    Patty and Every Last Detail is amazing!

    Patty is absolutely amazing and I loved working with her!

    I'm getting married in October in Carmel and was looking for a wedding planner to help me find wedding vendors, review contracts, and find a location for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. Every Last Detail was the first company I called. I'm normally the type of person who calls around to explore options and find the best price, but Patty was so personable and made what felt like a daunting task seem fun so I booked her right away.

    I'm so glad I went with my gut because I couldn't imagine working with anyone else! Patty was very helpful and responsive. She also went above and beyond for multiple tasks.

    We live a few hours away from Carmel and wanted to plan a trip to visit some rehearsal dinner locations. We ended up planning this with only a few days turnaround time. I expected given the time crunch that Patty would give us a list of venues to check out based on our criteria, but she actually planned the whole trip for us! She introduced us to points of contact at each venue, scheduled each tour, and even mapped them out so we visited places that were in close proximity back to back and we didn't have to keep trekking back and forth between locations. It took all the stress off of planning and coordinating.

    I also know that finding spots that we would like was not an easy task in and of itself. My fiance, future mother in law, and myself all had some different/ vague ideas for the event. Patty did a great job finding locations that fit what each of us was looking for.

    We were so impressed, my future mother in law even hired her again after the fact to coordinate the day of the rehearsal dinner.

    I would highly recommend Patty and Every Last Detail for event planning!

    Our perfect day!

    Patty and her crew are so kind and personable. She is very good with communicating and is very detail oriented making everything go smoothly. She went above and beyond to ensure we have a perfect day. She was very familiar with our venues and helped us make adjustments to restrictions the venue may have. It was such a pleasure working with Patty! We found ourselves care-free and truly enjoying our wedding because we had Patty and her crew by our side.

    We LOVE Patty!! Patty truly went above and beyond and ensured that every detail was accounted for at our wedding. She put my mind at ease each time I talked to her, and was on top of so many things that I would have never even thought of. I had full confidence in her and her team, and my family and I were able to more thoroughly enjoy the day because she was on our team. I would highly recommend working with Every Last Detail for an upcoming wedding!!

    Brilliant and I’d absolutely recommend.

    We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! From the moment we started working together, Patty made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She worked with us despite our busy schedules in different time zones. She was incredibly organized, attentive to every detail, and always available to answer our questions.     Patty at ELD is the BEST of the best!!!

    Patty was my wedding planner for my wedding last June 2023 and I really can't say enough good things about her. She's truly incredible, and made our wedding experience so special. I was having some health issues and i work a stressful job, and i was able to rely on her for so much. She is with you every step of the way, and she's so knowledgeable. I really can't imagine trying to plan a wedding on my own, without Patty. There are a lot of wedding planners out there but I know from friends that a lot of them are not great. Patty is 100/10 and goes above and beyond to make your day special. I can't recommend her enough - she is the best of the best!!! Thank you Patty for everything you did for Mack and I

    Amazing Wedding Coach!

    It was such pleasure having Patty at Every Last Detail as a wedding coach throughout our planning process! I wish we could have hired her for her whole planning package but our venue actually came with a venue coordinator. We liked her energy and personality so much and knew how much expertise she had to offer so we wanted to utilize her services in some way and having her as a coach was a perfect solution. She is extremely thorough and made sure we considered everything and offered suggestions that really helped relieve stress. She is very conscientious and quick to reply. Also extremely well connected in the Monterey area, she was able to connect us with some amazing vendors. I highly recommend Patty at Every Last Detail if you are looking for a wedding planner who is kind, thoughtful, fun and truly takes care of every last detail of the wedding process! She is amazing!

    Great Experience with ELD - definitely recommend

    We hired Patty at ELD to plan our wedding in 2023. We are not from Monterey, so Patty's knowledge of reputable vendors and great options for value/cost in the local area was priceless. Every vendor she suggested was fabulous, and I appreciated the range of options she provided. She's also very enthusiastic about incorporating your ideas and does not try to force you into a "cookie cutter" event, which I appreciated. Our event turned out wonderfully, despite some weather hiccups, and the experience was much better because we had hired Patty. I was initially hesitant about hiring a planner, but in the end our wedding experience was much more enjoyable having the ELD team in charge.

    So grateful for Patty!!!

    Patty did an amazing job with our Monterey Bay wedding!! From the start, she was super duper responsive, so excited about all of our ideas, and overall really easy to communicate with. You can tell she has a lot of experience with wedding planning, and her confidence helped us feel less stressed about everything. Her expertise REALLY showed when we had a ton of last minute changes (literally days before the wedding), including changing the entire room and seating layout, and she handled everything like an absolute pro. Whenever we had anxieties or confusions about different things, she responded quickly with helpful information and solutions. She made wedding planning feel easy!! I would absolutely recommend her!!

    Impeccable professionalism, planning and communication

    Patty at ELD, was an amazingly organized and professional wedding planner. From start to finish she was on every detail and provided guidance in our decision making. I don’t know how we could’ve pulled off this destination (Monterey, Ca) wedding without her expertise. I highly recommend her. You will not be sorry.

    The best investment we made!

