We had an exceptional experience working with Victoria and Everlasting Affairs and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Victoria was warm, personable, and genuinely invested in bringing our dream wedding to life. She supported us for over a year, guiding us through every phase of the planning process and communicating seamlessly via email, video calls, phone, and text. She was consistently responsive and flexible in adapting to our preferred communication style.
For every aspect of the wedding, from venues and invitations to the band, photographer, makeup artist, and countless other detailed decisions, Victoria provided curated lists of trusted, vetted vendors. She handled communication with all of our vendors, arranged introduction calls, and was always present to ensure everything stayed on track.
Victoria also created detailed timelines outlining vendor decision deadlines and day-of schedules. Her organization and efficiency were invaluable, and the online planning portal made even daunting tasks, like seating charts, feel manageable and stress-free.

We worked with Victoria for nearly two years, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was incredibly organized, always responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. We texted her late at night more times than we can count, and she always answered with patience, clarity, and a plan.
But don’t just take our word for it. Multiple friends and family members pulled us aside to say how amazing she was. Even our other vendors commented on how delightful and professional she was to work with. Everything we wanted and more!
We used Victoria and her team as the Day of Coordinator for my daughter's wedding on 8/30/2025 at the Fairmont Copley in Boston. We got so much more than just a DOC. She helped all along the way with planning, keeping us on task and was very receptive to emails. She was an incredible wealth of information. Most importantly, on the big day she took care of EVERYTHING so that I, as the MOB and wedding coordinator, did not have to do or think of ANYTHING. Victoria is professional, knowledgeable, responsible, trustworthy, and makes you feel fully at ease.I am so glad we hired her and could not recommend her more highly. She made it all easy and the day was spectacular. -

I can’t recommend Victoria enough! I reached out to her nearly two years ago with what I thought was a “laundry list” of questions, and I’ll be honest—I was skeptical at first about hiring a wedding planner. I wasn’t sure if it would be worth the investment. But Victoria immediately put my worries to rest with her detailed, thoughtful responses. From that very first interaction, I knew she was the right choice.
I initially booked her vendor package, where she scheduled and coordinated all of our vendors, but eventually upgraded to include decor and other little details because, honestly, wedding planning can get overwhelming! Victoria was my rock throughout the entire process—especially in the week leading up to our big day. As someone who tends to overthink, having her there to guide me, reassure me, and manage the details was priceless.
On our wedding day, everything went off without a hitch. Victoria’s attention to detail and calm presence ensured that the day was as perfect as we had imagined. My only regret? Not snapping a photo with her amidst all the excitement!

After my first meeting with Victoria I audibly exhaled in relief. We selected her wedding day management planning services and it was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
I really can’t say enough about her and her team - her meticulous organization, unwavering preparedness, and calm adaptability transformed what could have been a stressful day into an unforgettable celebration. She anticipated every need, coordinated seamlessly with vendors, and ensured that every aspect of the day flowed perfectly even when we were met with some unexpected challenges.
One of so many examples was when my updo completely fell out (just completely undone with the wind whipping my veil around). Without missing a beat, Victoria removed what was probably 50 pins and transformed my hair into a flawless party pony in 3 minutes right before I walked into the reception. Not only did it look amazing, but it held up beautifully throughout the reception and after party (and I’m a dancer).
Beyond her professional expertise, Victoria is endlessly kind and brought a calming presence to the day that I really needed. Her genuine care and support allowed me to actually relax and really enjoy every moment of my wedding.

