From the very beginning, they truly understood our vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. Their knowledge of venues, vendors, and guest experience is exceptional, and they have an incredible eye for creating a chic, elegant event.
On the wedding day itself, everything was completely seamless. Laura and Alessandra handled every detail behind the scenes so we could relax, be present, and fully enjoy one of the most important days of our lives.

Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming and something you should never do alone. We brought on Exclusive Italy Weddings to plan our dream Italian wedding and they didn't disappoint. If you look at the pictures on their website and Pinterest for Italian weddings, you'll see a lot of similarities to our wedding photos below. We trusted that they'd deliver that experience and they did.
We worked with Lisa and few others on the team and they were always professional, easy to access and hard workers. We knew that they were always on our side and working to help curate an amazing experience. Weddings are not easy and they made it as easy as you could.
One thing to keep in mind for international weddings is pricing. VAT (tax) is not the same as the US and be careful what the exchange rate is as the Euro - Dollar rate changed drastically in our year which really hurt our budget. Also, a lot of these small towns require porters which are people who will set up or break down your event. Someone delivers the equipment and then you need to hire a local porter to get it in the venue, set up and take down. An additional cost we didn't expect.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and if you like their photos and previous weddings... they'll be able to replicate that for you. -

I cannot begin the thank Alessandra & all the team at Exclusive Italy Weddings enough, they truly made our wedding dream come true!
Every detail was carefully planned and the entire experience was a joy. The wedding weekend itself was absolutely perfect with no issues, and this is down to EIW's hard work and dedication. During the planning process, Alessandra was amazing. We would keep in contact each day and make sure we hit the planning timeline.
As I live in the UK I had no idea on any local vendors so EIW recommended everything to us and I honestly could not fault a single thing. Over the 3 day event the food was delicious at each meal and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. We had 6 different musical elements over the weekend, all recommended by EIW and each band was just as good as the last. Our guests were dancing into the very early hours!
Over our initial planning meetings I expressed that I wanted the wedding to be timeless and elegant with a real WOW effect. I certainly got what I asked for!
Since our wedding, all of our guests have been contacting us to say it was the best wedding they had ever been to and nothing could ever top it! I have to say...I agree! And the thanks and gratitude all goes to EIW.

I've known that I always wanted to get married in Italy, more specifically the Amalfi Coast since I first traveled there after graduating university.
What I didn't know is who I would be marrying & who would be planning my wedding once I finally found the person to spend the rest of my life with.
Once I met the right partner years later, I knew I immediately needed to start planning my dream wedding with the best of the best.
I searched around for months, called & spoke with countless wedding planners in Italy, America, Spain, etc. However, if you're going to get married in Italy, you want someone who truly knows Italy. That's when I found Exclusive Italy Weddings, I looked at reviews & their website. After that, I knew I didn't need to look any further... As long as Laura agreed to help me plan my wedding, I was officially ready to begin the planning.
Wedding planning post Covid-19 was very stressful because everyone had postponed their dates not only one year out, but two or even three years.
So many couples had their date established, so we were frantic about getting our wedding date established. We wanted a fall wedding, one close to Italy's off-season and when it would be less crowded.
My first call with Laura was absolutely perfect, she was so transparent about everything that goes into their planning & how to take the wedding step by step. After securing a date at the beautiful Hotel Caruso in Ravello, she then introduced me to Martina!
Martina is one of the most kind and thoughtful people that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and working with throughout an entire year. Martina was so accommodating, and truly knew how to calm a bride from overseas down with each conversation.
Everything from the colors, the flowers, to the aesthetics of the entire wedding was handled in a perfect fashion and she was so reliable.
For about 10 months we truly thought we knew what we wanted the wedding to look & be like. However during one of my final calls with Martina, a little less than two months prior to the big day Laura was in the office casually looking over our wedding vision board. Laura said "no two weddings should ever be the same". Before I knew it she pulled up a chair next to Martina, and I felt like I had my dream team coming together to create an almost entirely different wedding.
Martina & Laura sat there until they found exactly what they wanted my wedding to be in order to stand out, and I couldn't have been happier.
I truly believe in giving artistic license to those in their business, so once Martina and Laura started showing me all the new, different and stunning elements from the menus to the Chuppah's flowers... I fell deeply in love with their new visions, which completely changed what I thought would be my wedding.
Once the new vision board came in, my heart dropped in the best way possible. We were in awe.
Finally in Italy, I got news that both Martina & Laura would be at our wedding and I nearly cried over happiness. They came to the hotel & venue with a book filled with all the details. They made our Welcome Dinner more than we could have ever expected & that was just the beginning. On the day of the wedding, every bride has different emotions, for me it was just making sure that everything would be as organized as I wanted. I knew that with Martina & Laura I never had to worry.
They had everything perfect and completely under control. Making sure that the bride & groom had nothing to worry about except for themselves.
It was perfect. Not just the wedding day, but the entire trip to Italy was perfect because of these two amazing women from Exclusive Italy Weddings.
My husband and I, as well as our families can never thank Exclusive Italy Weddings enough for all they've done. They make weddings not only into dreams, but into reality. -

