Great price, fun DJ!

Antonio was perfect for our wedding. He was quick to respond texts and emails and was very reasonably priced. He had lights that were included in the package and a great selection of songs. Additionally, there were some last minute changes to the event and he adjusted to the new plan easily. Antonio made this part of the day a wonderful memory.

Antonio is the man!

Antonio was a pleasure to work with. He communicated very well, was prepared in the meeting leading up, and execution was great! He is also very affordable and provides alot! Strongly recommend!

Absolutely the best.

Played every song that I provided on my playlist which was well over an hour and half of my selected music. Kept the events moving during reception. Very easy to communicate with before wedding event to include text, call or in person. I had no issues at all and would highly recommend them for weddings or any event and I would hire them again.

Antonio was professional from the start, he took all request from my husband and I and made our night absolutely perfect. From the MC'ing to the dancing, he keep the guest dancing and responsive. I would refer Finest Sounds of SA to anyone!

If you are looking for an exceptional Dj, finest sounds is the way to go. Antonio was very professional and incredibly accommodating to all our needs.
Bottom line, Finest sounds lived up to their name in making our wedding the best day of our lives and we will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you so much for everything Antonio!

Exceptional service, performance, sound, and lights! These guys went above and beyond our expectations. Prior to the wedding we were given a questionnaire asking specifically which songs were to be played and which were not. We met again before the wedding to review logistics for sound, set up, and lighting, and to go over the selected songs for the procession etc… Because of our wedding venue, there were specific details that needed to be worked out. Finest sounds drew out a schematic to ensure that things were mapped out perfectly. As far as songs go, they had everything that we could ask for. My wife and I were worried, being the hipster music geeks we are, that some of our requests would be unavailable. That was not the case. Trust us on this one. Money spent on Finest Sounds is money well spent.

P.S do yourself and guest a favor and opt in for the “up-lighting”, it costs a little more , but totally worth the vibe that it creates.

We were planning our wedding from a different city and Antonio was very helpful and accommodated our schedule as far as meeting dates and times. He also was very helpful in recommending other vendors which turned out to be just as amazing! We had some last minute changes to our timeline and Antonio was such a breeze to work with. We have a diverse group of family and friends and everyone was dancing all night! He played EVERYTHING! We, and our guests, loved him!

Antonio and his son were amazing and kept the party going! They worked with our day of coordinator to keep things going smoothly and without interrupting the flow of the celebration. They dance floor stayed packed. We met with Antonio a few times and gave him a loose framework to work within per his form we filled out. We just wanted up beat and happy music that people can't help but dance to then got out of their way. They did a great job reading the crowd and playing great songs. Our venue was strict on send off requirements (nothing messy like birdseed, sparklers or confetti) so they suggested these LED foam wands that were a hit! We brought them out well before the send off and the dance floor went crazy. I believe they also provide them as one of their services. They truly made the night one that all of our friends are still talking about.

Finest sounds of San Antonio provided the best entertainment for our daughters wedding reception. Both Antonio's did an outstanding job of keeping the evening moving and the crowd dancing. All of our guests had a wonderful time and my wife and I could not have been happier for the memorable evening.

I had many friends complain about the DJ at their weddings, so I was careful when picking mine. Finest Sounds was great! He played the music I requested and collaborated with my family and the vendors in order to make announcements at the appropriate time. A couple weeks before the wedding, he asked me to fill out a sheet of the genres of music I preferred and that sheet made it easy to share my requests for the whole night. Antonio kept the party alive all night and my guests had a blast. Antonio is very nice and professional for a decent price. I highly recommend Finest Sounds!

Toni was great! He made our reception memorable and stress free. The music was what was requested and our guests had a fabulous time. The music was non-stop and it was a fun night. Toni even made some suggestions about the itinerary he has you fill out before hand and everything turned out great. We love,love everything he did. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Antonio was the kindness and flexible to deal with and he took everything and made the music extra special for ceromony and knew exactly what the guest liked to dance to and he knew how to create a fun family entertaining atmosphere with so many memories. They are really that good:)

