Thank goodness for Sanaz!

We hired Sanaz for the day of coordination services and she was amazing! She stuck with us through 2 postponements due to COVID-19 and helped us so much along the way to navigate this unprecedented situation. She is so responsive and so personable. Even though we hired her for day-of coordination, she helped throughout the whole process with vendor recommendations and advice. I don't know how we could have gotten through the process and our wedding date without her! She helped with our timeline, coordinating with all our vendors, set up, and even helped with the floral decorations on our wedding cake, in addition to managing everything on the day of our wedding. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. I would highly recommend her services!

Sanaz is as wonderful as they come!

We couldn't be happier with Sanaz as a person and professional. She was our day-of wedding coordinator and, from first contact to the end of our wedding day, she went above and beyond for us. Every detail was covered and on schedule (rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception), she kept all of our vendors informed including all changes due to COVID-19, and even arranged our ceremony and reception decor per our request. We did not hire a florist and Sanaz stepped in seamlessly. We're still amazed at how beautifully she executed the task and can't thank her enough.

We highly recommend Events by Sanaz, as you will be made to feel like a family member is taking care of you. We will forever be grateful that we found her and had her taking care of us on our special day.

Best Coordinator Ever!

Sanaz was and is amazing! She made life so much easier for me! She was super responsive, listened to my ideas and what I wanted and recommended great vendors! Even kept an eye on those unpleasant guests for me. Highly recommend her!

Wonderful Event coordinator to work with and trust your big day

Sanaz was recommended to us from a family. We needed a day of coordinator mainly so on the day of our wedding, we wouldn't need to deal with possible mixups and issues besides the obvious . Sanaz was very quick to get in touch, she was hands on and she took charge when needed. As soon as we hired her, she got in touch with our vendors and created the timeline for the day, created the list of to-do lists, suggested tasteful decoration ideas, and overall she was very kind and patient. She is a great event coordinator. She knows very well on how to adjust with the client, she is a good listener, understands the needs of the couple and assists respectively. I would highly recommend her for wedding or any social event coordination.

Perfect Day!

Sanaz made my vision a reality and took care of everything with grace, expertise and professionalism. We simply could not have dreamed up a better wedding! Thanks to Sanaz I literally worried about NOTHING the day of the wedding and could enjoy every little moment. She handled it all and helped to make a strict venue feel easy.

Fabulous! A++!!

Sanaz is a wonderful person and wedding coordinator. My husband and I hired Sanaz to assist us with planning our wedding. She came to our venue multiple times to walk through. She contacted all our vendors to get all the insurance paperwork to our hotel wedding venue. She came with me to our rental vendor to make sure all our rental orders were placed in correctly. She made suggestions on florists, make up artists, hair stylists, videographers and photographers. She brought two assistants with her the day of the wedding. They were both very friendly and professional. She created a wedding timeline with us so we had a proper wedding schedule. Everything went very smoothly the day of the wedding and we both enjoyed working with Sanaz. We highly recommend her to our friends and family.

The #1 reason we hired Sanaz was because of her positive attitude and her good heartedness. Sanaz is a very genuine and down to earth person; she works hard and tries her best to be there for the bride and groom. Her personality is truly very beautiful and she is very easy to get along with. My husband and I feel very happy with our choice to hire Sanaz!

Thank you Sanaz and your team for all did for us! We had a fabulous time working with you to create our unique and lovely wedding!

Very responsive and helpful!

We hired Sanaz as our day-of coordinator.

From our first contact with her she was very responsive to text messages and offered many vendor recommendations. We generally went with vendors we identified on our own, but we did hire the DJ she recommended and it was a great decision (DJ Ricky Hayes!).
She was sensitive to our budget and flexible about accommodating our not-always-conventional choices. Sanaz also helped keep us organized in the month leading up to the wedding and gave great advice regarding our timeline for the day.

On the day of our wedding she made sure everything was set up and taken down on time. She kept things running smoothly and was very professional in her interactions with our guests and vendors.

Overall, we were happy with Sanaz's services and it was a pleasure working with her!

Very Helpful

I worked with Sanaz's assistants on the day of because she was not available on our wedding day, so she cut me a small discount which was nice. Overall, working with Sanaz was a pleasure. We depended on her assistants a lot on the day of because everything was so hectic and the venue didn't allow a rehearsal. Her assistants were pretty helpful for the most part but I'm sure if Sanaz was there, she would have handled all of the more annoying vendors more easily. I'm thankful for Sanaz helping with the planning and being thorough with the preparation. She's very detailed, but that's her job and you'll appreciate it in the end.

Great Coordinator

We hired Sanaz as a day-of coordinator and she was great. She was very responsive from when we reached out for the first time to the wedding day. She was always gracious about responding to my endless amount of questions and even provided a wholesale florist for us. She offered to get us in touch with other vendors as well. Although we had already booked all other vendors, it sounded like she has some great connections. Overall, Sanaz is super sweet and we enjoyed having her as our day-of coordinator.

Our Daughter's Wedding

Sanaz performed all of the tasks outlined and agreed on in our program very well and with outmost professionalism. Everyone was extremely happy with the event Sanaz coordinated particularly the Bride and the Groom. We will definately recommend her to all of our friends.