    I can’t imagine having such a perfectly smooth wedding without Patty! In my past I worked a few weddings and knew just how much coordination goes into the day of planning and knew I needed someone to help, so that we could fully enjoy our day and not have any additional work put on ourselves or our guests! Shortly after booking our venue we hired Patty who was a preferred vendor of Carmel Valley Ranch. Patty is a seasoned veteran, has endless connections, and enjoyable to be around. We were able to book a hybrid package that included Patty making recommendations for vendors based off a questionnaire we filled out and then would make introductions for us. If Patty is still offering this service I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it as it got us quick introductions with vendors within our budget who had successfully worked with Patty in the past. It also made it much easier when we got to one month prior before our wedding as Patty already knew who all of our vendors were. Along the way Patty was also there to answer any questions I had about booking vendors and continuously gave my fiancée and I piece of mind.

    For the day of services Patty and her assistant were amazing. Unfortunately, two days prior to the wedding both of my parents came down with COVID and all of my family were exposed. Patty was so helpful in getting live streaming set up and room meal deliveries coordination in addition to notifying all of our vendors of the last minute change that my family couldn’t be in attendance. With Patty’s help I truly did not have to worry about a thing the day of as I knew everything was taken care of. All of our decorations were set up in the church, the reception area, and then brought back to our room after the wedding concluded. She also kept the timeline on track which I wouldn’t have been able to handle given my emotional state with my family missing. I’m sure there was much more behind the scenes that I didn’t even know about. Patty I cannot thank you enough for all of your help in making our wedding vision come to life. Please do not hesitate in booking her if you are on the fence, she is truly the best investment we made in making sure everything ran smoothly for our wedding!

    Patty and her team at ELD deserve the HUGEST thank you for helping coordinate our wedding day and the run up to it to make sure everything went offer better than we could have imagined!

    From helping us select and book outstanding vendors to managing timelines and orchestrating the entire day, it was clear that she had our and our guests’ best interests in mind at every step. As a couple we were constantly telling each other that we would not have a wedding if it weren’t for Patty & team. We could not have done it without her!

    Patty is fabulous!!!

    Patty was an absolutely wonderful wedding planner - from day one we knew we were in very good hands. I would say my favorite part about Patty was that we got the sense that she wouldn't let anyone mess with us. Her ultimate goal was that we were happy and that everything went smoothly on our special day, even if that meant curtailing difficult family members.... luckily we did not have any, but if we did, we knew she would take care of them, haha. She ran a tight ship and I honestly think that is why everything ran so seamlessly. She is incredibly knowledgeable about vendors in the area and that made planning our wedding from Missouri a breeze! Patty is the best there is, we would recommend her to anyone!

    Awesome wedding planner

    Patty was the wedding planner for a wedding that had to be postponed several times due to the pandemic and she was fantastic about it all! As soon as we met her we knew we were in great hands. Patty was incredibly organized, responsive and provided great suggestions for vendors to use. My son and his fiancé had a large wedding and many last minute requests such as finding childcare services for parents who had their kids at the reception and she figured out a way to make every request happen. After many delays, the wedding went incredibly smoothly due to how wonderful of a wedding planner Patty is. We loved working with her and would not hesitate to recommend her to other families.

    Awesome planner that got things done!!

    We highly recommend Patty! She was always there to offer a helping hand whenever we needed her. She was very detail-oriented and made our wedding planning very easygoing. She recommended to us other vendors that turned out to be amazing!! Patty did most of the coordination and communications with everyone that was involved with the wedding. On the wedding day, she was there to make us feel comfortable and all details were handled. She was very caring and made sure everyone was fine. One small example to say how caring she was is when she carried plasters for everyone that had shoe cuts. Even at the end of the wedding, when we went to our room, we were surprised to see Patty’s loving gesture of making sure we had a piece of the wedding cake with late-night snacks in our room. She was a pro and she got things done!!!

    The best advocate in a uncertain time.

    We hired Patty to be our wedding planner after meeting with a few, though her price beat the others, the real reason we hired her was we knew she could be our voice to take care of whatever we needed, we could tell she would fight to make our wedding the wedding we wanted. We worked with her for about 18 months to the date we got married. Unfortunately Covid killed a lit of our planning including our original venue no longer being able to accommodate us. My wife and I are both in healthcare care and knew this might happen and were really about to give up and postpone everything. With all the work and planning that went into everything, we were crushed. Patty did not give up. Though we ended up changing our wedding to an elopement wedding and just postponing our big ceremony and reception for friends and family once things calm down, Patty made things happen. She found us a venue in Monterey that would accommodate us on our originally planned date, made sure we had accommodations for the 4 nights we wanted to be there and even made sure we had a reservation for a nice restaurant for after our ceremony. It wasn't the original plan, but Patty was able to adapt and make our wedding day happen. She is awesome and we will be bringing her to Hawaii when we have our ceremony and reception for our friends and family. She was even our witness for our elopement. We love her and bet you will too.

    I've been lucky to have worked with Patty on several weddings and I'm always so impressed by her. She's extremely organized and always puts her clients first. She's got an incredible network of vendors at the ready that love and adore her which means a lot in our industry.     The best! Detail oriented, energetic, and so helpful

    Highly recommend Patty! She is detail oriented, energetic, and honest. We started working with Patty a year before our wedding and she partnered with us from the beginning to create a custom hybrid package for our needs. Throughout the year, she was quick to answer every question and provided helpful recommendations. She has worked at our venue (Highlands Inn) so she knew the layout and staff very well — this came to our advantage when the Hyatt’s manager left and hired a new event director a few weeks before our wedding. At 8 weeks before our wedding, Patty started connecting with vendors and creating our schedule. She was a pro! We worked together on minor changes but overall everything she delivered was polished and perfect. On the week of, she helped create a schedule for each vendor (including my family) and also came to our rehearsal dinner where she walked us through the details. On the day of our wedding, she and her awesome assistant kept me, my husband, and our 2 year old dog comfortable and on schedule. The whole wedding was perfect and we are so grateful!

