Luxury Portable Toilet with GREAT + Fast Customer Service
If you need a luxury washroom for a private event, look no further! While the washroom was top notch, the customer service and support was as great as it could have been. From quick response times to great on-site management, this company and team was an absolute pleasure to work with. The nature of my request was very last minute and this team moved mountains to be at/travel hours to my event with a smile on their face. Could not recommend more highly and will absolutely use them again! -

Wedding Weekend
We booked in May for an October wedding. Executive Washrooms was quick to respond and always followed up in a timely matter. We changed the time of the arrival and they even showed up a few hrs before necessary. Would recommend them!! -

Amazing services!
We had our wedding in June 2022 and I just wanted to personally say thank you for your amazing service. We didn’t have a chance to thank them in person. My husband and I, were hearing from our guests that they enjoyed your services a lot. So thank you for making it a subject to talk about during/ after the wedding. Haha we got a lot of compliments about Dave, and how nice the bathrooms were. They’ve been super helpful and very responsive!! I would totally recommend if you ever need bathrooms! -

Amazing Experience
We used Executive Washrooms for our wedding in Penn Valley and it was an awesome experience. Kathy and Dave were absolutely wonderful to work with and we had no issues at any point in the event or in the rental process. I can't speak highly enough about them.

Exactly what we needed
Executive Washrooms was terrific for my daughter‘s wedding in May. We had it at their farm and everything was going perfectly well until just before the guests were supposed to arrive, the power went out all over Penn Valley. Executive Washrooms was ready for that eventuality with beautiful battery operated lamps in each unit. The guests commented on how beautiful the units were, they looked like restrooms in a nice home or fancy hotel. Thanks for helping to make our wedding a success! I totally recommend them and would use them again for our next event. -

Wonderful experience

These portable bathrooms are a WOW factor
I experienced these portable restrooms at a wedding over the weekend and was beyond impressed with how nice they were. Amazingly clean and they even had a nice gentleman making sure he opened the doors for everyone and made sure they stayed super clean the entire time. These restrooms are well worth having at any nice event. -

Do your Business with this Business!
Have no doubts, the team at Executive Washrooms are incredible! Dave and Kathy were so responsive and they deliver a quality product. They are helpful in recommending what will work best for the event and help to find an ideal location. We used a trailer for our wedding with ~75 guests. They were spacious and you even get to select a music playlist! Plus, they put flowers that match your theme in there! Also, they stay incredibly clean throughout the night with the attendant. Previous restroom rentals I've used end up dirty, with water on the counters and toilet paper on the floor, after tipsy guests use them. Not the case here. Totally satisfied with their business and would call them first whenever I need their services again. -

CoViD wedding extension
Executive washrooms was just what my outdoor wedding needed to accommodate our guests. Due to CoViD we had to extend the wedding which executive washrooms was very understanding and helpful. I did advise my postpone meant 1.5 years in advance. During my wedding executive washrooms showed up on time. The facilities were very Clean and was very nice! -

I knew I went went with the right bathrooms when people would come up to us saying " Beautiful wedding and omgoodness! Those bathrooms are so nice!"

Show-Stopping Bathrooms!!
Dave and Kathy at Executive Washrooms were wonderful!! We hired them for our wedding at Donner Lake, Truckee and I was a little worried that the location would pose a problem with electricity and water access, but Dave helped us problem solve and they were exactly where we wanted them. He was kind and professional from start to finish and ALL of my guests commented on how nice the bathrooms were (AC was well appreciated) and how sweet and helpful Dave was. $$ well spent! He even asked for our flower colors so he could have fresh, matching flowers in both stalls. Thanks a ton, would definitely recommend! -

October Wedding
Very friendly and dependent! Answered all questions and helped me to make the best decision. The drop off and pick up times were accurate and they have excellent communication. All guests were completely impressed with how nice and well kept our washroom was! They couldn’t believe it was a trailer. -

Responsive, professional & reliable service
Executive washrooms came to the rescue during our September wedding. With a shortage of mobile restrooms as a result of Covid & the California wildfires, Dave & Kathy were kind enough to help us in a pinch and were extremely flexible. Great communication and their units were clean and easy to set up. Highly recommend! -

