Our wedding was amazing, and much of that is thanks to Kyla and her team with Everlasting Events. My now wife and I already worked so hard on creating the vision for our wedding, but we needed someone to help us bring that vision to life through 30- day and day-of wedding coordination services. You don't want to have to be a task master on your wedding day, and you don't want to have to task a family member of friend with that role either. You want you and your guests to be able to enjoy the wedding. If that's your goal, you can't go wrong with Everlasting Events.
Our wedding was a stylish, colorful, Bohemian-themed wedding with a lot of precise and special details to be sorted out. In advance, we gave Kyla what felt like an avalanche of notes, direction, and setup details. Still, we had a lot of gaps - things we forgot, things we should have considered. In our primary planning meeting, Kyla had us go through an exhaustive checklist - it took a while, but it was worth it for the peace of mind. She helped us prioritize our to do list, and she took much of the stress out of planning of the wedding. She also helped wrangle all the vendors and made sure they provided the services we paid them for.
On our wedding day, Kyla and her team executed all of our many details perfectly. I don't know how they did it, because it seemed like some supernatural feat. Our wedding party and our family was able to just show up and enjoy themselves. Kyla and her team made us feel like royalty during our wedding. This is was a delicate balance that she achieved - they were attentive enough to ensure our needs were being met, but distant enough to not distract us from enjoying our own wedding. She even managed to get us away from everyone for a moment to take a breather before our first dance. My wife and I are both introverts, so our bodies were bursting with adrenaline and who knows what other chemicals to get us through the day's countless interactions. Kyla knew we needed some time alone. She took us to the bridal suite, and we were able to have some time alone and relax before going back out to the festivities. Kyla made everything so seamless for us.
It's strange because I wish I could talk about *everything* she did - but she did much of it behind the scenes, away from our view. If anything major went wrong, we didn't hear about it. At the end of the night, she helped so much in coordinating all of the cleanup and getting everything sorted out. She maintained the inventory of items and made sure everything was accounted for. This is one of those things that sounds easy, but when you are in the middle of your crazy day, it's something you don't want to think about or deal with. Kyla handled all that stuff and helped make sure it got into our cars to be packed away.
I could go on and on. Kyla is friendly, easy to talk to, and invested in making sure you have the wedding of your dreams. She also brought assistants that were on point and worked together well. Obviously, I don't plan on getting married again, but if a close friend of mine was getting married, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Everlasting Events! -

I was late in the game of finding a wedding coordinator. I had that, "I can do this myself" mentality and did plan most of my wedding, but I cannot express how happy I am that I decided to book Kyla and Tasha at Everlasting Events. If you have the same mindset as I did when planning your wedding (or other event, in my case it was my wedding), do yourself a favor and hire Kyla & Tasha. There's nothing worse than spending countless hours planning your big day, emailing vendors, working out all the details you can think of, and then realizing that you actually weren't on top of your game like you thought (especially a week before your big day). I met and booked Kyla and Tasha a little over a month before my wedding day as "Day-of Coordinators" and I could not believe how many more details were left that I hadn't even thought of- even something as trivial as the type of chairs you use can make all the difference to beautify your event. Kyla and Tasha do a thorough job with keeping track of details and communicating info to the vendors. On the wedding day they kept the events (pictures, etc) on track and worked very well with the photographer and wedding party. They are personable, yet professional and very down-to-earth. They even have some decor that they rent out and what they don't have they will find! On the wedding day they worked so hard making everything perfect out of the mess of decorations I gave them the morning of! Thanks to Everlasting Events I had the wedding I had planned for and dreamed about!! I don't even want to imagine how the day would've gone without their advice and guidance. -

Tasha and Kyla were amazing!!!!! I almost didn’t book a day of coordinator thinking our wedding was going to be low key enough that we wouldn’t have needed one. But man! Am I ever happy we booked them. There is absolutely no way I would have been so chill on my wedding day without them! Seriously though. I was so relaxed and I feel like I was able to enjoy literally every moment of the day. I didn’t have to worry about where anyone was or should be. I didn’t have to look at the time. Nothing! I was able to dance and drink and socialize and enjoy myself without a worry in the world. I felt so comfortable in their hands. I had only met them in person the day before our wedding but trusted them both completely. Our families loved them, especially my mother who has total type A personality and plans a ton of events. Tasha and Kyla were absolutely amazing. They were everywhere around the venue and instinctively knew where they needed to be or what needed to be done. They were so patient, so flexible, and so resourceful. From the rehearsal, to finding heaters for a crazy cold day last minute, to setting up the entire decor, to directing us throughout the whole day, to cleaning and packing everything up, they were just AMAZING. We can’t thank you guys enough for all you did that day! It was an absolutely perfect and magical day and you guys were a huge part of that! -

Terri Sent on 12/15/2016I interviewed numerous coordinators before selecting Everlasting Events; and from first contact with Tasha (and later Kyla), I knew they were the right match for me. I’m a type A personality and really wanted to work with a coordinator(s) that had strong communication skills (written and verbal) and incredible follow through. We were fortunate enough to secure Everlasting Events to fill the role of Day of Coordinator for our wedding and I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication to making our day everything we dreamt.
Our wedding had a ton of small details that required execution by Everlasting Events and they took over as planned and orchestrated our vision seamlessly. And really that’s what you hope for—perfect rhythm and synchronicity—and we had this with Tasha and Kyla. With 14 total wedding vendors, the team had their hands full, yet, I never saw them sweat! They were total pros and worked tirelessly to pull off our perfect wedding!
Late in the game—just 2 weeks before our big day—we decided that we wanted to hire a videographer. The ladies took on the challenge and not only secured us an amazing cinema company, but they also negotiated a rate we could afford!
The ownership duo, Tasha Harrison and Kyla Miller, are exceptional. They work really well together and it’s clear they love what they do. It is evident in the love and care they put into everything they do! Because of Everlasting Events, I was able to relax and really be present on our wedding day. I didn’t stress or worry—I knew they had it covered. Tasha and Kyla are a true blessing to any bride and I’m forever thankful for everything they did for us!

Everything I wanted for my wedding day was brought to reality by Kyla and her team. Working with her to prepare was a breeze- I showed her a few pictures of what I liked, and she completely saw my vision and ran with it! Because I knew Kyla was taking care of the wedding details, I awoke on my wedding day excited and stress-free. I did not think about anything except getting dressed and ready to marry my now-husband! She coordinated our rather large wedding party with ease. When I arrived at our ceremony site, I could not believe my eyes! Everything I had envisioned had been brought to life. The entire evening went smoothly, thanks to Kyla’s excellent coordination. Thank you Kyla Miller! You made my wedding day a dream.
