Full disclosure, I have know Erica since middle school and she cuts my hair all the time so there really was no question for who would do my hair and make up for the big day. That being said, Erica is a miracle worker. I have a ton of long, fine, super heavy hair that always wants to just fall flat. Every time I get an up-do it just ends up falling down. Erica was able to work some magic and managed to give me a gorgeous up-do complete with the desired volume and that stayed secure through a whole night of dancing. My make up was flawless and didn't budge despite the Texas summer heat. Erica and Ally were also able to create lovely styles for my bridesmaids and Moms. Couldn't have been happier!

I am so glad to have found and worked with Flair, in particular Ally the owner and her team. Going in for the Practice run for both hair and make-up were key! Ally really took her time to make sure I was happy and would be looking my best on my special day. I would definitely recommend Flair to any bride!

Ally and the whole flAir team were amazing! Everything they did was perfect. Make up and hair made it through the entire event! The whole airstream setup was very Austin and my bridal party who was making their first trips to Texas loved everything about it! flAir did an excellent job of making sure everything was perfect for our perfect day!

Flair was an amazing choice we even added my granddaughters hair last minute and they were able to accommodate. There was 8 for hair and makeup and they all looked great. As for myself it was really noce not stressing over getting ready to watch my daughter get married

Ally and Erica were so wonderful! They really made my mother, mother-in-law, and maid of honor feel so beautiful on my wedding day. They were so easy to talk to and we felt relaxed while getting ready. They even did a tattoo coverup on my huge back tattoo so it wouldn't show on my backless dress! I got so many compliments for my hair and makeup on social media and I am truly happy with the results! I am so glad I found them on instagram :)

My entire experience with Ally and Flair Style Lounge was nothing short of amazing! What made it even more neat was them bringing the airstream out to the venue for the girls and I to get ready in the morning of - this made the day so much better! I had 10 bridesmaids, 3 flower girls, and my mother and mother in law that all had hair and makeup done - and they were able to bring a team to get all of us done! There was a small fluke first thing in the morning with the trailer (forgot a part) - but the entire teams attitude and flexibility made it all come together perfectly! And on top of that every single girl looked AMAZING. The quality of hair and makeup was perfect, and I could not be happier with how it all turned out!

Ally and her team did a phenomenal job at our wedding. Every one of the 7 ladies looked better than we'd dreamed possible!! My hair and make up lasted through the night, despite a breezy outdoor setting and tons of happy tears. The Airstream added a fun Austin touch, but was also incredibly practical. We only had to walk a few steps into the venue to finish dressing. Ally and her team were fun and very flexible. They handled two additional hair styling requests at the last second without missing a beat. Worth every penny!!!

If you need a good make-up artist/hairstylist, look no further! These ladies are amazing at what they do. It has taken me far too long to write this review, but let me tell you they made me look perfect for the best day of my life. You will be in goods hands when you choose them. I had 7 bridesmaids and 2 moms that got make-up done and my maid of honor and I both got our hair done. The make-up was perfect and each girl chose what she wanted. The hair was top notch. Erica did my hair and make-up and I couldn't imagine a better look. Ally did my maid of honor's hair and make-up and she said it was the best she has ever had from a hair salon.

From the day I contacted flAir Style Lounge, they were quick to respond and always answered the questions I had. They looked at pictures of styles I was thinking about and ultimately gave me the look I wanted on my wedding day.

The mobile salon was the cutest! They came to our hotel and even had mimosas and fruit for us. That is what you call GREAT customer service.

I was 100% satisfied with the professionalism and quality of their service. :)

Choose them and you WILL be in good hands.

Don't wait to book Ally and her team at FlAir! After a disaster of a trial with another stylist, I called Ally in a panic and she quickly set me up with an appointment to meet her. She is incredibly nice, easygoing and calmed any nerves I had from my first trial. She brought the airstream to our venue on our wedding day which was so much fun and I could not have been happier with both of my hair styles (Ally stayed after our ceremony to pin it all up) and makeup. Our moms and bridesmaids also raved about their looks. So grateful to have felt so beautiful on my wedding day!

I love that both the hair and makeup artists came to us for such a fair price. The end result was perfect. Even after sweating and smiling profusely, I still felt beautiful and I think that came out in my photos. They were a great service for a fair price!

I hired flAir Style Lounge for my wedding. It was one of the best decisions I made. I had a practice run for makeup and hair. She did exactly what I wanted. The day of the wedding my hair and makeup was even ever! I would highly recommend their services!

The ladies at Flair were so AWESOME!! They were all super cool and did a fabulous job on everyone’s hair and make up. It was actually the first wedding that I have been in where not a single person complained…pretty impressive! The whole concept was super cute and fun for all (including the grandmothers) They have completely “glammed” up their trailer and we really enjoyed getting ready in there! They also provided mimosas and donut holes, which was super nice. I have already and plan to continue to refer them to friends In the future! Such a great time  Thank you ladies!!

