Cynthia has been amazing from the when we contacted her to the very end of our wedding anniversary.
We have to thank our MC because we found FATE from his Wedding Wednesdays on Instagram. When we reached out to Cynthia, we knew immediately she fit our needs especially since our wedding would be a bit different as it is a vow
renewal. She was transparent, provided her input and suggestions, responded to emails immediately, and even did our timeline earlier than expected AND quickly. We were impressed! Her calm demeanor and years of experience in the wedding industry ensured that we were in good hands!
On the day of the vow renewal, everything went as expected. We had so much fun and didn’t notice any hiccups along the way. Even our guests were impressed with Cynthia and her
team. Cynthia was a life saver too and always ready for anything! I couldn’t find my flats to wear for the reception, so she had extra unworn rescue flats for me to wear and dance in! 💯 and she took care of my husband and me. She checked up on us frequently and made sure we ate our dinner.
Even if we only communicated with her for a few months, it felt like we have known her forever. She’s a vendor turned into friend for us. Thank you Cynthia and team for making our special day unforgettable. We are so happy and will 💯 recommend her to our others. -

I contacted Cynthia after being referred to her by my friend Hope. She spoke highly of Cynthia and how she did a great job at helping her with her wedding. We contracted Cynthia for planning as well as day-of coordination, from the start we could tell Cynthia would be a good match. She has an infectious laugh and a good listening ear. We had constant communication through text, call, or video Zoom, and I always felt like I could ask questions or bring up concerns without reservations. Cynthia is clearly caring and extremely passionate about her job. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry and worked well with my husband and I in matching our budget when it came to vendors/other services. I was pretty involved in my wedding planning process, but nonetheless, Cynthia provided feedback, suggestions, and referrals to vendors she had worked with in the past. She was also willing to reach out to people I found on my own and was not hesitant to follow up with things. Cynthia has great insight and could provide advice based on her expertise. She understood my vision and truly made it happen! Our wedding was in September 2021, and it is worth mentioning that Covid was still a bit part of the conversation as we planned our wedding. Cynthia was direct but encouraging and validated our concerns for the safety of our guests and everyone that would be present at our wedding. The day of, she was punctual, and the day unfolded beautifully just as we anticipated (and hoped!). I honestly did not stress about a single thing. Cynthia was organized and this showed in her attention to detail. She even had her friend and assistant Georgina present the day of to be of extra help. She was also amazing, super sweet, and cared to make sure we had the absolute best day. All of my wedding party members felt comfortable with both ladies. They were never rude or frantic or appeared stressed. They were always smiling and seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. If there were hiccups encountered, I was not made aware of them. The night ended as seamlessly as possible, and we closed shop at our venue as planned. Now, my venue had numerous rules to abide by and Cynthia had a great relationship with the managers there as well as with all other of my vendors. I could not recommend Cynthia and her team enough. She is hardworking, committed, and personable. We wholeheartedly recommend For All Time Events for your wedding planning and coordination needs. Thank you again so much! -

I cannot thank Cynthia enough for helping me on my big day. She helped everything go smoothly by coordinating with all my vendors, helping with my timeline, and managing my guests, and for a wedding with 300+ plus guests she definitely took a load off of my shoulders. She also helped me book a photoshoot at the LA Athletic Club, which I’m so grateful for, because at that time they weren’t taking any appointments due to covid, but since she knew some people she made it happen, and our photos turned out gorgeous. She also recommended an officiant to us who did a great job and arranged a beautiful ceremony. So if you need help with anything for your big day, Cynthia is definitely your girl! -

