A very pleasant surprise. Engaged for the day of the event only, but provided much, much more. The most value for our event dollar than all other vendors. She was very responsive and attentive to details. She was an excellent expediter. She took charge without being obtrusive. We don't know how we would have gotten through the event without her. We would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or any other event.

I used exquisite Events for uplighting only. Lisa was recommended by my florist and she did an amazing job. She worked with my budget so I could get uplighting at my wedding. She was so easy to work with. She was also almost half the price of other lighting companies!

Lisa and Ashley at Exquisite Events did an amazing job putting everything together for my wedding day! The worst thing happened that was completely out of everyone's control- the RAIN came and everything had to get moved in the matter of hours but they handled it all like the pros that they are. I should have known from the beginning that everything would be just fine but the stress for a wedding day was unimaginable! Best advice I could give to anyone planning a wedding is to get a wedding coordinator like Lisa and Ashley because it is seriously the best money that ever could have been spent!!! If you don't have a day-of coordinator- book them NOW! You won't regret it! It could make or break a wedding and the whole experience! Lisa will help you through the entire journey with advice, great ideas, suggestions with vendors and ways to save money, etc so that everything in the end is really exquisite! Put your faith in her and her team to have the best wedding ever and to make the best situation out whatever happens - even if the rain comes. :) THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU LISA AND ASHLEY for an amazing wedding. Lisa and her team were the sole reason I was relaxed and at ease throughout my wedding. Lisa was our day of coordinator, she was incredibly thorough, efficient, calming and fun to work with. Lisa, Christine, and Danielle were my planners. Lisa and Christine showed up the day before for a rehearsal and had everything in order. Lisa had the entire wedding scheduled out just the way we had asked, she took charge and explained everything and quickly answered any questions we had.

The day of the wedding Lisa showed up with her magic toolbox to help prepare the banquet hall and the setting on the beach. Once everything was in order Danielle and Christine took charge of everything and thank goodness they stayed until the end of the ceremony. They were so helpful with telling everyone where to go, what to do, where to stand they pretty much directed everything and helped us stick to the schedule. It was easy to see that they were professionals cause they were swift, sharp, and on the ball the whole time.

They were all so sweet and helpful in every aspect. I can't thank them enough they were professional from beginning to end and I'm scared to even think of how things would have gone had they not been there. Thank you for everything! ~David and Sara from Spain.

If you want your "perfect wedding" handed to you on a silver platter, then you need Lisa! She took care of everything for us, including invitations, catering, flowers, cake, venue set up, photography, hair and make up, officiant...I mean everything! We had a backyard wedding, and it was completely transformed...more beautiful then I could have imagined! We had a fiberglass cover over the pool for the dinner tables, and it was awesome with the Tuscan lights strung across the property! Just gorgeous! She let me borrow things, got beach towels monogrammed for me, made all my selections...because she will do it all for you, and you can trust her and her staff to do a beautiful job! They are very experienced, and most every vendor I spoke to told me how organized she was, how she could keep the show going on track, and how fun she was to work with. And she is fun and a joy to work with. Thank you, Lisa for giving us the perfect wedding! You are just awesome!!!

Fantastic wedding coordinator

Lisa was fantastic! From the very start she was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did she setup our decor beautifully, be she stayed one step ahead and made sure that our day played out flawlessly, all while making sure the groom and I were happy and having fun. Our planner Casey was amazing! She was super personable and flexible and made everything come together beautifully! I didn't have to worry about anything day of the wedding and she really went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of and more. If I had any advice for a bride having a wedding bigger than 30 people, I would say get a day of wedding planner that is as awesome as Lisa and her team. They kept us on track the whole day and knew exactly what we needed at every point. We are so grateful to have had their support on our wedding day.

