We cannot recommend Tania enough. Going into the wedding planning process is daunting, and being a Type A person, I was very hesitant to lend so much control to someone else, but I truly think Tania was the best planner we could have asked for.
From day 1, Tania was organized but flexible, responsive but not overbearing, and made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with. Tania's expertise and familiarity with vendors and venues, particularly in southern California, made her an invaluable resource for finding vendors that matched the quality we were looking for while also working within our budget. Even when my (now) husband and I started to feel overwhelmed with decisions, the long list of tasks to do, inclement weather, non-responsive vendors, and whatever other issues felt like they may derail our day, Tania always remained cool, calm, and collected and navigated us through the worry. We could not have planned our wedding without her.
Also, unsurprisingly, she was exactly the same on the wedding day. She knew where everyone needed to be at all times and handled all communications with vendors and venue, so that my husband and I could solely focus on enjoying our day.
Tania is the perfect planner, and she is supported by an equally excellent team. You absolutely will not be disappointed with her services.Events by Tania's reply:

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding planner, Tania. I originally tried to plan everything myself while working a full-time job, and I was completely overwhelmed and honestly losing my mind.
I kept seeing her tagged in what felt like every beautiful wedding post, so I already had a feeling she was incredible—and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. We had a great phone conversation to get to know eachother and see where I was at in the planning process, loved her personality and energy, signed the contract right after that call, and it was the best decision I made throughout the entire process. We never met with any other planners. There was no need- Tania was everything we wished for.
She took what felt like chaos and turned it into the most seamless, stunning, and perfectly executed day. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, every moment flowed effortlessly, and I was actually able to be present and enjoy my wedding instead of stressing behind the scenes.
Our wedding was beyond anything I could have imagined—truly flawless—and that is entirely because of Tania’s talent, organization, dedication, and love for what she does. If you’re even considering hiring her, do it. It will be the best investment you make for your wedding. Thank you for everything Tania! Tania Rules All
Tania is, without question, the best decision we made for our wedding.
I’m a very type A person, and somehow—almost magically—Tania turned me into a type B bride three months before the wedding even happened. By the time the day arrived, I was completely present, calm, and actually able to enjoy every single moment. And I mean that genuinely—I can recall every hour, every detail, every feeling from that day because Tania handled everything so seamlessly. Not once did I question if she had it under control. She just did.
One of the biggest things for us was having someone who truly understood cultural weddings—especially the importance of things like table visits, timing, and multiple outfit changes. Tania absolutely nailed it. She anticipated needs before we even had to say anything and executed everything with such precision, respect, and ease.
Her recommendations for additional vendors were spot on, and her connections made the entire planning process so much smoother. Every vendor she guided us toward delivered, and it was clear she has strong, trusted relationships in the industry. And if anything ever came up behind the scenes, she handled it completely without bringing stress to me or my wedding party—we were able to stay fully present and enjoy the experience without even realizing there were issues being managed.
Beyond her professionalism, she brought such an incredible energy. Our entire bridal party adored her and her team—they were organized, attentive, and just genuinely fun to be around. Tania created an environment where everything felt effortless, but you could tell there was an incredible amount of expertise behind the scenes making it all happen.
She is truly exceptional at what she does—detail-oriented, calming, intuitive, and completely reliable. If you want a planner who will not only execute your vision flawlessly but also give you the gift of actually enjoying your wedding day, Tania is the one. She is absolutely fantastic, and we are endlessly grateful for her. -

It cannot be overstated how lost we would have been without the incredible help and guidance of Jamison and Tania. From the thoughtful pre-event check-ins and timely email responses to the clear, easy-to-follow checklists, they kept everything—and everyone (especially us!)—organized and exactly where they needed to be. Their attention to detail and deep industry knowledge not only streamlined the planning process but also made it far less stressful than we ever imagined it could be.
When all was said and done, we looked at each other and agreed that without their expertise, we would have been completely in over our heads. They seamlessly coordinated countless moving pieces behind the scenes, allowing us to show up on our wedding day fully present and able to enjoy every single moment. That feeling of peace and freedom is truly priceless and made our celebration all the more magical.