Sanaz is literally the best person & wedding planner ever! She is so responsible and basically takes charge and helps to guide you through everything. And her design style will completely transform your wedding. Especially since she used to work with photography she always has the photos & memories you will have in mind so everything will be cohesive. Every recommendation she made from vendors to food to color worked. My wedding would have never been my perfect dream come true without her best decision I made!

There aren't enough positive things to say about Sanaz. She is like that fairy godmother that you just want to have around to perfect and make pretty everything in your life, especially your wedding.
She goes above and beyond for the all the details she manages. She literally keeps you on task from the minute you start working with her to the end of the wedding, and even post-wedding.
She has an inclusive network of vendors and artists and she has a great taste in arts. She helped up to go through the whole process and gave us advice on choosing the right vendors. She also knows local artists. She introduces us to a ceramic artist for our favors and she made cute ornaments as our favors.
I strongly recommend Sanaz for wedding planning.

Sanaz is amazing! I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. She made what could be the most stressful day of my life, my best day ever! She and her team went above and beyond and made to make the wedding day perfect. Also, she knows so many talented artists. We wanted handmade ceramic centerpieces. She recommended an artist who made them for us just like we wanted.

OUR WEDDING WOULD NOT HAPPEN WITHOUT SANAZ!!!!!!!!!
I was so stressed out when I got closer to my date. Paying attention to all details and being on top of everything was becoming impossible. Sanaz rescued me. If I want to be honest, I regret a lot why I didn't higher her from beggining. She has a really good design vision and know how to keep everything within our budget. The day of wedding was like a dream. Events By Sanaz delivered all the promises.

If I could rate her a million stars, I would. I hear a lot of Brides complain about stress and planning weddings. I honestly believe that I wasn't stressed because Events By Sanaz is a great planner! You don’t have to worry about vendors. She has a great vendors resources which deliver exceptional and professional work. Her florist was amazing. also she guid us how to pick the right photographer. If you haven't hired her, you should! We hired Sanaz for our wedding this August. She is amazing! from the beginning consultation all the way through the wedding and EVEN after the wedding. Her services are affordable for the amount of time and dedication she puts in the planning. I am amazed and super grateful for her attention to detail in delivering ”Our Dream Wedding" :)"

Words cannot even begin to express how "Events By Sanaz" group is. Sanaz worked with us planning my friends son's Bar Mitzvah day. We had a gorgeous luncheon complete with all the beautiful touches. Every vendor she recommended was great. From the phenomenal photographer, to the lovely florist, the talented artists, and the photo booth. Sanaz handled everything with calm, grace, ease, and confidence. Our day was perfect!! Do not hesitate to use "Events By Sanaz". You won't be sorry

"We were warned that Sanaz is one of the most responsive person we would ever encounter, and that couldn't be any more true. We instantly heard back from her whenever we had a question, day or night. She helped execute our wedding day flawlessly and was full of suggestions and tips to make sure things went smoothly through out the planning process. Sanaz was my wedding planner 5 months ago. It was because of her my wedding went very smoothly and beautiful. Sanaz has some background in photography too and that helped a lot. She was teaching me how to pose in front of the camera and all my wedding photos came out gorgeous because of her. She found me talented vendors and worked with my budget. I had sanaz as my wedding planner. She was amazing I had no Idea what I was doing. She even helped me find my perfect wedding dress. I would definitely use her again on my other events.

I hired Sanaz as a full wedding planner for our wedding in Oct 2018 and hiring her has been absolutely the best decision we made in the planning process so far. She is extremely responsive, very helpful, kind and approachable, as well as incredibly experienced. I can't wait to write an update to this review after our wedding :-) In the meantime, if you're on the fence about who to hire, you can't go wrong with Sanaz.

Sanaz and Events by Sanaz are awesome. It's hard to put into words just what a difference Sanaz and her team made, both in terms of the level of communication and support and to their meticulous attention to detail and professionalism on the day-of. Sanaz and her team delivered on every front. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't do a thing differently, If you're planning your wedding and considering Sanaz and Events by Sanaz as your "day-of," you can check that item off your list.

Sanaz is an enjoyable and dependable person to work with.

I really enjoyed working with Sanaz. She has such a uplifting spirit and genuinely wants your day to go as smoothly as possible.

The only thing I wish from her was clearly stating all the information on what she will be handling for me in regards to meet-ups and what exactly her role will be for the day of. But I don’t hold her accountable for that because I understand that I should have read all the fine print or educated myself in what resident coordinators do.

However when you are planning a wedding, you have an overload of information in your head that it would’ve been nice if all the details were laid out to you as simple and easy as possible.

Overall my experience with Sanaz has been splendid. Every question or misunderstanding I had she answered them back quickly and kindly.

Just what I needed

We hired Sanaz for our day-of coordinator. Throughout the entire process she was extremely responsive and attentive. I was nervous at first, especially because I had been wedding planning for over year, and then expect someone to take on these wedding details a month before.... but Sanaz made it happen! She knew exactly what questions to ask me and what information she needed. I loved that she was flexible with my opinions and ideas, yet still gave me her expert recommendations. The day of the wedding, I truly felt at peace because I knew Sanaz was on top of it. What an amazing feeling to have on your wedding day! Not many brides can say that. Such a blessing and I’m so very thankful.
