Victoria Made Our Wedding Feel Easy and Beautiful
We had a wonderful experience working with Victoria, owner of Events by Victoria, for our wedding. She was professional, organized, and truly dedicated to making sure everything went smoothly.
I’m someone who’s used to taking charge and handling everything myself, so trusting someone else with such an important day made me very nervous. Victoria was incredibly reassuring, patient, and constantly checked in to make sure we were okay and comfortable during every part of the wedding process and on the wedding day itself. Her calm and supportive presence helped ease my anxiety and allowed me to actually enjoy our special day.
She also worked closely with us and our budget, helping us find affordable and creative ways to have a beautiful wedding without overspending. We never felt pressured and always felt supported in our decisions.
Everything came together beautifully, and we’re so grateful for her hard work and care. We highly recommend Events by Victoria to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and budget-conscious wedding planner. -

I would give 10 stars to Victoria and her team if it was allowed! Victoria was the wedding planner for my son's wedding and mostly dealt with the bridal couple, but my first interaction with Victoria was possible shuttles for the groomsmen. Not only did Victoria take care of getting quotes, she got quotes from SEVERAL vendors - many many more than I would have taken the time to get. I talked to her about it on Friday evening and by Tuesday I had the quotes!!
We met in person at the rehearsal and interacted several times during the rehearsal and wedding. Victoria was efficient with all that needed to be completed, asked good questions and executed the bridal couple's vision flawlessly. She brought no ego to doing to the tasks and was receptive to any questions I had. Her attention to detail is definitely a strength and her quick questions to make sure everything was as expected was appreciated.
At the end of the night, we came to load things into our cars (decorations, gifts, leftover drinks, etc.) and Victoria's team had everything organized, packed and ready to go with minimal wait time. Super impressive.
There were a couple of unique things that Victoria suggested for the special day, but my favorite was the final dance in the venue. All of the guests went out to line up for a sparkler exit, and the bride and groom were alone in the venue for one final dance, soaking up this beautiful, amazing and love filled day before they left and started their married lives together. A wonderful way to pause, live in the moment and cherish the celebration that had just taken place. Incredibly thankful to Victoria for this idea. My son and his wife loved it.
We had talked with my son and his fiancé about the various levels offered for services and they decided to go with the full service. They felt very good about their decision! Victoria was with them every step of the way, helping navigate all of the wedding options and asking great questions to make sure they had the wedding celebration they had always dreamed about. -

Our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect thanks to Victoria! She is extremely professional, thorough and a whole lot fun to work with. Leading up to the wedding we had met multiple times to make sure we had every aspect of the planning process covered. In between meetings she was very hands on, reaching out to us to keep us on schedule with the vendor and venue details. I truly feel like we had stress free wedding planning process and that includes our wedding day as well! We got to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about a million different things. Everything the day of the wedding was absolutely beautiful, she did an incredible job bringing our vision to life! I would recommend her and her team to everyone for their big day! -

Victoria is a perfect wedding planner! She thinks of things we never even thought of! Wonderful little details that made my daughter’s wedding so special! We had monthly check-ins but she was available whenever we needed her. When we needed a referral for a vendor, she gave us a few to choose from so I know she did research to find what we wanted.

Where do I even begin. Victoria was wonderful from the very start. From start to finish everything went smoothly with her. Victoria made my dreams come true on my big day. She made sure everything was the way I wanted. From my flowers to sitting up everything was perfect. I have super bad anxiety and she kept me calm until it was my time to shine. She is very hands on with everything she does. She always was double checking to make sure I was good with everything before it was set and stone. Victoria was always right there when I needed her. From a simple text to meeting in person she was always making time to talk, meet up etc. I had Victoria do my flowers and she blew me away with how beautiful and perfect they turned out. I could not recommend Victoria enough for your wedding needs! So much love for her for being wonderful and making my dreams come true with my wedding! -

Magical and professional

So no wedding is stress free, however working with Vic and her team helped this stressed out mom and bride stress less! We needed a plan b,c,d,e,f,and g due to crazy weather that decided to make an appearance on my daughters big day and while no plan is foolproof and you can not plan for everything they certainly did all that was humanly possible le to make all of us happy and enjoy the day we were given. Vic will work with you and for you without question and she can make tough decisions when it’s hard for those around you to do so! My daughter said numerous times during the planning process how vic was able to make her feel calm or better about decisions that had to be made! Me as the mom of the bride can tell you there were moments that i too needed the calming nature of vic and her team . so Do yourself a favor and hire this amazing team to help as much or as little as you need! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED if you do! -