There are no words to express our gratitude to Jamison and Tania. Their knowledge and advice was invaluable, and their service to our guests was unmatched; from personally greeting and checking in our guests, to bringing me tequila shots when I had a Bridal Breakdown at one of my events, they were the rockstars at our wedding… several people asked for their contact information before the reception was over! They went above and beyond from the first day to the 5th day of a destination wedding over 2 years later. They were there for all of the ups and downs and got us through so much. Our florist pulled out a week prior to our week-long destination wedding, and they used their contacts (and possibly magic) to find the perfect florist in Cancun who went above and beyond our wildest dreams. Our wedding, in spite of everything that could go wrong actually going wrong (due to world and life events), was absolutely perfect in the end, and they deserve all the credit. They saved the day more times than we can count. The best decision that we made was hiring Jamison and Tania, and we will always be grateful. I'll cut to the chase: my wife and I couldn't be happier with how our wedding went, and it's due in large part to Jamison and Tania. From our first Zoom meeting with them, we knew we wanted to choose them as our planners. We loved their vibe even though the screen, and I'm glad we made this decision. Jamison and Tania met with us virtually multiple times leading up to the month of our meeting. My wife and I are very particular so we had lots of questions and ideas, and Jamison and Tania helped us bring them all to life. And at the rehearsal and day-of, they were there to deal with our nerves and, more curiously, our parents' nerves. And they were so patient, calm, and professional. I never doubted that we were in good hands. They even rescued us from our (well-meaning) photographers after our ceremony so we had time to be alone for a bit between the ceremony and reception. I'm so grateful for their help and would recommend them in a heartbeat. -

Jamison & Tania truly were the best decision in our wedding planning process. The way they stayed organized, communicated with us and each other, and alleviated our concerns proactively is truly unmatched. We had a 250 person, 3 day Indian wedding with 6 events in Nov, 2024. They embraced our culture, actively made our lives easier by taking on tasks, and communicated with our vendors to ensure perfect timings and execution. We got countless compliments from our friends and family about how organized and well-run our wedding was, and that was in large part due to the many months of thought Jamison & Tania and their entire team put into our wedding. On the days of, they made sure I had everything I needed at any given time and also ensured my family had everything they needed, literally fishing for items in our suitcases and scattered across our rooms with no questions. Jamison & Tania Events are the best in the business! They were so kind, responsive and helpful and they worked very hard to make our special day, OUR day! No request was too big or small for them. We had specific requests, they did so much price comparison and research for us and took a lot of time out of their day to visit vendors and locations with us. A lot of things almost went completely wrong right before our wedding day and Jami was especially supportive and comforting and made it all happen. I recommend that you make your wedding process easier by booking these ladies! -

Let me start by saying I am a very Type-A person with a strong sense of what I want. I had a pretty specific vision for my wedding day, and I was so very nervous to choose a wedding planning/coordination team simply because I am a control freak...but man, I AM SO HAPPY TANIA & JAMISON (and the rest of the team) WERE APART OF THE BIG DAY!
Truthfully, I only began searching for wedding planners because it was required by the venue I chose (Los Robles Greens); however, now looking back on the entire experience, thank God I had Jamison & Tania Events! The amount of assistance they provided during the wedding day cleanup/packing alone was extremely worth every penny, zoom call, teams meeting, etc. that was spent during planning our wedding.
We booked Jamison & Tania Events for their "Limited Planning Package with the Design Add-On", and it was so much bang for our buck! This package was only supposed to be inclusive of the last 60-days of planning prior to the wedding day + wedding rehearsal + wedding day itself - but in reality, the entire JTE team was more than willing to chime in and help, answer emails and questions, and check-in on me to ensure all was going well for the entire 8 or 9 months before the wedding that we had booked with them. The entire JTE team were so insightful, eager to help this controlling bride be at ease, and were always willing to help lead me into the best direction to fit my vision and budget for the wedding.
I went into wedding planning thinking I am more than capable doing everything on my own (and a part of me knows I could've done it on my own if the venue didn't REQUIRE I have a wedding planner/coordinator vendor), BUT I am ultimately so glad Jamison & Tania were by my side to bounce ideas off of, talk through budget concerns, and discuss all the day-of timeline details with. They even took the lead when it came to reaching out to various florists and rental companies for quotes (thanks to that "design add-on" part of our contract). They ensured no stone was left un-turned, and I literally think back to my wedding and am so grateful my husband and I had Jamison & Tania. It wouldn't have been as smooth sailing of a wedding without them.
10/10 would recommend them, time and time again.
P.s. - the Aisle Planner website that they utilize is incredible! Keeps everything so organized (budget, timeline, vendor contacts, website, design/vision boards, etc.). Helped me keep my sanity!! -

