If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tiffany and her team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Tiffany was organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and truly thought of everything. As a Type A person, I honestly didn't think any planner could match my level of organization, but Tiffany completely blew me out of the water.
Every question was answered quickly, every concern was handled, and she made the entire planning process feel stress-free and enjoyable. On our wedding day, everything ran flawlessly because of her. We were able to relax, be present, and enjoy every moment knowing she had everything under control.
Tiffany is professional, responsive, kind, and exceptionally talented at what she does. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding absolutely perfect. We trusted her completely and so glad we did! Simply put, she is the best there is, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! -

Our experience with Events By Tiffany J was outstanding. She made the process fun. She 'disappeared' all stress. She brought ideas to the table. She took on our ideas. She had eyes on the budget and helped cut and recoup everything we could. She matched our energy and enthusiasm. She made the night go incredibly smoothly. Set up - we weren't stressed. Take down - we weren't stressed. All of our stuff was returned promptly and completely organized! Our whole team can't stop talking about the night. Her team made the night so enjoyable. We were able to enjoy ourselves and have a blast. AND that goes for the whole day actually! We normally are stressed and barely have time on the day of the event, trying to get everything together and ready. We didn't know what to do all day! We got to enjoy the day and have plenty of time to get ready! We are extremely grateful to the entire team. Book them now! -

I hired Tiffany for Day of Coordination and it was the best decision I could’ve made. She is so organized, always responded quickly, and was just overall great to work with.
The day of the wedding, she and her team were on top of everything and went above and beyond what we could’ve expected. She was so great with our flower girls and ring bearer, specifically one flower girl who started crying right before walking down the aisle.
We, and our families, were truly able to be present and stress-free for our wedding day and that’s exactly what we wanted. -

We had such a great experience working with Tiffany and her team! They were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to finding vendors—we were missing a few last-minute, and thanks to their large network, they gave us great options quickly and easily.
Their online portal was a total game changer. It made managing everything so simple and having a built-in checklist kept me organized and on track throughout the planning process.
Kaitlin was our lead coordinator, and she was absolutely wonderful. So kind, easy to work with, and extremely helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She managed all the vendor communication and executed everything perfectly on the big day.
Tiffany was also fantastic—super responsive and supportive throughout the planning process. I feel really lucky to have had her guidance and help from start to finish.

Choosing Tiffany and her team as a planner was undoubtedly the most important and best decision we made for our wedding day. From the moment we first connected with her on the phone we knew we hit the jackpot. When every other vendor asked who our planner was, they always responded with "You guys have the best of the best with Tiffany and her team, we love working with them!". Its one thing to feel great and supported the entire planning process, and its another to then have everything be so dialed in and executed on the wedding day. We were blown away with how everything went on our day & we have Tiffany + her team to thank for that. Thank you to Tiffany from the bottom of our hearts for making our day one we will never ever forget - we wish we could do it all over again!! -

Tiffany and the team really know their stuff! She planned my sister's wedding the year prior and I saw just how well of a job she did so I was so happy to have the opportunity to have her be a part of mine. They really came through for my husband and I from the planning stage all the way through to the end of the wedding day itself. Our wedding day had a few hiccups due to my lack planning but Tiffany and the team had our backs at every bump! Thank GOD for this team because I would have lost my mind without them!! I don’t even know where to begin with how grateful we are to Tiffany and her entire team for making our wedding day as amazing at it was! Although we made a handful of vendor decisions on our own prior to working with Tiffany, her validation was invaluable. There are so many moving parts both leading up to and on the actual wedding day, and Tiffany made everything feel so incredibly seamless. The planning process was super organized & the team was always quick to respond whenever we reached out. We wanted to be very hands on & intentional with the planning of our special day, and Tiffany and her team made us feel so confident that all the small details would be taken care of (they were!). Tiffany and her team planned our destination wedding in Kauai. The event was originally planned for summer of 2020 and Tiffany handled rescheduling every single vendor seamlessly to accommodate our postponed event to summer of 2021. Not only did she handle the logistics like a pro, but was so supportive and made me feel special and excited despite having to wait the extra year. Tiffany is extremely detail oriented and brought my mood board to life and then some! If you want to plan a stress-free, beautiful event then Tiffany is your girl!! -