Martina and team were amazing. We started to work with EIW in 2019 for a 2020 wedding. As you can guess, we had to postpone our wedding and finally did so in 2022. Working with EIW for these years, they were patient, professional, flexible and understanding. Martina (and team) helped us finally get to our "better than we could have even dreamed of" wedding. Just a few highlights: They really have great options for vendors. I was so happy with my photographer, videographer, make up + hair, food, florals, and priest!
Not only did I have such a wonderful, stress free experience - I have such great memories that are beautifully captured with the photos and video (amazing vendors!).
Martina was patient, responsive and super helpful in providing guidance to me. She also was able to quickly understand what I was envisioning and execute it.
I felt like it wasn't a cookie cutter experience, and she really catered to our tastes...
My only regret is that I want to now have another wedding.. ;)

I'll never fully be able to put into the words the fairytale wedding that Laura (and her team) from Exclusive Italy Weddings brought to life for us at Villa Cimbrone in Ravello, Italy in September 2021. I had been working with Laura since January 2019 to plan our wedding originally slated for May 2020. When COVID hit and changed our wedding plans (not once, but twice!), Laura and her team were able to seamlessly navigate the situation with every single vendor without missing a beat or charging us a single rescheduling fee. Laura planned and executed the most incredible four-day event of a lifetime for our guests. There wasn't a detail overlooked, not a task too cumbersome to ask, and not a single surprise the day of the wedding. When it comes to the design and creative aesthetic, there is simply no one who can compare. Laura and her access to the best wedding vendors in Italy created the most magnificent wedding event we could have ever dreamed of. Perfection from Austin, Texas to Florence, Italy
My husband and I live in Austin, TX and were quite nervous about planning our wedding from so far away. We knew that we had to find a planner that we could trust and rely on. The decision to hire Exclusive Italy Weddings was an easy one for us. We contacted many different planners around Florence but we knew from the moment that we spoke to the Exclusive Italy Weddings team that they were the right fit for us. Planning our wedding could not have been easier with the guidance of our planner, Martina.
I cannot say enough kind words about Martina. From the very beginning she was patient, attentive, and available whenever we had a question (and we had MANY). She listened to what we wanted and highlighted so many practical important details that we would have never thought of. Martina has such a wealth of knowledge about locations, venues, celebrants, musical entertainment, flower arrangements - literally everything you will need on your wedding day. We booked everything without ever visiting our venue or meeting the vendors in person. This sounds like it would be stressful, but Martina made it completely stress-free. In addition to the wedding, Martina helped us organize a welcome dinner for all of our guests which was lovely.
By the time we arrived in Italy for the wedding we felt nothing but pure excitement! Our wedding was like a dream come true, every detail executed with perfection, all of our guests were blown away and this wouldn’t have been possible without Martina.