Leadership in times of potential turbulence. Dramatic i know but these two and their team were anything but drama. The planning was meticulous. periodically, on queue, we would hear a whisper, "it's time for.." to allow us a few more moments within our personal bliss to get ready for the first dance or cake cutting, speeches and so on.....creating a finalized, well thought out experience no matter what consternations or confusion we thought we may have had following the rehearsal the afternoon before. I was looking for a wedding planner and my photographer mentioned that Tania and Jamison were one of the best planners he has worked with, he was not wrong. I am so glad I chose Tania and Jamison. My venue required a 30 day and day of wedding planner, and since it was my first wedding, I didn’t think I needed one though. Wow was I wrong, you ABSOLUTELY need a wedding planner no matter how organized you are. You want to enjoy your day and not be working, or on your phone. I got the 60 day package, but they were available for anything when I signed our contract 4 months prior. I had constant visibility into all of the vendor communications and decisions. The day of our wedding I received so many compliments by random wedding guests about how organized and smooth my wedding was going. We felt so relaxed and confident in them and our day was perfect! -

Wow, what a power duo! These two are so professional and their extensive experience helped bring our vision to life. They are very attentive to each little detail and always led with enthusiasm. We loved their energy and how they made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire planning process.

There are so many little details to planning a dream wedding, without their experience many would have been overlooked. Jami and Tania were such helpful planners who really prioritized constant collaboration throughout the entire process. They were available to discuss any detail whenever we needed and were professional and attentive at all times. We could tell how passionate they were about their work when even before we had contracted with them, they helped create a prospective budget to help show us how we could lock in our dream venue at our price point. This of course sealed the deal. They especially went above and beyond as we got closer to our wedding making sure that logistics and coordination between all our vendors were handled. Even as we faced unexpected obstacles, they were very supportive as we figured out creative solutions together. They also didn't skip a beat as they stepped into to handle storing so much of our wedding items and taking care of our welcome bags, bathroom baskets, rental deliveries and more. No job was too big or too small, and they were always communicative with us to ensure we were on the same page. On the day of the wedding, they and their team were simply fantastic, keeping us at ease, managing our families, and ensuring that all our vendors knew what was needed and how to execute and that the whole event flowed perfectly. They even had a team member stationed at one of our hotels to make sure all guests made it onto the shuttles for our event on time. We are so so grateful for their high-touch, hard-working approach and for their constantly positive spirit over the past 9 months. -

Jamison + Tania Events Team is the absolute A TEAM. We hired them for the partial wedding package but they were there for so much support early in the planning process. I remember I wanted to cry when I got my first few florist quotes because it was extremely out of my budget. I texted them and vented about it to them they were super empathetic about it. They referred me to some amazing vendors I found the perfect one for us. Wedding planning can feel isolating at times but they checked in on me throughout it. That is just one example of how helpful they were but for the big day I was blown away by how detail-oriented they were the day ran so smoothly. I received so many compliments from friends and family for their consistent effort to ensure not only did my groom and I have a smooth stress-free day my family was able to enjoy it as well. I was very intentional when I was searching for a wedding planner I wanted to feel they had a very focused mindset and echoed the high-level details that were important to me. I do consider myself a Type-A / organized person but I am eternally grateful for them. It does not matter how organized you are your wedding day requires so much attention you deserve to have an all-star team there to ensure you have the best day. I highly recommend everyone budget for a planner!! You will not regret it. -