From the second we spoke with Vic we knew that she was exactly what we were looking for in a planner However, upon working with her she absolutely exceeded our expections, even MORE so during our wedding weekend! Vic was extremely reliable over call/text/email from the moment we came on board. She was organzied and did not forget a single detail. When we were faced with challenges, she was supportive and helpful in working through solutions while always respecting us as a couple. When it came to our wedding weekend she did not skip a single beat, had everything and everyone (even the groomsmen!) under control. If something went wrong, we didn't even notice because Vic and team were prepared for anything. The entire weekend and set up was exactly how we pictured it thanks to Vic and her team! Hire Victoria!
We could not have been happier to have Victoria on our team for our July 2024 wedding! We hired Victoria for wedding day management. She went above and beyond throughout our planning process and made us feel like we were her top priority, even though we know she works with many couples throughout the wedding season. Her organization, attention to detail, and patience are unmatched. The BEO that she creates for the wedding day was so informative and detailed and brought so much joy to this Type A bride!
During planning, I was struggling with the color scheme and table design for the reception. Victoria came to my rescue and helped design our table scapes and handled all correspondence with the rentals company. The outcome was absolutely stunning and I could not have been happier. Similarly, I did not know how to go about creating the timeline for our transportation and wedding day. Victoria provided this for us and it was seamless and so easy.
Our family and wedding party were so impressed with how she ran our wedding rehearsal. On the wedding day itself, she made sure that the day flowed smoothly. From collecting and setting up all of our day-of details, orchestrating the flow of our wedding ceremony, and even bustling my wedding dress, she was involved in every aspect of our day and ensured that it was perfect. My husband and I could relax and be fully present knowing that Victoria had everything under control.
I cannot recommend Victoria and Everlasting Affairs highly enough!

We recently had our wedding at TPC River Highlands and we could not have imagined the day without Victoria. From the moment we got off our initial phone call, we had all the confidence in the world that our day would be perfect having Victoria as our planner, and thanks to her, it truly was perfection.
Victoria was exceptionally organized and meticulously coordinated our wedding day to perfection. We received clear and concise emails from her from the moment we were in contact. Victoria provided me with advice on anything I brought to her and was super attentive to any question we had. Each month we received a check up email asking if we had any questions for her and if she could assist us with anything at the time.
Victoria conveniently made time to meet with us at our venue right before our food tasting (we live about an hour away) in order to go through a “walk through,” so that we did not have to drive up twice.
Victoria went above and beyond to help create our DREAM wedding day. For example, we ordered cupcakes for our wedding instead of having a cake and Victoria offered to have them shipped to her house, to hold onto, 2 days before our wedding!! From her emails, to updates, to checklists, Victoria’s attention to detail and proactive drive was undeniable. Our most important items were packed up and secured in my sister’s car prior to leaving the venue that night as planned! And as we were leaving the venue at the end of the night our cards were personally handed to us by her in a signature “Everlasting Affairs” tote bag!
We will never stop talking about how amazing Victoria and her team was on our wedding day. Everlasting Affairs made everything SO seamless and easy for us, and we could not have done it without them. We will forever be thankful for having Victoria as our wedding planner and for being the MOST vital component in creating the best day of our lives. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

First I want to say that contrary to the title it was not just an amazing day, but an amazing few months leading up to an incredible ceremony. Myself and my wife began working with Victoria and Emily as soon as we decided upon a date. Victoria started to assist with the beginning, but eventually had Emily handle the rest of our special day. Between picking a venue, deciding on foods, presentation, and everything else that comes with a wedding you can certainly lose your mind. With Emily and Victoria's help and guidance our minds were put at ease and any stress that could come with planning would disappear with a simple question. With the road paved for us all we had to do was walk it with the confidence that this amazing company would handle any and all troubles that tried to find a way to us. With that we get to the day of and to say the very least it was everything we wanted and more. Emily not only managed to make sure the plan stayed on track, but did so in a way that if any bumps occurred they could be smoothed out right away. The night went off without a hitch and I could not be more thankful. Although my health did take a plummet at the end of the night, due to me not being aware of my lack of intake, Emily was able to help put my Wife at ease and make sure I got the medical assistance I needed to get better. I was able to make it back on to my feet for one final slow dance before everyone disbursed and am extremely thankful of everything that this company and Emily had done for me. My Wife and I can say without any hesitation that if need a planner this is the way to go. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR DAY SO SPECIAL! -

Phenomenal experience
The single best decision I made for my wedding was booking Victoria Warren from Everlasting Affairs as the wedding planner. She is phenomenal. She’s organized, meticulous, knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, patient, and kind. Although she is busy, she makes you feel like you are her top priority. She gets things done fast, doesn’t miss a beat, and responds incredibly quickly. She is available by phone, text and email and responds right away. She has great taste and years of experience so I found myself relying on her advice often. I was blown away by how effortless she made it look to plan a wedding. I absolutely loved working with her. She understood my vision and made it come to life. On our wedding day I didn’t need to worry about a thing. I knew everything would be flawless because of Victoria and it was. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her. -

Victoria, made the process very stress free for me as a father of the bride. My daughter (and son-in-law) worked with her to plan the day she has dreamed of for a long time. The wedding went off without any issues. For me, she keep them on budget and always kept me informed on contracts and pending payments. We could not have done this on our own without a lot of stress and anxiety. Victoria and her team really delivered and my daughter had the day she dreamed off. -

When I decided we needed a wedding planner, at the time I had no idea how much Victoria would actually do for us. She helped us find our venue, ALL of our vendors, and maintained most of the communication and coordination between all of them, and so much more.
We had to reschedule our wedding twice during COVID, and she did all the leg work of contacting all of the vendors and finding a new date that worked for all of them.
She created a timeline of our day which she shared with all of the vendors so everything would run smoothly. Everything went perfect on the wedding day! We got to really enjoy the day because she took care of all of the logistics with the vendors.
She went to the venue early with her team member to to set up everything- like candles, favors, centerpieces, and decorations- which we had handed over the night before after rehearsal (which she also helped run), and also did all of the cleanup afterwards. This was huge because we'd brought in a bunch of homemade pieces, and some tall centerpieces requiring assembly. It was so nice not having to burden a family member with this.
She is charismatic, easygoing, has a great sense of humor, is knowledgeable, experienced, not afraid to speak her mind, and gives the right suggestions when they're needed. If you need help planning and/or coordinating your wedding day, hire Victoria!

I finally got married this past weekend, and because of Everlasting Affairs, the day was absolutely magical. The kind of day that you hope and pray for, (but kind of expect to be disappointed about) because there are always things that are going to go wrong. Vic and her team did not miss a single thing and truly made sure it was the best day of our lives.
I was a full on type-A, DIY *everything* bride. I coordinate events for a living, spent 7+ years working in the hospitality industry (2 of which included working weddings) AND my venue came with its own day of person. I am sharing this for context, because we really questioned whether we needed to bring an additional coordinator on. My now husband eventually convinced me that even if it reduced 20% of the stress, it would be money well spent.
It was the single best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. (Other than deciding to get married, lol). From day 1, Vic and her team provided constant communication. They are not a vendor you book and then hear from a year later to catch up on the details a couple weeks prior to the wedding. She reached out monthly and sometimes weekly to check-in, see if we had any questions, or ask if there was anything she could do to help. Whenever we did have something to bring to her, the response was always thorough, thoughtful, and helpful. More often than not, she offered not just one, but several potential solutions for us to think about. She has a huge number of weddings a year - our event being over a year out was probably not her #1 priority, and yet she treated it like it was.
When we did ultimately have an issue with another vendor bailing on us month-of (someone we hired on our own before bringing her on, nonetheless), she quite literally went to bat for us to defend our contract and try to help us get part of our deposit back. She will say this is “just part of the job!”, but it honestly is so much more than that. Wedding planning is tough enough as it is, and when something goes wrong you need someone on your side who can step up to support you and help you navigate the issue. She did this flawlessly, and we are still so grateful for her help.
She has an incredible knowledge of the ins and outs of the industry and is well respected amongst her peers. I never had to question the advice she was giving and her results really speak for themselves.
Wedding day, I didn’t have to lift a finger. She made sure myself and the bridal party were relaxed, eating/hydrating, and really just not worrying about anything going on outside our bridal suite. Having had been the one to pack-up the ridiculous # of boxes of decor prior to the wedding (again, full DIY bride) I knew setting up would be no small feat. Everything was absolutely perfect. I had a special moment before the ceremony of walking out to our reception space and seeing the full extent of my vision come to life – it was better than I could have ever imagined and I have Everlasting Affairs to thank for that.
This is the longest review I have ever written, but they truly are worth so much more. Our wedding would not have been half the day it was without their help.

Hiring Victoria and her team was the best decision I could have ever made while planning my wedding. Victoria is the epitome of professionalism and clearly at the top of her industry. She made me feel safe and secure from day one and I knew she had my back in every aspect of the way. The week of my wedding we had a few rather large mishaps, one being my photographer testing positive for Covid and needing to pull out of the wedding, and each time Victoria handled these issues with grace. The saying "great things come in small packages" could not be anymore true when referring to Victoria. Because of her and her team, my wedding was everything I hoped it would be and more. First let me start off by saying that Victoria, Emily, and the rest of Everlasting Affairs were amazing and exceeded our expectations. You NEED them on your wedding day, trust me.
During the planning process I was working a full time and part time job on top of going for my masters degree, I had no clue how I was going to plan a wedding in the midst of all that.
Victoria is a very close friend of mine and my husband so we knew from day 1 we needed everlasting affairs. Needless to say, it was so nice to see her in her element. Victoria is a driven and committed person while still genuinely caring about her clients. She makes sure you get the day you envisioned and deserve.
No one else could have taken the curve balls that our day threw at us better than them. From Victoria taking our 4am phone call, to dealing with very hot weather, to her and Emily shifting several parts of our wedding without hesitation, I did not worry once that day. I knew Everlasting Affairs had OUR best interest at heart from day 1 which really put our minds at ease. My wedding day would have gone a whole different direction if it wasn’t for Victoria, Emily and the rest of everlasting affairs.

Incredibly Pleased and Grateful!
We highly highly recommend Victoria and her team at Everlasting Affairs for anyone who wants to make sure that their wedding day runs smoothly and fits their personal style and needs.
As a couple that had to postpone their wedding twice during Covid, we worked with Victoria over 3 years and couldn’t have been happier with her and how she helped us navigate the unexpected situation. She recommended incredible vendors and helped us renew contracts for our new dates. She worked with my family closely as they hosted the event in their backyard. My partner and I were planning from out of state and Victoria was readily available via email and phone whenever we wanted to touch base. She was also in continuous contact with my parents to ensure that they, she, and the vendors were all on the same page about everything.
Her top priority was making our day exactly as we wanted it to be, and that’s exactly what it was. On wedding day when everything felt like it was going a mile a minute, Victoria was making sure we had the drinks and food we wanted and needed. She was even prepared (with a “tide to go” pen) to remove a stain from my partners shirt (minutes before the ceremony). Victoria matched our wedding party’s energy perfectly. To us, she felt more like a valued friend, helping & adding to our wonderful experience.
We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding day and so much of that was thanks to Victoria, her team, and her excellent vendor recommendations. We are so grateful! -

Pause everything you are doing right now, and book Victoria and her team. She is the single reason I was the most calm, cool and collected bride the day of our wedding—and it was the most magical night of our lives.
My husband and I hired Victoria for month of, and day of wedding coordination—we were a COVID reschedule from May of 2020, with a complete venue change in between, and needed someone to help us smooth out the rough edges in our planing, from two years of postponement.
Not only were we fielding rescheduled vendors, we also have some uncomfortable familial relationships among our guests, that can make wedding planning a nightmare. I made the situation known, and told Victoria blatantly I would have no hard feelings if she chose to book another couple—she enthusiastically accepted and we were off to the races from there.
The day of our wedding, we had an issue with a vendor that was late to our ceremony, and Victoria handled the situation with complete fluidity—she made sure that we did not postpone our ceremony for too long, and I did not even think twice about trusting the calls she made. She always had everything under complete control—and we were on schedule from the moment the festivities kicked off.
In terms of the familial issues, I have no idea what she had to do to mitigate all the challenges presented there (and there were definitely many,) but she made sure that I did not see ANY of it as a bride. I felt, for the first time in my life, like I could relax and enjoy myself, and enjoy time with my husband at the most beautiful evening of our lives—and our wedding decisions as a bride and groom would not be challenged by outside forces. She made sure there was no outside negative energy, nothing that would detract from the wonderful night we both had—she fiercely advocated for our wishes.
I went into the day of my wedding with realistic expectations, knowing there would be a chance we would experience some uncomfortable moments. There were NONE that I witnessed, and Victoria was single-handedly responsible for shielding us from it, and led to my complete lack of stress as a bride. I can’t even begin to imagine, how hard she had to work to make that a reality (and I will forever be grateful for that.)
I am honestly floored—It was the absolute best day of our lives. I have never felt so in the moment, so happy, so in awe of all of the positivity surrounding us. We cannot stop talking about how much Victoria was responsible for our lack of stress that day—do not even hesitate, she is worth every dollar spent, and more. -

Hiring Everlasting Affairs was the best decision ever!
We initially reached out to Everlasting Affairs at the end of 2019 when looking for a ‘day of’ wedding coordinator. My daughter’s wedding was to be in a municipal building that did not provide staff to coordinate events - so we recognized the importance of this role. We felt very comfortable hiring Victoria and decided she could also help us with lining up vendors. She researched options, negotiated costs and handled communication - after taking the time to understand what my daughter and her fiancé were looking for. Her expertise and advice was invaluable.
When the wedding was moved out due to covid - Victoria ensured all of our vendors were onboard with the newly chosen date.
Then a disaster - because of covid - the town cancelled all events at our venue 5 months before the wedding date.
Within 36 hours of this turmoil - Victoria had a plan in place and reached out to numerous locations to see where the wedding could take place. Within a week, we had a new venue. What was really impressive was Victoria’s understanding of my daughters vision and honoring that - even with the challenge of finding a new venue on a specific Saturday in the fall in New England. When some vendors would not accommodate the new location due to distance - she managed to get us a complete refund on all of our deposits.
Additionally, her existing relationships with caterers, bakeries, bartending etc were crucial in lining up services at our new location.
The organization and coordination provided by Victoria as the big day approached allowed us to enjoy the excitement of the day’s arrival. We had full confidence in everything going off without a hitch! On the big day, Victoria and Wes were at the helm attending to every last detail. They were efficient and decisive, while at the same time projecting a quiet confidence that was infectious and comforting.
We all had a wonderful, happy day.
Working with Victoria and her team was the best decision we could’ve made.

EVERLASTING AFFAIRS will make an EVERLASTING IMPRESSION!!! I can not express enough how grateful I am for Victoria and her team!
We started working with Victoria in July, 2020. With all the covid restrictions in place, we were very apprehensive to book a venue. Victoria is so organized and sent us a TON of venues with detailed information, breakdown of cost and current restrictions.
Forward to May 2021, I still had not made up my mind on a venue and with a planned wedding date on Oct 2, 2021... it was crunch time, unless we wanted to wait ( which we did not) We were able to find a venue that WE LOVED . We booked the venue May 3, 2021 and moved up our date to September 10th 2021! ( a month earlier than planned) This meant we had 4 months to plan and booked all vendors! Victoria was incredible through this process. We met at the venue a few times and she was only ever a phone call away. With every indecisive decision that had to be made and changes, Victoria was supportive and rolled with the punches.
Victoria has a calmness about her that is infectious. She will make you feel as though there is not a worry in the world.
Our wedding day went as seamlessly as it could. Victoria checked in with us as we were getting ready before heading to the venue to set up. While at the venue she made sure everything was just as I envisioned it and sent pictures along the way. Victoria and Emily then met with me and the girls prior to going to our first look and thank gosh they did (never underestimate your timeframe). They helped us do all our finishing touches and got us out the door to be on time.
The wedding went perfect! They were both there to direct everyone as we walked down the aisle, to que the music changes and have a drink ready for us after we said "I Do"
They really were there every step of the way, whether it was fluffing my dress, pinning my dress and holding it while I used the bathroom and change, and following even making sure that we ate and got some goodies. You name it, they did it! I did not have to worry about a single thing, I fully trusted Victoria and Emily!
I can not stress enough... You NEED Victoria and Everlasting Affairs for your special day. With her by your side, you will be able to fully enjoy your day with no stress. I could go on and on. Again, I am so grateful for all Victoria and her team has done for us. Thank you. -

"How great is my wedding planner?" was a topic of conversation
Everlasting Affairs was hands down the best wedding decision I made--aside from the groom :-). Victoria provided planning assistance (vendor coordination) and day-of coordination (all the day-of logistics you will otherwise have to foist on your friends). I’m writing this from my honeymoon because my now-husband and I can’t stop gushing over what a great job she did. Do yourself a favor and get this upbeat, highly competent, make-it-happen wedding sergeant on your team early.
Michael and I originally tried planning everything on our own and kept hitting dead ends. We were wasting our time and getting frustrated. We spoke with a handful of other planners (who charged by the hour, needed a lot of direction from us, or took too long to respond to basic questions) and were resigned to slogging through on our own. But then we spoke with Victoria…after a few minutes on the phone with her my fiancé and I met eyes, nodded in agreement, and hired her immediately.
We handed her the reins—and actually started enjoying wedding planning. She kept us on track with deposits and the payments due without being pushy or overbearing. There are SO MANY decisions to make and it was such a relief to have someone on our side who we 100% trusted (even the venue manager pulled me aside and told me what a great coordinator Victoria is).
The day of, I was able to give my bridesmaids and family a fully fleshed-out schedule of where they had to be and at what time. I was able to just HAVE FUN, thanks to Everlasting Affairs. I was blown away when I walked into the reception. And the next day when we went to retrieve all of our decorations, Victoria and her assistant, Emily, had packed up everything in neat boxes (when I texted her the next day to thank her she said she did it like she would have wanted someone to do it for her).
TLDR: Actually enjoy wedding planning, hire Everlasting Affairs.

Victoria and Emily did a tremendous job for our wedding! They helped me plan and pull off a full-scale wedding during COVID in just 3.5 months!
I have very high standards and was truly impressed with Victoria. She was incredibly organized (some may say superhuman), responsive and flexible (would get back ASAP even on some days off), knowledgeable, and took on any task with quick action and a positive attitude (even if/when I was stressed out or being unreasonable).
She went with us on site visits and appointments and put together a wedding planning project management guide for all the vendors which was super detailed and color coded. She communicated with all vendors. She set up all our wedding items perfectly on day of. She developed a timeline and cued/synchronized the order of events
We got so many comments on how beautiful and elegant and well organized the wedding was. Any changes were not noticeable, everything was beautiful and well orchestrated, and as the bride, I felt very supported throughout and was able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about logistics
Victoria was a pleasure to work and I can't imagine how we could have done it all without her. Highly recommend Victoria and Everlasting Affairs as a top notch wedding and event planner!! -

I recently got married (10/9/21) in Southbury, CT and our wedding day was beyond perfect and we have Victoria and Emily from Everlasting Affairs to thank for that. We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator and she did so much more than just help us on the actual wedding day. Victoria checked in with us via email multiple times and answered questions the months leading up to our wedding. She also lead our rehearsal the day prior and handled our rings, marriage license, vendor tips and all little things that you don't want to forget the day of your wedding. During the day of, Victoria and Emily were always there when needed but also running around like crazy decorating the venue, talking to vendors, and just overall making sure our day ran as smooth as possible. Victoria literally sat on the floor and changed my shoes before our first dance so I didn't have to bend over in my dress. They are prepared for anything and everything (including having tide pens when my dress got dirty) and they made sure to find pockets of time for me and my husband to actually sit together and enjoy our wedding. If you don't think you need a day-of coordinator for your wedding, please think again. You don't realize how fast the day goes by and it's not worth spending any of your day worrying about anything . I 1000% recommend the Everlasting Affairs team!! -

She was always wherever she was needed, with a walkie talkie to contact her colleague who could always get whatever information or item was needed. When certain needs forced a minor change of schedule, she knew about it, informed us, and got it done. She was communicative throughout the planning process and was adaptive before the wedding as well as beforehand. We highly recommend her. -

Victoria is a true expert and professional and hiring her as our DOC was the best decisions we made! We hired Victoria for our 5/22/21 backyard wedding in Derry, NH. Originally, we didn't include a DOC in our budget and realized in late 2019 that having one was important so that we could enjoy the day and hand the details to someone else. Victoria was professional and respectful of our budget and we were so happy we could hire her!
Victoria was instrumental throughout the planning process - from the creation and layout of our detailed timeline early on to answering questions throughout the process as I planned my first wedding where she provided helpful advice and context on her experiences and wedding expertise. A lot of DOC packages we looked at only had communication during the month of the wedding. We were so grateful, and it was absolutely instrumental, to have unlimited communication with Victoria during the entire planning process.
She was flexible and easy to work with and when we had to change our wedding from Laconia, NH to a backyard wedding in Derry, NH she didn't miss a beat. Her attention to detail and expertise is apparent in working with her which was so helpful throughout the process as there as so many little details! A month before the wedding, she provides a walk through of the venue space and creates a final event order which she distributes to all vendors. Every detail is accounted for with Victoria, who is a true professional!
For the day of, I was simultaneously relieved and blown away by the set up, production, and break down of Victoria and her husband, Wesley. We truly could not have done it without them! As a type A bride with lists upon lists of everything I handed off to her, part of me thought early on we could handle the details. But I am so glad I came to my senses in late 2019 and hired her! Every bride needs a DOC at a minimum and looking back, it would've been even more helpful had I hired Victoria for more planning services. Everything on the day looked perfect, just the way we had discussed, and she ran the entire day making sure each minute was accounted for and each detail was in place. We even found out later on from a family friend about a little mishap with the donuts the day of (that we can all laugh at now), which Victoria problem solved on her own keeping us blissfully unaware and making sure it was resolved! My parents still cannot stop raving about how much Victoria and Wesley did the day of and complemented our choice of DOC.
After our wonderful experience, we highly recommend Victoria for any DOC and wedding planning needs! Do yourself a favor and make your wedding planning process easier by hiring her! -

Hiring Victoria and her team was by far the best decision we made for our wedding. My husband and I got married 5/29/2021 at Burr Mansion in Fairfield, CT. Even though Victoria was technically hired for the month of the wedding, for basically the entire year before she always emailed to check in to answer any questions, and I really appreciated that she always answered us very promptly and with so much detail. I am very attentive to details and like things a certain way, and thank god for Victoria because she is also very detail oriented and made me feel so relaxed through out the planning process because I knew I could trust her. If you are even considering hiring her- DO IT! You will not be sorry! -

I got married Saturday!!!
When I say without a doubt this wedding would not have happened without Victoria, I am not exaggerating. We hired her as a coordinator before COVID hit, and with or without planning a wedding during a pandemic, she was a godsend. From the very first Facebook message just inquiring about the services, I felt safe, like I was taken care of. She kept on top of my other vendors, let me call her crying my eyes out 🙈, came to my tasting, set up all the decorations, ran the rehearsal, suggested new vendors when I lost some of mine, answered my emails or texts or phone calls right away, suggested improvements on ideas I had but if I wanted to stay with my idea she was totally on board for that too....just all around amazing. With someone as OCD as me, a bridal party of 14 and a dog, a pandemic, some flakey vendors, some sketchy vendors, and some bipolar vendors, AND she had some major life changes of her own going on during all this, Victoria was SO great, attentive, never pushy, always on the ball, thinks of everything, and I can’t thank her enough. There would not have been a wedding without her. 1,000% would recommend. -

I am so incredibly thankful for Victoria and her team at Everlasting Affairs. I’m a natural planner and I make itineraries for vacations, but I knew I did not want to spend my wedding day with my nose in another spreadsheet – I wanted to enjoy it. And for someone who does not like to delegate tasks – it was SO easy with Victoria. My husband and I had a long engagement and signed with Everlasting Affairs about two years before the wedding for day-of coordination. But it was not just day-of. Once a month Victoria would reach out to answer any questions or concerns – and we had questions! We had some vendor mishaps along the way, but with Victoria’s advice we ended up booking the ‘vendor dream team’. About a month or so before the wedding Victoria did a walkthrough of our venue with us, and she ran our rehearsal the night before.
I thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day, and didn’t have to worry about anything, except for my long hair getting stuck around each button up my back on my wedding gown – and yup, Victoria fixed that too. :)

Megan, Victoria and Wes were AMAZING- throughout the whole process they made sure I had everything all set and finalized for the big day! This meant the day of the wedding, I literally didn't have to do A THING. I never worried. They contacted ALL my vendors for me, made sure we were all on time, made sure my flowers NEVER sat on the floor for even a minute (thank you Wes for carrying my flowers all day) and brought us a plate of food (and drinks) when the ceremony was over! They also have the best sense of humor so whenever I was stressed about reading my vows in front of everyone they made sure to keep me laughing!

Words can’t express just how grateful I am to Victoria Warren and her team at Everlasting Affairs, LLC. From day one, she has been instrumental to the planning of my big day. Since day one, she has also been a fast friend – one to whom I will forever be indebted.
I came to Victoria without a vision and zero knowledge of what needed to be done in order to plan a wedding. As someone with a high stress job (with non stop travel), I had zero time to dig into the weeds and details of wedding planning. She immediately stepped in, carefully probing me for ideas – knowing that deep down I had did indeed have a vision, but was too frazzled to start anything or verbalize what it was that I wanted.
From there, she was off and running! BUT, getting me out of my shell was only the first obstacle. She was then forced to deal with a difficult venue situation. She managed the difficulties with ease (all while investigating potential Plan B locations). Ultimately, we were able to stay at our beautiful venue location (one that I truly loved). That said, she absolutely went above and beyond what I would consider traditional wedding planner responsibilities.
Throughout the planning process, Victoria managed every detail from helping me pick out invitations, a photographer, and caterer. She is not merely a planner/organizer, but has an immense network of contacts to further help and serve you.
No wedding week / day is without stress. Problems popped up (I ordered the wrong table linens!) and were immediately managed by Victoria.
The day of was hectic, beautiful, and perfect. Victoria has a unique way of operating in the background while getting everything done on the front end.
I couldn’t have asked for a more competent and kind wedding planner. No matter what your needs, a day-of- coordinator or someone to manage the whole process – Victoria is the planner you want by your side.

Where to begin! Victoria (and Megan) were incredible from day 1. They helped us navigate the venue, vendor and decoration selections while staying under our budget, all while we were over 1,000 miles away! Any time we were feeling stressed or confused or needed help with a decision, Victoria was just a quick phone call (or text) away. After each call we would feel instant relief and excitement again for the big day. On our actual wedding day, Victoria and Megan could not have been more amazing. From the moment they arrived they went to work and made sure everything went smoothly up until the very end of night. Victoria constantly checked in on my husband and I to make sure we were fed, hydrated, and taking some time to breathe and soak in the big day! We seriously don’t know what we would have done without her. Our wedding was everything we imagined it would be and more. If you’re even considering hiring Victoria, stop questioning your decision and do it!! You will not regret hiring her!! Even my dad couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was the day after our wedding, and how she was worth every penny x10! Peace of mind
Where do I begin? Victoria and her staff were absolutely amazing! This past weekend was the best day of my life thanks to the peace of mind that Everlasting Affairs provided. I hired Victoria as a day of wedding coordinator but she was involved during the entire planning process. Victoria offered advice, answered questions and made suggestions. She traveled over 3 hours to our venue and even did a site visit. She ran the rehearsal (I didn’t think a day of package would include this!) and catered to last minute changes.. When there was hiccup with a caterer- we didn’t even know because it was all being taken care of. Oh, and the best part? Victoria drove us on a golf cart to a big field to take pictures because she knew how special those views were to us. 10/10, I would recommend Victoria and Everlasting Affairs. Thank you for making our wedding day PERFECT. -

As an older same-sex couple we hadn't really thought a lot about having a wedding and, at times, felt a bit out at sea, but Victoria could always point us in the right direction and had great suggestions and answers for any questions we had. The caterer, DJ, rental company, florist, and other businesses she suggested to us were all excellent. Nothing seemed to phase Victoria and her crew. Since we got married on our own property, we did a lot of the decor; Victoria jumped in last minute to help when dealing with some of the flowers and greenery got to be too much. After the event she even got us a hefty refund from a company whose equipment malfunctioned momentarily; and this was with absolutely no prompting from us. The wedding planning and the event itself all ran very smoothly, primarily due to Victoria and her staff. At times she seemed to be in two or more places at once! We would happily recommend her to anyone needing help planning an event.
