We absolutely adored Jackie and her daughter Madison while working together for our November 2025 wedding. Jackie came in and was willing to roll with the punches, including communication delays on our end, last minute planning shifts, and a vision that all came together in the final days leading up to the event. We got her on board maybe two months before the big day, and she was ready to jump right in with us! Jackie is a bubbly personality who is readily available when you need her. She centers the bride and groom throughout the entire process, making stressful moments feel easy, because as you get inundated with 100 opinions, she's simply there to hear and honor YOURS. She dealt with vendor snaffus like a champion, I have every confidence there were things that occurred day of that we still have no clue about because she handled it behind the scenes and we never had to hear about it! Madison being her daughter and partner for the events was a huge asset, as they work as a seamless team with a dynamic and inherent understanding of what the other one needs in any given moment. The decision to go with Jackie was easy, her enthusiasm was immediate and genuine. Just one phone call, and we knew we would be working with her. Unlike other potential planners we spoke with, one thing we most enjoyed was her "behind the scenes" attitude. While friendly, excited, and truly a huge fan of love and life partnership, she also maintained very clear professional boundary lines and put the professional relationship first. We feel a genuine kinship and respect blossomed during our time together, but very much appreciated that she was there to do the job first and be friendly with us second. The team has an inventory you can pull from, which we did, and that helped us cut down on some one-time item costs as well (for example, they had a few card box options we could select from to use day of)! Our vendors were already secured prior to connecting with Everlasting Moments, but if you're in the earlier stages of planning I would highly suggest bringing the team in to assist you. Based on our experience with their vendor relationships from our event, they would be a huge asset as you're navigating those handful of "big items" in your planning journey. Everlasting Moments was a gigantic asset to our wedding weekend, worth every penny and then some. Our hope is that every couple getting married has as much of a positive experience with their coordinator/planner as we did! I worked with Jackie for my wedding in November 2025, and right from the start, she was so friendly, attentive, and helpful! She called me months in advance to talk through my vision with her and was super helpful in helping me figure out the best way to execute it. She was also super helpful leading up to the wedding, meeting up with me multiple times to go through the timeline and all the last-minute details. She even met up with me at my parents' house to pick up all of my decorations (and I had a lot) a couple days before the wedding.
She and her team went above and beyond with the setup, too! She was able to print and set up the seating chart for me and put together a sizable wedding reception (100 people!) in a pretty tight time crunch! And throughout that, she kept everything going smoothly and on schedule. Any hiccups during the wedding, she had them covered. It was such a pleasure and privilege to work with Jackie for my wedding, and I know that it would not have been possible without her hard work and expertise. If I had to do it over again, I would do it with Jackie! -

Wedding 2025!!!
We truly cannot recommend our wedding planner enough! From the very beginning, she was organized, professional, and incredibly supportive. Every detail that was big and small was handled with care, creativity, and precision, which allowed us to actually enjoy the planning process instead of feeling stressed.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly and seamlessly thanks to their hard work behind the scenes. Any potential issues were handled quickly and calmly without us ever knowing, which gave us complete peace of mind.
Their communication, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what they do made all the difference. If you are looking for someone who will treat your wedding like it’s their own and bring your vision to life flawlessly, this is the planner you want. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our day absolutely perfect. -

Jackie and her team were very supportive the entire year of our wedding planning. We had multiple meetings during that year that increased closer to the wedding date. Jackie helped secure vendors for us that saved money and her fee paid for itself. She had great knowledge of insurance and permit requirements and helped keep us on track. On wedding day, her team worked hard to setup our space on-time and to keep the wedding timeline moving. We received compliments from our wedding party on their professionalism and Madison was called out as frequently asking our group how she could help them and doing kind things to make it special. Jackie kept us from stressing on wedding day and we appreciated her helping us have a blast with our loved ones and her team’s support that entire day! -

We had a wonderful experience using Jackie and Madison for day of coordination! They were able to provide more than I ever thought I would need. Communication was open and easy, she had a great inventory we had access to use which helped to fill in all the small details I would have likely forgotten about, and they anticipated a lot of needs that I didn’t think of. The day of was a breeze thanks to them and I really didn’t even have to think because we trusted them to whip everyone into shape and help make our vision come true! I would recommend anyone consider Everlasting Moments for their coordination! -