What an amazing planner!!!!! Please take the time to read my entire review for Cynthia and For All Time Events. I met Cynthia this March after a referral from a friend. From day 1 we were in sync. She understood my vision and time crunch, planning a wedding in 7 months. I went will ALL of the vendors she recommended without question, except one, our venue, The Palm Sophia Rooftop. Everything went extremely smooth up until 3 days before the wedding. The Palm Sophia dropped us without notice or explanation. You read that right 3 days before the wedding we were dropped. Cynthia got to work immediately!!!!! Magic happened. The next day we had a new venue, The Los Angeles Athletic Club. OMG this place is beautiful. The ambiance, the history, the location, everything you can want for the perfect wedding. Things like this can only be done if you have a great rapport in the business. With the flick of her wrist she had the other vendors in line, coordinated and ready for the new venue. 24 hours later we were back on track. I trusted Cynthia with absolutely every aspect of my wedding and I’m so glad I did. I never even knew what my decor would look like. I trusted her that much. My wedding was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen!!!! The decor!!!! The views!!!! Pure perfection!!! Did I mention how well organized the day went??? My husband and I had no cares in the world and simply enjoyed our day. She’s simply the best, hands down. I wish I could keep her all to myself but a person this amazing must be shared with the world. She will be doing ALL of our events for years to come :). Thank you so much Cynthia. If you are looking for a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator, BOOK CYNTHIA NOW! She is super friendly and very easy to work with - something we noticed right off the bat during our first call with her. Not only did she help us with planning our wedding…she did so during the pandemic where our wedding was postponed AND we had to do a venue change! Cynthia always made herself available and was patient whenever we had questions (and we had a lot given the circumstances) or needed help. She made it a point to check in on us even when planning was on a hiatus and things were shutdown. Cynthia helped us book a lot of vendors (photographer, DJ, linens/floral) and we loved working all of with them! Another plus was that she knew the venue we changed to very well. We had booked our location virtually because we live out-of-town so when we did our pre-wedding walk-through a few weeks before, it was our first time being there in person. Even though our venue contact was not available that day, Cynthia was able to take us through all the spaces because she’s done events there before! Amazing!! She was also great during the day of, coordinating with the venue and vendors as they arrived and making sure things kept flowing smoothly. We did a lot of DIY with our favors, flowers, etc. and she helped everything set up and we had no idea it was even happening! She made it possible for us to enjoy the wedding as much as possible without having to worry about all the details. Thanks so much Cynthia!!! -

Cynthia from F.A.T.E was just all around the best! I was referred to her by a friend, so I hired her. But, only for the day-of. As it came closer to our wedding day, Cynthia would check in a couple of times regarding our timeline because I had no clue what to do. But, she had helped so much in putting the timeline together. I just provided the info. On our dinner rehearsal, she stayed and hung out with my family for a while. It’s almost like she was already part of the family! Come our wedding day, she brought me and my bridesmaids some ube truffles. Omg, so good! We all thought it was a sweet gesture. She also improvised quickly when it came to our money dance. We forgot the pins up in the bridal suite, so Cynthia took our card box and held it for our guests to drop bills in while we were dancing with guests. It was funny, but it worked out! Quick thinking by her for sure!
If anyone is looking for a wedding coordinator, Cynthia is your girl. Funny, sweet, and so very helpful when it comes to planning a wedding. Thank you, Cynthia, once again, for EVERYTHING you did on our wedding day. -

Cynthia was our Wedding Coordinator for my daughter and son’s weddings this past summer! I am so thankful to Cynthia and her team for making sure that all of the little details that were important to both our children were not lost in the busyness of the day. Cynthia and her team were great! My husband and I both work long hours/days at work so making sure we were most efficient with our time in planning was essential. The initial meeting with Cynthia prior to signing a commitment was very relaxed and it was evident that she knew what she was doing - and I'm in sales so I am certainly NOT an easy sell. :)
Cynthia was very quick to respond to my many emails and text messages with questions. That was very helpful.
The day of was stressful for me - as even the best timeline runs very very behind. We ended up running almost 3 hours behind (which for a planner like me was horrifying!). Cynthia took all of it in stride - with gentle and frequent reminders. She worked with all of our vendors seamlessly and made sure that everyone knew where exactly to go.
Even after the wedding, Cynthia was very essential in helping find our missing linens - still missing at the venue 3 weeks after! Ugh. It could have been a HUGE payment we would have owed the linen company, but Cynthia came through and found the missing linens. I picked them up from the venue and was able to avoid late fees and lost charges. :) Cynthia and her team are fantastic! -

