiest person to work with. He was above to take all of my jumbled up Pinterest ideas and able to design a wedding that was beyond anything I could ever dream of. He made wedding planning Fun and easy. I could not imagine my wedding day without him he really is the best.

A TRUE MAGICAL EXPERIENCE!! We are beyond thankful for the absolute amazing flowers and design of our wedding by Ford-Ellington and can not say enough good words to describe how perfect and stunning everything was.

We are from out of town and with a couple phone calls & emails and 1 in person meeting, Kevin from Ford-Ellington captured exactly what our vision was for the wedding...but beyond what we ever could have imagined. The bouquets were absolutely stunning for all 9 bridesmaids, my bridal bouquet, mother of bride, Grandparents and groomsmen etc! On top of the flowers, Ford-Ellington also designed our wedding reception..when we walked into the room for the 'first look' of our special evening we were speechless!!!! We truley had never seen a more magical room our lives. From the absolute BEAUTIFUL and perfect floral table arrangements to the table cloths, chairs, dreamy lighting, cake display table, bridal table, all the tiny little details - our wedding turned out to be a true dream and we still can't believe it was real.

All of our vendors were spot on and we are so thankful Kevin from Ford-Ellington was able to do our flowers and design our wedding. Not only was the outcome absolutely impeccable, but Kevin himself was so kind and passionate about what his work. His smile and laugh would light up the room and he was always a pleasure to be around.
Hands down Kevin is the best floral and wedding designer we've ever seen and anyone would be lucky to have Ford-Ellington design your special day!! If you have your wedding date picked out, be sure to contact Kevin to make your special day truly magical!!

Regardless of what you think your budget might be for flowers, go ahead and pad it a bit and work with Kevin and the team from Ford-Ellington. You won't be disappointed! Your venue won't need to be decked out with other decorations and filler. Just let Ford-Ellington's elegant (and gorgeous) designs do all the work for you! And follow Kevin's advice and work with a lighting designer to do pin-spotting...it made the venue absolutely stunning!

THE BEST! The team at Ford-Ellington is truly amazing, professional and worth every penny spent. Kevin is incredibly talented and so great to work with, making everything so easy and enjoyable. After talking about things we liked, didn't like/ what we envisioned for our wedding Kevin just took our thoughts and went with it. He took coordinated our rentals (linens, china, glassware, etc.) and the lighting for our reception venue. Not having to do a single thing for the lighting was such a relief and Kevin picked the perfect combination of color and brightness.
When wedding planning gets hectic, or even when it isn't, having vendors you can trust is so important and Ford-Ellington is definitely one you can trust to get it done and get it done right. Worth every penny spent!!
Our wedding was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and Kevin is to thank for SO much of it.

Kevin and his team were literally "worth every penny". I was most impressed that Kevin hand delivered my bride bouquet (looking dapper in his custom made suit and tie) and found me at the cocktail hour to take my bouquet and free my hands to greet my guests. My breath was taken away when I walked into my wedding reception. Every detail was perfect - lighting, flowers, chairs, napkins and linens. First class and professional from start to finish!

Look no further, Kevin and his team are top notch!! From our first meeting with Kevin we were hooked. Kevin and team are patient and understanding, which every bride should appreciate. Kevin Ford is the best in his field...my daughter's wedding was what dreams are made of. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful our venue looked. Everyone was in awe over every last detail: the lighting, the flowers, and the linens. Kevin coordinated it all. I thought I knew what the room was going to look like having planned it and he still blew me away!! Kevin is so enthusiastic and truly loves what he does... the week of the wedding, he sent us emails saying, "everything was going great", and the day before he sent my daughter a pic of her bouquet with the caption, "look what I just finished!" There is no-one else I could ever hire after this experience.

Kevin was absolutely phenomenal. I can not speak more highly that his reputation for being the best and exceeding all expectations is true. His warm personality and creativity is inspiring and he truly takes the time to understand your vision, make himself available at all hours, and work within a given budget. My husband, myself, and parents agree that one of the best decisions we made on our most special day was trusting Kevin and his team. Our wedding guests still talk a year later about our flowers/vases/ and decor. We highly recommend Ford Ellington to anyone; It truly was the most magical day and we can't thank Kevin and his staff enough!