    Better than the best

    As a wedding planner and coordinator myself, I had very high expectations of my coordinator. Patty exceeded my expectations in every way. It was amazing having her on my wedding planning team. She made my entire wedding experience better than I had expected. Thanks to Patty, my husband and I had the most beautiful, relaxing, and easy-flowing wedding!! Hiring Patty was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made :-)

    Hire the best

    Patty Spears, the owner of Every Last Detail Wedding & Event Coordination, is superb at what she does. We are professional musicians that play upwards of 90 weddings a year. Every once in a while we come across a coordinator that stands out above the rest. Patty fits the bill. She has great attention to detail, is extremely responsive to emails and is kind and compassionate. Patty gives 110% to each event. She wants to make sure that your wedding or event is exactly how you envisioned it. She goes above and beyond. Hire her! You will not be disappointed.

    I don’t even know where to begin with this woman...Words cannot express how helpful Patty was throughout the year we took planning my dream wedding. She was referred to be by a good friend of mine who also hired her to plan a perfect wedding.

    First and foremost I want you all to know that I’m a complete control freak and have a certain way of doing everything up to my standards. I met with Patty on a few occasions and she basically made me feel like she could handle it all and I was not to worry or stress about a thing. I described my vision to her and she got to it.

    She contacted all the vendors and requested quotes. She found me options and never pushed me once in a certain direction but definitely found me the best of the best!

    She created timelines for us, vendor info, listed balances that were due and when. Sh just went above and beyond for us. There was never a question in my mind as to whether this could all be pulled off or not. This isn’t just her job, but it’s her passion and it clearly shows.

    The wedding day was so chaotic and with a million people but each detail and request I had, was taken care of and the day went perfectly.
    I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful celebration and how smoothly it ran.

    She arranged a limo to take us back to the resort at the end of the night and went out of her way to load each and every item I owned, including our gifts, cards and any decor we owned, into my car, then drove it over to drop off at our resort.

    I could spend all day going into EVERY LAST DETAIL of what she did for us but overall, but that’s her job :)

    WE couldn’t be happier to have hired her and would do it again in a heartbeat! It’s obvious we love throwing parties and will definitely use Patty each and every time!!!!

    First of I'll start with saying that for our Oct 8th wedding, we had a different wedding planner prior to meeting Patty and we made the very difficult choice of stopping working with this planner on Sep 16. Lets just say we had too many differences and it was just not working out. But as of 3 weeks before our actual wedding, we were contemplating replacing our planner with someone else, so you can imagine our panic,

    We thought about it and decided to go ahead with Patty because we loved her energy and cheer just from speaking on the phone, also we seemed to click right away. We were even starting to plan and get things started on our very first call before even signing any contracts! She exactly understood what we were trying to achieve in our wedding flow and gave us exactly the advice we needed to fill in the missing gaps, and there were a lot of gaps considering we just 3 weeks to go!

    When we met in person for the first time at our venue, she was able to rally together all the troops for this one day - caterer, photographer, florist - to figure out once and for all exactly what the flow would be, where and how all the furniture decor and flowers would be set up. We went from a state of total panic and fear at the possibility of a ruined wedding day to fully confident that everything would work out by the time we got to the day. That is a truly remarkable quality of a wedding planner which I cant stress enough.

    For 2-3 weeks she worked with our vendors to iterate rapidly on the timeline and having it set in stone just 6 days before the day. On the day of the wedding the two of us barely spoke with her at all, we were too busy having fun with our guests while she kept everything going perfectly in the background.

    I sincerely believe we could not have pulled off such a successful wedding day in such a short time under our circumstances without someone as competent, energetic, flexible and full of positive energy as Patty!!

    Patty is AMAZING!!! Best wedding planner ever! I found Patty from a Google search because I knew that I was going to need help pulling everything together come day of.. After seeing her website and how thorough and detailed it was I knew I wanted to set up a phone consultation. Patty got back to my inquiry immediately and we had a phone call the next evening! After talking with her I knew I wanted her to be our coordinator! Just talking with her she brought up so many things that I hadn't even thought about and also money saving ideas. She was so detailed I just loved it!

    I chose the day of services, which she came
    on two months in advance. I can't say enough how awesome Patty is, she responds so quickly to all of my emails, had great suggestions, also how to repurpose things come day of so we didn't have to rent so many things.. (Saving money.. Yes please!!!). Patty was so on top of things and got into communication right away with all the vendors and took care of any communication so I didn't have to! This saved me a lot of time and also stress. Patty helped us pull off the dream wedding we had envisioned! It was a FUN, stress-free day!! I didn't have to worry about anything which was so amazing!