My husband and I were married back in November at the Tradewinds Resort on St Pete Beach and I am so thankful that I had Lisa and her girls help me out. They were so awesome to work with throughout the entire process. I worked mostly with Ashley and she was great.. very professional and organized. EE really helped with getting everyone where they needed to be on time and they were great with checking in on me on the day of the wedding. They were always right there if I needed anything! It was really helpful having them run the rehearsal too. I was much more relaxed on the wedding day knowing that everyone knew what to do. I did not have to worry about ANYTHING on the day of my wedding and that was a great feeling. Thanks to EE, everything went smoothly and my wedding day was everything that I had ever dreamed of. I highly recommend Exquisite Events. You will not be disappointed!

Great Wedding Planner

Exquisite Events was our wedding planner for our wedding in January at the Barn at Crescent Lake. Theresa was amazing and was always on top of everything! Even my guest commented on how hardworking and wonderful she was! I couldn't have asked for a better person to help on our big day. We worked with Chloe for day-of wedding coordination at TradeWinds Resort. Chloe did a terrific job!! She was professional, responsive, friendly & helpful. She confirmed details with all of our vendors the week before our wedding. She called me a few days prior as well (in addition to the final consult we'd had a couple weeks before that). She arrived earlier than scheduled on our wedding day. She checked in with me a few times throughout the day. She helped to make sure everything was set-up properly and that the ceremony & reception ran smoothly. She really did a great job!

We were married in St. Pete May 13, 2009. I had previously arranged to have my wedding at the Don Ceaser Hotel and had worked with someone there. However I was unhappy with the timeliness and concern for my wedding because it was a smalll destination wedding when I contacted the Grand Plaza. Liz Smith is who i was pleasantly suprised to come in contact with. Liz has a one of a kind personality that makes you feel warm, welcome, and like you are her utmost concern (which come to find out YOU ARE). She was more than helpful and I was very nervous being so far away ( we live in Cincinnati, Ohio) . She put me at ease. She promptly emailed me all the information I requested and included a list of vendors and also gave me her personal preferences. I felt as if we were friends throughout the whole experience. She and I talked on an everyday basis about all the details and she even drove by hotels she was not familiar with as we were attempting to get a room block for our guests. If I didn't call she would to see how things were going and to tell me to relax it was being handled. The wedding went off without a hitch. She had made sure that all the details were just as planned. She has since joined Exquisite Events and Mad Beach Weddings and is a huge asset. She is one of a kind. I call her friend and have even gone out with her on our frequent trips to the area. She will not only she you as a bride but as a lifelong friend and she is the BEST in the business hands down. Others try to compare but you would be crazy to choose anyone but her.

Ashley Radtke did a fantastic job! We had a destination wedding in St. Pete Beach, FL, and were a little unsure of how the planning process would work. Working with Ashley made planning simple and stress free! She handled her work very professionally, and was always extremely responsive and willing to work with whatever ideas we through her way. There were so many "behind the scenes" details that she handled on the day of the wedding that even we weren't aware of! The decorations and the set-up for both the ceremony and reception looked beautiful. Not only were we happy with the cost of the services she provided, but we appreciated how special Ashley made us feel on the day of the wedding.

Can I just start by saying that the whole crew at EE is just lovely! They are all professional, and very quick to respond to your inquires. I personally worked with Chloe on the day of our wedding, and had a few phone calls and e-mails with her prior. Every time we spoke she was full of enthusiasm and ideas for our big day. She really has a knack for putting a bride at ease and helping you figure out what is best for you! The day of, she checked in on me and then was off to set-up. I still cannot believe how beautiful everything was. I had a giant box of decor which she set up and made look even better than what I had imagined!! I was honestly just thrilled and so happy that we were able to work with Chloe and the whole team at EE. They truly know what they are doing and they really CARE about your day and making it what you have always dreamed of. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thank you EE, and thank you Chloe!! Thanks to Lisa, our Wedding was perfect! Lisa made all my dreams come true! She was everything I was looking for (and more!) in a wedding coordinator. Prior to the wedding day she was extremely helpful and accessible. She was well organized and took control with regard to my vendors. She prepared herself in advance and really listened when I described my vision for how the wedding should go. No words can show my gratitude towards Ashley and the Exquisite Event staff for giving my husband and I our perfect wedding. Since we were planning a beach wedding from Pittsburgh, PA we decided we needed someone to help coordinate everything. We researched all different places in Florida and interviewed several wedding planners, and after my first conservation with Lisa/Ashley I knew that they were perfect. They went way beyond helping us pick our ideal wedding location and set up all our incredible vendors. I cannot count the number of e-mails, phone calls, and changes I made that Ashley embraced with a smile. The weekend of the wedding was perfect thanks to her. I did not lift a finger or have to stress about a thing. She was able to perfectly capture our wedding vision and intensify it, making it more beautiful then I ever imagined. Lisa and her staff were great to work with! From the minute I met with her I knew she understood the vision for my wedding. I just needed a way to pull it all together, and that's where she came in. She found the linens, the chairs, chargers for the table, it was all perfect. Much of what we did was diy or items that we purchased and the end result look amazing! We were going for a soft, elegant, romantic feel, and Lisa definitely understood that. The ballroom was breathtaking. When I walked in to take a sneak peak I didn't want to leave. It was incredible!