Having an empty dance floor was one of my worries leading up to the wedding. My sister and I went with Finest Sounds partly due to the good reviews and packages that would fit our budget. DJ Anthony rocked the party! And let me tell you it was no small task considering we had people of all different backgrounds and ages at our party (Midwesterners, Californians, Europeans, and Mexicans). I was worried it would be hard to find a balance but not for Anthony. He kept the dance floor packed all night and played all the right songs. I also really appreciated his professionalism. He stuck to our preferences on the music survey and did not go outside them unless he got the OK from me or my husband. I am more than impressed with their work and glad we went with them. Antonio and his son were fantastic DJs! The songs played during the cocktail hour were great and kept our guests happy while time passed and the wedding party took all the pictures. Antonio kept to our requests with a great mix of Texas Country! Once we showed up and the real party needed to start and Antonio made a smooth transition into great dancing/entertaining music! It got everyone young enough to throw inhibition to the wind and get wild on the dance floor. Sure the moves were terrible and it mostly was liquid courage, but Antonio played everything everyone wanted to hear. We had several guests compliment us on how great our DJ was, and I quote "He was the best wedding DJ I have ever seen!!" We also had plenty of people let us know the next morning they danced so much their feet hurt. We would credit this to Antonio for getting people out of their seats and on the dance floor. The transitions into different segments of the wedding were flawless. It never felt like there was a lull in music or a pause trying to figure out what to do, Antonio was on top of every little thing.

Finally at the end of the night Antonio played our last song. Little did we know, he had one last trick up his sleeve. He had us come out to the middle of the floor and had everyone circle us. It became one huge serenade from all of our guests, making the end of our wedding unique and forever rememberable! We were surrounded by our closest friends and family in a huge circle with every singing "Don’t Stop Believin’” at the top of their lungs and it was better than any ending we could have ever dreamed up!

We are forever grateful to Antonio and his son for such a magical and special night! Thank you both!!

Antonio was great. He welcomed us into his home for a consultation and gave us a questionnaire to fill out with our plan. It was a very organized process. He was always available when I had questions. He also had great suggestions when I didn't know what kind of music to pick. Antonio went above and beyond with his service and the quality of music at our wedding was great! We were not very picky about what was played at our wedding we just wanted our guests to have fun. We didn't have an empty dance floor all night. I would recommend Antonio to anyone for their event.

Finest Sounds was terrific! They provided the perfect music for our daughter's reception. Old and young alike enjoyed the selections. Everyone danced and had a terrific time! I was especially excited to receive the CD at the end of the reception with the music. The monogram was also a huge hit! We loved the heart with their new initials. Our kids were so excited that we also received a CD with their monogram. Our DJ helped to make this night perfect for our kids!!!

Antonio and Finest Sounds provided Pre-wedding music, music during the wedding and music for the reception. He was very professional, showed up on time and delivered everything we asked for. He played a great variety of music at the reception keeping everyone on the dance floor. He helped make our wedding amazing! thank you very much for everything you did! Antonio did an amazing job providing music for my wedding! He was very helpful with song ideas and creating a timeline for the wedding day. Right from the start of the ceremony to the end of the reception, he kept everything flowing perfectly. He accepted requests from my guests which made it so much fun for them to get to be a part of the music selection. I greatly appreciate him accommodating my guests with their requests which made the reception that much more special. My guests all had a wonderful time and have all commented on what a fun reception we had. This I owe to the great service that Antonio provided. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends.

Finest Sounds of San Antonio made our wedding perfect! Every single guest was up and dancing most of the night, which was my main goal. Antonio was so wonderful to work with, accomodating to our needs, and knew how to read the crowd for what type of music should be played. Antonio and his son provided music for our ceremony and reception at the McNay and our guests are still raving about how perfect it was. The price is beyond reasonable for the quality and service Antonio and his son provided. Our first dance song included a section that I did not want played and Antonio gladly edited the song for us, which was one less thing that I needed to worry about. Thank you for everything Antonio and for making our wedding so memorable!

Antonio and his son provided a great service as our Master of Cermonies and DJ. They proactively planned and graciously worked with our wedding coordinator to provide a seamless transition from one event to the next. They were very accomodating with preparing a music playlist according to our previously discussed likes and dislikes. We really liked how they provided a scale as to what percentage of each type of music you want to hear. I loved the easy listening dinner music that was played and appreciated the incorporation of all songs that I had requested along with the other similar songs Antonio provided. For the party, they had the perfect mix of current music for the young crowd as well as tejano music to keep my dad happy =). The dance floor was never empty thanks to their amazing picks! They really know how to read a crowd and get everyone involved in the fun. The lights and quality of sound were amazing and complimented the venue nicely. Thanks to Finest Sounds our friends and family had an amazing time which was important to my husband and I.