Victoria and her team blew me away! They went above and beyond my expectations. I hired Victoria about 10 weeks out from my wedding date. I was still missing vendors for certain things and she went straight to work. She gave me options for everything and took care of the rest! The day of my wedding she was on top of everything! From the timeline to setting up the decor she was amazing! My parents and now in-laws raves over her service. The Wild Daisy Events team truly made all my wedding dreams come to life! Victoria made our wedding day a breeze, the first time we spoke I told her I did not want to worry about a single thing on our wedding day and her response was, "I won't let you." She really took that idea to heart. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely thorough and thought of every single detail possible. Even with trying to get everything planned from across the country she made it all a seamless process. I never had any doubt that she would make sure neither I nor my fiance would have any worries the day of and we didn't. Victoria and Wild Daisy Events did an outstanding job. We were in frequent contact as we got closer to the even including an onsite visit to Sweet Magnolia Estates (a great wedding place BYW). The day of the wedding was busy for all but Victoria handled it like a pro! Very communicative with me (DJDaddy#SOTC) as I set up for the ceremony and the reception.

As someone who has hosted quite a few events in my time.... I felt like I had it under control when my daughter came to me and asked me to help plan her wedding... then she hit me with the time frame... 3 weeks... well after the intial shock wore off. I got to work and quickly realized I was in way over my head and needed to call in a professional... enter my lifesaver, Victoria... not only did Victoria bring to the table her list of top notch vendors but she brought her expertise on all things wedding! She helped us work through every detail.... she went to all vendor appointments with us, nothing was too big or too small for Victoria. She constantly proved her dedication through numerous texts, emails and phone conversations with myself, my daughter and the vendors. Victoria took every ounce of stress we had away. She was there on the wedding day instructing and helping vendors, which allowed me the opportunity to spend with my daughter leading up to her walk down the aisle. Victoria stayed until the end of the night to ensure every detail ran smoothly. Victoria made sure my daughter had a flawless wedding day that impressed not only my daughter, her husband, and myself but every guest at the wedding!
So if you are looking for a hardworking, organized, professional wedding planner with a passion for her clients, then I would highly encourage you to contact Victoria Stallings (Wedding Planner Extraordinaire) as I affectionately called her... Victoria is not just a wedding planner but someone we now call our friend.

Our wedding day was beautiful, but unfortunately, it was not as organized as we had hoped. We planned well in advance and were repeatedly reassured by our planner that everything would flow smoothly and that there was plenty of time. However, the day itself felt very chaotic and uncoordinated.
The wedding coordinator did not check in on the bridal party until it was time to walk down the aisle, which caused unnecessary stress and rushing at the last minute. The groom’s sister was especially upset that the planner hadn’t checked on the bride or bridesmaids earlier in the day to ensure everyone was ready and comfortable.
Several important details were also missed. The ceremony timing was off, our cake topper was not saved for the bride and groom, and we didn’t even get to enjoy a piece of our own cake. There were candles provided but no batteries, and the host did not have a copy of the itinerary.
We also had a personalized sign with our last name that was never displayed, our guest book went unsigned, and the wedding telephone message guestbook we purchased something we were really excited about to capture memories from our guests was never used. Because of that, we missed out on those keepsakes and heartfelt messages from loved ones.
Throughout the planning process, communication was inconsistent. There were several times when the groom had to reach out to the planner to remind her that we hadn’t heard from her in a while and needed to move forward with planning. It often felt like we were managing many of the details ourselves.
What was most disappointing, however, was the level of professionalism displayed on the wedding day. The planner was overheard speaking negatively about guests in front of other guests, which we felt was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. Additionally, there was an altercation between the planner and members of the groom’s family, which only added to the stress and discomfort on what should have been a joyful day.
Although our planner was kind and pleasant to work with in general, and the wedding itself turned out beautifully in appearance, the lack of organization, communication, and professionalism made the experience far more stressful than it should have been. She is a nice person, but based on our experience, I would not recommend her for managing a large wedding -

Victoria Stallings of Wild Daisy Events helped out with my April 2022 wedding at Splendor pond. I had a similar experience to other reviews in that Victoria was disorganized, contradicted vital aspects of the wedding day (all items that were confirmed both in person and in writing) and was rude to guests and other vendors. I was told my multiple guests that she was mumbling under her breath about other guests to the wedding party and rolling her eyes throughout the night. She was not present during the ceremony, forced the caterer to set up a 1 sided buffet and was yelling at guests during cocktail hour telling people "the bride wants you outside" which used me as a scape goat and completely contradicted what was agreed upon during the final walkthrough, emails, and even conversations that day. If Victoria had not been present the day would have gone much smoother.
Victoria Stalling's incompetence and lack of professionalism and is extremely disappointing and her presence negatively impacted my wedding day.
