Lynn Jackson was an amazing help to me during my son's wedding! She was very involved with us from the minute my daughter in law hired her. She gave us great advise, led us in the right direction for some of our vendors, met with us about 2 months before the wedding and walked the venue with us, and generally was there 24 hours a day during wedding weekend. I will say that I could not have done this without her. My daughter in law and I did most of the planning, but had Lynn at our fingertips for any questions and advise we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any bride, MOG or MOB to hire!! She was hands-on the entire employment. -

We worked with Lynn as our day of coordinator for my January 2020 wedding and I do not know what I would have done without her. Found her through The weddingwire, and with the glowing reviews, I thought I should reach out to her. I knew she would do a stellar job, but I cannot tell you how stress-free my day was because of her assistance. Her expertise, professionalism, and bubbly personality helped made our wedding day perfect. While waiting for my professional photos to come in, she had an album filled with candid pictures and funny videos throughout the entire wedding. I have had so many people tell me that I was so calm on my wedding day and it was because I knew Lynn would handle anything that was thrown her way. Lynn - thank you again for everything! -

We hired Lynn for day-of coordinating and she was great. She met with me before the day to meet with the venue and to map out the schedule for the wedding day. She brought things to my attention that I would have forgotten without her. BIG HELP- she let us use decorations for the reception (candle holders, candles, glass plates, etc.)! Such a money saver that we really appreciated! Lynn was well worth her fee. -

Our wedding was back in October 2019 and Lynn was absolutely amazing! I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. She was so organized and helpful throughout our wedding day. Even a lot of my family and friends noticed her working hard that day and were very impressed with how smooth the day went. If you have planned most of your wedding and just need someone to execute your plan the day of your wedding, Lynn is the person for you. She’s absolutely amazing and I can not thank her enough, and I am recommending her to all my engaged friends! -

We wish we could give Lynn more than 5 stars as that doesn't even begin to describe the talented, incredible person that she is. We were not planning to hire a wedding planner. We were going to do a DIY wedding because we didn't have the budget for a big, expensive wedding. On our first weekend of touring wedding venues earlier this year, my now husband and I were turned away from a venue because we were a same sex couple and we were told that our wedding was not part of God's design for marriage. It was a devastating way to start what should have been one of the happiest periods in our lives. We shared our story on social media and put our wedding plans on hold while we decided if we really were committed to having a Texas wedding. After all, the idea that we would need to come out again to each and every wedding vendor was something that we had not prepared for. Lynn heard about our story and immediately reached out to us and offered her wedding planning services free of charge. She felt so passionately about how we had been treated by this venue that she made it her personal mission to give us a wedding that we never imagined would be possible. We were complete strangers but she felt compelled to stand up for us and make things right, that is the kind of person that she is. She proactively went out and found other vendors that were absolutely committed to equality and inclusiveness and invited them to be a part of our wedding. The outpouring of love and support that we received from the Dallas wedding vendor community was unbelievable. At the end of the day, she coordinated with 23 different vendors, that together produced what in our opinion was the perfect wedding. We do not want our gratitude for her extremely generous gift to overshadow her talent as a wedding planner. There were so many people to coordinate with and moving pieces that had to fall into place at just the right time for our wedding day to run smoothly and it was absolutely perfect. From the day before the wedding, we didn't worry about a thing, we expected that something would go wrong as it usually does, but nothing went wrong. Everything was perfect! Lynn planned the perfect wedding and we cannot imagine what it would have been like had she not been there for us. If it is important to you to use wedding vendors that are not only extremely competent, but accepting of all couples, please consider Lynn. She is the real deal and we know she will make your special day absolutely perfect, because she did it for us. -

You can’t find a better person to coordinate your special day. I have bragged about Lynn since Day 1! We didn’t have a lot of friends and family to support us through the wedding prep process but Lynn made it feel like we had a whole team behind us. I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of, I could rest in my confidence in her. Hire her! You won’t regret it! -

Lynn did an amazing job, even though she was the day of planner she handled many things prior to the actual day of the wedding. She was so helpful and she rolled with the punches and is definitely experienced in wedding planning. -