I hired Cynthia to be my day of coordinator and she was amazing! She made everything run seamlessly and helped me create my dream wedding. She went the extra mile and I truly appreciated her willingness to help in any way possible.
She was a great mediator dealing with all the vendors and offered some great advice during our meeting. Her professionalism and attention to detail made me feel at ease.

When I first met Cynthia, it felt like we were friends for years! She made me feel very comfortable with any decisions I've made. She worked with my vision every step of the way. When I met up with her to work on my timeline, she told me to just trust her! Not gonna lie, it's hard for me to trust people. She didn't make me feel rushed during our meeting and she's also a great person to vent to when I started turning bridezilla! On the day of my wedding day, she took care of everything. I do regret that I didn't allow myself to relax from the beginning of my big day because how the saying goes "If you want something done right, you got to do it yourself". Not in this case! So believe me when I say, TRUST HER!!!! She did all the thinking for me plus more. As soon I requested something, she got the job done right away!!!! I didn't have to think about my money box, my timeline, coordinating with my videographers and photographers, staying hydrated, the order for my grand entrance. I mean nothing!!! I got married at Le Foyer Ballroom, North Hollywood with over 240 guests. I had one of the biggest grand entrance too so dealing with that many people while they were already getting buzzed I thought would be chaotic. But she handled it! I also had a list of how I want my photos placed, what table got what liquor bottle(s), especially the Blue Labels, who got what giveaways, how to place the place cards, she also did a great job decorating my cake with the flowers my florists left for her,.... the lists goes on! I'm very particular so she got it done exactly the way I wanted! She also never expressed if she was ever overwhelmed or stressed which I did notice with the other vendors I did hire. So that is VERY important to me! I'm already an anxious person so if I see other people feeling any other way, it rubs on me too. She hyped me up throughout the day. Very thankful and blessed to have worked with Cynthia. She did make my big day PERFECT!!!!!! It truly was FATE that I found her! -

Cynthia and her assistant were on it! From the initial meeting at the venue with the other vendors, to setting up the timeline, and of course the day of, they were great! Everything went smoothly, even when things "didn't." There was a last minute ordeal with our alcohol and ice order, where they forgot to deliver us our ice -- Cynthia was on it and left to get ice right away. Crisis was averted thanks to Cynthia! It was great working with her and I recommend you book her for your event! You won't regret it! -
Kameron Sent on 10/14/2018Cynthia and her assistant were phenomenal to work with. We partnered with Cynthia as a day of planner at the Los Angeles Athletic Club. She knows the venue inside and out, and she made everything go flawlessly. I'm a very Type A person who likes to be very organized, and Cynthia was accommodating of everything. She is also an expert at her craft and asked questions and made suggestions that we would have never thought about without her involvement.
We had the dream team of vendors for the event, and she made empowered all the vendors to be able to operate at their best without any hiccups. There were a couple of things about our decor and details that required attention from Kirsten and I, and Cynthia solved it with little to no direction from us.
She made sure that we were on schedule or ahead of schedule, and she would always check in to make sure that we were ready for the next To Do on the timeline. She also carried around cough drops, water, and tissues to make sure that we were always taken care of. -

Brian Sent on 09/17/2018Cynthia was an amazing day of coordinator. From the moment we met, she knew exactly what to say to make us feel like everything was under control. During our walk through with all our vendors, she took the lead, making sure everyone understood where they needed to be and what time to arrive. Her right hand, Georgina, was awesome as well. Making sure we had everything the day before as well as helping maintain the timeline while we were taking photos for our first look. Cynthia and her team did an awesome job making sure everything at our venue, The Ruby Street, looked perfect. And I know I am a bit bias, but it did look absolutely perfect. Our guests still rave about our wedding. They say it was the most fun and organized event they've been to in a while. A lot of that has to do with Cynthia and her team. We highly recommend For All Time Events! We love you guys!