Erica did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I have honestly never felt more beautiful. Both my hair and makeup turned out better than I could have imagined. Erica and Katy also did the hair for all my bridesmaids and a friend who officiated the wedding; everyone looked great and they all thought that having the FSL Airstream trailer come out to the venue was a really cool concept, and it made for some great photos!

Plus, one of the things I appreciated most about that whole day: my husband and I wrote our own vows and I was extremely nervous about that part of the ceremony; Erica helped calm my nerves just by talking to me while she worked - she was such a sweet and friendly personality. And, I was last to get ready and we actually started cutting it close on time (not by any fault of FSL) but Erica kept her cool and didn't rush or get stressed (at least visibly), which helped me not feel stressed about it either. Everything turned out absolutely perfect and I wouldn't change a thing.

I've also gone back to Erica for several haircuts and have loved her work each time; she's extremely talented and really listens to what you want to have done so you never leave disappointed.

Ally came to me on my elopement day and did hair and makeup. We had no trial but she must have read my mind. I've had hair and makeup done for formal events, weddings, and debutante balls from various other highly recommended vendors but I've never been so satisfied. I wouldn't have changed a thing. She used makeup colors that I use so I looked like a more glamorous version of myself, and her approach to styling hair was flawless. Everything was so natural. She was calm and pleasant which kept me relaxed. If ever I have events in Austin again, I'll use no one else!

Super easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding. Erica showed up on time (6am!) to do both my bridal hair and makeup as well as my mom's hair. She listened to what I wanted, but also took some creative/professional liberties (which I had asked her to do), and everything turned out perfect! My makeup was lovely, the air brushed foundation was amazing, and she found just the right blend between looking made-up and natural. Everything looked just as good at the end of the day as it did in the beginning. Your bridal hair and makeup is one of the places where you get what you pay for, and you want to get someone good. Flair Style was totally worth it! Would recommend and use again in a heartbeat!

flAir Style Lounge was a dream to work with! My wife and I fell in love with their airstream salon at first sight and Ally, Katy and Linda sealed the deal for us. They made my wife and me feel so comfortable and gave us our dream bridal looks for our big day. We were married in Wimberley, Texas and rented a house in that area. I cannot stress enough how convenient it was to just walk out of our front door and into their airstream to get our makeup and hair done. They also provided hair and makeup services for one of our moms and our bridesmaids. We live out of state, and they made scheduling a breeze and even gave us a timeline for the big day so we could let our bridesmaids know what time they needed to be there. If you're looking for a fun, talented group of salon professionals, we highly recommend booking with flAir Style Lounge.

I had the Flair Hair team out for my wedding. I met them at the Austin Bridal Extravaganza and couldn't be more thrilled that I did. I first met Erika and Ally (Co owners) when I went out for my makeup and hair trial (which I actually won in the extravaganza drawing - woohoo!). The airstream that they work out of is amazing. It is beautiful from the inside out and made for such an intimate event. Erika spent about 3 hours with me for my trial and was so patient with my opinions and open to trying everything. The team drove out to my venue in Georgetown and spent my wedding day with me and my 6 bridesmaids. Each of my bridesmaids have very different hair and very different skin types - none of which were any problem for the Flair team. They did beautiful updo's, big curls and gorgeous natural makeup with fake eyelashes included. We had so much fun, drank champagne, talked Dancing with The Stars and all 7 of us walked out of the airstream feeling extremely beautiful - all thanks to the Flair team. I am so thankful that Flair was a part of my wedding and I would recommend them a million times over to any bride in Austin! SO WONDERFUL!

Erica did my makeup and hair for my wedding, as well as my mother and flower girl. She is so sweet and talented! The trailer is such a unique concept, and beautifully decorated. I had my trials done there. She came to my hotel the day of the wedding since it was already booked (I waited until the last minute to book). She did an amazing job on all of us, and was even nice enough to stay with my flower girl until her mother arrived to avoid my mother and I from being late. I highly recommend Erica, as well as the rest of the Flair team!

Ally at Flair style lounge was absolutely by the far the best makeup artist and hair stylist that I had found to use for my wedding day. She is a magician!! She was able to fit me in at the last moment when my trial went poorly with my original salon and she seriously blew me away. It was so much fun to be in the airstream, but she is truly gifted in what she does. I felt absolutely beautiful and flawless with my makeup and hair. Her custom eyelashes are also amazing! I love how she custom made me a lipstick shade by blending colors that would be just right for me. She even left me with a sample for touch-ups. She really listened to me and even asked me about how I like to look and what colors I prefer. She really knows how to do airbrushing and I learned that not everyone knows what they are doing. She educated me about the different types of airbrushing and how important it is to set it. I loved everything about what she did. She spent so much time and detail during my trial to make sure we had it all perfected for my big day. Mostly I am extremely thankful that she was willing to fit me in to her schedule for my big day. It was a huge weight lifted off of me because I knew I was in very capable hands. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could! I only wish I could have to make me look that good again!

