  Truly the best team!!

  The Eye For Beauty team was a dream to work with!! Kim is incredible, is so organized and has great recommendations. Darlin and Angela did an AMAZING job with our hair and makeup. They truly listen and made me feel so comfortable for someone who usually doesn’t get dolled up!! Highly recommend and thank you so much!!

  Felt and looked so beautiful

  Kim & her team were great from start to finish and so pleasant to work with. They seemed to understand exactly what I wanted from my very vague descriptions and several conflicting inspiration pictures and somehow blended all that chaos into a totally romantic, natural, and coherent look.
  
  I don’t usually like pictures of myself, but Eye for Beauty CT had me staring at all our wedding pictures feeling like I actually looked as good as I felt!!

  Kim & her team were great from start to finish and so pleasant to work with. They seemed to understand exactly what I wanted from my very vague descriptions and several conflicting inspiration pictures and somehow blended all that chaos into a totally romantic, natural, and coherent look.

  Professional, awesome hair stylist!!

  Meg, our hair stylist, with Eyeforbeautyct, is an extremely talented hair stylist, is kind, organized, and works really fast! When I had my hair trial with Meg, I was so happy how it turned out and knew I wanted it to be exactly like that. I have relatively longer hair and not only did the hair style look gorgeous but was sturdy and lasted the entire day! My sister and friend who also got their hair done, came out amazing! They have shorter hair which can be a little more difficult to style and they got curls and a half updo with a clip which looked so gorgeous. My mom got curls and they lasted the whole day!! She even gave us lots of extra Bobby pins and hair spray which was great! Meg had to get up very early to come so our hair for our wedding and arrived and set up at our house right on time at 4:45am! Eyeforbeauty was also extremely well priced and even include the tip in the invoice which is very helpful! Kim was the person we were in communication with and she was very professional, nice, and quick to answer any questions! I highly recommend Eyeforbeautyct for beauty services!

  Amazing natural yet elevated styling!

  I had an amazing experience with Kim, Darlin, and Angela for my wedding hair and makeup! Kim is so sweet, easy to work with, and super responsive - she was very well organized from the initial quote to week of wedding to make sure that I was taken care of. I don't wear much makeup, and have had some bad experiences with styling when I was a bridesmaid at other weddings, so I really wanted to find a great vendor who knew how to do a natural, yet elevated look. My hair and makeup stylists (Darlin and Angela) absolutely exceeded my expectations. First of all, they arrived on time and were so professional but easy going. Everyone in my wedding party looked AMAZING and more importantly, were all happy with their styles (which I feel like is a rare feat with 7 girls!). I personally loved my look - Darlin and Angela were amazing at taking into account my hesitations of looking too "done up", but at the same time, they were not afraid to encourage me to add on a pop that they thought would look great in photos. In short, I have nothing but positive things to say about Eye for Beauty! If you are looking for hair and makeup artists that will give you an elegant, yet natural, look for your wedding day, I cannot recommend them enough!

  October 3rd 2021 Sunday Wedding

  Kim and Darlin, your team is amazing! Thank you so much for being so attentive to emails, and getting back to me right away, especially since I asked for so many changes. Thank you Darlin for staying much longer and helping me with my second hairstyle and putting on my veil. You guys are wonderful, loved the trial, and everyone of my bridesmaid loved their hair!!

  Great experience with our June 2021 wedding

  Eye for Beauty were wonderful to work with for our wedding. I was nervous about getting my make up done because I never normally wear make up and I wanted to still look like myself for the big day and not overly made up. Kim did a wonderful job to get exactly the right look, and Darlin also did a wonderful job with my hair. They were both incredibly kind and easy to work with. The whole process was very smooth and easy! Would definitely recommend!

  Perfect for my wedding day!

  We planned our Connecticut wedding from California and I hired them to do my hair! Kim was extremely patient with me, as planning across the country had it's challenges for me. Darlin was the one to come do my hair and she was a gem. Arrived early, so nice, professional and did an amazing job. I didn't do a trial before... so the wedding day was my first time meeting her. I was so impressed (and the other women who got their hair done loved her too). I brought my own extensions for her to clip in and they worked great. I showed an inspo photo but Darlin took her creativity and created a look that turned out better than the photo. If you're on the fence about a hair stylist, hire them. You absolutely won't be disappointed.

  Bring our your natural beauty!

  There's this preconceived notion out there that wedding makeup (especially for the bride) needs to be over the top and completely extra. If that's your style, totally fine, but I've always felt really uncomfortable with overdone makeup. Which is why finding Eye for Beauty was such a blessing! Kim really has this knack of doing makeup in such a way that you still look like yourself but fancier. I felt so comfortable with the work she did and I loved that way the pics turned out. She uses such high quality products that it stayed on all day, even through a super hot and sticky day outside! Also, the hairstyle that Meg did for me was absolutely perfect and exactly what I had wanted! The team works so quickly and efficiently while still having super high quality results!

  Wedding Makeup

  Kim might be the sweetest person I've ever met. She was so kind and patient, and had no problem with the fact that I know nothing about makeup and didn't even know where to start to tell her what I wanted. She responded to emails very quickly and was super flexible and willing to work around my timeline. I also really appreciated that she didn't have a minimum because I was the only one getting my makeup done and so many other companies had a 4 person minimum. On top of it all she did an amazing job and left me with a couple of touch-up pods for the day. I will be recommending Kim to anyone I know getting married in the area.

  Our fantastic wedding planners Nicole & Kristin of Well-Dressed Events connected me with Kimberly of Eye for Beauty CT after I had a very disappointing trail at a nearby salon. Kimberly and I had an immediate connection and the trail went fantastic. I hired her on the spot.
  
  She was attentive to my allergies and just really enhanced my natural look on the day of my wedding. She is incredibly talented and in the midst of the stress of a bridal suite, she was a calm force. Everyone left so incredibly happy!
  
  I felt so strongly about the service she provided, that I’ve recommended her to my sister. She was married in early March and it was such a fantastic experience there as well.

As someone who experienced a bit of stress throughout the decision process, I was so grateful that I discovered Eye For Beauty LLC/Kim on Facebook. From the moment I first contacted Kim, I honestly thought she was too good to be true. She was so kind and responsive to me, she had glowing reviews online, and her client photos were stunning. Also, her prices are affordable for brides and bridal parties! Kim ended up doing my makeup, my mom's makeup, and my bridesmaid's hair and makeup. She is incredibly talented, reliable, and someone that I would highly recommend for your wedding makeup and hair.