Very Professional
East to talk to. Restrooms were amazing. Everyone made the comment they had never been in an outside facility like it! Music, water, flushable, everything an inside restroom would have. Someone was there the whole time 5 stars. We had a friend getting married 2 weeks after and they used the same company. You wont be disappointed. -

Our friends still talk about their bathroom experience at our wedding. Executive Washrooms were absolutely wonderful to work with. Everything was seamless. Great company, definitely recommend!
Executive Washrooms were awesome. They had a very busy schedule the weekend of our wedding but still worked with us to provide toilets. All of our guests said how nice and clean they were, and the attendant did a great job keeping them up throughout the night. Nice toilets for a wedding are a must and Executive Washrooms are a great choice! -

I cannot speak highly enough of Executive Washrooms. They were so professional, kind, & thoughtful. We held our reception on private property and due to challenging weather we had to move the location for our restrooms last minute. Dave came out personally a few evenings before and was able to graciously back the washrooms into the tight spot that would work for the event. We received many compliments on the washrooms during our event. They pay so much attention to detail and take great pride in having lovely and clean washrooms throughout your entire event. They are so professional! The washrooms were very luxurious and all of my wedding guests talked about how awesome the bathrooms were and how much that made the whole day better. We had our wedding in the forest at our cabin and didn’t want all the traffic in the actual cabin. They were so willing, open, and professional when finding the right spot for the washrooms. The attendants were perfect as well. Everything was perfect! I would totally recommend them to anyone needing this service! -

Fantastic facilities , wonderful service!
It was so nice having such nice clean well lite facilities at our daughters wedding. Dave was so nice and helpful. He even let us puck the music that was played and matched the flowers with her color scheme. I highly recommend using him for any event that you need restrooms. So much nicer than using port o potties!! -

Amazing experience!!
Dave was quick to respond to all of my emails and inquiries as soon as I started researching restrooms for our backyard wedding. Executive Washrooms were very efficient and easy to work with and we had no issues with the delivery or pickup. Although my husband and I didn’t get to use the bathrooms ourselves, we had so many friends and family members express how nice they were and that they were a great touch to our wedding. The tenant kept the bathrooms clean all night long and our guests were so appreciative to have a clean and elegant washroom to use (especially since it was a cold and rainy night). I would highly recommend Executive Washrooms if you are having any outdoor event!! -

We had a private estate outdoor wedding and wanted to have another restroom option for our guests. There is an attendant who mans the restroom who was incredibly nice and professional. All our guests were raving about how beautiful the bathrooms were and that the flowers even matched our wedding flower color choice. I am so glad we booked through Executive Washrooms. We were recently married in September and hired Executive Washrooms. We booked their largest trailer because of our group size. The owners were responsive to emails and the booking process was easy. Though I'm sorry to say I didn't have a chance to see it myself, I received many compliments about their trailer and service. They were prompt in showing up and attentive throughout the evening. I was really reluctant to spend additional funds on these bathrooms. But I have to say these bathroom were amazing and our guest made it a point to mention it to us as well! The gentlemen that was there keeping the bathroom clean and filled with toiletry was amazing. I use one of the 3 stall late into our event and it felt as if I was the first one to use it. -

Working with Dave and Kathy for an offsite wedding was a breeze! They were responsive to our needs and the restrooms were a welcome upgrade (to say the least) to any standard port-o-potty. With the piped in music of your choice, the flowers and the attendants there to refresh the restrooms all evening long, the worry was off of me!

Executive Washrooms is the best!!!!! Dave and Kathy responded to our emergency call at 6 pm the day before the wedding when our other bathroom trailer vendor (which had taken our $200 deposit -- DO NOT USE ARWOOD!) had claimed we had no order, then that we did, then stopped answering their phones, and then just never showed up. Dave was so sweet and sympathetic and able to work us in to their very busy schedule - it was like a miracle! He showed up super fast the next morning with the most gorgeous bathroom trailer I've ever seen, set it all up and Kathy had even made us up a special bouquet of lovely flowers for the ladies room. Honestly, we were getting tons of compliments on the bathroom during the wedding! They also provide the service of staying as an attendant so you don't have to worry about re-stocking TP or any bathroom maintenance. Amazing!
I am so glad we were able to find them. Truly ethical, friendly, and life-saving. Great great product for a great value as well! I felt good supporting a small family business run by lovely people. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Executive Washrooms!!!!! -