I would recommend Lisa to everyone. Her and her staff are some of the sweetest people I have met. There were a few issues the night of the wedding but Lisa took care of everything. I tend to be a somewhat controlling person, so letting go of things for the night was easy knowing that Lisa was there to take care it all. I had no doubt that things would be exactly how I wanted them to be. She gave me the wedding of my dreams!

Lisa was outstanding with helping us plan every detail of our daughters wedding. Everything was so beautiful. She provided a list of vendors she would recommend and attending most all our visits to help be sure every detail was covered. On the wedding day everything went smoothly and if there was anything that was going on she was right there to take care of it. Wow - where do I begin with Lisa and Ashley? They were beyond amazing!!! Let me describe me: I am an out of town bride from NY, total control freak and super energetic!
I called Lisa 2 years ago (yes, I had a long engagement) and pretty much told her I wanted to do a lot of stuff myself and we were going to drive to FL and she on super short notice - she had just flown in from vaca and she met us on a Sunday night to discuss our wedding 2 years away since we were in Florida that weekend.
That was the first thing that impressed me about her.
Not only was I very happy with her packages, but she was the only vendor we met who offered a Military Discount - extra points there!
After that - Lisa was absolutely the BEST - she let us ship (probably way too much stuff) to her in FL in prep for our day - she & Ashley handled it all - organized everything and when we got down there a week before our wedding - I felt like I had nothing left to do...she handled everything PERFECTLY - it was everything this super control freak wanted and she NAILED IT! Her and her team even did a better job than I could have ever anticipated. I've heard all kinds of stories about wedding planners - good and bad - I think I hired the BEST one in the country - she truly did her job - I did not have to worry about a thing and she was so super well organized, sweet and fabulous - I feel like we made a new friend. Hire Lisa and her team and she will treat you like the only bride that she has...she does what she is supposed to do (and much more) and handles your day so you have to do nothing but have fun!

Lisa is Amazing! Not only did she provide me with excellent vendors to use for the wedding but she really listened to what was important to John and I. I really wanted something different at our wedding, a relaxing fun atmosphere with a coast that wouldn't break us. My daughter's wedding went fantastic and Lisa was responsible. We actually started off naively thinking we could pull it all together ourselves. When I walked into the hall the morning of the wedding and saw the chaos I could not believe that I ever thought we could do it ourselves. Lisa was the calm at the center of the storm and the bottom line was that we had an amazing day with virtually no stress. Lisa also saved us enough on services that she helped us book to more than pay for her service. She is in a word AWESOME!

