Michelle was a godsend and handled all of the day-of issues that arose so well that I didn't even know they were happening! The day of my wedding was a stormy one and Michelle quickly transitioned it to be inside. With all the activity going on, I wasn't able to see things before the event started, but I wasn't worried because I knew Michelle was 100% on top of it. She took the time to get to know me, my husband, and our vision for our event. She is absolutely worth the investment.

Michelle is the BEST!!!!! Not only did I love her immediately, but all of my other vendors made a note to tell me how wonderful she is!!! I mean I was looking forward to our weekly calls!!!
I did most of the ground work on my own but got to a point where I was severely overwhelmed and not really sure if I could even pull off the wedding. That's when Michelle stepped in, I had a wave of immediate relief. My mom loved her as well!!! She is the real deal. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle. We had threatening weather, which was not even a problem in the long run! Michelle was able to wrangle all the other vendors and set into motion a plan B. You would have thought it was plan A :) Michelle's planning expertise was worth every penny and more!
I am extremely grateful for Michelle, and you will be too!

I worked with Michelle with a month of package and would highly recommend this company and Michelle in particular! Michelle was always very responsive over email, phone and text and timely with all appointments and plans. She was organized and detailed and really helped reduce stress of the wedding day/month. Michelle also just has a great personality and is easy to work with. She did an excellent job handling some last minute unexpected issues on our wedding day and helping to work with a difficult vendor. This service was well-worth the $!!!

Michelle was one of the best vendors I hired for my wedding. She has an awesome personality and was very organized. She handled everything for the ceremony and reception perfectly and even broke down two dinner tables BY HERSELF when my caterer failed to clear them for the dance floor. I purchased the day of/month of package and was so happy with the way everything turned out. My wedding could not have been more perfect and I could not have done it without her.

Michelle made wedding planning and the day of the event such a breeze! Getting a wedding coordinator is 100% worth it! Michelle handled everything the week of the wedding from calling all of the vendors and making sure they would show up, to setting up the decor in the reception room. As an out of town bride, this made my week leading up to the wedding worry free. You cannot go wrong with hiring Michelle to make your wedding absolutely perfect!

Seriously, get a wedding planner. Not only did Michelle get me back on track when I got behind (like, way behind) on wedding planning, but having her around allowed us and our guests to have a stress-free wedding day (she decorates and everything!). She asked the questions that needed asking, wrangled the vendors that needed wrangling, handled the last minute "what now?" situations that cropped up, and somehow made me feel completely at ease and relaxed about the wedding ... even as a hurricane was barreling towards us. Although we just hired her as a day-of coordinator, she was there to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the entire year of planning. We were working on a pretty tight budget, but Fleur de Lis was still one of the first vendors we booked, and well worth the investment. Our wedding was perfect, thanks in large part to all the planning and coordinating help. Michelle felt like a true friend throughout the wedding planning process; we had fun working with her, all our guests loved her, and we can't thank her enough.

Michelle was amazing! Not once did she make me feel like she was taking over the planning nor did she make me feel like I could not trust her. The weather was a little unpredictable, but Michelle reassured me everything would be ok and last minute it was.

Her skills on time management and attention to detail helped my day go by with no glitches. Our weekly phone conversations and our email in between we're always responded by the end of day if not sooner.

Michelle was timely and responsive, I could text her anytime and she would immediately get back to me. The price for services is low considering all she did for my wedding. I was able to get my hair and makeup done with my mom and stepmom with ease knowing she was handling everything. My moms peace of mind was also a big deal as Michelle is great while working with family dynamics. She was the first person to ever ask my engagement story out of all my vendors. She truly cares, and my wedding would not have been a time to enjoy had we not hired her. Find the money in your budget, she saved us! Thank you Michelle, from the bottom of my heart. I'll miss our weekly checklist calls--minus the checklists!