Kevin is an extraordinary person who creates extraordinary spaces with his stunningly beautiful floral designs and overall wedding design. He creates beautiful spaces that exceed expectations, leaving guests in awe. He brought tears to our eyes when he ushered us into the magical space he created for our daughter's wedding. Kevin is truly the best in the business. I had this idea in my mind of what I wanted our flower arrangements to look like for our wedding, but he took it to a whole new level! He has such a talent for putting together the right flower combinations that make his arrangements absolutely gorgeous every single time. The flowers were literally the talk of the wedding!! Let me say WOW! Kevin composed the most beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding. He took my idea of colors and turned them into elegant, stunning centerpieces and bouquets. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful. We received so many compliments on our flowers. And it didn't stop at flowers; he had exquisite design visions that we incorporated throughout our wedding. He was an absolute pleasure to work with - so kind, jovial, knowledgeable and professional. I cannot say enough great things about him. I highly recommend Kevin!

Kevin is unbelievable! He took my dream wedding and made it into a reality. And it was 1000X more than I ever expected. I walked into the tent and my jaw dropped. Hiring Ford-Ellington to do our flowers and centerpieces was one of the best wedding decisions we made! My mom got to do most of the planning with Kevin, and I was jealous because he is so fun to be around, while also being the kindest and most talented event designer out there! When I saw my bouquet for the first time, I teared up because it was so gorgeous. When our guests walked into the dining room, their jaws literally dropped at how beautiful the room was. Kevin made the wedding perfect and special and magical, and I think that whatever your vision is, he will make it a reality prettier than you could even imagine.

Kevin did our wedding this past January [2013] at the Hall of Mirrors at the Hilton in downtown Cincinnati. What is there other to say than he is the best of the best? Kevin went above and beyond the call of a florist, creating our dream wedding and brining our creative vision of a "Winter Wonderland" to life! His bubbly personality made it all the more to be around him! He worked great with our other vendors, and we simply cannot say enough about Kevin. A delight to work with, fabulous, amazing, THE BEST!

First off, Kevin is one of the most warm and friendly individuals I have ever come in contact with. He is so upbeat and so easy to work with. Second, his laugh is amazing!! Working with Kevin was such a wonderful experience. He made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. He goes above and beyond to make his client happy and the end result was spectacular. He responds promptly to emails. Our wedding truly looked like something out of the movies and it was worth every penny we spent!! Our guests were absolutely amazed with what he had done with the venue and they still talk about it to this day!! I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone!!

Kevin Ford took care of all the rentals for our wedding (chiavari chairs, linens, etc), as well as creating the most beautiful centerpieces & bouquets I have ever seen! Right away, at our first meeting, he understood the direction we wanted to go for our wedding & ran with it (trust me, it wasn’t an easy theme to “run with” either). He brought my ideas to life & made my dreams come true…our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. I recommended him to a friend who attended our wedding & she is now working with him for her wedding next year. I cannot wait to see what he creates for her!

Not only is he a floral/design genius, but he is also great to work with. He always responded to emails & phone calls quickly, he is very attentive, and (best of all) he has an amazing sense of humor and his laugh is contagious! Kevin was WONDERFUL…he made our day absolute perfection & we couldn’t thank him enough!

Our wedding was on May 19th of this year and I can honestly say that Kevin made me the happiest bride ever! He created the most beautiful event design and flowers for our wedding at the Taft Art Museum. Kevin is the most delightful person you can work with. He is creative, professional, patient, trustworthy, and genuine. I feel so lucky to have been able to work with such an amazingly talented person. Kevin and his team did an incredible job creating a stunning design for both our ceremony and reception. I am still in shock by how quickly they were able to change the room from our ceremony to our reception....it was an incredible transformation. I honestly wish I could have a wedding every year just so I could work with Kevin and see his beautiful designs and florals....he truly is the best!

Kevin is wonderful to work with and really exudes creativity. I left everything up to him and it turned out beautiful. Kevin is flexible but definitely tells you what he thinks would look best and what he would prefer. I loved this about him. Highly recommend.