Where do I begin….Lisa & her team ROCKS! I am an event planner so planning my wedding I wanted it to be fun and not a job. Would I be able to turn my work brain off at my wedding and just enjoy the day? Well the answer is YES! Thanks to Lisa and her team. I used Exquisite Events for day of coordination. I put the plan in action and they executed it flawlessly. They were there working their magic behind the scenes the entire day. I think my friends were waiting for my freak out that day because I am OCD about details…but I didn’t have one. I knew Lisa and her team had it all under control. If you are looking for a team that is all over the details but also relaxed at the same time you should definitely hire Lisa and Exquisite Events….WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Liz Smith was my wedding planner and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She was so helpful, warm, and accommodating throughout our entire wedding process. She kept us calm and encouraged and made sure everything ran so smoothly. Our wedding day was as close to perfect as one could hope and Liz is a huge reason why. We are so pleased with working with Ashley. We hired Exquisite Events for Day of Coordination services. They executed everything we needed and more. Ashley was extremely responsive, organized and on top of things. When it came to our wedding day my partner and I were truly able to let go of everything and simply enjoy the moment. Ashley and her team had us covered - from making sure my veil didn't snag before walking down the aisle, to helping bustle my dress, to running up to the room to grab a check I forgot for a vendor, to keeping the timeline moving for the activities, to setting up our decor, and more. It's worth the money, the day of the wedding and leading up to it, I didn't have to worry about anything, I totally enjoyed the joyous day for my daughter. So if you have the money it's worth it especially if it's a destination wedding such as ours. And Exquisite Events is a great company to work with, Ashley and Kalee were wonderful and always wanted to please the bride in her vision for her special day. Lisa and her team did a fabulous job for us on our wedding day! We contracted for day of coordination only, but received support and advice all along the way! Lisa and I had countless phone conversations and emails, and she handled my "OCD" tendencies like a pro! Lol! She also met with me three different times at the venue and also coordinated our rehearsal! Ashley her assistant took the reins on the rehearsal and did a great job keeping everyone in line! Thanks Ash! When the girls and I arrived at the venue on my wedding day I was taken back at how beautiful everything looked! It was just how I had pictured it! Lisa and her team were on top of every little detail! They were always checking up on the girls and I in our dressing room to make sure we were okay. Lisa came to the rescue when she helped safety pin one of my bridesmaid dresses! During the entire event Lisa and her team were so attentive to my hubby and I as well as the bridal party and our guest! I could go on and on about all that Lisa and her team did for us, but I will just simply state that we could not be happier that we chose Lisa to make our wedding such a success! We had the greatest night of our lives and wish we could do it all over again!

Lisa is fantastic

When we first got engaged, I wasn't sure if I would be looking for a coordinator because I'm generally a very organized person! But I soon realized how your own wedding is a TOTALLY different story. My wedding night felt like a 10 minute whirlwind because I was all over the place trying to say hi to people I loved and take care of my duties as the bride - there was no way i could have handled the behind the scenes work that Lisa and Destiny took care of. I am SO grateful - they were so efficient, professional, and on top of it. They set up all of my decor beautifully, packed it up at the end of the night, kept us and other vendors on schedule, coordinated perfect timing for our ceremony, they were always available to us, and Lisa made some awesome suggestions to us - it's what she DOES and she is a pro. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be able to relax before the wedding and be able to enjoy their wedding night - the night is about being present with your spouse and loved ones and working with Lisa will allow you to do that!

We got a wedding coordinator as part of our package with Tradewinds island grand resort. At first I wasn't planning on having a coordinator but I am happy we did. Chloe did an amazing job at making sure everything ran smoothly and on time. She made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend them.

Our wedding was not easy due to the distance from which we were traveling, at least we thought it would be a challenge. However, Lisa made everything flow perfectly and she always communicated with us about even the smallest thing, which gave us the assurance that everything would be taken care of and nothing would be forgotten. In short, we did not have to worry at all, instead we just had a great time, knowing that Lisa would take care of it all. The beach was enchanting, the pergola was beautiful, and the sunset was the perfect setting for photographs. We recommend Lisa with the highest rating!