I used Fleur De Lis Event Consulting as a DOC and Valerie was truly amazing! Weekly phone calls with her the month of were extremely helpful and kept me on task and thinking of the small details a professional remembers but I may not have! She was always delightful and had a smile on her face which helped both my mom and I to remain calm and happy during the festivities. I honestly didn't even keep track of where in the schedule we were on the day of, because Valerie had everything under control and made sure to let me know what was up next. It was so relaxing to know that she was handling things and I could simply enjoy the love and beauty of my wedding day. I cannot thank Valerie enough and know that without a doubt she is worth EVERY PENNY to a bride who wants to enjoy her big day!!

As the mother of the out-of-state bride, and the one organizing the wedding day, the BEST decision I made was to hire Michelle with Fleur De Lis Event Consulting for same-day coordination!! Having Michelle there to ensure everything my daughter and I had planned for her special day take place enabled me to enjoy being the MOB so I could focus on my daughter and have fun with everyone there. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Anytime an issue came up, she was on top of it and solved it seamlessly! She even went above and beyond by putting together the reception centerpieces (beautifully)! We have wonderful memories from that day because Michelle was there to help make the day perfect!

Michelle Dickerson was the best Day of planner a bride could ever ask for! Even though we hired her a month before the wedding, she made everything go so smoothly. I think I was the calmest bride anyone has ever seen, all thanks to Michelle. I can't thank her enough! She was so organized and was very, very easy to work with. She made the process of planning my wedding fun and pretty easy.

We had a few other vendors and she took over the day of making my big day very relaxing. She was very professional, even when one of my vendors wasn't so easy to work with. I couldn't have done it without her. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! I highly recommend her!!!

Valerie is THE planner and wedding coordinator you can't live without. From the very beginning, Valerie was nothing but professional, helpful, responsive, creative, and lovely to work with. Her monthly helpful tips kept me on budget and organized and she was also so easy to communicate with. My mother and I had many demands and ideas about my wedding, and she made everything work and stayed on top of it leaving us to take care of other to dos. You will not go wrong with Michelle at Fleur di Lis! She was on top of everything!! Starting at the end of July, she already basically had the wedding day planned! The phone consults weeks before the wedding were spaced out well and allowed me time to complete my small "to-do's". I loved having HoneyBook as a source for viewing the timeline and communicating with all of my vendors! I cannot imagine how we would have gotten through the stress of the venue turmoil without her! There is no doubt in my mind that she is the reason our wedding went so well! Her assistant was so sweet and helped with all of the little things the day of as well. IF anything went wrong that day, I never even knew. When I started planning our wedding I knew we didn't need full service wedding planner. But, I also understand the importance of having someone there to coordinate everything for you. What a lot of people don't realize is that if you don't have a day of coordinator, someone is going to be doing all those things- and most likely it will be the bride/groom or some member of their family. One of the most important things to me when planning our wedding was that my family and friends could enjoy themselves knowing that I would have someone to help me in the final parts of setting everything up and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. I am SO glad that we had Valerie. If you need a wedding day coordinator- this is the company to go with.
Every big and little thing that Valerie helped me with: from the timeline, to contacting vendors the week of and helping my mom make sure everything got picked up- was one less thing that I had to worry about. Valerie and her assistant Michelle, were so nice and helpful at the rehearsal and the big day. They were super understanding when we ended up being nearly half an hour late, and helped us to snap right into business of where we needed to be. Also, when we got to the rehearsal the walkway to the beach was torn and wooden planks were everywhere- Valerie made sure all of that was fixed in time for the wedding the very next day!
I could literally go on and on- Valerie and Michelle really helped my husband and I to be able to enjoy our wedding day stress free. My husband even commented that he was surprised I was so relaxed the week of- I think I owe that to Valerie! The photo booth was a big hit and I know everyone had a great time. Valerie really went above and beyond- even helping me bustle my dress. I just can't stop thinking of great things to say about them- very wonderful team!