I just got married last weekend at the Westlake Village Inn. From the beginning, Tiffany was so helpful, we had monthly phone calls, responded to emails always within the same day, and had so many recommendations and planning tools that made planning easy! Day of, I had Jessica as my lead coordinator. She was fantastic!! Both my husband and I were so impressed by all the day of team. As we left the aisle, we had our drink of choice, appetizers, and more waiting before pictures. The day was so smooth and I would highly recommend! -

Tiffany went above and beyond as my day of/month of coordinator. Most other coordinators only give you X amount of emails/calls with them but Tiffany was in constant communication with me, came to our tasting, handled all vendor communications 1 month out from our date, etc. Her and her team are amazing and I would hire them again and again. If you're debating, just book her! You will be so thankful you did. Thank you Tiffany and team! Our day was perfect :) -

Working with Tiffany and her team was the best and easiest decision we made throughout the whole wedding process. With our six month services, she kept us on track and offered amazing advice throughout the whole experience with constant communication. It felt like we were her top priority always. On the day of our Wedding, so many of our guests complimented her team and their flawless execution. If anything went wrong, we certainly didn't know about it and they made us feel so special at every turn. Cannot recommend working with this team any more and wish we could do it all over again! -

I was not one of those people who always dreamed of her wedding. Wedding planning seemed like such a huge undertaking, and I felt the pressure of throwing a huge party that my family would always remember. Then I found Events by Tiffany J! Through the planning process, I really appreciated Tiffany answering every question I had with thoughtfulness and care. It was very nice not having to do the extra coordination with the vendors, and Tiffany coordinated with our vendors with grace and patience. They use an amazing platform to keep clients on track with taking care of tasks.
On wedding day, I can say that this was actually the wedding of my dreams. Seeing everything come together so beautifully, I know that everything was so perfect and amazing due to Tiffany and Katilin’s hard work behind the scenes. Looking back on what I was stressing about leading up to the wedding, I really didn’t need to stress because Tiffany was able to handle it all! It felt very special having such a sweet, personable team dedicated to Erik and I having the best day possible. From ensuring we had enough to eat and drink, to sending my bouquet and our to-go meals to our hotel room after the wedding (at like 1am!), to the behind the scenes videos that Tiffany captured throughout the day as she was present during photos making sure we were okay, these little things that they provided made the day everything I could have asked for. My family and friends were blown away by how beautiful everything was – and how smooth it all went. -

HOLY FREAKING COW. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further, you've found her. There are not enough good words in the world to describe how amazing Tiffany is. I wish I could upload the letter I wrote her (I tried and its too long). All I can say is Tiffany is one of a kind. She goes above and beyond to make your event absolutely perfect and that's exactly what she did for my husband and I on our big day- which was met with plenty of little hiccups along the way, but with Tiffany at the helm, they just faded away into small little nothings. Our wedding venue was in an evacuation zone for a wildfire that sparked the week before our wedding date, I was stressing and worrying about it all day, but when I spoke to Tiffany- she took the time to calm my fears and reminded me that no matter what, what truly mattered was that at the end of the day my fiancé and I would be married. That really hit me and made me realize, that's absolutely true. Where we got married didn't matter. Luckily the fires were put out just in time, but nonetheless, that was exactly what a worried bride needed to hear at the time! When I found out (the day before our wedding) that my photographer was not going to be able to shoot my wedding, the first thing I did was call Tiffany and she advised me to get in contact with the back up photographers and if I wasn't happy with them, that she could find me a photographer in no time. Again- exactly what a panicking bride needed to hear! On my wedding day, I accidentally ripped my gown as I was getting dressed, which to probably anybody else, would cause a frenzy. I DIDN'T EVEN FLINCH. I asked one of my bridesmaids to find Tiffany, and she walked in like a knight in shining armor and SEWED MY GOWN BACK TOGETHER. THIS WOMAN IS SERIOUSLY A GOD SEND AND A COMPLETE ROCKSTAR. I wish I could leave my number here so that anyone could call or text me to personally talk about Tiffany, because I cannot say enough great things and I truly want anyone reading this to HIRE HER IMMEDIATELY because honestly, no-one is going to work harder for you. If you want a perfect wedding day, or any other type of event, YOU MUST GET TIFFANY ON YOUR TEAM! -