With all the stress that I had on my wedding day, these ladies sure made it so easy for me. Their quality of work is perfection.They exceeded my expectations. They were so patient with me and children as we waited to finish. I will definitely be recommending and going back for their services.

Ally was so wonderful on my wedding day. She was so professional and flexible. A couple of my bridesmaids did not let me know that they wanted their hair done until the day before the wedding. Ally rearranged her day to fit them in and was so kind about it. She was fun to hang out with - she fit in with all the girls. She was good about letting me know what she needed from me which helped me keep on schedule. I gave her some pictures and a vague idea of what I wanted and she just went with it. Her prices are reasonable and I never felt pressured to get more than I needed. Highly recommend Ally to make you look beautiful for your wedding or any special occasion.

I was under pressure to find someone about two weeks out and Ally really worked with me on my schedule and I am pretty sure even rearranged already made plans to help me! She was great and really got along well with the entire wedding party!

I was SO lucky to have booked Ally on my wedding day! She made sure that I was looking and feeling my very best on my big day, along with my bridesmaids and MOST of the females in my family - she was even sweet enough to stay late and help doll up my three sweet nieces and they LOVED that! Everybody's hair and makeup was just AMAZING! Not only was Ally there for me on my wedding day, but she was actually willing to come to my house in the weeks leading up to my wedding for a hair trial to help assure me that everything would go just as I had envisioned it on my big day! I would DEFINITELY recommend Ally to any bride - she is super talented and really has a way of making you look like the best version of yourself!

I had previously booked another stylist for my June wedding. After a few issues, I decided I needed to find someone else, only a month out! Flair Style Lounge was available and after reading their great reviews, I went ahead and booked them! Living out of state, I was not able to have my hair trial until the evening of my rehearsal dinner, but Erica was phenomenal and worked with me to put in extensions and get the exact wedding look I wanted. After that, she went on to take down all the work she had done and create a beautiful fishtail braid for my rehearsal.

On the wedding day, Erica and Katy did my bridal party's hair, and makeup for my mother and husband's mother. We were all very impressed with their work and their timeliness, they were able to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time! I loved the low, wavy bun, Erica created for my wedding day and I was really impressed with her flexibility and desire to make sure my hair was everything I wanted! I would highly recommend Flair Style Lounge for fantastic, stress-free wedding beauty.

When I first layed eyes on that cute air stream, I knew I had to have it in my pre-wedding photos as me and my bridesmaids got ready. Once I inquired through email, I got a response back the very same day with all of the information I needed and asked for. I decided to move forward with Ally, owner of Flair Lounge. I origionally scheduled them to bring the air stream to my house, but as my wedding date came closer, some plans changed. I emailed Flair Lounge to ask about changing the arrival location and it was not a problem at all. Day of my wedding, Flair arrived right on time and kept open communication. Once I went in the air stream, the presentation was right on! Staff introduced themselves, and they had a cute champagne set up for me and my five bridesmaids. We used their hair and makeup services and all of us were being worked on at the same time, no waiting around.

I got SO many compliments on our hair and makeup because the makeup was still perfect throughout the night. Using Flair Lounge was one of the best decisions I made for hair, makeup and ambiance. I would definitely recommend them to any bride without a doubt!

Ally was wonderful to work with. I wasn't sure what kind of hairstyle or makeup I wanted for my wedding, but I showed her a few pictures and she went to town! I am more than happy with the results of my runthrough the day of my bridal portraits and also the day of my wedding. My makeup and hair was very naturally and elegantly beautiful. It was not too excessive that I felt like a clown or too minimal that the makeup didn't shine through in photos. It was perfect! Ally was very responsive in emails and worked with me and my budget and agreed on something affordable. Ally and her team on the day of my wedding truly livened up the morning and afternoon getting ready and all of my bridesmaids thoroughly enjoyed their experience having their hair and makeup done, especially because Ally and team was able to replicate each hairstyle picture the girls brought to them or described to them. Ally Richard at Flair was recommended by my current stylist in Austin, Denise Hernandez. Ally did a fantastic job on my wedding hair and make up. She made me look naturally stunning (not over-done) as I had requested. I felt that she really listened to me and took into account that I would be outside, it would be a long day, etc. My look was perfect! On that day, I was the most beautiful I had ever looked in my life.

Flair is definitely a "premium" vendor, but the way she made me feel and the pictures from the event make it worth it.

We used this vendor for a 11 year-old girls birthday party. They were amazing and the kids had so much fun in their adorably decorated streamline trailer. It was one of our best birthday parties ever! It was an expensive birthday party but so worth every penny as the girls had a blast and the party was well-organized. One of our best parties ever. Communication was a little tricky at times but otherwise, the party went off well.

Ally and her team were delightful to work with our large group of teenage girls who can be difficult to pin down with busy schedules and various thoughts about what they want done with their hair and make up. The girls thought Ally and team were very sweet and made them feel comfortable. The services and products used were excellent. All looked gorgeous, from the first to the last girl. They had a very special day getting ready for prom together!