It has been a year since I started working with Valerie planning my destination wedding. Thanks to Valerie it turned out to be everything we hoped for and more. She was awesome this last year and made everything just about stress free. She found us some excellent vendors and the reception location she picked for us was so beautiful, she has great taste!

On the day of the wedding, of course there were a few complications. However, once Valerie became aware of them she jumped right on it and had everything flowing perfectly in time for the ceremony and reception. She worked really hard the day of my wedding to make sure everything was perfect for us. She would check in with me periodically throughout the reception to make sure everything was going well and we were enjoying ourselves!

Valerie helped make my wedding everything we dreamed of and she brought all my visions to life. She is fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone!

There are no words to describe Valerie! She was amazing! She helped make our wedding day stress free, without her, I'm sure we would have all been running around like chickens with our heads cut off. She handled everything from setting up the church decorations to coordinating shuttling people back and forth from the hotel to the church. She helped to make our day so special and we appreciate all her and her assistant's help! Would definitely recommend a wedding coordinator, it's a little bit extra money, but well worth every penny! We hired Valerie at Fleur de Lis Event consulting for Day/Month of Coordination for my 5/24/15 wedding. This was by far one of the best vendor choices we made. Valerie is warm, organized, hardworking, understanding, professional, beyond competent and she has an eye for style to boot! Valerie was always available to respond to my questions throughout the planning process and provided invaluable advice. Wedding planning can be a stressful process however, whenever I met or spoke with Valerie her calm can do attitude definitely let me know we were in good hands. I never had to worry if Valerie would respond to my emails or phone calls because she always did so promptly. Valerie is an excellent listener and will support YOUR vision for YOUR day! This is a very important quality in any wedding vendor but especially your coordinator because she will be in contact will all of your other vendors. I felt entirely comfortable with Valerie making "executive decisions" regarding in case of rain set up and issues day of. We ended up having to initiate plan B and the day of the wedding everything turned out more beautiful than I had imagined. Valerie's handwork and talent is a huge reason my wedding was one of the best days of my life. She went above and beyond for our wedding and I would not hesitate to recommend her to my closest friend.

One of the earliest decisions we made in the wedding planning process was to select Fleur de Lis Event consulting. Valerie was absolutely wonderful to work with. Day of Coordinator does not convey all the support, guidance, and expertise that she provided leading up to the day of my daughter's wedding. Valerie had a clear vision of my daughter's ideas and Valerie was there to make the day flow beautifully. We had several changes in the planning stage and Valerie was enormously helpful, supportive and accessible. Her progress checks, phone consultations, and emails with us and the multiple venders were invaluable. I cannot say enough about Valerie! When my daughter told me she was getting married I thought no problem we got this , but as it got closer I realized that this is a big moment in my daughters life and I want to share that day with her and not stressing over what needs to be done so I decided to hire a day of Coordinator and that was the best decision I could have made. Valerie was a dream to work with as our month of coordinator for our recent wedding. Even though we hired her for just the month prior to our wedding she was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had in the several months leading up to the big day. During our rehearsal and actual wedding she was able to direct both of our large families (not an easy task!!) with professionalism and humor to keep everything on track for the day. Valerie provided her Day Of service for my wedding reception. She was organized, easy to work with and was involved with the planning and all the vendors. She has had enough experience to know how receptions usually work, so that was very helpful in creating a timeline that would make the event run smoothly. Even when the timeline wasn't able to be followed exactly since my caterer took longer to bring out the food, Valerie was able to rearrange the timeline on the spot and we were still able to fit in everything and finish on time. She stayed in contact regularly during the months leading to the wedding and helped to make sure that the planning was on track.

Valerie was an awesome wedding planner. She was always responsive to emails and phone calls and went above and beyond with our super long list of details. She kept us on schedule which we never could have done without her. She executed all of the finer details of our wedding to the "t" and was an amazing "conductor" for all of our wedding vendors. We had a wedding with a lot of moving parts and she pulled it all of so smoothly! Everything we wanted she made happen and we are so grateful to her. Thank you Valerie for all of your amazing work!

