Andrea helped my husband and I plan our dream wedding at Moon Palace Jamaica Grand and she was awesome to work with. We had about 60 guests traveling and she helped all of them book their accommodations through a smooth and professional process. At the beginning of our process, she also helped us narrow the resort we wanted and was patient in sending us multiple rates and letting us know her honest opinion about each resort as she’s been there and had pictures from her experiences to show us. This helped us tremendously. She also went above and beyond to help us coordinate logistics with resort staff members. After the wedding, she also helped us book a mini moon at Iberostar which was an equally smooth process. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Andrea as she is a committed professional who isn’t going to steer you wrong. -

Very professional and prompt. The playing throughout the whole trip was phenomenal. Exquisite answered all my question in the process of booking and paying for my trip. They answered any questions I had when I was on my trip and she also email promptly when we had question while we were in the Dominican. My trip planning over all went very smoothly. I will share Exquisite Vacations with all my dear friends. What a nice and warm adventure with Exquisite Vacations. -

I recently attended a friend's wedding in Mexico. Working with Andrea was such a pleasure. Weather it was an email or a phone call she was very responsive and was able to answer all my questions in a quick manner. I truly recommend contacting her for any of your destination trips, weddings, events, etc. I already look forward to hopefully working with her and her team again in the future. -

Andrea is amazing! She's helping with accommodations for my Riviera Maya wedding in May 2017. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how responsive, patient, and professional she is. She is very responsive so communication has never been an issue. When there is a problem she is quick to resolve it and make sure everything gets worked out as best as possible. I don't know how I would be planning this wedding without her assistance. I'm extremely grateful to have her in this process! -

First off I would Like to tell you how amazing you are and how my trust in your company has been an amazing experience. Andrea you are someone who puts there life on hold to make sure mines is satisfied someone who consistently provides me with nothing but the best for my money. With Honor I am Glad to choose Exquisite Vacations as my traveling agency a company that stands behind there word and provides an exceptional customer service to all. I have to tell that my 2016 Trip to Negril Jamaica was absolutely amazing. From the food, to the excursions, to many local events I attended it was by Far my best vacation thus year. From a 1-10 ratings I would be happy to give you all 10 ratings. The Level of comfort & assurance I received while Booking to actually stay on resort was just unbelievably Amazing. My vacationing experience with Exquisite Vacations:
Michelle is the absolute BEST TRAVEL AGENT!!!! She did a wedding destination for my high school girlfriend and I loved my travel arrangements, Michelle did for me. So, when I was ready for my vacations, I called Michelle and I WAS VERY PLEASED with each trip. Also, keep in-mind that I’m a solo traveler. Recently, I had a vacation booked with my boyfriend and that got cancelled, because of miscommunication on his part. So, I called Michelle and told her what happen and she got back to me with some travel options RIGHT AWAY! I chose Riviera Maya, Cancun, a luxury all-inclusive resort, and Michelle did the rest. My entire trip to Cancun I felt like a "Superstar" LOL... with the treatment I received (VIP Treatment LOL). The resort was absolutely beautiful as well as my room. I was very pleased with how Michelle set-up everything for me. I LOVE MICHELLE for all of her hard work that she has provided. For each trip, Michelle would call me the day before, to make sure I was good and if I had and questions or concerns. She always kept me informed of the places I was vacationing at. Such as what to look out for and do. She listened to all of my wants and needs and made everything happened, from the Airplane, Airport, the resort and back home. Michelle, would call me after my trip to make sure everything went well during my vacation. Michelle is very professional and pleasant person. I told my friends of Michelle services and they see my pics, once I return home and they wanted Michelle’s phone number. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MICHELLE TO MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND ACQUAINTANCES!!!

Andrea was recommended to me by Inise the manager at the Rockhouse Hotel. from beginning to end she was there helping me along the way, and helping me to remain calm. She handled room bookings for my guests, flights and flight transfers for everyone. I'm sure I bugged her like crazy with all my texts, emails and phone calls but she was always kind and courteous. She help my Husband plan his proposal surprise trip to Jamaica for us and a group of 6 of our friends and I have since used her for all my travel needs. She has been to many of the places before so she can recommend things from hotel to sights to see. Andrea is just a call or email away and very helpful. You give her your ideas or place you want to go and she goes to work getting you multiple package options to choose from (and more if you didn't find any you like). -

Thanks to Andrea and Michelle I had the destination wedding of my dreams in Negril, Jamaica. My wedding consisted of 75 guests and required extreme coordination and attention to detail. The ladies exceeded my expectations and my event was flawles. So much that all the guests still talk about the wedding today. Andrea was absolutely wonderful! She is very attentive and is there to assist always; every single detail is important to her. She works very well with the coordinators/Planners and mangers at the Sandals/Beaches Resorts. I had 3 guests that called her 3 days before the wedding to book a room at Beaches Resort that was over booked. She worked her magic and was able to book my guests. That is customer service! Andrea did such a great job planning our honeymoon. Once we arrived to the resort we were greeted by the wonderful and friendly staff. When we arrived we found out Andrea set us up with a butlers package, so we had two butlers that took care of everything for us throughout the whole week. They were beyond amazing. After planning a wedding, a vacation like the one we had was well needed. You also get to meet people from all over and they for the most part was extremely friendly. Everyone was definitely having a good time. Andrea is also amazing and takes care of everything for you. All you need to do is show up and be ready for a great time. She is actually planning our vacation for our one year anniversary and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to have an awesome honeymoon. Thanks Andrea for everything; you are greatly appreciated. -

My Wife and I were overall extremely pleased with the professionalism and care Andrea at Exquisite Vacations extended to us! She was there every step of the way in helping us plan and tailor a vacation package that fitted our needs, desires and most importantly our budget! We really enjoyed our trip to Montego Bay and were very pleased with the Sandals staff as a whole as they were very accommodating no matter what time of day we were at one of the resorts! Exquisite Vacations was very helpful and flexible when it came to payment options and traveling arrangements. We were able to choose the way we wanted to make payments toward our trip, whether it be in small or large amounts. There was never any limitations placed on us.
