  The best wedding food ever

  I had just over 100 guests and everyone said this was the best wedding food they have ever had. Jamie was absolutely amazing to work with. We got to create our own menu and the service exceeded our expectations.

  Fantastic June Wedding

  Fodrey was fantastic! Jamie helped me all the way from start to finish and answered all my questions within 24 hours! She, and her crew, were fabulous. The day of the wedding they came in and set up (they rearranged my original set up and it made it so much better for flow!). The bartender was fantastic with her cocktails. But most of my compliments for my reception was about how amazing the food tasted! I kept getting asked if the guests could have seconds lol. Highly recommend!!

  Wedding 11-12-2022

  Absolutely amazing food and service for both our rehearsal dinner and reception at a much more reasonable price than many other caterers. They were also willing to travel no problem! Highly recommend

  Perfect choice for our small fall wedding!

  We are so pleased with the catering from Fodrey. We mainly worked with Jamie, who was easy to get in contact with, responsive, and professional. She helped us with a fall-themed menu that was exactly what we were looking for! We also added desserts on, to give our guests something other than cake. This was a great idea, as our guests are still talking about the delicious desserts and food! The team also helped set up our reception space and break everything down, which was a massive help. We also appreciated that disposables were included in the price of our contract, which was already very reasonably priced. Thanks so much Fodrey!

  Dream Team

  We celebrated our daughter’s wedding on June 25th, 2022. Fodrey Catering Concepts provided the food and logistical support for the event. We simply cannot state with any greater emphasis just how wonderful the food was and how great Jamie and her staff were throughout the entire process. Jamie Fodrey is a great chef! Our guests repeatedly told us how delicious the food was. What was so impressive to us was that Jamie made food for 175 guests and maintained great consistency throughout. We must also mention her staff. They not only manned the buffet lines for us as well as the beverage bars throughout the event, but also provided day of coordinator assistance for the wedding. A shout out to Lindsey for her ability to stay on top of the tasks required, never get flustered, and maintain a smile and a wink all day long. She and other members of the staff even remained after the wedding and assisted us with loading our personal decorations and remaining beverages. Jamie’s staff are some of the hardest working people we have encountered; willing to do whatever it took to ensure we and our guests had a great experience.

  Wonderful experience

  Jamie was amazing with her communication and support leading up to the day/helping to plan for all aspects of the catering experience. The food was phenomenal, and although we selected a relatively simple menu (chicken and fish, veggie lasagna, green beans, potatoes, and apps for cocktail hour), the food was served hot, was well-seasoned/very flavorful, and I heard ONLY positive comments/rave reviews about the food and service. There were leftovers, but not too much, and what was left was much appreciated/eaten by us and close family. Jamie, my mom wants the recipe for your veggie lasagna! Kudos to Jamie Fodrey and her team for all that you do!

  AMAZING! Fodrey catering made a menu unique to our requests and was so flexible and accommodating with all of our wedding change because of covid. All the food was delicious and enjoyed by all!!

  AMAZING FOOD (& Customer Service)!!!!

  Jamie and her team were awesome! The food was INCREDIBLE! All of our guests were complimenting the food the entire wedding night. From the start, Jamie was all about us and what WE wanted. She was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would totally recommend Fodrey's Catering to anyone for any event!

  From the initial email I knew Jamie was going to be amazing and she didn't disappoint! Super quick and professional, Jamie was willing to help craft a menu that was unique and reflective of our different cultures. She was always positive, always willing to listen to ideas that I had, and always willing to be flexible as I changed my mind a number of times.
  
  The Fodrey team put on a cocktail hour that included a chef station for made to order spring rolls while simultaneously providing delicious latkes and other more traditional cocktail hour fare. For our buffet style meal, we went with an Asian theme- Soy Ginger salmon, kung pao chicken, pork & shrimp fried rice, along with asian garlic green beans and sesame garlic noodles. All of the dishes were a huge hit with our guests and everyone had their plates piled high!
  
  Jamie & team also helped us staff our bar, managed the champagne toast, and assisted with cake cutting. They took care of more details than I think I even knew needed to be taken care of and I can't say enough how much they allowed me to not worry about a thing as it related to food and drinks.

  Outstanding Food

  Jamie and her team make putting together a Menu for a large group easy and our large group had a list of allergies to work around as well! She was my wedding caterer on September 7th, 2019. We opted for a buffet style wedding as I felt it went better with my rustic barn style theme. We got so many compliments on the food. It was delicious!!!!
  
  Our Entree selections were:
  Fried Catfish
  Garlic Rosemary Chicken
  Eggplant Parmesan
  
  Side selections:
  Glazed Carrots
  Mashed Potatoes
  Mac & Cheese
  Tossed Salad with 2 types of dressings
  Dinner rolls
  Candied Bacon- this is amazing- everyone loved this. TRY THE BACON!
  
  Jamie also did our cocktail hour with italian meats and cheeses, crackers and a fruit tray!
  One thing I loved is she does AMAZING watermelon carvings and she did one that matched our "Getting hooked" theme- as we love to fish- it was a super cute personal detail to add to our special day.
  
  Our dinner trial with Jamie was fun and it confirmed our menu items. The homemade Mac and Cheese is mind blowing. The groom talked about the fried catfish to EVERYONE so they knew to try it.
  
  Please give Jamie and her team a call. I promise you won't be disappointed and the variety she offers is amazing.

  I hired Jamie for my wedding from a recommendation by my wedding planner. After visiting her website and seeing her good looking food, we scheduled a meeting to talk about what we wanted and what she was able to do for us. From the moment we met her, we knew we wanted to work with Jamie. She is so friendly. She makes you feel at ease, compliments your choices, and makes you feel like your menu is the best ever! And her food is phenomenal! I still have guests telling me it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding! At the end of the night, she packs it all up, and gives it to you to take home and enjoy the next day! I’d recommend Jamie to anyone who wants good food and good service at their wedding! We were so blessed to have Fodrey Catering Concepts do our wedding!

  Creative menu ideas with wonderful flavor!

  Due to the circumstances of 2020, we decided to postpone our larger wedding and have a smaller micro wedding on our original date. I contacted Jamie about a month before our wedding date looking for heavy hors d'oeuvres for about 30 guests. She quickly put together a COVID friendly menu of individually portioned hors d'oeuvres. Her menu was creative and included classic as well as unique flavors. The presentation was great and we received tons of compliments on the quality of the food!