My sister-in-law who greatly helped with the wedding planning & who served as intermediary between my daughter and I said it best-- Lisa at Exquisite Events “day of” wedding coordination was money very well spent!! It wasn’t just day of, she provided so much great advice on planning and securing vendors. AND she & staff ensured we could enjoy the event and be free of planning & execution details at the wedding. The beach wedding, a mixture of casual & formal, went without a hitch. I vaguely remember her asking me about coffee to go with the cake--something I had made a big deal about prior to the wedding but had not included in the food vendor’s duties--but at that moment I cared less. She smiled & moved on her way and made sure the guests had good coffee to go with their cake! I cannot say enough about the services she provides and how easy it was to work with her!!

Exquisite Events was incredibly helpful as we planned our Florida wedding from out of state. It was great having them on the ground keeping track of things. On the day of our wedding, they did a fantastic job rolling with the punches as we scrambled to make a number of changes due to rain. They made everything beautiful and easy on a stressful, crazy, wonderful day. I highly recommend them.

Lisa was on top of everything. I called her with a short 5 mos left of the wedding planning almost in tears! I was so overwhelmed being a bride in PA and getting married in FL. Lisa was on call for any of my needs and breakdowns during the wedding planning.

Besides Lisa advising me on the best vendors which were all perfectly amazing, she was exactly what I needed and wanted come wedding day! She directed myself and the resort staff during the event to lead to a flawless wedding.
I would recommend Lisa to everyone!

Our wedding was on Sept 4th 2010 at the Grand Plaza in St Pete Beach FL and Elizabeth Smith was our wedding coordinator , I know she moved from Grand Plaza and joined Exquisite Events and I need to say what an awesome job she did for us on our wedding.
Liz ,you were everything for us! I couldn't have done ANYTHING without you. You took over from that 1st phone call and made us feel special and made us feel that you cared about our wedding, you were part of the family. I have never met anyone more dedicated and proffesional than you. I didn't have to worry about anything for my wedding , it was all taken care of with great efficiency and less stress than I anticipated. All I had to do was call Liz and she had everything done for me on a few calls. It was amazing. Thank you Liz for making my wedding the memorable moment I always dreamed of . There is nothing on the wedding that I would change -- IT WAS PERFECT and all because of YOU!!!! Exquisite events has gained an amazing coordinator and even a more wonderful human being. I never ever consider a wedding coordinator before but now after my experience with Liz I would tell all the brides you CAN NOT have a wedding without them but make sure she has the dedication and passion for her job like Liz does. Exquisite Events was the day of coordinator provided with my wedding package at the Tradewinds Island Grand. I spent the extra money for the extra wedding planning package. Ashley was my assigned coordinator and was an absolute dream to work with! I was tasked with planning from PA and admittedly didn't have a creative bone in my body. She was able to take my small ideas and create an absolutely beautiful wedding. She was very responsive via phone and email and was an absolute joy to talk to. She made sure everything went off without a hitch, despite last minute rain during my ceremony. She checked on me frequently and even ran to my room to get a last minute payment I forgot to bring with me. If you're looking to calm your anxiety and have the perfect wedding, with someone who has a real vision for decor, please use Ashley from Exquisite Events. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Working with Lisa and Ashley made my wedding (and life for those last few weeks!) so much easier. I had absolutely nothing to worry about from set up to take down. They dealt with all of my vendors, noticed things I missed (like adding an extra table, but then never ordering an additional centerpiece), they had tons of supplies on hand I was able to borrow and just the general knowledge of a first time bride/wedding planner like myself lacked. They were worth every penny. I would never plan a wedding without a planner and if you’re in the Tampa area, they are the best!

We had the day of wedding coordination service for our daughters wedding. This was the perfect service provided by our wedding coordinator, Nicole Synadinos. Just as someone else stated, we thought that we were organized enough and planned ahead enough that we could pull this big event off ourselves. Fortunately we came to the realized that we needed help. We could not have asked for a better person than Nicole to hand over what was going to be one of our most precious celebrations for our daughter and son in law. She saw to every detail and carried out tasks as if we were her own family. She was the backbone to the nervous bridal party and kept us calm so that we could enjoy every minute . It was a pleasure to have Exquisite Events- Lisa Mohyla to start us on the right track and Nicole Syandios as the perfect wedding coordinator for the day of event.