Oh my gosh we are sooo grateful for Jamison and Tania! They supported us the whole planning process even though we had the partial package. They helped with suggestions of vendors, organization and emotional support. They were available for meetings when needed and so informative with things we didn't think of! On the wedding day they were so supportive, calm, helpful and made the wedding what it was- best day ever! As a super organized/ type A person, I needed someone to match my level and Jamison and Tania did that and more. Our wedding would not have been as perfect and ran as smoothly as it did with them. Jamison and Tania are absolute rockstars at what they do. We chose to do the partial planning package with day-of-coordination to have support in selecting vendors, negotiating contracts as well as help with the design and vision for the day. Jamison and Tania helped make ideas we could barely formulate into words into something beyond our realm of imagination. Our wedding day was breathtakingly beautiful, it was as simple as "just show up and we'll handle the rest" and it really took the stress away and allowed my now-husband and I to be present and enjoy our day. I am so grateful to have found them. Our families and guests were so impressed with our wedding and all the details involved all we've been hearing since is raving reviews of how everything went. It is hard to write this without crying because my husband and I are so incredibly thankful and blessed to have had Jamison, Tania, & the J+E Team as our wedding coordinators. On the day of our initial consultation, Jamison & Tania said that they wanted to know us well enough so that if something went wrong on wedding day, they would take care of it for us and we wouldn't even know it happened. This sold us - and was the best decision we could have ever made. Throughout the entire process, Jamison and Tania were so supportive of what we wanted and really went out of their way to make it happen. When we asked for a list of DJ's, they provided us with several options. They did this for every vendor, and EVERY VENDOR we chose was exactly what we had hoped for and more. They are two of the most loving, caring, and respectful people we now get to call friends. If you are looking for a 5 star team, this is it! They will help you get through the wedding planning process with ease. We had the most positive experience and we know it was because of their attention to detail. Wedding day was perfect and my husband and I truly thank them for it. We had so many compliments the days after the wedding. BOOK THEM! They will not let you down. Amazing team!
Jamison and Tania were absolutely amazing to work with. I got married March 31st at the Camarillo Ranch. I started planning about 6-5 months before the wedding with a guest count of 250 and I honestly believe I couldn't have done it with out their help. We had frequent meetings from the get go and they quickly helped me get all my major vendors booked. They use Aisle planner which I loved, it was super easy to do my seating arrangement. Jamison helped me come up with my vision for my dream wedding, she then made a vision board with all the details. She also helped make a floral list which made the meetings with my florist flow with ease. I got overwhelmed a few times and Jamison and Tania were able to quickly calm me nerves and reassure me that the planning was on track. We unfortunately had a little bit of rain on our day but Jamison helped us come up with back plans and last minute tent rental. The timeline they created was perfect and remarkably detailed. The month of the wedding they help set up meetings with each vendor to go over the timeline and add even more details to the timeline. I think this helped my day run as smoothly as it did despite the slight weather hiccups. The reception space was absolutely beautiful. They were such a joy to work with and honestly always excited through the entire process. They helped me plan my dream wedding! They truly are a phenomenal team! -

They listened to everything we wanted to have at our wedding, gave excellent feedback and suggestions and helped direct us when we were unsure about certain elements because they understood what we liked and what we didn't. When there was a change in our contact for the venue the new liaison was a little more difficult to work with than the previous person, however this duo stayed on top of the game and made sure nothing fell through the cracks despite this new wrinkle. Although I won't ever get married again, if I was to do this all over again I couldn't imagine using anyone other than them! -