    Her detailed day of timeline was just amazing and went so smoothly. She went above and beyond, I can't say thank you enough. Seriously if you are looking for a wedding planner do not hesitate.. She was even kind enough to pick up our dog for the wedding and bring her back to the day care center right after the ceremony all while being back in record time for cocktail hour and the reception!     I cannot thank Patty and her team enough for all the hard work that was evident at my wedding, allowing me to enjoy my special day. We were married at Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley and this was a destination for us. I hired her for the "month of" services, but she willingly helped me out in finding vendors from the area, etc, before this time period. I reached out to Patty for a lot of suggestions, ideas, and any other details that I needed to discuss. She was very responsive and if there were any questions that I had that she couldn't answer immediately, she asked the right people to find out the answer. She was very organized and made sure the day ran smoothly. Like she had told me, it would be a blur and go by very fast, but I was so glad I had entrusted her to make sure my wedding was a success. I highly recommend her to anyone!

    There are not enough good things to say about Patty and her team at ELD! My husband and I were married in early November of 2015 at Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley, CA. We chose the start to finish package and boy was it worth every penny!

    We started the planning process with her from Seattle over the phone, and from the very first conversation Patty made us feel secure, in control, and totally supported. We were worried that being out of state would prevent us from having the wedding we wanted, but Patty pulled it all together for us. Our fall/autumn themed wedding came to fruition purely through Patty's guidance. She asked us to send her pictures of our ideas from pinterest and the like, and she connected us with all the fabulous vendors. She gave us choices for vendors who she worked with and trusted, then we would pick who meshed best with our personalities and vision. This gave us a huge sense of control but also helped to do away with the worry about not knowing which vendors were worth working with.

    Every vendor that Patty connected us with was top notch, and she always respected our opinions and budget. She ALWAYS took the time to respond to our numerous questions via email and phone calls. As time got closer to the wedding date, she kept us on schedule and made sure all the tasks were completed for decor, vendors' contracts etc. We got to worry about the fun things while she took care of all the behind the scenes details, including reading the fine print and understanding all the vendor contracts.

    We ended up with a beautiful wedding that was EXACTLY what we had pictured in our heads. Patty made our family and friends feel comfortable and welcome, and her judgment was absolutely spot on. My husband and I had a blast at our wedding because we knew that Patty and her team had everything in hand. I can't recommend her enough to prospective brides and grooms. She is everything a couple needs to have the perfect wedding. Thank you Patty!

    Oh my goodness where do I start? Patty and her team are amazing. I hired Patty because I had no idea what to do. We talked on the phone and via email and she was able to get a good feel for my (and my husband’s) personality. From there she kept me on track with emails that contained timelines and she steered me in directions for vendors. What’s great is that she didn’t force me at all to hire any of the vendors that she suggested. She just merely advised that she had worked with them before and could vouch for their service. I ended up hiring a photographer that she didn’t know and she was more than willing to call and talk to the photographer and quiz them to make sure that they knew their stuff prior to me signing any type of contract. She really does just want the best for her brides and grooms. If I ever had a question I would just email her and she would get back to me pretty quickly. For the day of stuff, her helper was Carol and they made that day stress free for me. They made sure that the groom and groomsmen were all ready to go when they were supposed to be, sewed a bridesmaid into her dress (I think that’s what happened, everyone was very secretive about it haha), took care of 3 large dogs, setup all the décor, and made sure that all the vendors knew where they were supposed to be. I couldn’t even began to fathom the disaster my wedding would have been if I hadn’t hired a wedding planner. Team ELD definitely made my wedding day a day that will be hard to forget because it truly was amazing.

    Robert and I got married on July 4, 2015, and what a day it was! Just the idea of the 4th conjures up images of celebrations, and without Patty Speirs and her team of minions at ELD Weddings, we could not have done half of what we wanted. She coordinated a 15-piece Civil War Brass Band, a two-craft bi-plane flyover, antiques, flags, flower bowls, boxed lunches, and a zillion DIY details into an event that we have heard was the "best wedding ever!" Our detailed, root beer flavored vision of history/wedding was brought to life in a memorable way, and I am so glad we had her. Thanks so much, Patty!

    I was so happy I went with Every Last Detail for my " day of" event planner. Patty was so great to work with. She is very professional, knows the in's and out's of various venues and is so organized its great! She will remind you of every last detail for your wedding!! I chose the "day of" package and she began to help me 2 months before my wedding date. Although I was emailing her constantly before that she was so prompt in getting back to me. Patty was so wonderful and helpful during our wedding day. She made everything run smoothly day of. I couldn't of asked for anything more. She was so flexible with me using my friends in the event business for my vendors. She worked with each one of them independently and made sure they had all their paperwork in order for our venue.     I have never written a review before but Patty is well deserving of one! She is excellent, I couldn't have done this without her. Brilliant ideas and things I never even thought about doing.     We were all grateful for the wonderful job Patty Speirs at Every Last Detail did as our wedding coordinator. From the minute we met her we knew we were in good hands. She gave us confidence that all would be well. She provided the perfect amount of guidance, top-notch referrals (Nancy's flowers especially!), hands on hard work with our set up, a calm presence throughout the day and the ability to execute our plans in decor, set up, putting out the favors and s'mores bar, and all of the other decorative displays. She also went over and above by bringing in the rosemary and lavender from her garden. It added such a personal touch. Also she was perfectly prompt in all of our correspondence and always available to us. She provided exactly the help we needed to coordinate all of the tiny details involved from the rehearsal all the way through to the cleanup. All of our "stuff" was organized efficiently. It was a breeze to collect it the next day. We highly recommend Every Last Detail for planning an event.