A MUST! SOO helpful!
We got married on 9/27 at The Lodge in Aubrey. We hired Lynn as a ‘day of coordinator’ and she did an excellent job! She probably did way more than I even realize!! Our day went so smoothly and I know we couldn’t have done it without her.
We found her online, had an initial call to her to know her & what we were looking for. She kept up with all vendors once we made decisions. She met us at the venue to do a walk through before hand. She was responsive and always hit ‘reply all’ on every email so my fiancé could stay involved, no other vendor did this.
Thanks Lynn for making our day so great! -

MaryKate and I met Lynn during a same sex styled wedding photo shoot. Right off the bat, we knew she was lgbtq friendly and was immediately comfortable working with her. She exchanged her services for our time with the photo shoot. Let me tell you, I thought I didn’t need a wedding planner to do all the dirty work for my wedding, boy was I WRONG! Lynn literally saved mine and my now wife several times by always keeping us updated and taking care of little things. I didn’t realize that planning a wedding would have been so stressful along with working a full time job. I recommend having Lynn take off a load when it comes to planning your wedding. She is very professional and thorough with everything she does. Lynn went above and beyond my expectations and I’m forever grateful that she was there to make my big day run so smoothly. Lynn with Fit & Fab Weddings did an outstanding job organizing my daughter’s wedding! From hooking her up with the best vendors, caterers, photographers, etc to ensuring that things that needed to be done were getting done. Mind you, I hired her in MARCH and my daughter’s wedding was in JULY, just 4 months later! She was amazing! The venue had never hosted a wedding, and Lynn worked her magic. The place looked extraordinarily elegant and gorgeous. She was there from beginning to end handling the logistics of the day’s events. I highly recommend Lynn and Fit & Fab Weddings. It will be the best decision you will make to plan a beautiful, memorable day. -

Lynn recently served as our month-of/day-of wedding coordinator and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She is professional, flexible, and extremely responsive. She went out of her way to attempt to troubleshoot problems, provide assistance, give advice, answer questions, relieve stress, etc. Our wedding went according to plan and all transitions seemed to go smoothly, thanks to her ability to set an itinerary and execute it. If we had the choice to hire her again, we would most definitely do so. -

Lynn was absolutely wonderful, I don't know what I would have done without her. She made sure everything ran smoothly, provided great advice on vendors.
She facilitated our rehearsal beautifully and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be. Lynn was at the venue bright and early Saturday to get the day started and even helped my family decorate. She communicated with every single vendor on the contracts and their arrival time and made sure everyone was good to go. I can't thank her enough, YOU NEED LYNN FOR YOUR BIG DAY!!! She is the absolute BEST!! -

Best vendor we worked with!
Hiring Lynn was, by far, the best decision I made after making the decision to marry my husband. She was incredibly organized, professional, quick to respond, helpful, kind, and was genuinely happy to be supporting my husband and I (and our families!) on our wedding day. Just a few of examples of things Lynn did that went above and beyond the call of duty:
1. When my florist mentioned that he did not have the necessary number of beveled mirrors for our centerpieces a couple days before the wedding, Lynn brought hers at no additional cost so that I would keep the look I wanted.
2. She offered her tablecloths (again, at no additional cost) for our rehearsal dinner.
3. She stayed until the very end of our reception and even helped break down decor (our reception ended past midnight) She has sent me so many pictures and videos from that day that give us a chance to see details from our wedding day without having to wait for professional photos and video.
4. She did an amazing job of coordinating multiple performances and events for a 400 guest Indian wedding. She always remained calm and professional, despite multiple last minute changes to the timeline.
5. She took some of my "detail" items off my hands before the wedding and made sure they were displayed perfectly for our wedding (cake topper, card box, guest book, table numbers and stanchions, etc.) She even moved some floral arrangements from the wedding ceremony to the reception!
6. When my cousin needed to finish creating the last few table numbers the day before our wedding, Lynn took these off her hands and finished them for her. She never told me about this, but I was told recently by my cousin.
I have told all of our family and friends that Lynn should be their go-to for wedding planning and coordinating. I wish I had met her before I met any of my other vendors. She is an absolute joy to work with and you can tell she really cares about her clients. Thank you for all you did for us, Lynn! -

