Greatest wedding planner of all time!
Krystle made the wedding planning process a breeze with her incredible organization and calming presence! From our first meeting, I could tell she was the perfect fit for my wedding because of her connections, her kindness, and her attention to detail. She guided me every step of the way and was so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her to anyone planning an event, big or small!

My husband and I decided to plan a 200 person wedding in under 8 months and we knew we'd need help. Krystle not made it happen but she made it SPECTACULAR. She knows the vendors in the area (like they're all besties) can recommend based on your needs and preferences (and budget) and always has an alternative available. Krystle was sitting at my parent's dining room with my two days before the wedding helping us with strategic table charts and making sure she had the whole "ideal flow" down for the big day. The day of our wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing. She made sure all vendors knew what was going on and where to be, she ensured my guests felt clear on where to be when, and was just such a calm presence during the weekend. She's a fantastic planner for your wedding and you need her- don't do it yourself. Not worth it. Best day of my life!!! -

If you are planning a wedding, then do yourself a HUGE favor and hire a planner. Better yet hire Krystle. Throughout the entire planning process Krystle was knowledgable and thought of all the details we hadn't even considered. Her familiarity with the venue and vendors made it easy to enjoy our day without any stress. I even had a moment where I thought "Shouldn't I be freaking out about the ceremony?" And realized No I shouldn't be because I knew Krystle had it all well in hand. She was decorator, administrator, coordinator and hub of information all wrapped up into one person. Her support and assistance made the entire day a day of ease and relaxation. You can count on her to be connected, dedicated, communicative, creative and all around easy to work with for your big day! -

Since we lived out of the area, we needed a 'month of' coordinator to work with our vendors and 'run the show' on wedding day. Krystle did it all with grace, professionalism, smiles, and competence. I absolutely loved working with Krystle to plan my wedding in Stuart. I contacted her about 11 months before my wedding and I already had many vendors locked in. I hired her as my “month of” coordinator and could not be more pleased with her super level of service. I live out of state and it made some coordinating a bit more difficult - but not my interactions with Krystle. She offered to chat with me many months in advance and even meet with me when I came into town about 3 months before the wedding so we could talk to the venue/caterer together. During the “month of” she was constantly communicating, making sure I got her the necessary info and was getting everything done on time (like table assignments). She was incredibly helpful the day of the rehearsal and the wedding as well- constantly making sure everyone knew where they needed to be, that caterers/vendors were on time and doing things correctly. She was a HUGE help and I am SO glad I booked her. You will not regret working with her! Also- she is incredibly nice/kind. Would love to hang out with her outside of “work” if I lived in town. -

Krystle was amazing from the very start of our wedding planning journey. She gave us great recommendations for vendors, answered all our questions, and followed up consistently all the way up to the big day. We found her through the venue we chose (Rockin H Ranch), and I am so glad we did! Leading up the wedding she designed the most helpful day of timeline and made sure it included everything we dreamed of (and more)! She had the best idea to include a private sit down dinner for my husband and I before the chaos of the reception, and let me tell you that was the BEST experience. On wedding day, she took care of all the decor, details, working with the vendors, making sure everyone was on time, all while making sure the bride and groom were taken care of. She also took videos and pictures for us throughout the day to remember the in-betweens of our special day.
Krystle is so thoughtful, fun, approachable, and knowledgeable for any event, especially weddings! I would trust her with my life and couldn't recommend enough. She is great! -

She was there at every turn
Wow wow wow. Everything was beyond incredible. Krystle was absolutely amazing. My mom was basically my wedding planner but having Krystle there for the day off was the best decision ever she made the whole process leading up to the day of smooth and as stress free as she could. If you forgot anything on any of your own checklists don’t worry she’s got it lol. The rockin H ranch in Palm city provided a beautiful location and Krystle knew all the best secret photo ops (and the whole venue in and out)
Ps. All my bustles broke she was there with safety pins ready at any moment and anything else I could need. 10/10 recommend. -

November Wedding
Working with Krystle is the only way I survived planning my wedding. We decided to have a small, family filled wedding on the beach in Florida. Krystle made our dreams come true. We currently live in New Jersey, and planning a wedding from another state is not something I recommend, unless you have Krystle there to help.
From the beginning, Krystle was always available and helpful whenever we needed anything. We chose to work with her because we felt that she truly wanted to help us make this day we wanted so badly a reality. Getting in touch with her was always easy and she never made me feel like a nagging bride! She went above and beyond on so many different occasions; she scoped out different beaches for us, sending us videos of walking through it to make us feel like we were there ourselves. Leading up to the wedding she was always checking in and making sure we were set with everything we needed.
We had our ceremony on Stuart Beach, followed by dinner at The Boathouse. The day went so smoothly and Krystle was there every step of the way to ensure that. From picking up the flowers, to running to the hotel, to the beach, to The Boathouse, she was everywhere I needed her to be, and happy to be there. We had such a beautiful night, our family didn't want it to end (literally) so she helped ask every vendor if we could extend our night, including hers!
We had the best day and can't thank Krystle enough for everything she did for us. We highly recommend her services! -

Miracle worker!!
I simply could have never pulled off such a great wedding without Krystle. She was so essential for our wedding. We started our planning as just a small intimate budget minded “party” using the Pinterest Palace at the Rockin H Ranch but of course it grew to a larger headcount. She was so helpful giving us ideas that wouldn’t break the bank, she even helped my friend who was officiating our ceremony for the first time ever doing so, with wording. Talk about an all around great planner! Talking to Krystle was so easy, like confiding in a bestie planning your day. Easy to reach and prompt with responses. At first my now husband thought I was being excessive when I told him I wanted to hire a planner, this was both our second wedding and of course he felt we’ve done this before we got this… now he can’t rave enough about how there would have been zero chance to have had all the pieces come seamlessly together as they did. We truly had a beautiful day and Krystle undoubtedly was key in that! -

Let me start by saying WOW! Krystle was a breath of fresh air and an actual dream to work with. I had some what of a shot gun wedding and with less than 30 days to plan everything Krystle took my all- over- the place ideas and brought them to life but made them better. Krystle was on time, super responsive with calls/ texts and always ready with questions I had never even thought of. My son was sent to the icu the weekend before the wedding and Krystle had taken care of everything and said; “all I need you to do is show up.” My photographer came down with Covid the day before my wedding and Krystle had a backup photographer for me. I am here to tell you that Krystle is worth every penny no questions asked. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner. -

Amazing in Every Way!
I cannot recommend Events by Krystle enough- she saved my wedding!! Krystle stepped in when another wedding planner dropped the ball and completely saved the day and made sure everything was perfect! She is extremely organized and professional and makes the toughest task look easy. She is very good at executing your ideas and making your vision come to life, even when your vision may not make any sense, she'll make it work! She is a true professional and knows most of the people in the industry in the area and has a great working relationship with them, making it easy to find other great vendors. She's also a sweetheart and a calming presence on your big day! LOVE her!! -