    Where do I begin. First, I should say this is my first ever review/feedback ever so I may not do this right but I'm just going to lay it all out.
    Patty Speirs and her Every Little Detail team were phenomenal in every way. I cannot thank them enough.
    Little bit of background. Both my wife and I were/are living in Japan and found our dream wedding destination to be at the Pebble Beach Golf Course in California. 16 hour time difference, 5500 miles away, we were quite worried. Patty made it all work out. Her ability to plan using her big fat 3 ring binder is truly something, but her character to go an extra step to make things just perfect for everyone, is what makes her special. (She started to learn Japanese for our guests a year before our wedding date!!) If you want a stress free planning for your wedding choose Patty Speirs and her team and you cannot go wrong!

    Through Every Last Detail I worked with Patty Spiers, contracting her "Day of" Wedding Coordination Services. I did most of the wedding planning myself from across the country, so I really needed someone with boots on the ground to help me hash out the details. To top it off, I had never been to a wedding before, so I didn't have real world experience seeing what even happens at weddings! Patty was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful with the minutest of details: thinking of things I would have never considered to make sure things ran smoothly. She took care of everything so I didn't have a care in the world on my big day: and that's saying something because I am a known compulsive worrier/stress monkey. I have no complaints and I was very satisfied. Patty was a delight to work with!

    Wonderful, fantastic, superb, excellent!!! About a month ago my wife and I had the pleasure of having Patty and her ELD team as our coordinators for our wedding at the Carmel Mission and reception at the Intercontinental Hotel. We contracted with Patty for the day of services which included her coming on board 2 months prior to the wedding. From the minute she came onboard Patty was on it, she made sure that no detail was spared! Prior to Patty coming on my wife did as much as the planning as we could but as we learned we could not avoid the inevitable wedding prep stress due to things outside of our control and that's where Patty came it and took the bull by horns to remedy some of that stress. Patty helped us with our event timeline and made sure that each vendor knew where they fell in the timeline. Patty also provided us with her recommendations for certain vendors in the area such as the limo services and even after we contracted with the limo she followed up with them to remind them that they had forgotten to apply our discount. One story that we must share pertains to the Carmel Mission and the Mariachi that Patty made happen. We had originally thought about having a mariachi band play during the wedding mass but to our understanding the Mission did not allow such music to be played inside of the Mission. Fortunately since Patty was already familiar with the rules of the Mission she proposed the idea of having the mariachi play outside of the mission as soon as the wedding mass was complete and as soon as we walked outside of the Mission's door. Patty informed us that this was technically allowed by the Mission as per their rules. Without Patty's input we would not have known this and we would not of had this special treat for our guests after the wedding ceremony. Thanks Patty! I highly recommend Patty and her ELD team to anyone looking to get married in Monterey or in any of their service areas.

    We hired Patty as our day-of coordinator and she and her team were everything we hoped for and way more. We hired a lot of our vendors based on Patty's recommendations and all of them were absolutely fabulous. I had the utmost pleasure and fortune of working with Patty Speirs, the owner of Every Last Detail Wedding & Event Coordination to host a wedding catering in Carmel. We do lot of large scale wedding reception caterings and in my experience, I haven't worked with anyone better than Patty! Not only Patty and her staff is incredible through with all the DETAILS, the planning before the event, she is super sweet and easy to work with.     I worked with Patty as the wedding planner for a wedding I officiated (actually it was our third wedding together). I am really pleased with her level of service and professionalism - she doesn't skip a beat. As an officiant, she sends me reminders of milestone dates, asks for a copy of the ceremony, makes sure the marriage license is ready to sign and advises the witnesses to meet with me. She is on top of it all and does it with a dose of humor - keeping everyone happy and smiling.

    Every Last Detail was recommended to me by my venue when I told them I was going to be looking into a day-of wedding coordinator - and I know why they came highly recommended! :) I had my initial conversation with Patty about 2 months before my wedding and we totally clicked. As a professional event planner, I really enjoyed planning my wedding - but knew that I did not want to be stressed out on the day of my wedding and worrying about little details that I knew I could pass over to a professional. It was really important for me to feel like I could trust someone to take my "bride brain" and translate it and execute it on my wedding day.

    Patty was confirmed for a wedding already the same day, so Carol was my day of leader - which was perfect because she actually used to work at Holman Ranch so she knew it really, really well! She showed up with 2 other ladies on the day of and took care of everything! I never had to look at a clock, I never had to worry about anything, my whole wedding ran so smoothly, everything looked perfect and exactly how I wanted - Carol was the best! So professional, so calm, and so perfect for me. I throughly enjoyed my whole day thanks to their tireless efforts, work, leadership and help - it was definitely a wonderful decision to hire ELD! And I got to see Patty the day after too :)

Since my wedding was out of state, I needed Patty's help suggesting venues and vendors and everyone she recommended was superb!     Patty was WONDERFUL! She took care of every last detail- details we never would have thought of! She helped us along every step of the way from visiting and picking the perfect venue, to finding the best caterer, to getting a cake that was seriously better than in most wedding mags. Patty and her team coordinated every last detail so that the event went off without a hitch. Above all she really was concerned that we enjoy the day- not get caught up worrying about the itinerary or whether everything was going according to plan- and we did. A month later and we're still getting cards and emails telling us that it was the party of the year!