Valerie really listened to my plans and desires. She was available for every text, email and phone call and patiently advised me helped and guided. She read my mind and created a beautiful wedding shower. My daughter, for whom the shower was given commented the next day, full of joy, she had not seen her wedding colors put together and displayed, that this was the first time; she said it was really beautiful and she is so excited for her wedding in April. Thank you Valerie so very much.Each guest commented for days after how wonderful, elegant and what a smash the shower was. Thank you again Valerie.

The wedding ran smoothly for guests and the bridal party, Valerie handled any hiccups through out the entire process. She dealt with all my vendors before the wedding and during and was able to manage any problems that came up. She made sure we stayed on schedule and handled all the transitions from ceremony to cocktail to reception. We even had a golf cart caravan for the ceremony and it went over perfectly for guests. Worth every penny!!!

Val was an absolute peach to work with. As a destination bride she made my big day a piece of cake! She was on top of everything at all times. Val always made feel as if there was nothing to worry about and if there was things going on, she never let it show. I cannot recommend her enough, you are absolutely insane if you do not pick her for your wedding planning/consulting.

Valerie has been friendly, professional, easy to get in touch with, creative, open to our ideas, and accommodating in every way a wedding planner can be. She has been contracted to help us for the weekend of the wedding but in the preceding months she answers all e-mails quickly answering questions and providing information as needed, as well as offering to come to vendor appointments so she could share our vision of the big day with us. She is greatly appreciated and absolutely wonderful to work with. We will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for an event planner as hard working as she is. I used Fleur de Lis Event Consulting for day of coordination, and honestly it felt like I received much more than that. Valerie was pretty much there for me every step of the way, sending me monthly reminders of tasks to do, providing guidance for any questions I had, and even met with me at the venue prior to the wedding to make sure I had thought everything through. She was on the ball the day of my wedding, wrangling my problem vendors and immediately handling the setbacks we had. But honestly I barely noticed them because Valerie made everything run so smoothly. I so glad we had her there to keep everything on track, she did a great job and I highly recommend her.

We hired Valerie just a few weeks before our wedding and she hit the ground running! From the minute we meet Valerie, she immediately began planning and organizing for our big day. My husband likes to say that when we hired Valerie, my stress level immediately decreased which meant his also decreased as well. On our wedding day, she handled everything from a visit from the police before dinner to strangers hanging out in the bushes of our venue. I don't think I could have pulled everything together without Valerie’s help and I KNOW that we would not have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did without her. I can honestly say that Valerie made our wedding day perfect!

My daughter and I ultimately decided on a DIY wedding, but I contacted Valerie at Fleur de Lis about potentially using her services. We are on a very small budget. She was very respectful of our budget, prompt with her responses, and worked up a proposal that was quite reasonable. I thought her contract was excellent as well. Based on these interactions, I would recommend Valerie and Fleur de Lis.

My husband and I had a very non-traditional, low-key wedding. We had the ceremony (written by us and performed by a friend) in our backyard followed by dinner at a restaurant We were paying for it ourselves and on a tighter budget than most. My mom suggested that she get a wedding coordinator as a gift to me (and herself). I did some research on coordinators in the area, and Valerie, who specializes in do-it-yourself weddings, seemed like the best option for our non-traditional wedding. She did not disappoint.

We had a meeting before the wedding (while I was frantically planning), and she offered advice and recommendations. She quickly responded to calls and emails with helpful information. Since our wedding was so non-traditional, there were many logistical details and issues that don't come up in the typical wedding and many of the traditional tasks that coordinators perform were irrelevant. Valerie worked with me in agreeing to the tasks that would be performed. Even after we had worked out the details, unexpected needs arose, and Valerie was always willing to help.

