  Amazing team for an incredible event!

  Laura and team were fantastic to work with. They guided us through the planning process of planning a wedding from thousands of miles away. They listened to our vision, and helped us produce an event filled with love, beauty and fun. Their professionalism allowed us to quickly establish trust - which removed the stress - and really allowed us to enjoy our day. All of our guests said that this was the most incredible — and fun — wedding they’ve ever been to. Every detail - from the timeline, to the decor to the music - was perfectly planned and executed. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to create a memorable event!

  Exclusive Italy Weddings are your Italian Fairy Godmothers

  I've known that I always wanted to get married in Italy, more specifically the Amalfi Coast since I first traveled there after graduating university.
  What I didn't know is who I would be marrying & who would be planning my wedding once I finally found the person to spend the rest of my life with.
  Once I met the right partner years later, I knew I immediately needed to start planning my dream wedding with the best of the best.
  
  I searched around for months, called & spoke with countless wedding planners in Italy, America, Spain, etc. However, if you're going to get married in Italy, you want someone who truly knows Italy. That's when I found Exclusive Italy Weddings, I looked at reviews & their website. After that, I knew I didn't need to look any further... As long as Laura agreed to help me plan my wedding, I was officially ready to begin the planning.
  Wedding planning post Covid-19 was very stressful because everyone had postponed their dates not only one year out, but two or even three years.
  So many couples had their date established, so we were frantic about getting our wedding date established. We wanted a fall wedding, one close to Italy's off-season and when it would be less crowded.
  My first call with Laura was absolutely perfect, she was so transparent about everything that goes into their planning & how to take the wedding step by step. After securing a date at the beautiful Hotel Caruso in Ravello, she then introduced me to Martina!
  Martina is one of the most kind and thoughtful people that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and working with throughout an entire year. Martina was so accommodating, and truly knew how to calm a bride from overseas down with each conversation.
  Everything from the colors, the flowers, to the aesthetics of the entire wedding was handled in a perfect fashion and she was so reliable.
  For about 10 months we truly thought we knew what we wanted the wedding to look & be like. However during one of my final calls with Martina, a little less than two months prior to the big day Laura was in the office casually looking over our wedding vision board. Laura said "no two weddings should ever be the same". Before I knew it she pulled up a chair next to Martina, and I felt like I had my dream team coming together to create an almost entirely different wedding.
  Martina & Laura sat there until they found exactly what they wanted my wedding to be in order to stand out, and I couldn't have been happier.
  
  I truly believe in giving artistic license to those in their business, so once Martina and Laura started showing me all the new, different and stunning elements from the menus to the Chuppah's flowers... I fell deeply in love with their new visions, which completely changed what I thought would be my wedding.
  Once the new vision board came in, my heart dropped in the best way possible. We were in awe.
  Finally in Italy, I got news that both Martina & Laura would be at our wedding and I nearly cried over happiness. They came to the hotel & venue with a book filled with all the details. They made our Welcome Dinner more than we could have ever expected & that was just the beginning. On the day of the wedding, every bride has different emotions, for me it was just making sure that everything would be as organized as I wanted. I knew that with Martina & Laura I never had to worry.
  They had everything perfect and completely under control. Making sure that the bride & groom had nothing to worry about except for themselves.
  It was perfect. Not just the wedding day, but the entire trip to Italy was perfect because of these two amazing women from Exclusive Italy Weddings.
  
  My husband and I, as well as our families can never thank Exclusive Italy Weddings enough for all they've done. They make weddings not only into dreams, but into reality.

  Martina Coppino at Exclusive Wedding helped create a wedding weekend that was truly beyond our wildest dreams. Never at any point were we stressed about the logistics or any detail because her team handled them with such grace. As we look back on the weekend now it was simply perfection.

  Martina Coppino at Exclusive Italy was absolutely amazing. Always there with great ideas and alternatives.   Amazing Partners

  We got married in Tuscany at La Foce in June 2023. It was an event we will never ever forget. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail and we could NOT have done it without Laura and Alessandra from Exclusive Italy Weddings.   We had such a wonderful experience planning our wedding with Martina! As we were planning it during covid, it meant we could not visit any venues or vendors during the decision making process, but Martina was so patient and understanding and kept up the search until we found the perfect venue! She really understood our vision and recommended the most suitable vendors accordingly, all of whom went over and above as well! Her knowledge and expertise are honestly priceless, and I felt so safe following her advice on everything from colour schemes to guest transportation. The whole EIW team went over and above to ensure our day ran smoothly and beautifully, we really cannot thank them enough!

  You can tell from the jump that they aren't in the least bit fazed by anything unexpected (which you inevitably will have!). They're cool under pressure and a calming presence throughout your big day.

  The best luxury wedding planner in Italy.