Finest Sounds Of San Antonio, Mr. Antonio Garcia and son, had DJ'd for us in the past (3 years ago) which was fabulous, therefore they were the first and only option for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. The Sweet 16 party was held out of San Antonio at a Hotel and Spa resort in Castroville, Tx and Mr. Garcia had no problems or concerns traveling to the venue to provide service, which was a big relief. Our family and friends had a great time- the music was great (lots of variety) and special requests could be made as well, ex. allowing my father-n-law to share a dinner prayer with guests, announcing the father/daughter dance, special Happy Birthday songs (English/Spanish) this is just naming a few. I would definitely request Finest Sounds of San Antonio for my next function.

Antonio was a great DJ to work with. We first met with him when we were looking around at different DJs, and he welcomed us into his home to answer our questions and go over some basic details about what we wanted. Once we chose him he was always very quick to respond to any emails or calls (unlike many of our vendors). He had us fill out a brief info sheet on the music to play for the first dance, cake cutting, etc., as well as favorite genres and must plays/do-not-plays. During our actual reception he deviated from our genres a bit, but I think it was only in response to him reading the crowd - he did a great job of figuring out what our guests were responding to and keeping things lively the whole night. I also appreciated that, compared to many DJs I’ve seen, he made sure to make sure the night about us, not him. He kept his time on the microphone to a minimum, just announcing what was about to happen. I work with sound boards and microphones a lot in my job, and I liked that he took a second to briefly and quietly explain to our toast-givers how to best hold and use the microphone so everyone could hear them. And he did a great job of keeping things moving and keeping us on schedule throughout the night. All in all, a great experience with Antonio!

Our DJ disappeared with our deposit 2 days before our wedding. I was very concerned about having to make a quick decision on replacing him. However I couldn't be happier with our decision. Antonio provided top notch service, and had everyone dancing the night away. We now are thankful that the other DJ flaked out!!! Don't waste your time with other DJ's choose The Finest Sounds of San Antonio.

I could not be happier with our choice to have Antonio as our DJ. He was excellent at reading the crowd and keeping everyone dancing and having fun. I could not recommend him enough. Antonio played a key role in making our wedding reception a night to remember for us and all of our guests. From the first meeting we had a great feeling about him- he was very professional yet laid back at the same time. He also showed an explicit interest in following our desires regarding our reception music (we hired him for reception only). For our first dance we made a special request for him to play 3 particular songs, each one fading into the next, so that we could put on sort of a show for our guests. He worked with us closely on that and even made a sample of the music and sent it to us ahead of time for our approval! It turned out to be amazing- the crowd loved it! Beyond that, he was great at reading the crowd and kept the dance floor packed all night long (and we had over 4 hours of dancing after dinner was over!!!) On top of that, we had a bilingual crowd and he did an excellent job at making announcements in both English and Spanish and at playing a good mix of songs in both languages. And the icing on the cake was that he only charged us $575 for 6 hours of service!!! What a great deal- HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!

Antonio is truly a champ! He was taking requests and making changes for my wife and I within the last few hours before our wedding. He was kind enough to go above and beyond what I could have expected from him and provided us with some ceremony music for our outdoor wedding. Antonio and son were the best djs we have ever experienced!.. They not only made all of the announcements for our wedding, they played all of our requests. They are great "crowd readers" and everyone had a blast!.. Sound quality was without fail, and these guys are so nice and easy to work with! Thank you Finest Sounds for everything! Anthony was a great DJ for our wedding. Luckily, he was able to squeeze me in for the weekend of our wedding, even though I gave him a very short notice. Out of all the DJs, I picked Finest Sounds because not only do they have affordable packages, but he includes fun dancing lights and set up for free! My guests had fun with that.
Also, Anthony was respectful of my husband's and my wish of conservative music. Anthony chose fun songs that were clean, yet fun to dance to. He was very flexible and timely, and was money well spent!

Antonio knows how to get a crowd going. The flow of the music went exactly how we had talked about and the energy never died. He is very thorough in doing his homework to make sure the night's music goes exactly how the bride/groom wants it to. He made our wedding party a night to remember....

Antonio was by far the best prepaired and most skilled vendor at our wedding. All of the other vendors were very good, but Antonio definitely was the shining star. At one point, an inappropriate song came on and within 5 seconds, he faded to a better one and no one knew the difference. He also played the Aggie War Hymn for us and did a great job introducing us at the beginning of the reception. A million thumbs up!