I am so, so glad I chose Lisa and Ashley to coordinate our wedding. They are simply amazing to work with. I seriously don't know what my wedding would have turned out like if not for them. But luckily, they were there, and the wedding was absolutely perfect. So let's make one thing clear: I ended up doing a lot of the planning myself because I LOVE to plan things myself. I, however, needed someone who would be able to make my dreams become a reality and set up a very challenging do-it-yourself reception venue the day of the wedding. And boy, did Exquisite Events make it happen!! Lisa provided all of the extra things that I didn't have (extra centerpieces, uplighting, etc.) and set up the layout that I had designed for the wedding perfectly. She also recommended an EXCELLENT set of vendors (for example, our DJ from Grant Hemond, who kept people on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG, and she chose and dealt directly with the rental company who provided and set up our linens, tables, and uplighting) for us, and she was always there to provide the other thing that I needed the most--advice. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and Lisa helped truly make it happen!

Lisa was fantastic! We were married in St Pete Beach and live in Orlando, so a lot of our communication was through e-mail, phone and text messages. Lisa was always responsive and answered all of my random questions, and on our wedding day she really came through with so many important details (like who will carry the sand ceremony kit back to the hotel!) - we are so happy we found Lisa to help us with our wedding and recommend her for any wedding. Ours was 50 people on the beach with an outdoor reception, and our family all say it was the best wedding they've ever attended :)

Lisa and her staff did an exceptional job on planning our wedding. After meeting with Lisa to discuss our ideas she put together a great list of vendors for us to look into. She took all the hassle out of finding a venue, photographer, caterer, florist, videographer and Band, all vendor recommendations were exactly right for us. She truly made our wedding planning and day go completely flawless. We did not have to worry about a thing, Lisa took care of everything and then some. Lisa and Exquisite Events were a dream! I was a DIY bride but did not want to handle the day-of details. Lisa and her team helped us fine tune our day and decorated our venue perfectly! Lisa also went above and beyond by helping us find another caterer when (thanks to Lisa) we discovered our original caterer was a scam. We were married in Connecticut fourth of July weekend. I came to Lisa a few months before my wedding for "day of coordination" since I was planning my wedding from the west coast and needed some help. She was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Not only did she work with me the day of the wedding but she literally guided me for the entire month leading up and handled so many things that I would have never even known to do! Lisa is amazing! She is the reason that our wedding day was everything that we dreamed it could be! Lisa not only helped us keep on budget, but was instrumental as we (the bride and groom) were living states apart, with neither of us living in the state we were being married in, and in addition we were blending 2 different cultures! Lisa worked through all of our time constraints and always kept in excellent contact with both of us!
The most important thing that Lisa did for me, was to be by myside on our wedding day. The day of the wedding was virtually stress free for me, as she had everything handled, from the reception, to decor, to the the DJ and more. I didn't have to worry about anything, and with 100% confidence, I knew she had it taken care of, along with professionalism and sincerity just as if I were handling it myself!
I highly recommend Lisa to anyone considering having a wedding planner! She will work for you, and make you feel as though you are her only client!

I got engaged in October of 2012 and decided on a destination wedding. As I am in AZ I chose to do a destination wedding in Fl at a location I had never been to. Upon reading some of the reviews of the venue people had suggested a wedding planner. I then looked into Exquisite Events. I called Lisa initially and she explained how everything works. I utilized her services for the day of help (thank god). During the course of the next 12 months unlimited phone calls and emails were included. Lisa was amazing in explaining the process and what they did. She also allowed me to ship items to her house that I didn't want to fly with. I also worked a lot with Ashley who was wonderful! She responded to all my emails within 24 hours no matter how stupid they were. The day of was amazing as all I had to worry about was getting my hair done and showing up Lisa and her assistant took care of everything else! It made the day so painless and easy. So thank you Ashley and Lisa for doing an amazing job!