Kevin is fabulous and amazing at what he does! He goes above and beyond! He was a huge help to my mom and I (being that I was planning the wedding from Columbus)! He was always willing to talk and help in any way he could along the way! When I walked into the reception I was speechless!! His work honestly took my breath away! He also did an amazing job jazzing up our cake!! He is the best of the best! #1 always in my book!

Kevin Ford and the team at Ford-Ellington did an amazing job designing our wedding. The flowers are still being talked about by our guests! Kevin met with us several times before the wedding to brainstorm design ideas and he handled every aspect of the design of our wedding from the flowers, to the lighting, to the table linens. Ford-Ellington exceeded my expectations!

Ford Ellington did an absolutely amazing job on our bouquets and the table arrangements at our reception. The church flowers were stunning as well. We were all blown away by how gorgeous our reception looked and we owed it all to Ford Ellington's flower arrangements. The colors were perfection. Kevin is so involved and enthusiastic about the whole planning process and we could not have been more pleased.

Kevin at Ford-Ellington is absolutely outstanding! His flowers, arrangements and ideas are phenomenal! Kevin went above and beyond his duties, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out for our wedding. All of our guests were amazed with how pretty the flowers were, and one of the best parts was Kevin helped us donate the remaining flowers to the Ronald McDonald house after the wedding. Kevin and his team are absolutely AMAZING. Kevin has the ability to take someone's vision and make it come to life. From the time I met with him for our first meeting, I felt that I could completely trust him and that he would make our wedding day an unforgettable event.
Kevin was extremely easy to work with and his laugh is contagious. In addition to his beautiful talent, he made sure that every detail was perfect, which meant coordinating with other vendors. My husband and I were able to see the room before our guests entered and it immediately brought me to tears. The reception room had been transformed into a fairly tale that I had once invisioned in my dreams. I knew that Kevin would make our wedding day exquisite.
I was indecisive about what I wanted to do with my bouquet, so Kevin suggested I send him pictures of my wedding dress. I could not have been happier with what he created. He even added a piece of my grandmother's jewelry to my bouquet.
Our guests were completely blown away by the ceremony and reception flowers saying, "These flowers and centerpieces are GORGEOUS, I have never seen anything so beautiful!" In addition, Kevin gave us the idea to send our flowers to hospice after the wedding, which I think is a remarkable idea.
I highly recommend Kevin and his team and I hope I get the opportunity to work with him again soon!!!

Kevin did an amazing job on our wedding!! I absolutely loved what he did with our venue, and he spent a lot of time making everything perfect for us. He was very responsive to our needs, and we were always able to get ahold of him. He is the top florist/wedding designer in the Cincinnati/Northern KY area for sure and I would argue he is one of the best in the country!!

Kevin is an absolute joy to work with. We used flowers as the main decor element for my outdoor wedding and the flowers were phenomenal. My bouquet was a dream, the centerpieces were incredible and there were flowers everywhere! I was blown away by his work. Every guest I spoke with asked "Who did your flowers, they're amazing!"

Kevin was involved in almost every single design element of my wedding: flowers, lighting, table design, tent lay-out and I'm sure there are others. Kevin, aside from being one of the nicest and warmest people I've ever met, has wonderful taste and is immensely creative. The decisions I made that didn't directly involve Kevin, I found myself wondering what Kevin would do.

I would highly recommend Ford-Ellington.

Loved, loved, loved working with Kevin and can't even begin to describe how gorgeous everything was for my daughter's wedding! He listened carefully to our ideas/vision and took it to the next level! We totally trusted his judgement and creativity and told him to "do his thing"! FABULOUS! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was and we get chills when we see the pictures!

On a personal note, Kevin is very easy to work with! He is kind and enthusiastic and truly wants his clients to be happy. It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to plan another event with him!

Kevin was the best! Every part of our experience was great. Each meeting was fun but also productive. We gave him ideas of what we had in mind for the flowers and decor and then we let him "do his thing"! He completely captured our vision and took it to the next level! Everything was absolutely stunning and we are still getting compliments. People have told us that the centerpieces were the most gorgeous floral arrangements that they have ever seen...and I agree!

Kevin was great to work with and I am sad the wedding is over. We are going to miss him!