Lynn was exactly what I needed. She helped me go over every detail and always had a wonderful suggestion when I had problems. She went way beyond expectations. She was always on time if not early. She was enormously helpful during the rehearsal, and she decorated the tables for the reception so beautifully. Also, she helped us take down everything very quickly. If you want to plan your wedding and have all of the bases covered from the beginning to the final send off then Lynn of Fit and Fab weddings is the wedding planner for you! She is truly amazing.
Lynn’s services are very affordable. The quality of service is superb. She has lots of experience, professional connections, and great ideas for your special day. She took care of every aspect of the wedding planning. Lynn was easy to get in touch with, very flexible, and professional. If i ever got nervous she calmed me down. Because I am so busy running a business and going to school, Lynn spoke mostly with my mother (who lives in Pennsylvania). Over long distance communication she executed everything perfectly. Lynn takes ownership of the wedding preparations and personally oversees the day (ceremony and reception). She handled emergency situations behind the scenes so well that we had no idea as the whole day turned out beautifully, finding out later how she had to hustle because a serious vendor problem had to be dealt with. Lynn is a wedding planner who gives not just 110% but 120%. She is a hidden gem in this crazy wedding world and you would be so lucky to have her! Thank you Lynn for making our months long journey to the alter so easy.

Absolutely perfect in every way!
Absolutely the most professional and efficient wedding planner. Always on the job, constantly tying up loose ends to make sure the couple get what they paid for. Absolutely the best Texas has to offer. Sticks with you throughout the whole process making sure everything is perfect. Has great suggestions and solutions for any situation which may arise. Lynn worked with me to plan my 12-22-18 wedding, and she was a lifesaver on the big day. Not only did the offer to let me borrow decorations to use so I wouldn't have to buy as much myself, she made it easy for me to concentrate on enjoying my big day without having to worry about all the little details, like setting up, tearing down, and if all the vendors made it on time. I would recommend Lynn Jackson a million times and over!!!! She was an absolute life saver in regards to helping me with final preparations for my wedding on 10/12/18. I had most of my details for the wedding planned out myself but I didn't have anyone to help me coordinate in putting everything together. I had some family members who of course offered to help but I really wanted them to just be able to enjoy the ceremony without worrying about all the details. That's when I found Lynn online. She was very quick to respond to me and gave me a more than fair rate for her services. She literally went above and beyond in helping me with decorating the reception hall and coordinating my wedding rehearsal. She even met with my vendors and kept contact information and invoices for all of them so I could stay on top of everything. I have recommended her to many family members and friends if they are looking to do an event and need someone who is detailed oriented and is very kind and generous. She even helped me out a lot by bringing some of the decor she had so I didn't have to spend extra money with new vendors. She found me my florist in a matter of a few hours and she was also absolutely amazing and affordable. During the week of the wedding, my soloist had a family emergency and was not able to attend the wedding. Lynn helped me find an amazing violinist just a few days before the wedding as well! Thank you Lynn for being such a big part of mine and Alex's wedding. We had so much fun and we wouldn't have been able to enjoy our day without your help and support. We hope to see you again at the next big family event!!! -

Lynn went above and beyond the call of duty (and what our contract asked of her). Our wedding was absolutely amazing and a huge reason for that was Lynn. She helped us keep costs down and somehow still manage to have a wedding that blew everyones' minds. She managed all our vendors and absorbed all the stress that would have otherwise have come to us. She offered us a ton of free stuff she's collected from previous weddings. She showed up to the venue super early and managed to get ALL of our set up done before I arrived (and I arrived an hour early). Everything was so impressive. You won't regret going with Lynn! -

We called her on very short notice (less than a month out!) and she made the day phenomenal. She kept up with vendors and even recommended the photographer we used (he was exceptional!!). There were a lot of moving parts and things that I really wanted to have happen and have an atmosphere that would transport our guests to another time. She did a phenomenal job. We enjoyed our day and she helped take the stress out of the day for us. You'll be happy you put your special day in her hands!

Dean Sent on 07/26/2018Attending an "out of town" wedding is always a potential for disaster and/or unwanted stress. Not when we recently traveled to the Dallas area to see our niece get married. The planning and attention to detail was obviously well thought out and orchestrated beautifully. Details including hotel choice, maps and time schedules for group dinners for the out of town visitors both prior to the wedding as well as the actual wedding day were so helpful. The venues were perfectly layed out and the fluidity of the day made the hours fly by! All of the "extras" that were at the wedding added to the experience. The choices in food, baked items, photography, DJ and all the services that go along with a big wedding were obviously suited to the Bride and Groom rather than the wedding planner. As guests, we focused on the beautiful experience and everything around us happened seamlessly. No one ever seemed stressed or led us to believe there was ever a problem or issue coordinating everything. Hats off to a job well done!