Antonio from Finest Sounds of San Antonio was so wonderful! I can't imagine a better dj for my wedding reception! He was punctual, friendly, helpful and wonderful to work with! All night, my guests were asking me about him and his company! We had the best night!

Tony was awesome. He did my cousins wedding in January 2009. I was very impressed with his professionalism and quality of equipment. I booked him for my July 2009 wedding and was very pleased. He has a lot more speakers than the other DJ's we were looking at and his stage lights are part of the package (others charge extra). We gave him a list of songs requested by our guests and he accommodated that. He also did a great job following the mood of the crowd. Extremely reasonable price for the quality of service you will receive.

Wedding 11/28/09, at the International Center downtown. They were the GREATEST! Wonderful selection, great light show, on time, constantly "in tune" with the crowd (which was great!) they really delivered at our wedding reception (about 150 people). They even located the Texas Tech Fight Song (which our rowdy alumni crowd REALLY appreciated!) and played it amidst loud cheers and loyal fan accompaniment. They did an OUTSTANDING job. Antonio was a wonderful DJ! The price was great (I did a TON of research) and he was always very quick to answer any questions. Despite a fair chance of rain on the day of, he was willing to risk it so we could have the outdoor wedding we hoped for. We did notice some of our "do not plays" got some air time, and didn't hear some of our "must haves", but everyone had a GREAT time! He was also more than willing to track down all of the obscure music I wanted for our ceremony.

Finest Sounds of SA did an excellent job on my wedding! I found them on WW and was very impressed with their reviews and professionalism and they really lived up to it! I booked everything with them online and through emails & phone calls and didn't meet with Antonio until the week of my wedding since I live in Europe but when I met with him in person, we prepared and planned everything from the song choices to the time frame. On the wedding day, Antonio and his son arrived well before the start time to set up (at no extra charge which was great) and they really took the reigns in doing all the announcing that way the groom and I could have a fun and worry-free evening. They kept people dancing on the floor the whole evening and everyone had so much fun! My husband did mention to me that he was sad that he didn't hear any hip-hop/r&b though. Other than that, I am very happy with Finest Sounds of SA and I definitely recommend their services to other brides especially since their prices are extremely reasonable for such top notch service. We had Antonio fill in at the last minute for our friend (a professional DJ)who was no longer able to come. We were extremely happy with his service and his personality. I didn't providea lot of information to Antonio since I was stressed so close to the wedding but he was able to provide a great range of music with little guidence. Pleasing our family was tough since I am hispanic and my husband is African-American but Antonio was able to do it. The DJ was one thing I never had to worry about.

This DJ is one of the most professional in all of San Antonio. Very responsive and accommodating, handled any requests we had with ease and with his timeline he lays out for your reception, you don't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend Finest Sounds!

Antonio with Finest Sounds did a great job at our wedding. He was readily available to come up with a back up plan when the weather threw a wrench into our festivities. We did have a little bit of trouble getting a quick response for some of our questions months before the wedding, but we figured that this was due to Antonio's busy schedule. In the end, he came through and made the night special. For our group of "non-dancing" friends, he was still able to keep at least one couple out on the dance floor all evening. We would definitely refer him to our friends and family for future events.

We spent many hours online reading reviews of DJs in the San Antonio area. The positive feedback from prior clients encouraged us and we decided to give Antonio a call. He was very professional and attentive, and the price was reasonable, so we felt comfortable deciding to choose his company for our wedding reception. Antonio assigned a DJ named Anthony to our event. Anthony was a little hard to get in touch with prior to the event. However, once we were able to reach him, it was great to speak with him and he did a good job making sure we were on the same page prior to the event. Once our reception started, Anthony played all the music that we requested and he kept the dance floor full the rest of the evening. He really seemed to "read" the guests and adjust the music to keep them dancing and having a great time!

I found this company on Wedding wire and the reviews that I saw encouraged me to reach out to them. I spoke with Antonio (the owner) and he made me feel very comfortable with choosing his company for our big day. I found the price to be very reasonable compared to other DJ services that I had priced. Antonio assigned me Anthony who met with us prior to our event. It was great to speak in person and make sure we were on the same page prior to the event. Once our reception started, he played all the music that we requested and he kep the dance floor full the rest of the evening. This is the true mark of a good DJ. I would recommend Anthony and Finest Sounds of San Antonio to anyone who is looking for a dependable DJ to manage your event and keep the dance floor moving. I hired Tony, after finding out he was bilingual. my husbands family doesn't know english very well. I that was important to me, because I didn't want them to feel left out. The only thing I would change, I would have given him more artists and song titles of songs I wanted to hear. But he def read the crowd and kept people on the dance floor. He was dressed well, and he provided the music for my ceremony and reception. Everything turned out well, and would def recommend him to friends. His price range was perfect. He is just under 500 if you just want him for four hours, but I needed him for my ceremony too, so I paid an extra $100 bucks. Other DJs claim to have the best equipment and lights, but Tony comes with lights also. I thought it was worth it. I wasn't going to spend $2500 bucks on a DJ.