We knew we needed to find a solution to only having 1 bathroom at my then, future sister in laws, house since we were getting married in her backyard. Dave and Kathy are amazing! Their Executive Washroom was such an elegant touch to needing restroom facilities at my wedding. They were prompt in all of my initial request of information and getting me the contracts quickly. I was amazed at how beautiful the washrooms were in person. The air conditioning was fantastic as it was 104° on my wedding day and the music laid into the washrooms added to the whole experience! My guest said it was almost their favorite part of my wedding. They also provided an attendant to make sure that they were always clean for each of my guest before each use, he was absolutely professional and friendly at all times. The drop off and pick up process was so easy they set everything up for me. I can't send off for this company I will refer them to everyone I know. Our wedding venue only had port-a-potties so I was very happy to find Executive Washrooms. Dave was very sweet to work with and very responsive throughout the planning. I loved that they gave us a list of music to choose from to play in the bathrooms and they even had flowers that matched our wedding colors in each bathroom for an extra special touch. We chose the one private ladies stall and the one private men's stall and I had enough room to comfortably use the restroom (in my very poofy wedding dress) on my own. They are very reasonably priced and I have absolutely to regrets about adding this luxury at our outdoor wedding. -

Dave and Kathy were wonderful! Deciding we needed a restroom available, instead of using the limited one at our venue was a fairly last minute decision and luckily Executive Washrooms was not booked. The Washrooms are amazing, and our guests were truly impressed with them. Dave and Kathy came out to see the venue, reviewed with us the music and floral arrangements they would provide, and were so nice. I didn't have to worry about a thing, they provided it all.
You wouldn't think a restroom would be a highlight at a wedding, but it actually was! -

We used Executive Washrooms for my Daughters wedding this passed August, Dave provided exactly what was promised.
Our guest were amazed at the cleanliness of the unit. Our guests also told us how helpful Dave was assisting guest with the stairs when it got dark. If I ever have an event that needs portable services I would call Dave.

Book this company! Delightful to work with, great company to have at your event, the restroom was amazing and our guests couldn't say enough nice things about it. We were asked what music and flowers we wanted to have in the restroom as well so that it coordinated with our wedding! Dave and Kathy are honest, trust worthy and welcoming! Everything was smooth and in absolute perfect condition!! -

Kathy and Dave were quick to respond to my questions and be able to accommodate my needs for my daughters wedding. The wedding was outdoors at a farm on 8/20/2016. Kathy stayed the entire time to make sure everything was working properly and that the restrooms stayed clean. I had several guests comment about how wonderful the washrooms were and grateful that I had them at the wedding. -

Having Executive Washrooms was a really smart idea...they truly made our event! People came to the Top of the World Lounge at Worldfest to just experience the air conditioned bathroom facilities. Clean, up to date and attended throughout the whole four days. They even had fresh flowers!
We're booking them again next year....for sure! -

From the first contact with Dave to inquire about Executive Washrooms I knew I made the right choice for our daughter's wedding! We had over 200 guests at an outdoor family ranch garden wedding, tent dinner seating, amazing food and drink along with the grand washrooms! Our guests commented on how clean and attentive Dave was during the event. Before the big event, Dave made several contacts with me to assure me he had the perfect accommodations for our guests. Our guests have raved about the "toilets" as nicer than their own. We wanted a first class wedding with all the details and we received excellent service from start to finish with Dave. -

Dave was super easy to work with. Showed up early, worked tirelessly, and stayed until closing time. It really is so important to have vendors you can trust during your wedding and you can't go wrong with these guys. I'd hire them again in a heart beat. Dave and Kathy are very pleasant to work with. Everyone was very impressed by the bathrooms,. Dave made sure the bathrooms stayed spotless throughout the night. A MUCH better alternative than a porta potty, especially for a wedding! I highly recommend Executive Washrooms. -