Ford-Ellington helped us create the most amazing room! Not only do they do flowers, but Kevin Ford can actually serve as the event coordinator. They provided the lighting and tablecloths and chairs for our reception as well. They had a huge variety of everything and patiently went through all our options and pricing with us. Kevin's flowers are of the highest quality (crisp, fresh, just gorgeous). We used the tall skinny vases, medium size and then small votives as well and Kevin tastefully and elegantly arranged them throughout the room. He catered to our wishes but wasn't afraid to provide his expert opinion and high quality taste to help us out. He was very flexible, and even changed the tablecloths for us at the last minute! My bouquet was amazing, and I absolutely loved all the arrangements. I literally cannot think of one complaint - Ford-Ellington is the best!

Kevin is absolutely the best! I am an event planner and have had the pleasure to work with Kevin for the past six years. When I got engaged, I told my mom he was the only Florist/Event Designer I wanted to talk to. When Kevin is on an event, I know it will be flawless and also gorgeous. He executes his work perfectly and is so creative. He listens to what the bride wants and always has their best interest in mind when creating the design and also seeing it completely through. If he sees one thing that is not in place or what the bride requested, he points it out to the venue but always in a nice way. He designed my whole wedding and I trusted him to make all the calls. I was more than surprise and happy with the floral designs at my wedding. Kevin is a perfectionist and also fun to work with as a bride and event planner! Your family and friend will be talking about your flowers for years to come!

Kevin is an extraordinary florist. You will sit down with him and feel so special with him. I started out telling him my budget and he took that number and designed an amazing layout of flowers for my space. He knew that I needed tall arrangements since my reception had tall ceilings. He brought ideas to the table that were incredible and I would have never thought of. One of my favorite parts of the day was when my husband and I were able to see the room before anyone else and Kevin was there to make sure we loved it--- which we did!!!!

Kevin is not just a florist, he is an artist. And he listens to every word you say, absorbing all of the detail and nuance of each idea you throw his way. His laugh is infectious and brings a sense of ease to the whole process. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted, at least in terms of the visual tone. He worked closely with our caterer to bring that idea to life. The reality of what he created for us could not have matched the picture in my head any better. It was perfect. And we were hearing compliments for months after the wedding!

Kevin Ford was the last florist that we met with, and after meeting with him we knew we had been wasting our time even talking to anyone else! I wanted our whole focus of the wedding to be on our flowers, but we didn't have ten thousand dollars to do it! I wanted bright colors and no bows! Kevin listened to every idea that I had and made it into a masterpiece! He made slight changes to work within our budget and he was at both the ceremony sight and the reception hall with us. He let us see the hall with no one inside it so that we got to take in the full view of the hall and all of their hard work. He was by far the one that made our reception and wedding really special by the hard work and overall presentation of the flowers! All of his work was flawless...

Kevin was a great listener. He asked clarifying questions to help understand the vision we wanted at our wedding. Kevin was willing to work with our price point and still make our wedding look very elegant. He had great ideas to use bouquets as dual purpose table decorations. He was never pushy about his vision, but helped us to see ours.

Kevin is a floral genius! My husband and I selected him for our wedding, and could not have been happier. He worked with our budget, heard my limited ideas (I do not know anything about flowers) and created a fairy tale materpiece!
He was prompt at returing emails, and answering my many questions as well as communicating to the other vendors for our wedding! I had complete trust in him, which for any bride, says alot!

Kevin Ford came highly recommneded to us, and I am glad we went with them. I am still hearing guests of our wedding raving about the centerpieces and flower arrangements. The night was like walking into a fairytale. I could not have asked for better quality, service or presenation! He knows flowers and what works best with any lighting, room and event!
Kevin Ford is the best, period. You will pay a little more for his services but it is worth it in the end!

Kevin Ford's work is spectacular! He understood immediately the bride's style and the look she wanted for her wedding. He acted as a wedding designer as well as a florist, helping to select the wedding cake design, the table arrangements at the reception, the color and fabric for the chair coverings, lighting at the reception..... His attention to detail was amazing. He created a wow effect with his floral arrangement that were beautiful without being too over the top. He was our big splurge, and worth every penny!