Words cannot describe the gratitude we feel for Laura, Chiara, and the amazing team at Exclusive Italy Weddings. When we decided to get married in Ravello, we had a vision for an enchanted, otherworldly experience that would reflect the joy and purity of our love. And when it came time to select a wedding planner to help bring our vision to life, Laura stood out for her professionalism and the romantic, artistic quality of her past work. Above all else, it was clear from our very first interaction that Laura puts her whole heart into her work and treats each wedding as an extension of herself. We knew that Laura and her team would be a true partner in our journey!
Working with Laura and Chiara was a joy, and the results were magical. They took our ideas, inspirations, and sixty-page powerpoints and brought them to life more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. Over the course of three days, the Exclusive Italy team created an elegant rehearsal dinner at the Belmond Caruso’s Belvedere Restaurant, a dreamscape at the Caruso’s infinity pool for our evening welcome party, and the most breathtaking wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Villa Cimbrone. Down to the smallest of details, from the specialty cocktails to the exquisite florals and custom dinner napkins, everything was absolutely perfect. And the best part of all was that nothing ever felt forced or overdone - Laura and her team managed to create a warm, caring environment that complemented and elevated our love, and that allowed special moments to unfold organically as the events progressed. Months later, our guests are still talking about how it was the most spectacular wedding they’d ever experienced, and so much of that is thanks to the great care that the team at Exclusive Italy Weddings put into making it all possible!

My husband and I were married this past November in Sant' Anna in Vatican City. Being that I live in California, this was no small feat. Exclusive Italy Weddings was a GODSEND, helping us in every possible way to create not only our ability to wed in the Vatican, but the most spectacular Rehearsal Dinner and Reception one could imagine. Giulia was so professional, knowledgable, and patient, offering the best suggestions (without pushing any agenda) - just taking the time to get to know us and what our vision was, then creating positive magic, not just for us, but for our guests as well. At no point did I feel stressed, nor that I had to think of anything beyond just being happy and enjoying each special moment. Giulia and Elena covered it all. If there were any snafoo's, I was oblivious, as it felt like our events all went off without a hitch. They have phenomenal connections, too, from photography to venues to hair and make up and everything in between. Hiring Laura and her team to help plan our Italian wedding was by far the easiest and best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. Planning a wedding in Italy all the way from New York sounds terrifying to most. And to be honest, we were a bit wary ourselves at first. Little did we know that the process would actually be a lot more fun than we anticipated and stress-free to say the least. With the help of the utmost professional team in the business, we planned the most picturesque wedding filled with so much love from all of our 132 guests. 7 months later and our guests are still raving about it! It was a day that we will never ever forget and we have Laura and her team to thank for that.

Our wedding planner Giulia was an absolute gem, we are so glad to have worked with her. Planning a destination wedding in Italy whilst living in Hong Kong with friends and family coming from all over the globe was quite a production and big logistical undertaking. Giulia managed every aspect of the process and the 3 days of events with complete professionalism and a smile on her face at all times. She has impeccable taste and also gave valuable insights on the usual flowers, music, catering, etc. (with an extremely good eye for the littlest details). We could find no fault with the service we received and have no doubts that Giulia and the team at Exclusive Italy were responsible for creating and delivering an amazing 3 days in Tuscany that exceeded our (very high) expectations. Kudos to the whole team at Vignamaggio who were also a great partner in the process. -

Perfection at Vincigliata
The simplest way to start is by saying – I’m not the easiest person to plan an event with. We were also one of those rare couples where I, the groom, was caught up on every detail – while Janella was very comfortable with any option we chose. This led to many conversations that left Martina scratching her head with my antics. Not only did she put up with my crazy ideas, she actually turned them into the most magical night of our lives! Absolute perfection.
We both have jobs that only allowed small windows of availability for planning, but Martina was always working around our unforgiving agenda. Some of our calls were even while stuck in traffic, with no prior notice. Every item was dealt with meticulously, and she always made sure we stayed on schedule. Like every couple, budget was certainly a hot topic of conversation – but Martina is very clear on what the atmosphere would be with, or without, the item in question. Every couple also has different preferences, so Martina does a great job at being the expert – without just picking everything for you. Their vendors are all first class, and she describes the differences between all options available. She always takes the time to educate you on the intricacies, even though she is handling other weddings that Exclusive Italy Weddings is responsible for at the same time.
When we finally arrived in Italy, 3 days prior to the wedding, she was on top of our every move. We were able to enjoy the first 3 days with our families, rather than worry about the wedding. Not to mention we missed our rehearsal due to our own transportation issues! Instead of panicking, Martina did the rehearsal twice. Once with the wedding party who wasn’t held up by transportation – and again with everyone in the hotel lobby later that day. She recreated the venue’s landmarks from scratch, which allowed everyone to understand exactly where they should be.
I would absolutely recommend Exclusive Italy Weddings to anyone getting married in Italy – hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Martina as your planner.