I know she did an excellent job on the day of the wedding, mainly because I never heard about anything. She handled it all. She has a great eye for decor, and though we hadn't discussed the specific placement, it was beautiful. She kept up with the timing. She performed extra, small duties and multi-tasked like a champ. She and her assistant handled our logistical-nightmare of a bus system like pros (which, of course, they are). All in all, though this was a large chunk of our wedding expenses, the stress-reduction was priceless. If you're looking for a coordinator, I highly recommend Valerie.

I do not know where my wedding would have been without Valerie. My mother and I were unsure of whether to hire a day-of coordinator, and we are so glad we did! We were planning my wedding from out of town and having Valerie was the best decision we made! From the first moment, Valerie was professional and extremely helpful. She knew all the ins and outs of a wedding in St. Augustine and guided my mother and me into the right direction when we were unsure of a decision. The friendly monthly reminders were a great way to stay on track during the whole planning process. Two days before the wedding, my make-up artist cancelled and Valerie pulled through with the best recommendation ever! It was nerve wracking handing all of your wedding supplies over before the big-day but Valerie knew our vision for the day and made the day absolutely wonderful from the favors placed perfectly on the tables, to waiting for the bridal party with a hot plate of crab cakes (yum!). I could not recommend Valerie more as a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. With her, you can’t go wrong!

Valerie Pritt was awesome! I would not have servived without her. She was calm, organized and extremely helpful and kind. What can I say? Valerie was the best! So professional and CLAM. I'm a little bit of a detail freak and she was right there with me(mother of the bride) making sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. Our venue required a coordinator and I thought " I don't need one!" Well, I was wrong, we did. The day was perfect and seamless in every way thanks to Valerie. If we had to do it all over again she might be the first person I'd call.

Valerie was absolutely wonderful! She helped us through every step of planning our wedding. I honestly don't know how we would have put everything together without her help. She was always a phone call or text away. She didn't seem anything like a wedding planner but more like she was part of the family! She really cared about both of us and we are so thankful that we had her along our journey. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Valerie was wonderful to work with. She kept us on track by providing guideline emails. She also kept a vision of our wedding and made sure everything was in place to achieve this. If a vendor canceled she was always quick to offer a replacement. She stayed calm throughout the whole process and was a comforting presence during the reception that let me speak with guests and enjoy the evening knowing that everything was being taken care of. This in itself was priceless. Valerie was the outstretched arms around Holly and I and the whole wedding that made the day one that we will never forget.

Valerie Pritt is an outstanding wedding coordinator. I would recommend her without reservation. I knew I would hire a coordinator and met with over 5 before I decided to go with Valerie. I choose her because she was very organized and responded very quick to emails, great when you are a stressed bride to be. She totally embraced my \"modern rose garden\" idea, as compared to other vendors who were more comfortable with standard \"in the box\" wedding ideas. She accepted the challenge of my venue and got all of our decor up in 2 hours, due to venue restrictions. She also scored with setup of all my little/time consuming details. She hand wrapped ribbon on a grand stair case railing, NOT an easy task. It gave me that little \"pop\" of color. The price was definitely affordable considering all the work she puts in. Valerie along with Terri executed with the upmost professionalism. Definitely book with Fluer de Lis Events you will not be disappointed.

Valerie Pritt was recommended to me by another vendor, and I am so glad she was! I was looking for a day-of coordinator to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day of my wedding. I found that and more in Valerie. From start to finish, she made sure that every minute detail was taken care of. When she was coordinating all the vendor arrivals and creating my day-of timeline, the florist, DJ and officiant all made a note to tell me how efficient and knowledgeable she seemed. Before the big day, my friends all told me that at least one thing goes wrong at most weddings (they were trying to make me stress a little less!). But I can't think of one thing that went wrong at mine! The setup was great, the timing of everything was perfect and everyone had a great time. When my husband and I thought we wanted to wind the reception down a little early, we told Valerie. Within 10 minutes, the DJ was playing our last song, guests were lining up outside and we were headed for the door! I would absolutely recommend Valerie to anyone looking for a professional, detail-oriented coordinator.