    We learned first-hand that plannig a wedding without a professional and experienced planner is insane. Patty and her team are the best in business. In the end she not only saved us money but our sanity as well! And it was a wonderful day we will never, ever forget.

    Many people think that hiring a wedding planner tends to be high-cost and not really necessary. I used to have my doubts about the value of wedding planners, but after using Patty  Speirs of Every Last Detail Wedding & Event Coordination I know that there is at least one company that will deliver and make your dream wedding a reality! This was my first time using a professional planner of any kind, and I'm so glad I was able to work with Patty and her fabulous team. Our venue, Club Del Monte at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California highly recommend her and her company. I was in a hurry and on a budget for the wedding so I did not hesitate getting in contact with Patty. Prior to contacting Patty I ran into a lot of roadblocks due to my husband being in the Navy and deployed, so I was pretty emotionally exhausted to start. At this point we got legally married at the court house before he went on deployment and planned to have a big ceremony for all of our friends and family once he was off the ship. On top of everything else I was doing all the planning from Virginia Beach, 3,000+ miles away so I was in desperate need of help and planning. Once I talked to Patty over the phone I immediately felt very comfortable and pleased in everything she had to say and offer, and I could not pass up her amazing cost and affordable payment plan. She even offered us a great military discount. Once getting started with Patty I knew I was in "wedding safe" hands! She was very respectful of my needs and budget. Once I told her my ideas and thoughts she was quick with results and satisfaction; typically she would give me about 3 options and I would pick what would work best. Long story short with Patty and her team I couldn't have asked for anything more. I'm so happy to say that I would NOT have changed anything about my wedding day and the many days leading up to it. She's affordable, creative, and a complete joy to work with.     Patty and her crew were amazing! They made sure that every single detail was covered and had the ability to anticipate questions, requests, or issues and deal with them quickly and professionally. Having handled a few weddings myself, I could see that patty and her team had the experience needed to enable the wedding party to relax and feel confident that nothing would be overlooked. Every time I thought of something needing to be done I would turn around and patty was already doing it! What a huge relief it was to have her at the helm! It really made our wedding run smoothly and without incident.

    Patty Speirs and the ELD wedding team did a spectacular job with my wedding. We had to get married on a very busy local special events weekend, because that was the only date available for my venue. Patty made sure everything was planned down to the last detail and everything went perfectly. I cannot fully express how fantastic my experience was. Patty helped plan and give information/suggestions for everything from the venue, caterer, flowers, cake, transportation, officiant, hotel room block, rehearsal dinner, finding a dress and alterations shop, photographer, musicians, everything! She works with any budget and has so many helpful suggestions, contacts, and vendors. She was always very quick to respond to any email questions I had and made herself available for any vendor visits we needed to make. It was a superb experience and I could not have asked for a better wedding event nor could I have done it without her!

    Patty Patty Patty... what would we ever do without Patty? We had a horrific experience with another wedding planner, thankfully we found Patty and she saved the day. First instruction... take a deep breath. We were trying to plan a wedding 6 months before the event... not too bad if you have people to help you and experience with the wedding process... but we had NO CLUE. Thankfully, Patty has experience (and I mean TONS) and she was able to point us in the right direction, set-up appointments, and get us a venue in a matter of one week... slowly the stress levels started to drop and we could focus on what was actually happening... getting married! Patty was our first line of defense from the first day to the actual day... she loaned us items so we didn't have to purchase them... she brought along an extra team member day of.     Who knew there were so many little details involved in planning a wedding! Patty was extremely helpful in making sure the little details weren’t overlooked throughout the wedding planning process. While we were many miles apart, that didn’t deter Patty from providing a helping hand each step of the way. Prior to attending vendor appointments, Patty would make sure I had a detailed email as to what I should expect and cover with each vendor whether it was related to flowers, photos, hair and makeup, cake selection or dj’s. I never walked into a vendor appointment feeling unprepared. This was extremely helpful in selecting the most valuable vendors and weeding out the vendors who up-charged for every additional service beyond their basic packages offered.

    Patty was extremely responsive and would put together To-Do Lists every couple months to ensure everything was falling into place as it should. At times I felt overwhelmed during the planning process, however, reviewing the To-Do Lists every couple months made me feel confident everything was coming together and details weren’t being overlooked. Patty would offer valuable suggestions along the way as well as to what she has seen be successful and not so successful over the many years of wedding planning.

    Patty coordinated the rehearsal and wedding day ceremony. Her take charge attitude resulted in a quick and rather painless rehearsal (in 112 degree heat) and a wonderful and smooth flowing wedding day ceremony. Her presence the day of the wedding was invaluable! From lacing up my dress to bustling the dress before the reception, making sure everyone in the wedding party was in place and ready when they needed to be, interacting with the vendors and overseeing their work, keeping track of the flow of the reception to ensure each task was on time, making sure the marriage license was completed correctly by our officiant and MOH/BM, placing my flip flops under the head table before the reception started which was a godsend as she anticipated my feet would be killing me by that time of night! The list goes on and on.

    You will not be disappointed with the outstanding service and knowledge Patty will bring to all aspects of your wedding and planning process. My husband and I can’t thank her enough for her contributions in making our special day everything we hoped for and more!!

