  Phoebe came highly recommended to me by a close friend and she surpassed all of my expectations. What she did on my eyes was truly art. She's so sweet and actually listens to what you want, this knows her stuff and I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

  I booked Phoebe to do my God-daughter's wedding in May 2016. She was very accommodating with scheduling the bride's tryout day. The day of the wedding she did the eye makeup for 10 bridesmaids, full make up for the two mother's and the bride's makeup. They all made it to the venue on time and looked stunning. What I loved was that everyone looked like themselves, only enhanced. The bride's makeup looked flawless the entire day. Phoebe was not pushy, had great ideas, and was very nice to work with. I would highly recommend her services.

  Simply amazing! I used her for my wedding (then my sister in law, and a friend did) and she was wonderful! Including my make up she did all ten of my girls and the mothers! Everyone looked flawless!

  Phobe was wonderful! Everyone's make up came out perfect and just like I wanted. She really understood what I wanted and was able to mimic the looks with ease. We ended up adding an additional girl and she was still able to fit her in. I would absolutely recommend and would love to have her do my make up again.

  I can't say enough good things about Phoebe! She did my makeup for my wedding and engagement photos. Stunning! My bridesmaids were so happy with their makeup too! She is very professional, personable and so good at what she does. She really makes sure each detail in the makeup is exactly what you want. I highly recommend her. Thank you, Phoebe!   Face Art By Pheebs is awesome. I would recommend anyone to her. Phoebe is down to earth, caring, and really honest about any opinion she gives you. She is very personable. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Her pricing is reasonable with the makeup industry. She was actually less than everyone else I consulted.
  I had a great experience with Phoebe from the moment I first contacted her till this day more than 2 years after our first makeup. My trial with Phoebe was in May of 2012 after going to multiple MUAs I had had my makeup done and liked it but never got that "Wow factor" that I got when Phoebe first did my makeup. She was recommended by a friend that I always loved the way her makeup looked when we went to parties and also on her instagram so I asked her who did her makeup and she told me Phoebe. I was excited to finally meet Phoebe after hearing about her I visited her website and saw that I liked her style. Being Korean I usually have a hard time when MUAs do my makeup. I was very impressed with her versatility and I will use her from now on. I was impressed how beautiful she did all my wedding parties makeup too. My mom who is always picky and quick to point out any little flaw was actually left without words when she saw herself. She loved it! We will be seeing you soon!