Antonio did great at our wedding on June 3rd at Kendall Plantation. He was a recommended DJ from my wedding planner, Melissa from all in the details, for a professional DJ at such an affordable price. The party was definitely hopping and he made a really good effort to play all the songs we requested. Our ceremony songs and reception dances were all perfect. The only thing I would say needs improvement is communication leading up to the day. I am a very proactive organized person and I did have to email Antonio multiple times to get one response. Other than that, everything turned out awesome! We did our gobo, uplighting, an outside ceremony set up and of course the reception with Finest Sounds.

We got married at a winery just outside of Fredericksburg and Antonio did a wonderful job at entertaining us during our reception! I was planning the wedding from afar and Antonio made himself available by phone anytime I need, answered all my questions, eased my fears/worries with the high tin ceiling, and had A+ orgainzation. He turly took away all my worries and stresses and was flexible and lived up to his promise to keep the reception flowing!

Antonio made the process very easy - his questionnaire gave us plenty of flexibility to make sure that the music would be just what we wanted. I got many compliments from guests on the selection of music. He really knows how to read the crowd.

Antonio did a great job communicating with us and guiding us through the process ahead of the wedding. My preferred means of communication is always email and Antonio did a great job of responding within 24hours. Right before the wedding we had some unreturned emails and at the ceremony there were some issues with songs not being played at the requested time. The reception, however, was fantastic and they did a great job of selecting music that interested our guests in dancing. Well priced and entertaining, we would still highly recommend them.

Antonio and his son were great with the Dj service they provided. We didn't do anything fancy so it was basic DJ wedding work. They were very responsive when emailed and got in all of our requested songs. They were super friendly and read the crowd really well. Everyone at the wedding had a great time dancing and visiting. I really wanted to love this company. We booked around 5 months before the wedding, I still had a lot of details I needed to figure out so we signed the contract and he said he would be contacting me closer to. When I emailed him closer to my wedding to ask a question he said they still have the date available and I had to book soon, I had to remind him we already had a contract. Day of service was pretty good but communication wasn't great. We asked days before that guests be allowed to request songs but had to give the okay day of after my mother in law said she was told he needed the brides permission. I wasn't the most organized bride but I feel like if I never contacted them the week or so before to ask a question we might have found ourselves without a dj.

Where to even begin... When I found this DJ, I was very excited. Mostly because he had great reviews and great prices. I interviewed him via phone (since I was out of town) just to be sure that I was getting the awesome deal that I thought I was. Everything seemed to be great, so I signed the contract, relieved to have found what seemed to be the perfect DJ for our wedding. When I got back into town, my fiance and I met with Antonio to give him all the details for how the reception was going to go down. We were very strict in our music selection as we did not want any songs played that were even remotely inappropriate or suggestive. I also asked him if he specifically would be the one DJ-ing our wedding--he said yes. Again, everything seemed to be going great. Then, on the day of the wedding, my husband and I walked into the reception hall and it was NOT Antonio in the DJ booth--he had sent an assistant or something. I understand that maybe he was sick or an emergency came up, but he did not even give us a heads up that he would be sending someone else. To make a long story short, this guy had no idea what he was doing...even though he claimed that he'd been DJ-ing for 11 years. He announced things out of order and off schedule--even though he had a schedule printed out right in front of him. I often had to walk up to him and remind him that it was time for the next thing, whether it was the speeches, parent dances, grand exit, etc. We also had to ask him to change the song several times because what he was playing was inappropriate. The worst part of it all was that after the best man and maid of honor gave their speeches, he took it upon himself to GIVE HIS OWN SPEECH. WHAT?! I have NEVER heard of a DJ doing this before. My husband and I were just staring at each other like, "Uhh what is he doing..?" It was SO AWKWARD. All of our guests kept asking us if we personally knew him in any way, to which we responded that we had NEVER met him before. Do not book this DJ.