    Patti is an amazing person and she is a phenomenal wedding coordinator. She made our special day go smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a better day. She is incredibly organized and extremely responsive. She always has great recommendations and advice and I chose to go with almost every recommendation she gave me and everything turned out perfect! There are so many great qualities about Patti... I could go on for a long time. She means business and takes her job seriously, but on the flip side she is personal, down to earth, and so much fun to be around. I will always keep in touch with Patti because she is my friend and I consider her family. You will not be disappointed if you choose to go with her for your special day!

    I have worked with Patty on a professional level and her service is fantastic. She communicated literally 'every last detail' prior to the wedding which I very much appreciated. On the wedding day, everything went smoothly. Patty was incredibly organized and easy to work with, which in turn made my job as a wedding photographer easy as well! There were no delays, no concerns and most importantly there were no worries coming from the bride and groom. The execution of the ceremony and reception set up was perfect. I would highly recommend Patty to any bride and groom looking for someone to coordinate their wedding day and be confident that things will run smoothly!

    While wedding planning was a very exciting time for me and my husband, there were so many details involved in the process- we needed help!

    Patty and Every Last Detail helped us every step of the way during our wedding planning. Patty was wonderful! There were so many details she helped us with (little things that a new bride and groom wouldn't think to ask about/consider). She helped us find great vendors as well, including our late-in-game videographer addition!

    Since we were planning our Monterey wedding from San Jose, it was so helpful to have someone that knew our venues and all of our vendors. She was always just a phone call or email away, and always quick to respond.

    The day of our wedding, Patty and Irma kept everything (and everyone!) on time. Patty had sent out timelines to everyone involved so we all knew where we were supposed to be. If there was an issue, she took care of it immediately. She was even thoughtful enough to pack color-coordinated pashminas and gave my mom one when she got a bit too chilly!

    Our wedding exceeded all of our expectations, and much of this is a credit to Patty and Every Last Detail!!

    Getting Patty as our wedding planner was one of the best things that we did for our wedding. Four months before our wedding, we requested Patty's day of wedding services. We had completed most of the arrangements for the wedding, but there were still a few more things that we had to put together. My fiancé and I at the time were also out of the country in school so I needed someone that would be tech savvy and keep me connected to Monterey. Also, unlike other wedding planners in the area she would respond to emails at a lighting speed. Patty was so on top of everything and had wonderful contacts with other Monterey vendors. When I finally got back to the states she spent a day with me going to all my wedding locations, meeting with my florist (CC creations - Cynthia Fones) and organizing the details of the décor with my party rental vendor (Illusions of Grandeur). It was her lively and spunky attitude that made no task undoable. She even created the schedule for the flow of the wedding day.

    The day of the wedding I was so relaxed because I knew that both Patty and her assistant would be taking care of all the setup and organization. They did a beautiful job and worked well with both our families. Although there were a few mishaps, like having to call in favors to get my acrylic nails fixed and pinning up my wedding dress when someone ripped my under garments. There was no task they could not overcome. Patty always had a solution to every problem. Everything was completely seamless and I cannot express my thanks to both Patty and her assistant for everything they did for my husband and me!!! If you are a bride and you are wavering on the idea of getting a wedding planner, just do it!! Because it is seriously worth everything to just sit back and enjoy the day with your new husband!!

    I recently got married at Berwick Park in Pacific Grove with the reception at the old whaling station in Monterey and can’t imagine how my day would’ve gone off with out the help of Patty and ELD. Patty is extremely organized and pays incredibly close attention to detail. Before the wedding she did everything from contacting all the vendors, making a timeline and recommend great vendors (no kick-backs, just trusted industry advice).
    She organized the rehearsal and even had nametags for everyone which was a nice touch and on the day of she was able to incorporate all my DIY personalized touches to make my day special on top of take care of everything behind the scenes from chasing off a second bride who was confused as to which park she was getting married, to using a pooper scooper at the ceremony location to rid it of the goose droppings, getting an extremely tardy maid of honor in her dress, to straightening the aisle runner and cleaning up and putting all our personalized touches in my hotel room during the reception and talking to the police after a noise complaint! I highly recommend her and her team, if you actually want to enjoy your wedding day stress free!!

    Patty was wonderful! I bombarded her with so many emails and she was extremely prompt about responding and getting information to me. We even threw some last minute changes at her on the day of the wedding and she handled it extremely well. It was wonderful having her on the wedding day...my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything at all! She's extremely organized....her timelines and to-do lists are great for keeping a busy bride on track with things. No complaints...we love Patty!

    Patty was the planner for my daughter's wedding last weekend. She was priceless! Her organizational and communication skills are top notch - she had a detailed schedule ready and kept everything under control. Because of her, I was able to relax and thoroughly enjoy every moment of the wedding and reception. I had no worries - everything was taken care of.

    Patty knows her job and I highly recommend her as a planner and coordinator!

    As we talked with our guest, one thing stood out that everyone said "It's the best wedding they had ever been to". You can't ask for better than that. If you want your wedding to be unforgetable, to work with someone who does it all, then "Every Last Detail" is the only Wedding & Event Coordinator you should hire.

We were renewing our vows of 30 years. I had never had a wedding.     My husband and I had wanted a small, intimate wedding on the beach in Carmel. We had originally decided to go at the planning and production alone, figuring a small wedding would be easy to handle- but after a meltdown due to details, we solicited the help of Patty at Every Last Detail. Looking back, this was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding.

