Events with Tina was easily the best money spent!
Look no further for planning services if you are getting married in the metro Milwaukee area. Tina Dondajeski was easily the best money that we spent during our wedding planning process. As I stated earlier, my husband and I initially did not think we needed a day of coordinator, but having someone take care of all the vendors, set-up, clean up, and more was a huge weight off our shoulders on our wedding day!
We are so thankful we hired Tina and cannot recommend her highly enough!

Tina was worth her weight in gold!
We knew that she had it all under control in the first few meetings we had with her. She asked all of the right questions to make sure that she understood our vision and made our day run so smoothly. I would book Tina a million times over. You will not find someone with as much compassion, experience, and professionalism as her. -

Can’t Thank Tina Enough!
We hired Tina to be our month of coordinator for our wedding in June! From touching base with us about every details or missing information to getting all our vendors information and arrive times, Tina does it all. She did an amazing job putting up our decorations exactly how I wanted and was very professional and accommodating! If you are looking for a stressless wedding day experience count on Tina to make that happen.! -

Hire Tina!
Tina was incredible to work with. She set up our flowers at the venue flawlessly (we did our own flowers), she coordinated with vendors day of without a hitch, made sure our timeline was followed, meticulously packed everything up at the end of the night (including stray polaroids!) and even traveled to our airbnb to pick up the bride's outfit change - so so appreciated!! We are so grateful and highly recommend Tina. -

Tina is fanastic!
We hired Tina as our day-of coordinator for our wedding and she was absolutely AMAZING to work with. From our initial meeting with her to the wedding day itself she was always professional, organized, easy to communicate with and she even had some great recommendations to help make our wedding day seamless. She kept the entire day running on schedule (including coordinating with all of our vendors) and completed all the wedding tasks/decorating/clean up I needed her to do perfectly. Our wedding day went so smoothly and I truly believe that was because of Tina's excellent service. If you need a day-of-coordinator you can count on for your big day, I 1000% recommend hiring Tina! -

Day of Wedding
Tina worked wonders. My daughter found her and asked for help the day of the wedding to put less stress on me. She was very accommodating setting up a place and time to meet. She came ready with questions and took pictures of all areas of the venue. She asked for all decor pictures, timelines, and schedules. She developed a PowerPoint slide show of everything needed for that day. She arrived on time and ready to work. It was wonderful. I can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism and friendliness. Her prices were very reasonable. We really struck it rich when we found her. Definitely worth the money spent.-

Wedding venue perspective of wedding day coordinator
The bride and groom hired Tina for their wedding day coordinator and we were the venue (Wisteria Castle). Tina went above and beyond what we thought a coordinator should be responsible for. She made sure all the guests' needs were met, set up the food service, handed out drinks, made sure the party was where they needed to be at all times, kept an eye on our trash receptacles, bathroom supplies, lit candles... She was everywhere all the time. We will, most definitely, recommend Tina to prospective clients. Great job Tina! -

Excellent value for a great coordinator
Tina was responsive, flexible, and kept our wedding day and party on track. She communicated well with all our vendors leading up to the day. Her fee is extremely competitive in a very expensive industry which we appreciated. -

Breach of Contractual Obligations With No Reply After Three Attempts
I deeply regret hiring Events with Tina for my wedding. Several major issues occurred that significantly affected the day, and I feel it’s important for future couples to be aware. Tina did not attend the wedding rehearsal despite receiving an invitation. This set the tone for the lack of preparedness that followed. On the wedding day, she repeatedly came to me with questions she should have handled independently. A day-of coordinator is supposed to shield the couple from stress, not contribute to it. Despite providing detailed written instructions and photos for all décor, many items were set up incorrectly or not set up at all. I later found unopened decorations, place cards facing the wrong direction, and several key areas left unfinished. My friends and even members of my bridal party had to step away from getting ready to complete basic setup, including tasks Tina had already reviewed with me. Tina even told my friends she didn’t want to set up the arch because she “didn’t like to” and “didn’t really know how.” Multiple people who interacted with her described her tone as terse and dismissive. During the reception, she was observed sitting with her feet up on a chair for over two hours instead of actively coordinating the event. Her attire—a black short-sleeved T-shirt and black pants—did not reflect professional event standards. Tina also failed to return bakery items on the day she said she would, which we only discovered when we returned a final piece ourselves. She then forgot to leave the tip envelope for the delivery person until I contacted her again. Overall, her services were unprofessional and incomplete. She caused stress for not only me but also the people who stepped in to finish the work she left undone. Paying slightly more for a more experienced and committed coordinator would have been well worth it. I cannot recommend Events with Tina and hope this honest review helps other couples make an informed decision -