I am so grateful that I was referred to Valerie at Fleur de Lis Event Consulting. Valerie was a HUGE help in making our day unbelievably special. I hired her as a “Day of Coordinator”, but she went way above and beyond that title. She kept in contact with me during the planning process, and was always quick to respond anytime I called or emailed. Before the wedding, she sent monthly checklists that I found to be very helpful. Valerie worked with me on a wedding day timeline and was extremely patient when I would take a long time to get back to her. With her timeline, everything ran perfectly on track without feeling like we were on a schedule. I was able to relax and enjoy the day without being worried or stressed about little things because Valerie had it all under control. Our wedding went off without a hitch, I really couldn’t have asked for it to be more perfect!

Another nice little extra was after our wedding. We left for our honeymoon the morning after the wedding, so we weren’t really able to see any pics. When we got back in town, we were pleasantly surprised to see a CD in the mail that she sent with pictures she took (and let me tell you, these were beautifully taken pictures—she should consider adding photography to her repertoire). It was so great to see that since it was so soon after the wedding and we had not received our professional pics yet. Thank you Valerie!

Valerie was so professional since the moment we first met, and that first impression definitely held true till the end. She always asked me questions and brought up things I had not even thought of! We saw so much value in everything she was bringing to the table (which was more than we had agreed that she would do), that we ended up hiring her to coordinate our welcome dinner as well. Everything turned out so beautifully, and we couldn't have done it without Valerie. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our wedding day the best day ever!

Im a wedding photographer and I thought that i had been to enough weddings that i could handle planning mine and doing everything myself....well, it was a lot harder than i thought! I was so stressed and had no idea what to do! Especially during the last month when you have to coordinate all the vendors-- and that was when Valeria came to the rescue! In that last month she would send me check lists of last minute things to do, she coordinated when all the vendors would set up on the day of the weddings, she confirmed other stuff that i don't even know about, she coordinated the rehearsal...I can't even list all the things she did on the actual wedding day but all I can say is that me and my family were completely stress free and everything went smoothly and better than I could have ever imagined! Valerie is such a hard worker, she's not pushy,she helps you do all the things you want to do when other people are suggestion that you do things their way. She's cute and trendy and has such great ideas. She's very professional and get things done yet very personable and fun. When planning your wedding budget, put her as a #1 priority! she is an absolute must have!

I had a hard time deciding if i wanted to hire a wedding planner or not. I wanted to be fully involved in my planning process, and the freedom to choose my vendors and without pressure from a planner. I also knew that the logistics - especially the month of-- would be a nightmare for me! I loved Fleur De Lis because they gave solid guidance and consultation, but it wasn't like someone was taking over my vision. Michelle did a great job of capturing my vision and helping me make it happen. During that last month, It gave me major peace of mind to know Michelle was going to make sure I did everything I needed to do and then take it from there. She was fabulous day of and made sure I got to TRULY enjoy the day. More importantly, my family were able to enjoy themselves instead of running around if something went wrong. If you are wanting something in between full-fledged they-do-everything wedding planning and total diy, Fleur de Lis is really your best bet! Value for the price was also great.

Jessica is a very sweet girl and did well considering this was her first wedding she's done in her own. I would recommend that attention to detail especially with scheduling is extremely important, there were a couple of instances were schedule changes for the walk through and conference calls with vendors weren't communicated to me. I would also recommend that for future weddings Jessica reviews with the bride at the venue where items
brought for the wedding are kept. We did a phone run through but I think if I had gone through all of the items at the rehearsal the cocktail napkins and champagne flutes would have made it out for the cocktail hour and reception. Jessica did a great job
communicating with the vendors, she definitely was a god send through out the whole process and with some more experience she's going to be a rockstar!

Michelle did a fantastic job with a big challenge! With 15 bridesmaids and 15 groomsmen, my daughter's wedding had a lot of moving parts, and Michelle did a great job of helping us pull it off.