I was set up to work with Exquisite Events while booking my destination wedding at the Tradewinds Island Grand. I did not originally think I needed an even coordinator, but I am SO glad that I was provided with one. I couldn't have done it all alone! Casey was great to work with! She was so helpful and attentive! She made booking my Florida wedding all the way from Michigan a breeze! The month or so leading up to the wedding I spoke with her several times via call and text. She was always so quick to respond with answers, suggestions & more. (Even on her days off and crazy hours of the night- Sorry Casey!) I mailed many decorations and accessories to her over time, when I arrived to my destination everything was there for me to see organized and neatly labeled. The day of the wedding she got all of my extra decor and special things set up beautifully for my ceremony and reception so that my family and I had nothing to worry about. I would highly recommend this company! Even if you are like me and do not think you need a coordinator, I assure you their help will allow you to truly relax and enjoy your wedding! Ashley Radtke was our day of coordinator and I couldn't have asked for more! She was there anytime I had a question. She was there the night before to walk us through the rehearsal. And the day off, she brought my vision to life. I had a vision in my head and had been collecting pieces to make the rustic theme all that I had envisioned. When I walked into the reception, it was more beautiful than I ever could've imagined! She kept us on top of the timeline and kept the wedding flowing smoothly all night. Hands down, this was my best investment for the wedding. I didn't have to stress about anything the day of my wedding. I really felt like we got more than our money's worth by hiring Lisa at Exquisite Events to plan our St. Petersburg, FL wedding. She was invaluable to me during the planning process and especially in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We used the Exquisite Events Day of Coordination service for our April 16th wedding. It was absolutely one of the best investments we made for the wedding! I planned the majority of the wedding myself but there was no way we could have pulled off what EE did for us on the day of. Their services allowed us, our families and the wedding party to get ready for the wedding and enjoy the day without worrying about anything. Lisa and her staff brought everything to the venue, decorated, and ran things smoothly during the reception. In addition, we rented the linens through EE and I was able to email or call Lisa with questions at any time. She also referred me to the amazing florist and makeup artist we used. There was a lot of coordination that went on during the wedding and reception that I was unaware of and I know that was mainly due to the EE staff taking care of everything. The services Exquisite Events provides truly allow for a stress free wedding day!

Lisa was our event planner for my wedding at the Sand Pearl Resort. Me and my husband were looking for someone to keep us on track the day of the wedding to make sure the event ran smoothly. Ashley and Lisa were present the day of the wedding and we were impressed by their ability to coordinate and organize every aspect. We hired Exquisite Events for "day of" coordinating. Ashley made our wedding awesome! Both my husband and I are so grateful that Ashley was able to take our scattered ideas and create a smooth day for us. We were able to just enjoy our wedding with our guests without a single worry. Ashely and her team helped focus us to ensure there was a plan for every detail, coordinated all of our vendors, and created a gorgeous reception for us. So many of our guests commented on how stress free both my husband and I seemed - it was all because we had Ashley!

Overall, I really enjoyed working with Exquisite Events and the girls were very nice and helpful. There were a few small issues but overall, they were great. For months, I had worked with one coordinator and then the week of our wedding, I was told two different coordinators would be there. This was okay however for the Rehearsal, the one new coordinator seemed to have an outdated timeline which caused a little confusion and then for the day of, there was a few times where there were some issues with the coordinating. But overall, for the value & service, they were really great to work with. And the girls were all very nice! Would recommend to others!

Exquisite Events helped coordinate the wedding of our dreams! They took all the inspiration photos we had and made it a reality. I am so thankful that the TradeWinds recommended Exquisite Events, because I don't know how we would have done it without them. We worked with several team members - first meeting with the Owner Lisa Mohyla to go over our vision. She was so enthusiastic and gave us her input based on her experience. Lisa reviewed all of our contracts with our vendors, and helped us negotiate some of the prices down. Then we worked with Ashley Radtke to select linens, accessories, etc. Ashley was so pleasant throughout the process. We mainly worked with Casey Judge for the rest of the coordinating and on the big day. This woman did not stop until we had everything as we wanted it. Before our wedding, she provided us and all our vendors with a full itinerary and timeline. When we had questions, she was there to answer them. When we had changes or input for the decor/ceremony/reception, etc, she was there to handle them. On the big day, Casey was there on-time and immediately took care of setup. When the TradeWinds didn't set up the ceremony chairs correctly on the South Lawn, my bridesmaids and mom told her about it and she fixed it. During the reception, she stayed on top of the timeline and reminded me whenever it was time to do the father-daughter dance, cake cutting, etc. It was such a pleasure working with the entire Exquisite Events team, and we would highly recommend them for your wedding or any special event.