Jamison, Tania and their team are incredible, and we are so, so happy we chose them to be our wedding planning and coordination team! We have been married for about 3 months now and my husband, family and I still talk about how wonderful they were! (Which is also probably why I have yet to post a review until now as words don't seem to be enough when it comes to thanking them and describing how monumental they were to the success of our special day). We hired Jamison and Tania Events after we found our venue, which had them listed as a preferred vendor. After our initial Zoom with them, my husband was set on having them as our wedding planning team. Not only were they professional and down to earth, but they also are very experienced and well-connected in the wedding industry, which we found incredibly reassuring, especially when it came to selecting the rest of our vendors for our wedding day (there are tons to choose from!). Tania and Jamison were the perfect duo - incredibly organized, responsive (even if I randomly called or texted) and always made time for us, especially when my stress levels got high, reassuring me that they were there to help and that everything would turn out great, which it did. Their ability to manage so many weddings and clients at once is amazing, while still being able to attend all vendor calls/zooms, and in-person consultations with me, and while never making me feel like I was a bother or that they were too busy to help – I have no idea how they do it! They were incredibly patient and kind (especially when I was indecisive, which was quite often) and helped point me in the right direction when I was lost; they even helped suggest and check out venues for our rehearsal dinner and brunch! Jamison's mood board was also incredibly helpful in getting my unclear vision nailed down so we could also share it with the vendors, which resulted in a spectacular and gorgeous day. All the vendors they recommended were professional and super easy and fun to work with, which made our wedding day go as smoothly as possible, despite some unexpected hiccups along the way. Tania was our day-of coordinator, and she and her team were AWESOME! I have a very large, very loud family, but they were still able to keep the day moving according to plan without losing their professionalism and calm demeanor. Unfortunately, we started our day 30 minutes late due to family members that were running behind, but Tania and her team were able to adapt and act swiftly to make sure that everything was still taken care of, even when my husband's family also started showing up much earlier than anticipated. Seriously, thank you guys, so, so much. We couldn't have done this without you and I’m so grateful to consider you both friends now too! I love hearing all the words of appreciation and awe from my family as well, especially my parents who said you guys were incredible, so sweet, so caring and did an amazing job with all the details. Jamison and Tania are the best! They went above and beyond to make sure our day went by smoothly. After our ceremony, Jamison made sure to stand by with our signature cocktails so we could take a sip before all the many family photos, which was so thoughtful! Tania also went above and beyond to hold onto all our macaron party favors in her home fridge and volunteered to have our florals dropped off at her house after our florist changed plans last minute. We really appreciated everything they did for us before the wedding and the day of. The whole day was perfect, couldn’t have done it without them behind the scenes! -

Tania from Jamison and Tania Events (and all of their staff!) was SO amazing. I can’t express it enough or thank her enough. We hired them as our month-of planners, and not only did they keep updated and involved *every* step of the way but they were so on top of everything and so flexible and accommodating with everything. Their Aisle Planner program also made things so much easier! Tania made us feel so comfortable with the day and handled everything in the most professional manner. Before the ceremony started, one of our rental furniture pieces showed up incorrect and somehow before everything started she had the correct piece delivered. She even had her husband come and help the day-of and he tied the Grooms bow tie (no one had any idea how to!). So many of our guests even commented on how she was so on top of everything and how seamlessly the day went. Loved Tania and her team so much!! The best energy, the sweetest and most friendly demeanor, the hardest working team. -

The BEST decision ever
I happened to stumble across Jami and Tania while searching Instagram for my venue (Riviera Mansion in Santa Barbara) and it ended up being the best thing I did for my wedding! After our initial zoom consultation I was immediately sold on having them help plan my wedding. While Jami initially suggested I go with a coordination package, I couldn't wait to get started with them and opted for partial planning (since I had my venue secured).
With almost a year of planning ahead of us, we had monthly zoom calls to ensure that we were on track (they also leverage AislePlanner which is given to all couples). Besides the venue I was a relatively blank canvas and Jami and Tania took the opportunity to create a mood board to help me focus what I wanted. Additionally they have a great network which is where I sourced 90% of my vendors. I feel that I was able to be successful since I placed a lot of trust in Jami and Tania and they did not disappoint!
Jami and Tania were both at my rehearsal and day of wedding. Having both of them there was so special after months of planning. They ensured smooth vendor set up. Since we sourced most of our vendors from them, most were familiar with each other and had worked together previously. Day of they kept us on track and even provided up to the minute suggestions to ensure our guest experience was top notch.
Hiring Jami and Tania was the best thing I did for my wedding and my only regret is that I won't see them all the time anymore! -