  I'll never fully be able to put into the words the fairytale wedding that Laura (and her team) from Exclusive Italy Weddings brought to life for us at Villa Cimbrone in Ravello, Italy in September 2021. I had been working with Laura since January 2019 to plan our wedding originally slated for May 2020. When COVID hit and changed our wedding plans (not once, but twice!), Laura and her team were able to seamlessly navigate the situation with every single vendor without missing a beat or charging us a single rescheduling fee. Laura planned and executed the most incredible four-day event of a lifetime for our guests. There wasn't a detail overlooked, not a task too cumbersome to ask, and not a single surprise the day of the wedding. When it comes to the design and creative aesthetic, there is simply no one who can compare. Laura and her access to the best wedding vendors in Italy created the most magnificent wedding event we could have ever dreamed of. My husband and I will forever be indebted and grateful to Laura and her team for their professionalism, expertise, and most importantly, friendship and understanding, in executing what truly was a wedding event that dreams are made of.

  Fairytale elopement at Villa del Balbianello

  I am extremely grateful to Martina and her team with Exclusive Italy Weddings for curating a more amazing elopement than we could have ever imagined! Martina is a true gem and a pleasure to work with. She listened to our wants and needs and put together a plan that was executed to perfection from beginning to end. She was very timely and responsive with her communication, which made us feel at ease, particularly with the details around the paperwork required for a legally binding wedding abroad. COVID may have forced us to reschedule our September 2020 wedding weekend, but Laura and her conscientious team seamlessly re-planned our wedding for September 2021 and never missed a beat!   Wouldn't change a thing!

  Martina and team were amazing. We started to work with EIW in 2019 for a 2020 wedding. As you can guess, we had to postpone our wedding and finally did so in 2022. Working with EIW for these years, they were patient, professional, flexible and understanding. Martina (and team) helped us finally get to our "better than we could have even dreamed of" wedding. Just a few highlights: They really have great options for vendors. I was so happy with my photographer, videographer, make up + hair, food, florals, and priest!
  Not only did I have such a wonderful, stress free experience - I have such great memories that are beautifully captured with the photos and video (amazing vendors!).
  
  Martina was patient, responsive and super helpful in providing guidance to me. She also was able to quickly understand what I was envisioning and execute it.
  I felt like it wasn't a cookie cutter experience, and she really catered to our tastes...
  My only regret is that I want to now have another wedding.. ;)

  Our experience with EIW was flawless. They are extremely experienced but still make you feel like your particular wedding is unique and special. They are incredibly responsive and take the time to really get into the detail - and are proactive with planning and making suggestions.
  Their service over the wedding weekend itself was also invaluable. Our lovely planner Martina was there for the whole weekend along with a colleague and they ensured everything happened seamlessly.

  We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Laura is the most exceptional, creative and kind person. Our wedding was above and beyond our wildest dreams. Every detail was perfectly considered, the execution was flawless and my only wish is I could get married all over again with Laura as my planner! She is the expert and seamlessly manages every aspect of the planning and I had no stress at all leading up to the wedding or on the day because I knew from day one we were in the best hands. She is truly just magical!

  Dream team

  Laura and her team created our dream wedding. We did not need to worry about anything the entire weekend - the planners had everything under control and made us feel calm and relaxed during the weekend. Our special day was absolutely perfect because of them!

  Fairytale wedding in Ravello

  We had the most dreamy fairytale-like wedding organized by Giulia. She met up with us in person in Ravello, immediately caught our vibe and delivered it in the most unimaginably beautiful way. I'm usually micro-planner myself but with her help, I could relax, trust her and truly enjoy the wedding carefreely. They might not be the cheapest planners out there but you definitely pay for what you get. Giulia made it more beautiful than I could ever imagine. It was so beautiful, our friends and families thought they had died and went to heaven. Thank you again, Giulia. You're truly amazing!

  Amalfi wedding dreams come true

  I plan numerous beauty events around the world as part of my job, and I would never ever trust anyone but Laura and her fantastic team to bring to life the wedding of my dreams. She took all of my wishes and ideas and brought them to the next level, at the end of the planning together, she felt like family. If I could do it again, I wouldn’t change a thing!

  Martina is phenomenal. We decided to have our wedding overseas in Ravello, Italy (Amalfi Coast). We had never been but had an idea of what we wanted. Through Skype and hundreds and hundreds of emails, Martina brought our dream wedding to life and we could not be happier. She had great recommendations, was extremely detail oriented, super responsive and professional. Not only did she plan our wedding, she also planned our welcome dinner and a boat tour for all of our guests. Everything went off perfectly. I can not say enough wonderful things about Martina and Exclusive Italy Weddings. We highly recommend them!!

  Most amazing wedding experience

  Was a great wedding experience and everything came together flawlessly. We planned everything from the United States so we needed a lot of help from Giulia and she delivered on everything. Our family members and friends kept coming up to us during and after the wedding festivities to say it was the most beautiful wedding they've been too. Everything from table settings to food decisions was amazing. They are the best in Italy!
