An Answered Prayer

Chantel really prioritizes what we needed in a wedding coordinator. For the price, quality of service, and level of professionalism—you would be crazy not to have her as your planner/coordinator.

Amazing experience in every way!

We worked with Chantel and her team for a 3-month planning period and day-of coordination services. Events in a Box went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our wedding went smoothly and that it was the day of our dreams! From the beginning of our partnership, we could tell that Chantel really "got" our creative vision for our wedding day and cared a lot about making it come to life.
The day went off without a hitch and was far beyond what we expected in terms of success because of Chantel's team's amazing work. A few vendors and aspects of our wedding required creativity and extra effort to work with, and Chantel and her team were really helpful in figuring all of that out and taking the extra work or level of detail in stride.
Chantel was great to communicate with at every stage, extremely responsive and reassuring, on top of every detail, and has creative solutions to every problem. We had total peace of mind with her at the helm of our wedding and she made the day-of seamless for us as the couple.
The services were worth every penny and then some. Working with Events in a Box is tremendous value for the cost especially comparing to pricing of many other wedding planning and day-of services. I actually wished we had worked with the team earlier in the process. It's clear it would have been worth the investment in reducing work and stress for us.

Invest in others

I have always been drawn to all the moving pieces and magical touches that make events so special. I reached out to Chantel, six months ago, and she encouraged me to take a leap of faith and start my own Event Planning Business. She listened to what I wanted, took lots of notes and pretty much held my hand from registering my business, to creating a website. I have learned so from Chantel not only about Event Planning, but also Travel Planning. She has everything covered and her knowledge and experience is priceless. I would encourage anyone who has a passion for all types of events, to give her a call. She is such a great mentor in this entrepreneurial field. You will not regret it! Thank me later!

Chantel was amazing!

We had a wonderful experience working with Chantel. She was so easy to work with, kept us on track in planning for our big day and was a huge help in keeping us within our budget. She connected us with a few great vendors in her network, managed all of our vendors for us, and went above and beyond in putting together the decorations for our reception (and breaking them down afterwards).

We booked Chantel for DOC services, and she went above and beyond! We reached out to many coordinators before hiring anyone, and Chantel stood out because she was invested in understanding our vision and needs for our special day. In addition to being incredibly helpful and responsive, she did a fantastic job of listening to our wants and needs while also providing clear direction for the aspects of wedding planning that we might have overlooked otherwise. She truly was a pleasure to work with and our day would not have run as smoothly without her. We would highly recommend her services to other couples!

Chantel did an amazing job with our virtual wedding & even suggested this amazing app for the livestream. She came up with a lot of great ideas for keeping our guests informed and included even though their presence was not physical. She truly made our wedding feel intimate and special just like we wanted.

Chantel is the BEST!!

I cannot express enough how amazing Chantel was! From day 1 I felt so comfortable and grateful to have her as our coordinator. She was so understanding and helpful when we had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid. She helped me handle everything and did an amazing job. Our venue reached out to me the next day and made it a point to tell me how amazing Chantel was and the amazing job she did! She’s absolutely amazing and any bride/groom would be lucky to work with her!

Events in a Box is FANTASTIC!

Chantel from Events in a box is simply fantastic to work with. She is not only very focused on making sure that an event will run as smoothly as possible, she is also very communicative through the planning process, detail oriented and is willing to work thoroughly alongside her customers to make sure all aspects of an event go as planned. She did a great job with getting all vendors including DJ, Caterers, Security, etc on the same page prior to the event so that everyone felt comfortable with their tasks, roles and responsibilities as well! I would highly recommend Chantel to anyone planning a wedding or event.

Holiday Party

Chantel went above and beyond, found everything we needed, coordinated all the vendors and decorating, and transformed our space into a winter wonderland. She also stayed until the end throughout the project it was amazing. She did an outstanding job and cannot wait to have her do another function for us.

Super Star Wedding planner

She was the best. We hired her very last minute. She was on point of everything. I live out of state, she was flexible in meeting with me. Communticating with her was very easy. She made sure nothing was left out and that our time line ran smooth in transition. I highly recommend her for your wedding.

Chantel is someone who is very professional in her work. Chantel is willing to go above and beyond to help her clients needs in meeting there demands to have what she states as a glamourous event. Hiring Chantel was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! We had her for 6 weeks before the wedding and she made everything so easy and seamless. She has a great personality and was a lot of fun to work with.f I couldn't believe how low stress the last few weeks were with her help. On the day of, she took care of everything we needed and when our videographer didn't show, she got another one to come and took care of it so well that I didn't even know it was happening! Her assistant was amazing as well and was so helpful to me while I was getting ready on the big day. They both took care of things that I wouldn't have even realized needed doing until it was too late... they are certainly worth the money!!!

BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER!! Chantel was truly amazing. She definitely met and surpassed my expectations. To be honest, early in the planning process I though that wedding planners were a waste of money. Chantel DEFINITELY proved me wrong!! I can't imagine my day being as beautiful or as completely flawless as it was if it wasn't for her. She is perfect with details and can improvise on the fly. She has the best ideas that are within budget and absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend that anyone who is skeptical like I once was to give Events in a Box a try. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Chantel was absolutely amazing!! Although she was only hired to be our Day of Coordinator, she was there for us (me) every step of the way! Her schedule was usually flexible, and it’s nothing I couldn’t ask her to do. She cleared her schedule days before our wedding so that she would be available for ANYTHING I needed her to do. She always had an open mind and open heart…and great ideas! We remained in constant communication, and she made sure that I did not have a worry came our wedding day!!

I hired Events in a Box about a year and a half in advance of my wedding. Chantel provided a number of useful referrals for vendors and suggestions to smooth the planning phase. Her enthusiasm for the project was high from the start which I very much appreciated, and her assistant Maisha (for the big day final preparations) was worth her weight in gold! She was on the spot with fixes for every little snag we hit in getting ready and her calm expertise was exactly what we needed.

My only qualm was that a few times during planning, as various things needed to be settled, I felt the need to prompt Chantel to move forward when, as the experienced event planner, she should have been prompting me instead.

Overall she was a tremendous resource with her knowledge of venues, vendors, and etiquette. Her guidance was a wonderful aid which very much enhanced my event.

Chantel and her team were very helpful in getting everything ready on the day of the wedding, taking away a lot of stress and worry. We did most every ourselves, so to have someone day of who knew what she was doing and helped to have everything run smoothly was a necessity and her team did it well.

I was very disappointed in Chantel. She was late to the rehearsal. Then acted like she didn't want to be there and had no idea what to do. If it wasn't for our minister we wouldn't of had a rehearsal. The day of the wedding I don't know what she did. The florist had to set EVERYTHING up. She directed us down the aisle but after the ceremony it was few and far between that we saw her. As for the video, it was horrible and she should be ashamed to give that to someone and call it a video, much less charge $600 for it. BEWARE!
