We loved working with Laura as our Day Of Coordinator! And she does so much more for you outside of just that wedding day. Like letting you text, email, or call her with any and all questions :) She made us feel at ease on our wedding day in more ways than one. She's so personable, kind, organized, and we'd highly recommend her! Thanks Laura for being part of our day! -

Handled our ever-changing 2020 wedding with ease!
Laura is the absolute best! Many of my girlfriends have told me that the best investment I could make for my wedding day is a day-of coordinator and Laura certainly lived up to those expectations and more. Her "day-of" coordination services are truly month-of, as she started to take things over well in advance so that the final weeks before our wedding, my fiance and I could relax knowing that she would confidently handle the inevitable last-minute hiccups. Even more so, Laura was able to see the vision for our wedding, offer her own advice (in a very much "take it or leave it" manner), and adjust our plans until the very last minute -- a much-needed skill for any 2020 wedding planner. She is so joyful, organized, and proactive. I would highly recommend planning your big day with Laura by your side! -

We contacted Laura in the eleventh-hour as we were in desperate need of a month-of/day-of coordinator! She saved us and our wedding day! Her cheeriness, optimism, confidence, and professionalism were extremely comforting throughout those final days leading up to our wedding (I was a stressed-out, overwhelmed bride)! Looking back, I wish we could have been organized enough to find her and get her onboard earlier! Her work is outstanding! Laura actively listened to our needs and worked to find answers and coordinate things with our vendors, which took a huge weight off of me and removed many tasks that were on my plate so I could enjoy my wedding-week/day! Our special day was so beautiful and went so smoothly thanks to her hard work! She even we above and beyond allowing us to use some of her personal “wedding items” such as Guest Book Table Sign, and other signage and décor throughout the venue! She knows how to bring in all those special touches! Thank you Laura for helping to give us the wedding day of our dreams! -

Hiring a coordinator was definitely not on the top of our list. But now that our wedding is over, I most definitely could not say that. Months out from our wedding, I decided that there were enough vendors and decorations that I didn’t want to make my family and friends (most of whom were from out of town) work on our wedding. I can’t remember how I found Laura but her good reviews most certainly helped. We originally hired her for two weeks, but as the big day got closer, we were nervous about everything, so we hired her a month out. It is amazing to have someone to go to for all your wedding questions and needs. Everything from décor, vendor tips, schedule – the schedule! We would hire her for that alone – Laura was there (and very responsive!). Then the days leading up the wedding, it was just the BEST to have her there for everything. She basically ran our rehearsal – which none of us knew really what to do – but Laura did! Also, we had some amazing vendors for our wedding, with the exception of one giant, very unprofessional vendor that Laura helped me with leading up to the wedding. Then on the day of the wedding, she dealt with them extraordinarily well, given that they just did what they wanted. Everyone in my family was so impressed with Laura and her assistants the day-of. They were so warm, kind and organized! My dad’s car was in the way and one assistant just moved it for us! I also had soo much décor. They placed everything where I wanted and got it all done under such a tight time frame. I cannot believe Laura and her team! I’m so grateful to them. The day of the wedding gets very crazy, emotional, overwhelming and amazing at the same time. Having someone on top of everything was honestly the most important thing the day-of. I’m sooooo happy Laura was there! -

We cannot describe how happy we were with Laura (and her team)! We hired Laura as our month-of and day-of coordinator/planner and, candidly, we were nervous to give up some of the control after planning so much for the wedding. We are SO HAPPY that we did! Laura made the transition easy and was absolutely fantastic to work with. She made us feel like we were the most important people in the world and that our wedding would be perfect. Then, she made our wedding perfect. If something went wrong, we still have no idea to this day because the day was executed exactly as we envisioned. Laura worked well with all of our other vendors (we had to bring in a full team - caterer, rentals, DJ, photographer, cake drop-off, bar drop-off, shuttles, etc), even making sure that she worked with vendors on details that we did not want to deal with any more leading up to the day of the wedding. AND, even though she was hired as our month-of planner/coordinator, Laura was available and a voice of reason throughout our entire planning process. Truly, hire her. She's such a pleasure to work with and gets the job done! -

I recently worked with Laura at Ospreys as the wedding DJ and she was great to work with. Her communication up front was excellent and I worked closely with her during the event to make sure all details were executed professionally. Where do I even begin? Laura and her team are AMAZING. Laura is kind, fun and genuinely excited to make sure your wedding day is stress free and beautiful. We hired Laura as our day-of coordinator, but she was available to help two weeks before our wedding with finalizing details. It was a relief to know that all day-of details would be taken care of (including helping my family set up decorations at our ceremony and reception), but we were even more grateful for all of her week-of problem solving. Her efficiency and professionalism came in handy when there was a snafu with our hotel suites the week of our wedding, but even more impressively, she found a replacement babysitting services for our guests when our original vendor canceled the morning of our wedding! I did not even know about this issue until it had been resolved, allowing for a stress free wedding day. Laura thought of everything, from additional decorations for our gift table to making sure we had food in our hotel room for after the reception. She is simply a lovely person, and I cannot recommend Laura enough! -

If you haven't hired Laura, already, do it. She wants YOUR vision to come true, and will do everything to make it happen. Every email/text was acknowledged. Requests were happily received with a smile and "no problem" attitude. She was cool, efficient, and organized, which meant I could relax and ENJOY my daughter's wedding! Thank you, Laura!!!

Aside from deciding to get married, selecting Laura as our full service wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made recently. She was with us every step of the way from the beginning of the wedding planning process through our exit on our wedding night - and even fielding our additional questions after the wedding. Thanks to Laura’s dedication and attention to every little detail, our wedding went off without a hitch - even with a last minute rain decision.
One of the best aspects of working with Laura is her level of availability and promptness in replying. I can’t emphasize enough how important this is, especially as the day gets close. We had several in-person meetings and many via FaceTime, which I expected. What I didn’t expect was that I could text or email Laura and get a response typically within minutes, even late in the evening. And when she knew she had a lot going on (she does have other clients of course), she’d apologize in advance, letting us know she’d be slower than normal to respond. “Slower”, mind you, typically meant she’d reply later that day or the next day. An email never went multiple days without a response, even though she had a baby while we were working with her! Since she doesn’t work for a large company, she is much more accessible than some planners. You know what you’re getting from the beginning - full service from Laura!
Laura helped us find every one of our vendors, from the venue to the getaway car - and even a dance instructor for my dad in another state, researching and providing options for each via a nicely organized spreadsheet. She also participated in the introductory calls with each of our vendors, which was especially helpful since she knew all the questions to ask and what to look for in a good vendor. She helped us develop a schedule and definitely kept us on track to make sure we prioritized the right tasks and everything got done.
Full planning from Laura is more than worth the cost. If we had it to do again, we’d make the same decision. Wedding planning is a lot of work, and it is so nice to know you have someone who has done this before and has your best interests in mind vying for you throughout. And to cap it off, she’s genuinely very kind and fun to be around. It’s clear her goal is to help her clients create the best day ever to celebrate their new lives together. We find ourselves missing spending time with her now. Even our friends and family saw the benefits we got out of working with Laura. Do yourself a favor and give her a call! -
Danielle Sent on 12/20/2017Compared to my friends and relatives who had gotten married, my engagement was short...only 10 months. I basically followed everyone else's timeline in terms of booking the venue and other vendors and soon realized that the coordinator who had done many of my friends' weddings was not available. My mom found Laura just as she was coming to the area from San Diego, and to my surprise, she agreed to meet with us within a few days of actually moving here which is no easy task! I immediately liked Laura; she was responsive, prepared, and took the time to get to know me and my fiance as a couple and not just as a wedding. Laura has a great system worked out to prepare for the big day and all its details. We had an in-depth meeting a few weeks before where we went through every detail; she asked questions I hadn't even thought of and was even ready to suggest any vendors we still needed. Just before the wedding, the coordinator for the venue quit suddenly, but luckily Laura was able to transition seamlessly to another contact. Even though it was technically before her 2-week prior start date, she drove all the way to DC for the vendor meeting to make sure everyone was on the same page. She gave us a clear to-do list and list of items needed for the day-of which was incredibly easy to follow and helped me not forget anything.
Her ability to be lighthearted and upbeat while remaining focused and productive was key. On my wedding day, I was able to relax and enjoy myself without worrying about vendors or guests. I didn't see my ceremony room until I walked down the aisle, and that moment was so magical, seeing how the room transformed to be exactly what I wanted, all under Laura's supervision. You will not regret working with Laura; she has the personality, experience, and professionalism to make your wedding exactly what you want it to be! -

Anthony Sent on 06/20/2017Laura is an amazing wedding coordinator. She was very responsive and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. We hired her a month before our wedding when we realized we needed a day of coordinator. She responded to texts and emails immediately whenever we had any questions. She made the wedding process stress free. She contacted and coordinated with all of our vendors, worked with our event planner at the venue, and setup a timeline for us. She ran the rehearsal the day before the wedding and was at the venue for our entire wedding the next day. Laura and her assistant setup the ceremony and reception exactly the way we wanted, kept us on schedule, and made sure we always had a drink in our hands. We highly recommend Laura if you're planning a wedding.