Jackie was fantastic and a great hire for us from the start. We hired her for the day of planning/coordinator, but was more than that for us along the way. Jackie definitely takes time to get to know both bride and groom, and what is important to us. She has great vendor recommendations that were helpful and spot on for our needs. I can’t imagine trying to plan our wedding without Jackie there to help with her knowledge and experience. Communication was responsive, informative, and dependable the entire 8 months of our planning our big day. A few of my wedding guests have complimented how perfect everything was, and every detail beautifully thought out…..that compliment goes to Jackie’s attention to detail. Above & Beyond Wedding Coordination!!
We hired Jackie from Everlasting Moments as our day-of wedding coordinator for our Pinehurst wedding in June, and I can honestly say she went so far above and beyond that title. From the moment she stepped in, Jackie (and Madison!) handled everything with such calm professionalism and genuine care that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made sure the entire day ran flawlessly — managing timelines, handling our stationery, keeping every detail in check, and even making sure our guests were on their best behavior (yes, she can work magic!).
Jackie’s attention to detail blew me away. She anticipated needs I didn’t even know I’d have and solved problems before they could reach me. She was so thoughtful that she even ordered a pizza to be waiting in our hotel room after the wedding, which was exactly what we needed after a whirlwind day. That’s the kind of above-and-beyond service you get when you have someone who truly cares about their couples.
If you want a wedding coordinator who will be your calm in the chaos, your advocate, your problem-solver, and your biggest supporter, hire Jackie. She doesn’t just make sure your day is beautiful — she makes sure you get to fully enjoy it. I cannot recommend Everlasting Moments by Jackie enough! -

Wedding Planner Review Jackie did an outstanding job for my daughter’s wedding in Pinehurst NC. She was extremely thorough and detailed. She worked well with my daughter and her fiancé. She was extremely knowledgeable with vendor contracts and reviewed them thoroughly. I would highly recommend Jackie as a wedding planner. She did a fantastic job and was wonderful to work with. Working with Jackie as our day-of coordinator was the best thing we did for ourselves during the wedding planning process!! You want her in your corner.
Her pricing is transparent and really competitive. It was very easy for us to set up a consultation meeting with Jackie, and we had a good feeling about her from that first interaction. Jackie is so down to earth and truly cared about getting to know us and our priorities for the wedding.
Many coordinators seemed to pick up the month/week of the wedding and really act just as vendor facilitators -- this is not Jackie! During the planning process, she was always happy and super prompt responding to emails where we needed advice. Her opinions were sound and she even helped by providing recommendations for other vendors. Jackie consistently kept on top of our paperwork and contracts. She even offered to help facilitate online RSVPs with QR codes and to design/write the online form.
Jackie attended the final space walkthrough/vendor meeting and was consistently advocating for us. Often while planning, we weren't sure what we wanted, but Jackie always felt like a thoughtful and experienced guiding hand. The week of the wedding, Jackie had some large welcome signs printed for us which saved us so much hassle of finding someone ourselves. Jackie also had some decor, like table numbers, that kept us from needing to buy so many single use items. She attended our rehearsal the night prior to our wedding to get to know relevant characters, direct our ceremony practice, and really iron out the details. She also took and managed our DIY flowers/decor so that we didn't have to think about transporting or setting any of that up on the day!
On wedding day, Jackie and her assistant Madison worked together to organize all the incoming vendors and to direct set up. Truly, the evening went flawlessly. We got married in an arboretum that required walking a ways down some paths and they got everyone (including some wheelchairs/scooters) to the location, on time, and without incident. We gave essentially no direction regarding dining room/table setup and they killed it!! After the wedding, they rocked breakdown. Gifts, leftover alcohol and cake, flowers and some decor were all packaged and put in our car.
We debated even using a coordinator at first, but honestly I am not sure how the event would have happened without Jackie and Madison. Everlasting Moments coordination is worth every cent!! -

I just had my wedding last weekend, March 2025, and could not be happier with the experience I had with Jackie and Madison. I began the planning process with Jackie last summer and always felt taken care of after our conversations. She always responded quickly to any questions I had as well. She helped manage anything we asked of her including finding venues, speaking with vendors, offering design ideas and allowing use of her personal inventory. She completely captured our vision for our wedding day and executed the day of beautifully. I was able to fully relax the morning of and enjoy our day with friends and family with no worries about any logistics or day of prep that needed to be done. I could not recommend a better team to place your trust into! -

I want to brag on our wedding coordinator - Jackie Gilson with Everlasting Moments! Jackie saved us in the last week before our wedding. We hired her a week before our wedding because we contractually were required to have a day of coordinator for our venue.
Hiring her was the BEST DECISION we made while planning for our wedding! In fact, I told my husband my only regret is that I wished we had hired her sooner. In the week of our wedding, we had several issues with our venue that Jackie handled. I am so grateful we had her as both my husband and I are attorneys, and we didn’t have the time to handle last minute items.
Then, when I thought she couldn’t get any better, she absolutely crushed it on our wedding day!! She handled everything from set up to tear down along with everything in between. She is kind, funny, and so easy to work with. Her daughter also came and she couldn’t have been any better! Jackie’s daughter helped coordinate, took pictures, and professionally handled all requests. I couldn’t speak more highly of Jackie and her daughter - Jackie should be your go-to girl for ANY event! -

My husband and I attended the wedding of our friend's granddaughter. It was beautiful from beginning to end! The Wedding Planner, Jackie Gilson from Everlasting Moments did a wonderful job!