Jamison and Tania Events is composed of the most perfect crew. From start to finish they were always there for me. They quickly responded to emails, gave so many incredible recommendations, and complimented me and my choices throughout the process. Being an indecisive bride, they made me feel good and confident about my choices with their positive reactions to all of my vendors. Not to mention Jamison and Tania's empathy. I have arthritis and they were able to make me feel empowered and not alone when I would talk about it, something many people cannot do. I cannot stress enough how they are the most genuine and kind-hearted souls. On my wedding day, these ladies worked so hard to make it perfect and run so smoothly. They even helped me change into my second dress and hang up my first one! I had large pots of flowers on pillars for the ceremony and Jamison and Tania were able to successfully move them into the reception area for me! They also perfectly set up the sparkler exit with ease! Additionally, the clean-up process was so easy thanks to there hard work and organization! If you have a vision, they will make it happen! They exceeded my expectations with how smoothly the whole day and planning process went. I had a guest walk up to me during the wedding and say, "This is the best ran wedding I have ever been to". So impressed with Jami and Tania! These ladies handled everything! If you’re looking for planners who will ensure your day runs smoothly, look no further. The wedding day started with my daughter receiving excited texts from both Jami and Tania. I had a couple of last minute questions and even a table name change and text them myself and they took care of everything ! My daughter’s hook-eye broke on her gown during photos before the ceremony. This could have been a major issue, but Jami and Tania came prepared and sewed her into the dress lol. I got married April 1st (I'm a little late posting this review!) and I just have to start by saying: hands down, if you are in need of an event planner or coordination for your wedding day, look no further than Jamison!!!
My husband and I had actually booked with a different event planning company almost a full year before our wedding, and long story short, after radio silence for several weeks/months, the company unfortunately ended up cancelling on us a mere 6 weeks before our big day. However, that turned out to be a HUGE blessing in disguise, because we were passed along to Jamison Events and I cannot imagine having anyone else handle the most important day of our lives! Jamison & her team immediately connected with us and got to work, making up for all the time & communication we had lost with our previous coordinator and making us feel instantly comfortable and at ease. The fact that they were able to accept us as new clients so close to our wedding date was truly unheard of, and we were SO unbelievably grateful!
You won't meet a more gracious, kind, and fun team than Jamison, Tania, and Ashley -- my husband and I trusted & loved them immediately, and never doubted that we were in the most capable hands with them managing our day. No matter how far out you "need" wedding coordination or planning, I highly recommend reaching out & hiring Jamison Events as early as you can because they will be with you EVERY step of the way, and that is truly something you can't put a price on. We CANNOT recommend Jamison and her team enough. She may have only been a month of coordinator but I was in contact with her since the day I booked her. Excellent Jamison Events!
Covid made it a tough time for weddings and through it all Jamison stayed cool and calm as we were all freaking out with the multiple postponements and problems with vendors. Then a week before the event we had a major problem with the tent vendor and she made it work well again. Jamison is a great wedding planner with a wealth of experience and knowledge and will bring great value to any wedding. You really don't know what your a going to run into or what detail you have not even thought about but she will get it planned out with lots of phone conferences to go over everything in the attempt to get everything perfect.
I am the father-of-the-bride and would spend every dollar I spent on the destination wedding (Olympic Valley Lake Tahoe) again in a heartbeat.

The Wedding Planner of your Dreams!!
Hiring Jamison was 100% the best decision we could have made for our wedding. No only did she pull off the most beautiful and well run wedding, but she supported us as a friend the entire process (2 postponements later!). She was an advocate for us when we were unsure what was normal for vendors and she was our cheerleader the whole way through. After our wedding so many people came up to us as well to tell us how awesome she was! I mean we already knew how great she was after working with her for over a year, but she made an impact on our guests and family after only one day! I cannot write enough positive things about Jamison and I definitely cannot even imagine having a wedding without her skills along the way. -

I have had the privilege of working with Jami both when she was a venue director and now as a fellow wedding planner. Jami and I first met back in 2016, when she was a venue director. We instantly had a connection! Jami has always been so kind, easy to communicate with and caring. She always puts the couple first and makes every wedding special. Now that she is a fellow wedding planner, I send couples to her if I'm not available. I know and trust her abilities to the fullest. Jami is amazing, I highly recommend her!Events by Tania's reply:
