    Couldn't have loved my pictures any more than I do. They did such a great job at my wedding. Highly recommend this Studio! Great girls!

    I had such an amazing time bringing in the new year with this Studio. They were unbelievable at being there for me during the busy holiday season and I am IN LOVE with my photos. I could not be happier with this company and could not possibly recommend them any higher!!!!!

    I feel like the luckiest Bride ever to be using Bonnie and her team from EverGLOW! She is so creative and affordable! I knew I wanted Bonnie to be my photographer before I was even engaged! My fiance and I had our engagement session back in March and could not be any happier with our pictures! We had a vision in our minds of what we wanted and we got it but 10 times better! I am so excited for my upcoming bridal session in September! Bonnie has picked an awesome location that fits my personality perfectly! I couldn't imagine anyone else capturing my special day in November! I highly recommend Bonnie and her team at EverGLOW Studio!

    Had a horrible experience and never received the pictures. She even took our money and wouldn't give it back. Completely non-responsive. She will waste your time and take your money.

    They photographed our wedding & gave us a simple burned disc of our images (not professional quality) & that came several weeks/months after it was supposed to.
    Then she slowly started withdrawing from communication with me as we were putting the album together. Ultimately I never received the PAID for album or portrait & have never heard back from her again. Her voicemail is full & hopefully she's already been pushed out of the profession.
    Save your time & money & go with someone else.

    my husband and i met with bonnie 9 months before our wedding to sign the contract and go over our photography. we gave her a $300 deposit. she never took our save the dates and didn't show up for my bridal portraits or our wedding and were never contacted by her before our wedding. we had to book another vendor less than a month before our wedding and we still to this day can not get bonnie to return our phone calls, emails, etc and have not received a refund for our deposit. i would absolutely NOT recommend using this company.

    So on the day we took pictures she was very nice but apologized for forgetting the chalk board and said she could photoshop it in. She told me it would be about 3 weeks before I got my photos because they were really busy right now with wedding season. 5 weeks later, after hearing nothing from Everglow I just happened to look on there facebook page and there were my photos being commented on by complete strangers when I had not even seen them. I know that photographers use your photos but I felt so disrespected that she put them up before I had even seen the photos I paid for. Then I called her, she sent the link after giving me another lame excuse. I reviewed the photos and the chalkboard was not photoshopped in! I let it go just like I had let go of a lot of things with this company. I then looked at my pictures and ordered the digital collection CD and the rights to my photos. Another month went by and I still had not the CD from them so I emailed. Brody told me that my CD went out with that weeks shipment. Well, what was so funny about this lie Brody told is that the next day I had to mail a package to Afghanistan to my fiance who is deployed. I live in the same city where Everglow is located and Afghanistan is 7200 miles away and oddly enough the package got to Afghanistan before I recieved anything from Everglow. I sent another email because I knew they either lied or it was lost in the mail. I asked for a tracking number and was told I would get one after they finished another event. NEVER GOT IT! I also called Bonnie to discuss how I have been treated and never got a call back.

    So now I have waited 3 long months and paid 250.00 dollars for pictures to use for my save the dates and I have nothing. We took picutres so early because we knew my fiance was deploying and thanks to this company I might never get to send out my save the dates.

    Terrible! I booked them for my engagement pictures, bridal session, and wedding, but after receiving our engagement pictures, we will no longer be using them for my wedding, or anything else for that matter.

    We got our pictures 2 weeks later than we were told and they were unresponsive when we asked about why it was taking so long. They weren't answering emails or phone calls and you couldn't even leave a message because their voicemail box was full.

    Once we finally got the pictures, they were absolutely HORRIBLE. They were all overexposed and not professional looking at all! I was extremely upset and disappointed. I wanted to use my engagement pictures for a save the date and NONE of the pictures were good enough to use! I had to get them re-done with another photographer.

    I would not recommend everglow to anyone! Terrible pictures, non-responsive, and unprofessional.

    Today marks 8 months and 1 day since our wedding day, and we still have not received (or even seen!) the pictures from our wedding reception. Despite so many phone calls, texts, and emails from myself, my husband, and my mother-in-law that I lost count months ago, we still HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. This "business" doesn't even deserve 0 stars.

    Very poor service, no value at all, and even have negative value as she destroyed my plan.
    First, it took too long. I waited over a month to view the picture after I followed upmultiple times. I tried to reach out to the lady who took our picture multiple times, but she was just not responding. Second, I am disappointed about the pictures she took. The background light is too strong for those pictures we took inside. Those pictures are so not clear/real due to the super bright light from the back. This problem should be caught and avoided using her professional judgement when she took the pictures. I can hardly make any selections from the link.
    I am pretty upset as I was hoping to catch those precious moments in my life. But now, it seemed I lost the opportunity at all!

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Non responsive for months, won't give us all the pictures we paid for, pictures SUCK!! They are all either over exposed or taken from 80 feet away. We are suing her. Do NOT use this photographer if you care at all about capturing your moments. She will ruin it , take your money and run. Most unprofessional person and group I've encountered.

    TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE communication skills. Paid for photos we never received. Non-repsonsive and rude.