    Since we had a majority of our wedding planned, we were originally worried a day of planner might get us to change up our "not so traditional" decisions. However, Patty was awesome, and went with our ideas. In fact, her energy about some of our details made us love them more!

    It was essential for me to find a planner that was organized, and Patty most certainly is. From her quick response times, to the most detailed timeline I have ever seen- I knew not one stone was unturned.

    Of course our wedding day wasn't without its surprises- but Patty was able to handle every shot fired. The day seemed flawless, and it was nice to relax while Patty dealt with the issues!

    Patty's personality is fantastic, and she is a joy to work with. My whole family loved her, and enjoyed having her around.

    Patty allowed my husband, guests and myself to thoroughly enjoy our wedding. We've been married for about 7 months now, and I am still receiving compliments about what a lovely event our wedding turned out to be. We owe much of that all to Patty and her team!

    Patty is a very "take full charge" wedding planner. She is extremly organized and detailed with your instructions and "to do lists" She follows thru and listen to your suggestions. As The Mother od the Bride I felt completely confident the wedding was going to come off without a hitch. She appears very bossy on the actual wedding day which un-nerves some of the Bridesmaids BUT, there can be only one Director in this Production and she is IT !! This was the only complaint we received. Our guests all said our wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended. She also was very familiar with our venue and staff which helped tremendously.

    It was great and more importantly fun working with Patty Speirs from Every Last Detail Wedding. Right from the beginning, Patty listened carefully to every detail that I was looking for and provided options that fell right within our budget. I chose to use her entire services from point A to Z and it was worth every dollar! Patty made sure you didn't fall behind or forget anyting by providing a "Things to Do List" at different stages of the planning and she kept track of closed and open items so you wouldn't stress out trying to remember all of these things. The amount of stress that is lifted from you is such a good feeling so when the big day arrived, we enjoyed every moment of it. I strongly recommend Patty Speirs from Every Last Detail Wedding.

    I was not local, so Patty at Every Last Detail had to really be there to support me.... and she never let me down. I had a photographer back out on me two months before the wedding and Patty had found me an AMAZING one in less than a day. The big day went perfectly because we were completely relaxed knowing that Patty and Carol were dealing with everything. We found that Patty and Carol really did everything they could to make the day perfect. We have recommended Every Last Detail to anyone we know planning a wedding because they really made our day completely stress free and fun!

    A review of Patty Spiers and her Every Last Detail (ELD) team. My daughter got married on 3 Mar 2013. A double wedding ceremony in two locations. Being Doctors in San Fran wiith busy and hectic schedules coordination heavy. it required doubling up of all arrangements for both ceremonies. (Hindu and Western). I'm a retired Army Officer, with guests all over the US. Grooms family is out of State while our family is in the SF Bay Area. A coordination nightmare! Patty got it done.
    Patty Spiers has a wonderful personality, very cheerful, positive, upbeat and just full of vivacious energy that immediately puts everyone at ease. She is EXTREMELY organized, very conscientious and not afraid to be candid when needed. Being a Military Officer, I like directness, organization, and meeting scheduled timelines. She is that.
    An example of her team's professionalism; the Indian ceremony was on the lawn. Her team ensured that all goose droppings were picked up. An example of getting it done. This leaves everyone comfortable and confidant that Patty will "Take Care of It". Takes all stress off.
    On prices, Patty recommended and got us great vendors, her connections produced significant discounts. The money she saved us paid for Patty and a big discount for being Military!
    The end result; the wedding(s) were beautiful, perfect in almost every way. Both families were extremely pleased with how everything went, looked, and turned out.
    I can't say enough great things about Patty Spiers and her (ELD) Wedding planning team. From a Army Colonel, with demanding standards, she performs exceptional, produces results, and gets the job Done!

    Patty was our wedding coordinator and event planner. Her and the ELD staff are really amazing and Patty's knowledge of the monterey bay area vendors and her relationships with people in the wedding business were absolutely vital to making our wedding work!

    We are from the SF bay area and our wedding was in Monterey on March 2 and was a destination for the majority of our guests. We invited over 300 individuals with about 170 at the wedding in total. Given our heritages we had two separate ceremonies (Hindu and Christian) in one day and a large reception. This required an incredible amount of attention to detail with planning down to the minute in order to pull off two ceremonies, a cocktail hour, and a large reception! Despite the incredible amount of coordinating this took, Patty and her staff rose to the challenge with such amazing talent, confidence, skill, and knowledge that everything went PERFECTLY! She was there for us literally every step of the way from helping us pick out invitations, to flowers, to the DJ, to the photo booth. Not only did she provide us with choices and options, she put together the contracts, provided us with day by day reminders for deadlines and when payments were due, and was in touch with everyone on our behalves. Her efforts took a huge burden off our shoulders. She's not there to make decisions for you, but instead provides you with options based on your preferences, allowing you to focus on making decisions.

    Thanks to Pattys efforts, our day was more than perfect, and we were able to achieve everything we dreamed. On top of that, she is an amazing person with lots of energy and grace, with an immense amount of connections which passed on to us discounted rates. In addition, she truly loves her job, and it shows and made the process of planning a wedding enjoyable and fun! I dont know what we would have done without her, and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone planning a wedding looking for an affordable amazing wedding planner!!
