  Saved My Wedding!!!

  I owe Nica a huge thank you and so much more. Our wedding was scheduled in June 2020 right during the height of the pandemic. My husband and I were on the fence about what to do and attempted to flat out cancel the wedding due to restrictions on gatherings. Nica was on board for whatever we ultimately decided but was able to talk us off the ledge by presenting a microwedding to us. Yes it sucked to have to cut back the guest list but the day was absolutely perfect. She coordinated the vendors and helped to renegotiate package prices with each vendor as they would be supplying truncated services and ultimately saved us from losing a ton of money had we cancelled. She truly helped plan two different weddings, one in the course of a month! She's amazing to work with.

  She's the best!!

  Being the FOB for the first time, we could not of pulled off a more perfect day without Nica!! The name "Every Little Detail", could not be more fitting. Nica took care of everything from reading contracts with the precision of an attorney, to the finest detail of the boutonnieres. The best part of the experience was that I got to spend more time enjoying the experience instead of all the stress.. Nica you're the best!!

  Life saving services

  Nica and her team are absolutely amazing. I utilized the full service because I knew that I would not have the capacity nor knowledge to plan a wedding. Weddings are extremely stressful however, Nica made the experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. She took 80% of the stress away from planning and I really only had to deal with about 20%. If I had to do this all over again I would still choose Nica. Super professional, very knowledgeable about the industry, tons of contacts and great ideas. To this day people are still talking about our wedding and we've been married for over a year. Nica and Every Little Detail are the way to go!

  As a Type A personality, I can be a bit rigid on some things and of course my wedding day was no exception. Nica Lewis at "Every Little Detail" was true to her company name. She was very professional, had previously worked with several vendors that we had selected and was very proactive and thorough in anything that we requested or needed. All... and I mean "all" of our guests felt that she was perfect for our event and everything flowed smoothly.
  Based on her knowledge, she was able to offer recommendations and explain in detail typical wedding protocols, ex. For example, I needed guidance on how to list names on a seating chart and she knew exactly what to do!
  
  We felt truly blessed to have her as our wedding planner and only wished that we could have hired her sooner. I am truly a believer in "you get what you pay for"...and Nica was worth every penny because she considered "every little detail" to ensure that our wedding day was a success!

She was fun, always easy to reach, always had great answers to all of our questions, and clearly has a TON of wisdom about planning weddings. We made several impromptu requests a couple days before and during the event that they managed very well and delivered with impeccable service. This included specific reminders throughout the day, the delivery of goods for the wedding and other things. The staff were very organized and ensured that our wedding day went smoothly for us and our guests. Guests from our wedding told us that it was well organized and mentioned that both the ceremony and the reception hall were very beautiful. I would definitely recommend this serve for anyone who is planning an event, especially a wedding.

  I needed someone who could just serve as a one day coordinator and Nica was that person. When I first met Nica I felt as if i was all over the place she gave me that jump start that I needed to get started. The day of the wedding I couldnt have ask for anything more even with the rain she was there ready with no issues remind you it was an outside wedding. I couldnt have ask for anything more if I could change something it wouldnt be nothing if your looking for someone to fit your needs, schedule, and also willing to make your day as special then she is the one I would recommend Nica Once In A Lifetime Events to anyone planning and event.

I had a wonderful experience with Nica, her husband Stephen, and her staff! She was always communicative whether by text, call, or email. We gave her free range with the decorations as we just purchased them and said, "Use them as you see fit." She truly executed my dream wedding and I cannot thank her enough for the support throughout the process of my "destination" wedding.

  Nica and her team did a great job pulling all the pieces of our special day together. She was very responsive and helpful during the process. She even returned my vases to my florist so that I didn't have to worry about it!!