Mary Sent on 10/12/2018Perfection! If you are planning a wedding in Italy you NEED to hire Exclusive Italy Weddings! Living in Atlanta had me nervous about how to pull off a wedding in Ravello but, Laura and her staff made the planning process so easy and enjoyable. She took every one of our ideas and enhanced them. Laura made sure all documents were in order to guarantee the wedding could take place. Most of all it was her creativity in EVERY aspect of our weekend. Her ideas for the rehearsal dinner and day after were spot on. Her vendors are top of the line. We were impressed from top to bottom with hair, make up, photography, music (from rehearsal dinner to church, cocktail hour, dinner and reception), paper design and many other extras. We certainly weren’t the biggest wedding she did this year but she made us feel just as important as her celebrities! I can’t imagine attempting to plan and coordinate this wedding without Laura.

Even though I will miss our chats and late night Skype calls, I can honestly say they will make our memory of this wedding even More special. Elena is amazing with logistics - she was so organized and responsive with all our 220 guests. Laura’s creativity and imagination are out of this world! We got on so well and was so much fun to come up with ideas together!

So patient and attentive, she gave us all the time and reassurance we needed. Her years of experience spoke volumes and she genuinely wanted our day to be as perfect as we did. Words cannot describe how blessed we feel to have found Laura. I came across Laura's work online and was blown away with the beauty of her work. I was based in London at the time with a very hectic job, while trying to plan our dream wedding in Italy within 9 months. I sent an email to Laura and was contacted immediately by Laura herself......and that was the start of our journey together. Less than 9 months later Laura created the most magical 3 day wedding for us in Ravello, with our wedding day taking place at the stunning Villa Cimbrone, August 1st 2017. Words cannot describe the detail and beauty of our wedding......and everything was simply perfect over the 3 days. Laura and her team were on top of everything. I must mention the FLOWERS!!! Laura created the most stunning setting that I have ever seen.....and will never forget the moment walking into the outside ceremony at the Tea Gardens.....the flowers, the colours, the details.....with petals on the grass...hanging flowers......simply a dream come true and something that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. We then held our wedding dinner in the crypt.....and again .... this took our breath away! Laura has given us memories that will last a lifetime....and not just for my husband and myself, but for all our family and friends who joined us on that magical day, August 1st 2017....at the Villa Cimbrone! Alyssa Sent on 10/12/2017Laura and Giulia were an absolute dream to work with!! From day one of planning my dream wedding at Villa Cimbrone in Ravello, I knew I was in the best hands. I never imagined the amount of details that would go into planning our wedding and the girls of EIW had it down to an absolute science. They went above and beyond to help us with not only the intricate details of the wedding but also hotel accommodations for our guests, restaurant suggestions in Ravello, and so much more! They have connections with THE BEST vendors that Italy has to offer and I could not be happier with the services of my makeup artist Lara Navarinni, photographer David Bastioni and team, and videographer Marco Caputo and team. Also the extremely creative graphic designers of Shh My Darling created the most incredible favors for us and itineraries for our guest welcome bags. And of course I cannot forget our incredible florist Malafrontefiori Florals who took my vision of an all white wedding to the next level! Our guests are still gushing over our gorgeous our flowers were. Laura and Giulia took my exact vision and brought it to life but made it 1000 times better than I could have ever dreamed. They were there every step of the way and made sure my day was stress free and perfect. I literally cannot say that one thing went wrong - not one thing! It was truly magnificent and I am so grateful to have met be these super talented professionals who I can now call friends. Thank you Laura, Giulia and all the staff of Exclusive Italy Weddings.
