Tyler was amazing!
Tyler was an absolute rockstar! I hired her for partial planning for my wedding and I couldn’t be more happier with the service she provided. Her quick responsiveness always made me feel like a top priority, and her efficiency and attention to detail helped curate a beautiful day! From a very detailed timeline, to help with vendor coordination, Tyler definitely proved her worth and beyond. We ended up having to change plans due to rainy weather at the last minute (I’m talking 2-3 days before the big day!) and Tyler immediately got to work and created a new layout that worked out amazing! Her punctuality made the day run so smooth and as on time as a wedding can be! We truly felt like VIP guests on our wedding day, and were able to just enjoy the night and be able to just be in the moment and it’s all thanks to Tyler! -

Tyler has a lot of experience in the wedding industry and it shows! From the beginning she made it clear what the timeline would look like for our partnership - what would be needed and when. When I became a little overwhelmed half-way through planning, Tyler was able to pick up additional scope of work which was a huge relief at the time. She also saved me a huge headache by picking up and dropping off some of my rental items since the minimum order spend for delivery was more than double my rental quote (my wedding was in a pretty remote area so most companies charged a high fee for delivery).
Tyler was very thoughtful and organized about the little details I didn't think of which showcases her high degree of experience and attention to detail. She wasn't afraid to push on things on behalf of myself and my husband with our wedding venue - which I really appreciated!
We had great communication throughout the wedding planning process - centralizing information in a shared Google doc. Tyler was willing to review my own personal wedding planning documents as well. She was always quick to respond to emails or texts, and also let me know in advance if she was going to be delayed in responding.
On the day-of, Tyler had a great demeanor - when I saw her I could tell she was getting down to business but she made sure to keep things calm and light with me - making sure I felt comfy and relaxed on my wedding day. She kept things moving in the wedding day so we kept pace with the timeline. She made sure to account for all the logistical things like where to store decor items before and after the event.
She was fantastic at corralling all the wedding vendors, collecting all the documents and information and knew when to keep me in/out of the loop at all times.
Overall I would highly suggest working with Tyler for her high degree of experience, organization, thoughtfulness, and overall pleasant demeanor. -

We hired Tyler as our wedding coordinator and she made our wedding day and the planning leading up to it go so smoothly. Our families have commented multiple times since our wedding about how great Tyler was, and we agree! We had our wedding at our family’s house so needed to put everything together from scratch and Tyler’s advice throughout the planning process was so helpful, including advising on rentals and the information we needed from our other vendors. We’ll definitely recommend her to any couples we know! -

The best wedding planner! Tyler is not only an experienced and talented professional, she’s also a very cool and calm person to be around. She was the glue in the whole process of planning our wedding and every time we communicated with her she was quick to respond and always brought the stress levels down. She came in ready to get to work, first with our venue, asking great questions and getting the information needed to drive our timeline. Tyler recommended excellent vendors and, for those we engaged, we were extremely happy with. All our desires for our weekend retreat wedding, down to the smallest details, ran smoothly and without any glitches. I am deeply grateful for how perfect our wedding was! Tyler was absolutely awesome as a day of coordinator and in the months leading up to my wedding -- she really made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my day. She put out several fires without me even knowing about them, which made my day perfect. It was a flawless event and I can't recommend her enough! -

Tyler was our planner for our wedding in Napa in April 2022, and she is amazing! There are several things that Tyler does extremely well and differently: 1) Tyler is warm, responsive, flexible, competent, and experienced with planning complex wedding. 2) Tyler charges for the services that she actually provides versus some of the unreasonable "flat fees" that many wedding planners charge. 3) Tyler goes WAY above and beyond at every step. For example, she did 2 site visits with us, even though we had only booked 1 technically. She also went to our venue a few days early to make sure a heater delivery was set, and we didn't even ask her to do this. And even more so, she got a refund on some of our rentals that didn't work after the wedding was already over (and we didn't even notice that some of our rentals were faulty, but Tyler still got us our money back). I can't recommend Tyler highly enough! She is a true gem in the wedding industry. -

Extremely organized & efficient planner!
My fiancé and I hired Tyler as our day of coordinator for our destination wedding in Sonoma, CA and that decision was the best one made! Not only was Tyler professional and punctual, she was extremely organized, communicated efficiently not only with us, but the venue, and ensured all our requests were adhered to. My wedding had quite a few hiccups not due to anything Tyler did (father of bride arriving late, stepmothers dress zipper breaking lol). Complete craziness! However, Tyler handled everything exceptionally well! Not only did she check on my fiancé and I numerous times during the day, but she even helped my stepmother sew up her dress LOL. Overall, Tyler went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend her services! Thank you so much Tyler!! -

Tyler was great!!! I hired Tyler for our original wedding date. Then, due to COVID, we had to reschedule two times. She was super flexible and understanding, and thankfully was available for both rescheduled dates. She was super communicative and available to text or email about any question I had. When we finally got to move forward with our wedding, Tyler was on top of it!! She scheduled our walk through, made a detailed plan for the day, and made sure I had all the necessary documents and contracts from all the vendors.
When the day came, Tyler was extremely organized and made sure everything was done to the T. For example, my (now) husband does not drink. She made sure at all parts of the event that we knew which glass was real champagne (for me) and which was non-alcohol champagne (for him). Little details like that and many more are why I would highly recommend Tyler for you wedding or event. -

Our wedding was originally scheduled for October 2020 - however, Covid had other plans. We postponed to October 2021 and come the summer of 2021, we found our wedding venue in disarray. Our venue came with a day of coordinator, however, the coordinator left 3 months before the wedding was to occur. My then fiancé and I became frantic. We could no longer rely on our venue and we decided to look for our own wedding coordinator. Thank god we found Tyler. She responded immediately to our inquiry and was so helpful through everything. She laid out everything she could offer as well as an affordable and fair rate. She made sure all our vendors had their needed timelines and everything flowed so smoothly during the wedding. About a week before the wedding, she completely took over everything and we found ourselves worry free the whole time. In truth, if I had to say what was the best spent money of the whole wedding - hands down it was hiring Tyler. Even during the wedding, she went above and beyond her duties, as we saw her serving guests and helping with decor. She even helped me bustle my complicated wedding dress which no one could figure out! :-) Tyler - we cannot thank you enough for making our dream wedding come to life!!! -

We had decided to cancel our original venue and hold a small ceremony instead. Tyler was flexible and had tons of ideas for making our covid wedding special. She ended up doing all the decorations, flowers, day-of coordinating, catering, covid-safe planning... every single thing we needed she was there to help and make better. -

Our dream wedding could not have happened if it weren't for Tyler. If it wasn't for her detailed minute by minute timeline, organization, and attention to detail, I would've been in shambles the month before leading to the wedding and the day of the wedding. Her experience showed when we did a walk through of the venue. She asked the wedding venue coordinator the perfect questions and Tyler provided great suggestions on set up and so much more. She kept me on track on completing things and kept all the vendors and wedding party on the same page and informed of the timeline. Day of wedding she was absolutely stellar! She set-up everything so beautifully. I am sure she encountered obstacles due to windy weather, but she overcame those and still made our wedding absolutely perfect. I cant express this enough, but Tyler brought what I always envisioned and wished our wedding to be, to life. All our guests could not stop saying how beautiful and detailed everything was! Everyone had so much fun, especially my husband and I! This couldn't have happened without Tyler! Thank you Tyler for helping make our dream wedding come true!!