Absolutely amazing!
My words could never do justice for how amazing Tiffany and her team are! Tiffany turned the daunting task of planning a 220+ guest New Years Eve wedding in an empty warehouse studio in LA - into the most beautiful, seamless, incredible night of our lives. For over a year, Tiffany was equal parts planner, designer, coordinator, visionary, therapist, coach and cheerleader.
Throughout the entire wedding planning process, I was constantly reminded that Tiffany was hands down the best planner we could have gone with. From day one, Tiffany was able to break up the huge task of planning a wedding into manageable steps. This made it not only less stressful, but also each step more meaningful – and fun!
Her endless amounts of connections with vendors paired with such diverse venue experience and design, Tiffany was a wealth of knowledge. She was also able to balance that sensitive role of knowing when to make decisions on our behalf, and when to gently guide us in the right direction. With unparalleled creativity and attention to detail, she was able to walk into an empty studio and bring our vision to life. There was quite literally no stone left unturned – Tiffany was able to anticipate our wishes before we even knew we had them! Not only did she overdeliver on our vision, Tiffany was also able to juggle and thoughtfully include the ideas, feelings and emotions of those close to us leading up to (and especially on) our wedding day.
On the big day, Tiffany and her team took care of everything and everyone, so we didn’t have to. Her amazing attitude and calmness under pressure kept our massive, rowdy wedding party of 20 focused, and our family where they needed to be. Our guests had the night of their lives, and my husband and I soaked in every second. If there was a hiccup or two, we never knew!
We will forever be grateful to Tiffany for creating and delivering the best day of our lives! Not a day goes by that we don’t remark or have guests comment on how special and unforgettable that night truly was. I’m very thankful for the relationship I’ve been fortunate enough to develop with Tiffany as I consider her to be a very close friend. She’s an absolute Rockstar in every way, and my first recommendation to anyone I come across who tells me they’re planning a big event :)

Tiffany is just the most amazing coordinator. When the freeway was shut down temporarily on my wedding day, she called every one of my vendors to let them know to leave early so they wouldn’t be late. She’s well organized and easy to work with. I also really liked that she would check in periodically to see how things were going and if I was on schedule (I hired her for day of coordination, not full coordination). She helped me find a florist when I didn’t think there was room in my budget for one. And the florist did an amazing job! She has amazing contacts. She even found me a talented videographer last minute when I changed my mind and decided I wanted one! Everything went so smoothly, I got to enjoy my entire day and know that it was going to be great. Tiffany made sure people were at the locations they were supposed to be on time, she fixed my dress when my bustle broke, she made sure I got a plate of appetizers during cocktail hour. Everyone in my bridal party and some wedding guests that met her could not stop raving about how great she is. If I could give her a 20/10 I would. Choosing her for your wedding would be the best decision you could make! -

Amelia Sent on 08/17/2018Tiffany and her team are the real deal! I originally hired Tiffany just for the day of, but ended up adding some “al a carte” items in the end.. boy am I glad I did! My day was magical and Everything that Tiffany and I had talked about was nailed to the T! Throughout this whole process Tiffany was someone who always made herself available and even when she wasn’t available she got back to me in a timely matter. She is extremely personable and who every bride should hire for their wedding day. She is very professional and her love and passion for wedding planning speaks volumes through her work. It goes beyond the day, because she helps create that vision that ties you and your partners love together. I am not just saying this either! I pictured myself being a lot more out of control and knit picky but Tiffany made this whole process very smooth and when I doubted the vision she said “trust me!” Our day was PERFECT , some things went wrong and we didn’t know until the next day! My wife and I were not going to hire a wedding coordinator because we thought.. “we will have a friend help” or “we don’t need to spend the extra money” Listen up folks! Tiffany and her team will make your lives so much easier! You need a coordinator so hire Tiffany!!!! (Plus she has rentals you can use).. SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING!