Having our wedding at the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort we were given the opportunity to work with Exquisite Events for our weekend planning and day of coordination. We worked with Lisa and she was awesome! Even though we only had her for the wedding day she went above and beyond to help us out for our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the night before as well. She was very knowledgeable and capable of helping us get the things we wanted and needed to make our day perfect! I was able to communicate with her months prior to the wedding via email and phone calls. Her and Destiny were with us on our wedding day and they did an amazing job with setting things up and making sure things ran smoothly so that myself and my husband did not have to worry about a thing! Our wedding day was stress free and perfect and that would not have been possible without them! Kudos to Lisa and her team :)

I had a great experience with my wedding coordinator Kalee from Exquisite Events during my March wedding at the barn at Old McMickeys! Note that I rated quality and value at a 4 instead of 5 simply because her services were provided as part of the fee I paid the barn, so I can't speak to the value or quality for the money since I don't actually know what part of payment went to them.

All that said though, Kalee was AWESOME. I had a very specific idea in mind of what I wanted (complete with a binder of instructions for set up) and she was so kind, gracious and patient about the whole thing. Never making me feel like I was a pain, even though I felt like I was being one. In the end the wedding was set up exactly as I had imagined and I had a wonderful time. Thank you so much to Kalee!

I live in South Dakota so I was hesitant to use services that I had not heard of. My travel coordinator expressed full confidence in using these services. I was very impressed, my day turned out to be my exact vision and there was no worry, no stress, I am so happy with the way things turned out!

I was very pleased with the quality of Lisa's services. I would recommend her services. My only reason for not giving her a higher review is the lack of communication which led to a few mishaps. It was not one-sided, but again overall she did a very good job. I would have appreciated more of her time to talk about details, at times I felt a bit rushed. The end product was very beautiful and elegant, so I think we made the right choice.

We used Exquisite Events for the day-of-event coordiantion. The package included phone calls and emails two weeks prior to the wedding and on the day of the event. We met with the vendor about three weeks before-hand to discuss details and perform a walk-thru. It seemed to us that the person handling our day may not have been the most experienced, but in the end we did not notice that at all. The team put together an itinerary for the day, handled all calls to coordinate vendors, and made sure the wedding party did nothing but celebrate on our special day. I would recommend their services. Trust me, on your day you don't want to place gifts for guests on tables or move flowers from the ceremony to the reception. They even made sure all our belongings were placed in our room for us.

Ashley helped us plan our wedding for the last year. She was amazing!!! She was very quick to respond to all emails, helped make all of my ideas realistic, and helped us select some of our other vendors. She planned my whole day of timeline for me and contacted all of the vendors we selected to coordinate their arrival on our day. She made all of the planning very easy and stress free.

Unfortunately she had prior obligations and we had someone else as our day of coordinator. I would have given 5 stars all the way but we had some issues with our day of coordinator.

My wedding was in December and I haven't had a chance to do my reviews until now. I would definitely not recommend hiring Lisa. I had numerous complaints from guests about her after the wedding, the grooms cake was put out with the rest of the desert and eaten before my husband or I could see it, my $100 rose petals were not put down the aisle, and along with numerous other things. She would only refund me for the grooms cake, nothing else. I was told by numerous family and friends that they offered to help her set things up since I was not able to be there or do anything due to my broken foot and I was told she refused everyone's help. I was not there but I believe what my family said. I was also threatened that if I left a bad review she would sue me for slander. I definitely wouldn't recommend her to anyone!