Christine Sent on 01/03/2018We hired Cynthia for our December 2017 wedding at Millwick, and she was amazingggggggggg! And what's also a plus is that she has done so many weddings with our DJ and Emcee (DJ Wrex and Mitchell) that they make such a great team. The way they made things flow throughout the day was great. She put my mind at ease during the weeks leading up to the event. She was very responsive to all my emails and texts; and veryyyy flexible. Our rehearsal date at our venue kept changing due to it being booked for events, and it was easy for her to be so accommodating for those changes. She is helpful in the whole planning process as well, recommending things along the way. She even helped us take all our wedding day of stuff (menus, money box, candles, guest book, signs, table numbers, seating chart, ceremony things, THE WORKS). We packed everything up for her and she took it alllll for us which was such a big help since it was SO. MUCH. STUFF. Or well in my eyes it was a lot haha. She even let us borrow two easels for our welcome signs. She also has a dress mannequin stand for your dress if you need it! She's prepared for anything that gets thrown her way. The day of our wedding was stress free for us because of her! And I lovedddd how she made sure my husband and I had our drink of choice for the night on hand, cause we most definitely needed it hahaha. She also did our friends' wedding (who were also our best man and MOH) a month before and so she knew allllll our friends already haha. What was also a big plus too is her taste in music. It's like mine and my husbands and it made us get along so well and something we could bond over. She's so great! Thank you again for everything! We're so happy to have you as a friend even after our wedding is done! <3333

From the first meeting down to midnight of our wedding night she worked incredibly hard to make sure our day was absolutely perfect and it was. Everyone kept telling me that I needed a coordinator so I saw her name on the rec. list from my DJ and decided to give her a call. We met up and she was so incredibly sweet and professional answering any questions I had and a bunch from my mother (which can be difficult at times). We hired her that same night and I'm so grateful we did. From the day we hired her up until wedding day she answered any questions I had via email and her response time was very quick. No matter how big or small your wedding is you need someone to run your timeline for you and Cynthia is the timeline champ! She came over a few weeks before the wedding and we planned out a timeline. She worked her magic and finalized everything so it was nice and neat and emailed that to all our vendors and on wedding day everyone was where they were supposed to be at the time they were supposed to be there, including the wedding party. Then there are countless things that need to be done that you probably don't realize: where are the presents going to go? Who is going to pack them up? Do you have a memory table or guest book? Are there pieces of your centerpiece that were rented or bought and need to go back with you? etc. the list goes on and on. I promise that when you're dancing the night away you aren't thinking about any of this stuff and when you're done it's the last thing you're going to want to do. There are two things that stick out to us when we think about our wedding, #1 is how much fun we had and #2 is how drama free and smooth our entire day went and that wouldn't have been possible without all of her incredibly hard work. -

Cynthia Najares and FATE were hired as a day-of coordinator for my daughter's wedding.
We were very disappointed with Cynthia Najares. Cynthia's complete lack of professionalism was noted not just by us but by our guests, both family and friends. Her rudeness to the guests is inexcusable.
For example, Cynthia was carrying on and blaming the florist for not performing when in fact it was Cynthia who could not find the flower girl basket, it was in plain sight on a table next to the mothers' corsages. Blaming other vendors for her mistakes??
Even something as simple as laying out the place cards, that were given to her in alphabetical order, proved too challenging for Cynthia. It’s not necessary to list everything. Suffice it to say I would look elsewhere for your coordinator!
When I complained to Cynthia about her attitude and performance at my daughter's wedding, she simply disregarded everything I said and insisted she did a good job. She did not!
Her major attitude and rudeness shows her utter lack of professionalism! Hopefully she will learn from our event and clean up her act!
